Took my iphone XR to be fixed the dude told 1 day to fix. 2 days after he says its gonna take a little longer, and on the third day he tells me they dont have a part to fix it. I finally get my phone back 5days after and i feel like they overcharged me. Not only that they didnt properly re seal it. My iphone now makes a clicking sound when i press the bottom of it.

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I CALLED TO SEE IF THEY HAD A SCREEN FOR MY PHONE....THE RESPONSE WAS YES...SO I PASSED BY THEIR SHOP, HE LOOKED AT MY PHONE AND HE STATED THAT THEY WILL HAVE THE PART THE NEXT DAY BY LUNCH TIME...SO THE NEXT DAY I CALLED TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY HAD THE PART BEFORE I DROVE OUT TO THEIR SHOP....THEY STATED THAT THE PART WILL TAKE A WEEK TO ARRIVE.....I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT I HAD TALKED TO ONE OF HIS ASSOCIATES YESTERDAY AND THAT HE CONFIRMED THAT PART WAS AVAILABLE; NEVERTHELESS, HE STATED THAT THIS WAS A MISTAKE.....SEEMS THAT RIGHT HAND DOESNT KNOW WHAT THE LEFT HAND IS DOING...IM NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN....So that afternoon, I took it to another shop, they told me that I didnt need a new screen and that he believed that it was the screen protector....SURE ENOUGH, it was the screen protector instead of the actual screen...I ended up buying a new screen saver for about $10...THERE ARE HONEST SHOPS OUT THERE THAT ACTUALLY LOOK AT THE PROBLEM AND WATCH OUT FOR THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTEREST..THIS PLACE DEFINITELY DOES NOT DO EITHER.

I went there right at 7:pm and there were leaving from their store and putting the locks on the door. They immediately asked me what’s the issue right on the door and I said my phone is not charging they reopened the whole store for me and they fixed my phone even they were closed. They waited extra 30 minutes for me and fixed my phone. They are honest , humble and really understand the customers issues. They guy told me bring it in the morning as we are closed now but I said I really need my phone fixed because I have a job early in the morning and I can’t come tomorrow then they just did what I said and really took care of me. Best store in the whole town!

After reading their reviews. I bought a Groupon for a glass replacement. Bad idea! The short dude was the one who greeted me, He then started saying that my phone needed and LCD replacement as well. Nothing was wrong with the lcd everything functioned perfectly. Decided to replace the glass mainly for the looks. However he suggested to replace the frame, lcd and glass. Adding up another 150$. Then I asked about my iPad he claimed he had to replace the same items from it. It was a cracked screen as well. Another 190$. After declining he’s offered he bargain on the price coming down to 125$ plus the Groupons I had purchased. I declined since since it seemed he was trying to get as much money from me as possible regarding the real needs of my devices! Avoid this guy and he’s bad business!!

This place is shady - they gave a time estimate of 90 minutes and said they would call when its ready. We dropped off the phone to be repaired @2:40. With no call, but we were in the area we stopped back in because we were in the area at 6pm.They had not started and explained they were waiting for a reply from an email because something else needed to be repaired ......No call to update something else was wrongNo care that we stopped back in after DOUBLE the promised time needed.Also - no masks being worn by employeesGo somewhere else where you will be safe and take it to someone who cares about their customers

DO NOT ISE THESE LOCATION. Both time I have used them the exact thing happened. One person takes the device in and gives you a price. You pick it up and this person charges you a higher price. This is not even the bad part. The worst part is I had to take BOTH devices to Apple for repair because they used substandard parts and the devices that only went in for a screen replacement did not work a few days later. What the photo doesn’t show is how the screen flickers aside from the other issues. The screen was cracked but the tablet was working fine. While the screen was fixed it came back like below and I did not bother to go back since this is the exact issue I had with the iPhone. You get what you pay for. STAY AWAY.

I brought an Apple Watch to get the screen replaced, dropped it off on a Thursday, I was told it would be ready Tuesday, I called Tuesday and the guy said we don’t have the part I explained it had been several days and I needed it by Thursday since I was going out of town, got there Thursday they handed me the watch I got to the car and the screen fell off so went back inside and the guy wanted me to leave it and would be ready next week, once I explained I couldn’t he said come back in the afternoon. Once I came back he handed me the watch with some rubber bands and said don’t remove dor 24hrs since the glue is still not dry. Waited 72hrs and guess what screen fell off, no longer in town had to take it to another shop they glued it and had it ready In 5 minutes.

Someone told me to go there and realized that their service is 100% satisfactory.

Do not get an iPhone fixed here. Anything over an 11 is a waste of money. It will not work. Also they said they could fix my tablet, held it for weeks to say they cannot fix it. If you have to use them go on Groupon
