This people are nothing but the fraud , scam busters , got my screen replaced two times first one got damaged in one week gave me the false reason another time they did the same thing. Reason they gave for the screen cracked because you put in the pocket and you must have sat on it. Fact is that they bring the cheapest available stuff and glue to your phone and put and your kids on risk.

Big scam, unprofessional, unethical. Avoid at all costs!! I regret not reading reviews before trusting my device with this shady place.My iphone XS had a small chip on back lens. It was taking excellent quality photos but just a small chip on back so I brought it to have them take a look and without informing me his technician took out orginal lens and replaced it with a cheap plastic lens which ripped off within 5 days. I call this guy and he says bring it over we will fix it for you. When I took it there, his story changed. He said you won’t like the work I do so I won’t fix it. He starting attacking my 10 year old daughter,threatening and screaming all over a $40 lens. I only requested to put my original lens back on as it was taking excellent quality pictures before he touched it. My phone is ruined now.I will also be among many others who reviewed here to report this guy to BBB. Please read the reviews and avoid this scam business at all cost.

So I went in to get my iPad fixed. They (cracked) told me they could fix in two hrs. I live far from there repair shop. None of the less their prices were reasonable. So I drive in the rain for 45 minutes excited and they didn’t even start fixing it. They could have communicated and called to tell me to come back later They do not!!!! They didn’t care either! These type of places make businesses look bad with lack of professionalism. I think this place is a scam.

Do not ever go to this place.I took my phone there for a screen replacement and nothing else was wrong with the phone but when I went to pick it up the microphone no longer worked and the speaker no longer worked and they said the motherboard was bad and I said it wasnt til I came in here. They would not compensate me for another phone and only offered an inferior phone as a replacement for destroying my phone. Never go there.

OK JADE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! Jade went out of her way to message me on offer up saying the store would by my phone for the list priced of 400. Confirmed via text also .I drove down to the store , about an hour , I get there and they decide they didn’t want to buy it for that price jade she would honor . They do not honor the prices jade offered despite showing them original message and a text from her . Terrible customer service . Paid half the cost for an audio repair issue for an iPhone 7. Everywhere else was twice as much with longer turnaround times. I had called about 12 places all over town and near my house. The only drawback is that you have to drive to Harwin. But it is what it is. Repair was done in half an hour. Well see how long this repair lasts working.

I WOULDNT GIVE ANY STARS BUT UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO, I bought a MacBook Air with this people about a month ago, thinking they where good I went and took them my iPad to get the screen replaced. I had messaged them to ask about pricing and how Long it would take for them to replace my screen, the person I spoke to said it would take 30 min. Well, I take my iPad in on Wednesday around 3 pm, around 5 I messaged them to ask them if my iPad was ready and they said it would be ready the next day around 12-1. The next day came and when I asked if my iPad was ready they told me at 6, 4pm comes and he tells me it was ready. I live about 5 min away from there, so I get there and they tell me to wait 10 min, some girl who doesnt even have customer service, and who obviously needs some makeup classes, as well as to comb her hair. Well anyway, she said wait 10 min , I waited 15 min and when I asked if it was ready she said yes It was ready, but yet she was still sitting there not getting my device. Anyway, I proceeded to walk to the counter and asked another girl what was going and she informed me that the guy. fixing my iPad was trying to fix the home button because there was something wrong with it. So after waiting there 1 hour, the guy comes out and says that I needed to keep my iPad in a case because in a corner the glass could lift, this man was the most sarcastic person ever, he also made comments about people on ESL classes! Two of the girls there where nice, but the guy who fixes the device was rude and so was another girl, whom I dont even know why they have in front helping customers. To top it off, the glass that they supposedly installed is not even glass! it feels like plastic, and not only that but my guess is they didnt install it correct because now theres black shadows on the screen, when I asked the guy he said my backlight was bad, mind you my backlight was never bad, because the glass that he replaced was the original glass from apple! he said to take it back to the store but yet he wants to charge me to fix something that was never wrong in the first place!!! here is a pic of the job they did! This place is very unprofessional and disrespectful I been up there three times the first time I got my phone repaired afterwards my phone had glitches and I told them about it right away and went up there . they said I have a 30 day warranty and I bought a screen protector and it didn’t do anything either. Now they tryna put me a fault on me I called the direct number yesterday and the guy told me to bring it up there and everything will be ok they got me. Then once I get there the guy I spoke with lied and never have I ever seen him come up there professionally to help me instead he put the girls that work up there in a position they couldn’t help me. Then when I call him back he yells and hangs up in my face after I explain to him what’s going on. This place is terrible. I purchased 2 devices from them. Both had battery issues, they replaced one of the batteries and then the screen was damaged they tried to say it was my fault. They then replaced the screen and the phone was still not working. They ended up giving me my money back for that device. But the other phone no longer is keeping a steady charge and they tried to exchange it with a damaged iPhone 7. Said I would have to pay more to get another device. Still havent gotten my money back for the second device.

