I love this place and I’ve sent family over to them great customer service and great on prices they told me $60 and I was happy and he even put a screen protector so happy with their work

Stay away from this place. I went there to fix the broken screen of my I phone, and the representative told me it would only be $60. Then he said he needed to fix something else for $30 more, and I that I had to leave my phone for a day. Then when I came back he raised the price to $45. Really??? Go somewhere else if you need to fix your phones. The poor decisions of this guy could put this business in trouble, he already got a bad review in social media, what if I decide to report this business for doing business like this ... I could have been the guy who gave the permit to open up this business ... if you are gonna leave kids in charge of your business, make sure you at least put a smart kid in charge ... I am just saying

Will close up early unexpectedly even though hours of operation says 6pm.Youll wait outside by a smoke shop that smells like weed, but you remind yourself that this is a young couple trying to work and so you let it go.Ill still be back though.

The Service was great...As soon as i walked in the young man behind counter Professionally greeted me and ask how he could assist me. I was looking for prepaid service to activate my iPhone ..He then explained that he offered serveral but the one i should get should be Net 10 Unlimited $50/Mo Plan because the service does not require the phone to be unlocked..I Saw another poster on the wall offering a similar plan for $40. I asked why this service would not be best. He answered that this plan would require me to unlock the phone and it would be extra on top of the activation plus the internet speeds were lower..He was very knowledgable and seemed really know his stuff. He explained to me the process and with in minutes my iPhone was working with a new number. I would definitely recommend them.
