They did a great job with my phone. I went in to get back repaired. However before leaving my phone there, I kept asking how much to fix it and each time I wasn’t given an answer and finally when it was ready I was told a price. But that’s not why I’m writing this review. Certain pictures were sent to their personal phone from my phone. I would have never known if I didn’t look on my watch.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!The customer service exhibited by this business is appalling. I had an iPhone X screen replaced here; all seemed to be working well after the repair. However, about 2 weeks after the repair, the screen started flashing and subsequently went blank. I took it back to this kiosk, expecting the workers to stand by their product and workmanship. However, they immediately behaved very defensively and pointed to a small sheet of paper stating that they are not liable for any screen issues after a repair (despite being verbally told that there was a 45 day guarantee at the time of the repair). When further questioned, they insisted that the issue was the fault of the customer (despite the fact that the phone was not dropped and the screen had no scratches). In addition, the employees working at the booth were quite rude, raising their voice and stating “why would I trust you?” several times in a public mall.Subsequently after this frustrating and embarrassing encounter, I took the iPhone to Apple. They opened up the phone, visualized that the screen had no cracks on the interior/exterior, and noted that the phone had been improperly put back together when the screen was originally installed, leading to wire compression and likely causing the issue.To those reading this review, please give your business to the businesses that are competent and courteous to their customers and stand by their work (there are several others located in the same mall or nearby). Avoid businesses such as this one; several recent reviews also showcase their shady business practices.

I found iFix online and the they deserve the great reviews they have. Guys are super nice, professional, and easy to do business with. Service is quick and well done. Will definitely use them again.

Had a major issue my Apple iPhone and everywhere I went to get a quote wanted to repair it and change out components. Called Cell Phone Zone and the young man said to bring it by and it could be a simple task as cleaning the port vs. changing out the port.He was very honest and made less money because all it was needing a professional like himself to diagnose it and get back to good as new without having to spend more money replacing a part in my phone. Low prices, But you definitely get what you pay for. I have a Google Pixel 2XL.. I have had to go back 2-3 times after he fixed my screen. He forgot plastic behind the screen over my speaker and camera, and wouldnt listen to me when I told him it was there. He said theyre wasnt anything but I had him look and surprise, I was correct. I had to go back yet again because my screen just stopped working after me being outside for an hour. After him having it for 5 days, he told me I would have to pay for him to replace the screen AGAIN. So, now I have a screen that is just barely hanging on and Im having to tape it on. Do not trust him with your phone.