Went in to have a water damage indicator installed and they did a poor job. They didn’t even set it up to where it was easily visible from the sim tray slot - which it should be in order for a phone to be qualifiable in trading conditions. They just shrugged me away and told me “it’s there” even after showing them a picture of how it should look. Would highly NOT recommend for any repairs on any device.

They told me they had the lcd for my phone and it will cost 150 to replace. I drove 1 hr away, and when i got there, they said they dont have it and it will cost 300 to fix. They said it will be ready the next day, so i left my phone there Avs still wasnt ready the next day. I gave then 5 more days and still not ready. At the end, they said they cant find the part locally. These guys are scammers and waste everybodys time

Did a good job on my phone...but took way longer, on the job than promised. Store was dirty from top to bottom, the chairs that are their for customers to sit down while waiting, are nasty, and horribly stained, I wouldnt let my dog sit on them.

BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL:My sister took her phone to get repaired as she couldnt talk on the phone, but could only hear the other person on the line calling. She was told to come back the same day in the evening. When she returned the guy at the counter said to come back again tomorrow as they werent done with the repair. She returns the next day to find out yet again they couldnt or didnt solve the issue and didnt bother to give a refund. Later that day and over the next couple of days, the same two guys working behind the counter at this establishment added themselves on her Instagram and Facebook accounts, and kept calling and harassing her. This went on for 4 days and multiple calls and texts were being sent. God only knows if they went through her photos, contacts, or other apps.A phone, especially in this day and age, is a persons personal and private belonging. This whole situation was unprofessional and completely inappropriate. They should be shut down as this is completely 100% illegal.Long story short, we threatened to call the police as the guys kept calling and asking my sister out for dates. They eventually returned the phone with a full refund. DONT GO HERE!

Extremely sketchy service. Arrived to have my phone repaired and told them id wait. 5 minutes later a guy pulls up out front and calls the receptionist and she takes him my phone and he drives off! After telling the young lady I didnt wish for my device to leave the building(has a significant amount of confidential work information) and telling her to have it brought back, a different man in another car shows up 15 minutes later.. then they completed the repairs on site. Ill be avoiding this store, and I recommend you do the same.

I found a phone on OfferUp that they were selling and when I went there they tried to sell me something else and I did not notice the phone they sold me the camera, flashlight, and the speaker to talk on the phone didn’t work. The same guy here works somewhere else and he tried to sell me a phone that didn’t even turn on. When we were there a lady came in screaming that they haven’t gave her her phone for 2 months and she had came many times for it and they wouldn’t give it to her. They are liers. Also I was selling a phone on offerup and I was descriptive that it didn’t turn on they told me they would give me 50$ for it I went and they wanted to give me 10$ because it wouldn’t turn on when I was descriptive about that!! I recently found cracked as I was driving by on 59/69. I went in to get my personal phone fixed since I had dropped it and cracked my screen. I have to say, they were very knowledgeable and friendly. They told me it would take roughly an hour to fix my iPhone screen however they had it ready in 45mins, very pleased with the quick turn around!I have already sent friends and family to Cracked to ensure their electronics get fixed properly and they dont waste time going back and forth due to cheap replacement products or improper install.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The guy infront desk is very helpfull, they some time tell 10mins for repair but it took little longer but they do repair in good condition so time that they took was worth it.

Came here to get my Samsung tablet glass repaired. They quoted me $30 on the phone through text message and when I got there the price suddenly went up to $40 until I showed them the text. They agreed to $30 then called me 15 minutes later to say they need to fix the LCD and it would cost an additional $10 (umm ok whatever) So I agreed they said it would be an hour. After an hour I go there to see if my tablet was ready to see they still never replaced the screen he literally put it together while I was standing there. It wasnt the best job by any means. The screen/lighting is somehow darker then it was before and they didnt place it together well it still comes loose. Cheap and fast but definitely a piss poor job. I will not be back.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in because they advertise phones on offer up and I text them letting them know that I was interested in the phone that was posted. They sent an address right away. I asked them if they can plz hold it for me. He told me he would. I drove an hour away to this place because I needed the phone. I get there and I’m the only customer there they told me to sit because they have three of the same phones they would have to check which one is the one that i asked for. After 25 min They tell me that they sold it about 5 min before I came. Very unprofessional. I came here thinking I’d get a phone and left with nothing ! They are the new second store to their original store Futronix, located off of Harwin Dr. They both work together but try to keep that a secret, they are a sneaky business so bring your microscope.
