My Lenovo is under warranty, and it was sent here for repairs. The facility was not responsive to my calls. They lost my computer.

I went to CSAT to apply for a position repairing computers when I walked in the door I was stunned at how filthy everything was and I knew right away that I did not want to work for that company

The worst place i ever work in , all top management are either relatives or friends or has under-table business , side relations,Unfair & slavery environment , you will see a-lot of unprofessional persons around youAs long as they have backlog work they are good with you but once they finish you could be fired with or without reason

Today I left work early because we were asked who would volunteer to go. I was in a good mood until I got home and I recieved a phone call from Staffmark saying that I have to self quarantine because someone tested positive for the virus who I worked with. I cant get tested because Im not considered to have the virus after an assessment. Now Im out of work till the 19th even after I kept trying to explain that I am fine. I always social distanced myself and always kept my mask fully on plus I continuously washed my hands. I take this very seriously. I tried to call this location but it kept saying Attero is not taking any calls. There is a huge problem with HR. Ive tried to tell management that there are people not wearing their mask or have it hanging around their neck. Its like that everyday. Even in the tech area, there are alot of people who have their masks down. I really wish someone would listen to me when it comes to safety at work.

Very unethical treatment of employees while I was there. Sent me home because supposedly I had come in contact with someone with COVID-19, and only gave half pay. Which of course for the 2 weeks, half pay is nothing, AND didnt pay me for the second week. Good thing Ieft that place.

This is where I had to send my laptop for repair with the Lenovo Warranty. I was told to pack my charger with the laptop. Once I received my laptop back however, my charger was not included.
