We went to the store to get my 11 year old sons phone screen fixed. Ariel was so kind. He fixed the phone in 30 minutes and gave my son a little discount since he was paying with his allowance. We had a great experience and will For sure go back!!

I thought I had cracked my iPhone screen but fortunately he found that only the plastic protector was cracked and I was able to get a new one for only $10 versus over $100 for a new cell phone screen. I am so glad that I found this business and highly recommend them. The shop is organized, clean and Mr. Lake is extremely professional and friendly.

Do not take your phone to get your screen replaced here. I’ve came back 3 times already to get my screen replaced due to the screen they use keeps going out and malfunctioning. I have replaced my screen 3 times within a span of 4 months. Just last week I replaced my screen again and now my flashlight button and bottom half of screen do not work. Gave them multiple tries but have proved to me all they use is cheap screens that last a couple of weeks if not days. Use your money elsewhere.

Reasonable prices, great customer service, try their best to get your equipment operating properly, pricing for repairs are almost always less than manufacturer or program operators insurance deductible would be. For instance my cell phone screen replacement, deductible was $55 & GadgetX replaced it for $45. I continue to return for all my electronics repairs. I would recommend to all individuals in our area of town. Great place to do business!

After going to another store that took over 8 hours to fix a charging issue, and didn’t fix it, we came here. Mohammed greeted us and was able to tell us what he needed to do to fix it and what the other business did wrong. He told us it would be ready and done in 45 minutes and he had it done in less time than that and had it working. Great and professional business!

Got my phone fixed months ago and it only worked for a week. Only posting a review now because after months with issues i’ve finally had enough. Everything was good for the first week after getting my screen fixed and then that’s when the problems started. 3D touch didn’t really work too well to begin with after they replaced the screen (even though they said it was OEM i’m pretty sure it was aftermarket glass) and now 3D touch doesn’t work at all. The back camera started taking blurry pictures and wouldn’t focus, and the top part of the screen isn’t even responsive!! I brought these issues up within two weeks of having my iphone repaired but unfortunately the guy said the warranty was only for one week. Weak excuse, I’m sure they really don’t get too many complaints but i’m sure the screen they put in my phone was a dud. Most of the reviews posted are posted from the customer while still at the store in exchange for some discount. If I knew I’d be needing a new screen after a week of relaxing it I would’ve just ordered one off ebay and replaced myself in the first place.

Dropped computer off Dec 1, called 2 days later for update. Guy I spoke with said someone will be calling me today, no call. Called Saturday spoke with Robert, he said nothing had been done to computer but I can come get it if I wanted to. Drive to store for Robert to say its not at store but at service place. He could get it Monday.

My Apple Watch stopped charging, I took it to the Apple store and they told me it was 150 to send it off for assessment but that I should just buy a new one for about 300-400 bucks, which blows. Luckily my husband suggested getting a second opinion and thank God I did ! The guys at gadgetx were amazing! They did a deep diagnostic, changed the battery and it works again - all for about 75 bucks! Highly recommended for any of your gadget repairs, great customer service and communicates well!

If you have any technical issues GadgetX should be your 1 and only stop. I accidentally spilled water on my iPhone X which caused my screen to become unresponsive and gave me the dreaded iPhone “green screen”.I took my phone to another company who charged me even though they couldn’t fix it. They also told me there was no way to save my phone or anything on it. GadgetX proved them wrong. In less than 30 min I had a fully operating phone and recovered everything on my device.Again, go see GadgetX if you’re having technical problems with your devices. The owner was very kind and professional. I will only go to them from here on out.
