Took my iPhone 6 here, I was greeted the moment I walked in and received service instantly. The system was quick and very easy, also everything was sent by email so I was in the loop the whole time. I had a broken screen and LED, which was fixed the same day but he allowed me to pick it up when I was ready. I also got a tempered glass protector all for a reasonable price. He also fix laptops so I recommend this place to anyone. 5/5

I was hesitant to bring my phone to repair the screen. Not only did they fix my screen, I was able to pick my phone up within a few hours of dropping it off. This is definitely not the place to bring your laptop or computer to get fixed. It will get fixed, but will take forever. This store focuses more on other types of electronics. Brought my laptop to get fixed here. Attendant was able to identify the correct issue. He gave me a 150 dollar quote and said it would be done at the latest that Saturday. At the end he charged me 190 (saying he was actually charging me less than the 120 per hour fee they charge) and I did not get my computer back until the following Wednesday. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion on both the time frame he gave me and the pricing. He said he would call/email me when the work was done and update me as it progressed but never received either. I had to keep going back to the store every day to check on progress. Guy seems nice enough but doesnt seem to really care about doing things in a timely fashion. Biggest reason for 2 star is the unprofessionalism in telling me a price and then later up charging me, giving me a time when it would be done and being 5 days late on it, as well as his customer service skills.

His attitude is from an expert but definitely he will try to cheat you. I left my laptop and I was told he will fix it in 1 week after 3 weeks of constant follow up by me, he finally call me to return my laptop, explaining that he cannot fix it with no explanations. He returned with the power cable from someone else, I notice this and told him. I took my lap to another place just to find that he did not put the screws and the laptop was fried because this mistake. I saw the screws not assembled properly.

Great place to get your iPhone up and running again. My screen was cracked and the repair took only 20 minutes. Nick was professional, courteous and quick… I highly recommend them. I have been using them ever since my very first iPhone and have never been disappointed.

I brought my IPhone 4 in to replace the broken screen. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They took their time and explained all my options, since the screen replacement necessitated going into the phone. I agreed to a battery change based on the discussion with the technician after a diagnostic check. Excellent service, excellent explanation of the repair, and an overall excellent experience. Ive been going here for years ever since I dropped my first iPhone and they have always fixed my phones great and looking like new again without costing an arm and a leg. When I crashed my first drone I didnt know where to get it fixed. Thought about sending it to manufacturer for repair but when I called them they told me it would take a few months for it to get fixed. Found out UPI is the only place in town that fixes drones. I took my crashed drone in and they were able to fix within a few days and I am back to flying rather than waiting for manufacturer. I highly recommend this place for any type of electronic repair.

Dont believe most of the views you see the, owner gives you free things if you leave a good review. I took my phone in to have the screen replaced while the screen was replaced well the guy working on it dameged other parts and did not fix the problem after a second time coming in. Now the phone doesnt work properly.

I have used UPI for many years, and have always been extremely satisfied with the service. One thing that I value as much as the service is Caitons effort to form a relationship with his customers! Coming out here is about a 40 minute drive from my side of town, but so worth it!

I will not let anyone else touch my Mac babies other than UPI or the Genius. UPI is MUCH cheaper than the Apple store and they do a better job. UPI has fixed broken iphone screens, lap top screens, lap top batteries, keyboard meltdowns and much more for me over the years.UPI has excellent service, excellent turnaround, and they are really nice people to deal with. Great place for phone repair. My google Nexus 5 was stuck in a boot loop due to the power button being messed up and partially stuck. I tried everything short of trying to take it apart to fix it for 2 days. I dropped it off at UPI at lunchtime and they had it fixed in just a few hours, and for a great price.

IPhone 5s display was shattered. I usually fix these types of things myself but they were running a special so I figured Id give them a shot (Im usually very weary of trusting cell phone repair shops).I had a great experience!The price was more than fair and they were able to jump on it right away and fixed it in no time!It was obvious that the guy knew what he was doing. He gave me a good recommendation on a case (not just the most expensive one) and cut me a break, purchasing everything together.I have no buyers remorse, they did a great job, and it was definitely worth the time I saved if I would have done this myself.Nothing to be weary of here. 1st class honest small business working folk, making a living.

I brought a phone that had already been unlocked and repaired by another company. Since the device was returned I was unable to get the phone to work and after beating my head against my laptop I decided to take it to a profession. The guys at UPI were able to troubleshoot the phone and make the repairs the original repair company didnt do. After almost giving up on the phone they were able to fix it while we waited! The job they did was so good we had them unlock a second phone that we hadnt even brought in to be worked on! These guys rock, I wish I would have gone here front he start...

I have used UPI for several different technological emergencies- from cracked iPhones to entire operating system updates and memory upgrades... and the service is ALWAYS five star! I love the later hours and the personal service. They call if there is any question and charge fair for the amount of work. I will only use UPI Communications for computer or phone issues!

Do NOT go here! They over price and they dont do their job right! I brought my laptop to be fix and they where charging me $259 to fix. I said that was fine I come by everyday to see how my laptop was doing their answer all the time was is not ready a week and a half I come by thinking it was ready like he said it was, as he tried to show me that it turn on and everything was fine with it was a major fail nothing worked. I told him I would only pay for the part they order online not the whole service n I was taking my laptop back with me. He refuse and said he would for sure have it fix the next day. Moral of the story is dont trust UPI they are a scam and over charge you

Waste of freaking time. I drove all the way here after talking to them otp to unlock my iphone from my old carrier. Once I got there , said lemme see and asked was I sure it was out of contract , i asked in what context then he had an attitude. I then said if he meant is it paid off, I informed him that if it was paid off at&t wouldve given me the code to unlock it for free let alone $50 . Im not abt to type everything but long story short the man was rude several times and if your phone is paid off call your service provider to unlock your phone for free and if its not paid for , dont come here to get it unlocked.

Caiton and his team are real professionals. After two unsuccessful attempts to fix my daughters iPhone 5s with the mall kiosk guys, I took it to UPI and they did it right the first time. Dont waste your time with someone working out of a portable cart - and good luck tracking them down when something goes wrong. UPI is a proper shop with a room full of diagnostic equipment and the experience to use it. Fast, friendly, knowledgable - highly recommended.

Awesome place! I was in a time and money crunch, needed my macbook back quick. Called them, got a very reasonable quote on a cracked screen replacement. Went to the store, they had it in stock, and with in a few hours was able to return to pick up my fixed computer. Where at three other companies I called, it would have been at least a week and at a more expensive rate.I had an awesome experience at this place.

This is the ONLY place i would go to for repairs. Fair prices excellent service and the young lady/manager is as nice as they come. I live no where near here so its quite a drive but worth every minute. Ive been ripped off all over the Nothside and finally found a place i can trust. THE BEST really. The fastest service ever! I highly recommend this place! The fixed my broken laptop screen in 50 minutes for a great price. I honestly would have paid what ever they asked for the speed of service I received. Anywhere else I would have had to leave it for a week and be charges a lot more than what i paid. I will definetly go there for future help.

I explain to the owner the problem with my custom computer, I had to take my computer back several times (7} to be fixed. For the last time that I brought my computer back to be fixed, my computer is still not fixed, I had to take it to real professionals (Salva Gamers) to straighten the mess that UPI made to be fixed properly. Only taken one time to clean up the mess. Very disappointed in this bus. Theyre probably good at fixing phones, but not custom made computers. Paid a big price for this. I will not recommend this store at all to anyone. Take your machines to professionals.

I had a cracked Galaxy S4 screen that needed to be fixed. I came in without making an appointment and I was out in 15 minutes. They were professional and charged me basically what the going rate was from what I found when I shopped around. I really was pleasantly surprised. I dont let the location or the building fool you. This place provides quality services.

I brought them a broken MacBook, and they diagnosed it and repaired it in a day. Then I had them replace my iPhones battery, and they did that while I waited. Then I had asked them to replace a couple of broken key caps on the laptop — a repair few places will undertake, as they would rather replace the entire keyboard — and they did that, too.Theyre good, fast, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience I had took my iPhone somewhere else for a cheap price because I was in a budget. They did a horrible job on my iPhone screen repair that I was lucky enough that UPI Communications was able to refix it. I cant thank them enough. Great service customer satisfied.

1. they fixed my iPhone screen and now it looks like i have a fake iphone because of the blueish tint on the screen.2.since they fixed the screen the vibrate on my phone does NOT work anymore.3.they were cheap and fast, that was probably the ONLY good thing, i would not recommend this place to anyone else.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I had a repair done to my crack Iphone screen, and although they did fix my screen, THEY MESSED UP MY SPEAKER!!! When I took my into UPI, my sound worked just perfect. When I received my phone back after repair, I could not hear any sound from my phone. I called them immediately to notify them of the problem and they told me to bring it back in. When I did, they tried to charge me about $50 to fix my speaker!! WHAT??? Dont bring your phone here or you will leave with more problems then you came with....

I have a dji phantom 3 standard edition with a broken camera ribbon on the gimbal. The guys at UP I fixed my camera ribbon in no time while I ate lunch! Very pleased with the Customer experience and repairs.

Just picked up my Mavic Pro drone today and couldnt be any happier with the service and time it took. I crashed it in to a tree about 2 weeks ago. Both camera and arms ended up broken. My first option to repair it was to ship it to DJI repair center but after doing some research on prices and time I decided to look locally and came across UPI. The service was very professional and my drone was ready the NEXT DAY, with almost half the price of what i would have paid with DJI repair center. I will definitely recommend this place for any one looking on drone repairs.Thank you UPI

A lot of people write a negative review in the heat of the moment, I slept on it, so her it goes...they made me spend a almost the whole day and could not fix it, and wanted me to pay for some part that they changed...I said WHAT!!! you have to be kidding me. I came in with issues with not being able to hear music/videos/FaceTime, I could only hear phone calls on speaker. I went in and he quoted me $75.00 for an iphone 6s & I told off my case for him & came back in an hour like he said. I came back then he changed the price he quoted me from $75 to $85+tax bc it’s a 6s which he heard me tell him before I left the store for him to fix it. Then the excuses he gave me was: 1) iPhone 6s cost more than a regular 6 or any older phone, 2) oh well you dropped your phone on the corner where the headphones port & it’s hard for me to get in 3) the port & wires.... it’s just ‘extra’. Fast forward to last night & today my phone doesn’t hold the battery charge & I’ve had my phone on the charger for about 20-30 mins and my battery % hasn’t gone passed 7 percent. I called them to say this wasn’t an issue before yesterday and y’all “fixing” my phone. They told me to come in & it’s going to be $45.00 for a new battery. I’m really not wanting them to “fix” another issue before I go in after a “new battery” and then it’s going to be something else in 2 days.
