Been here over a month now and I am enjoying my stay here. Maintenance is quick since there are only 6 buildings on the property. Not in a food desert like other parts of Houston, so finding groceries is a breeze. Close to the highway, which is a plus (unless you’re concerned about health issues from highway pollution). Diverse part of town. My only complaint is parking, which is limited, but street parking is available for guests. On the bright side, everyone says hello to each other and the amenities are great.Overall, it’s a great spot.

Loooove how well maintained the is! Management has been great and proactive with my work orders. A great place to call home!

I love this place, it is absolutely wonderful, it has very special details with its residents, the facilities are clean and well maintained, the pool is kept clean and always ready to use. Our current manager is wonderful, very diligent and concerned with the needs of the residents. The maintenance team, the best, are diligent and efficient people, always with the intention of solving any normal inconvenience that may arise. Thank you Westpark family, for always making our stay here the best in the area!

This Community is one of the Best in Houston and the surrounding area. The community itself is very quiet. There is a balance of Diversity. Most are professional teachers and students .... The management staff are very professional as well, very responsive to concerns. The value of the community I would personally rate at 95%...very affordable with what is offered. Quiet, Clean, Comfortable all at 5 Stars.

Trying to get in touch with them has been a bit frustrating but was finally able to speak with someone. She was very detailed about the units I asked about.

I’ve lived in this complex for almost four year. The area is beautiful and has access to everything. The staff are awesome and super friendly. Everything has been great! The customer service from the staff is amazing. when I had an issue, it was fixed immediately so I felt important.

Neighbor friendly, quiet place, one more thing about security and I recommend to have security camera on all entrance and exit gate if including on parking will be better.

Dont live here. They constantly have yard work going on and if you work from home, it makes it incredibly difficult. I could see a maintenance guy just standing there for 30 minutes to an hour using a leaf blower with no leaves around. Management is sketchy. We left them a notice under appropriate time that we would be moving and they still charged us a large fee claiming we never gave them a notice. Disorganized and irresponsible management.Also, there is absolutely no parking! There is no enough spaces for parking. Cars get broken into INSIDE the gated compound. We were lucky that our cars were safe but our neighbors complained about this.

Great place to live, good neighbors, close to highways, but the staff here is really exceptional. They truly care for the tenants, and go out of their way to make this place a home. Example, this is the first landlord that ever gave me a birthday card and when I complained about something, I expected the normal answer, Nope they went out of the way to correct it or explain how they are gonna fix it.

Great place to live but a little noisy because of the Toll Way.

I lived at the retreat for years and years. But the rent increased so much we got a house instead! Very peaceful community. No roach issues. Maintenance guy was fantastic! Loved him.We had a first floor corner and it was pretty spacious and parking was never an issue. Management always helpful and kind.A plus was the pool and gym. Super nice and always kept up

Parking!BE CAREFUL !!!!! You are going to park your car on the street outside the gates when you rent at the Retreat at Westpark !!!!! We just moved in last week. We already have a problem with parking.When we came the first time to view the apartment, I asked them if we had two free spots for our cars and our visitors and they said yes . After we signed the contract,they told us the parking is limited because we are small complex. They werent clear about parking and I feel they tricked us. I live in the left section in the complex and there are just five uncovered spot for the whole section .The parking lot is divided in half. All of the covered parking is on one side and all of the uncovered parking is on the other. You will walk a long ways to either side if you have two cars.Make sure before you rent to ask about parking !!!!

I took a tour with Scott and he was so awesome!!! I love this place already. It was very clean and everyone I met on staff was so nice.

Dont trust the 5 stars reviews!!! I did the same thing when I followed the review and the result was the worst year when I lived in this complex for several reasons as follows:1. The parking is terrible and the probability to find uncovered spot to park your vehicle is 5% or less.2. Unsecured because my car and the others were broken many times.3. Poor management when give a work order for maintenance they dont respond in a timely manner. When I talk about that with the manager (vincent) he said we are busy all the time though he spends most of the time smoking out of the of building.Please read my review carefully before you sign a contract with this poor management

The most thing I loved about living in this place for a year is the amazing stuff and management. The apartment I had was very big and super clean. They take good care of the garden and trees outside. They have effective system for insects control. Parking is a headache sometimes specially if you have more than one vehicle or visitors at the property.It will be even more amazing if more social events are organized by the management.It was an incredible year and thank you The Retreat at Westpark

It was one of the worst experiences I had in my life is living here. I lived for a year from June 2018 to June 2019 and specifically at apartment number 611. the first day I received the apartment was very dirty and found many roaches I reported that to the management but there was no response. Recently Ive received a letter by mail indicated that I left damage to the apartment and I have to pay $900. I know this is one of fraudulence that runs by the manager (Vincent). For example, when the microwave was down, they replaced it with an old one from another apartment and there was damage to it, but even though they want me to pay for that damaged microwave. If you want my advice stay away form them and the last thing I want to add is that the apartment building is not secured as my car and others were broken several times.

I have been living here for little over year and half. It is very great place to live in. I am moving out because of personal reason. I wish continue to stay here for longer time. Rent is very reasonable. It is very safe and quiet. The important thing is management is awesome. Kendra, Jennifer and Trese are great. They are very helpful and prompt for any service. They are kind and get your problem solved quickly. They are very approachable. I definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Dont even waste your time with these scam artist. They took my money with a quickness then claimed they couldnt reach my landlord which is a complete lie. My landlord has answered every time I called the office. I even tried right after they emailed me and she answered and said they didnt call. They are the ones who NEVER answer the phone. I paid over $200 which they refuse to refund. Avoid this place unless you wanna take a chance on getting ripped off.

I have lived in this apartment for a year and I just renewed my contract, best staff and management ever very friendly and tasks done in timely manner, I have zero problem so far knock knock! I recommended this apartments to my brother so you know what would I say if you ask about my recommendation.I hope my review would help you to choose

Ive lived here for exactly a year today and will be here for another becaue I just renewed my lease for another year. My experience with this apartment has been great. I love the high ceilings, large walk-in closets, large bath tub, and lots storage and counterspace. This property is pet friendly and my dog and I love our furry neighbors and their owners. I think I got really lucky because I have had little to no issues in my experience and I love my neighbors and where my unit is located. I am a single girl and I would not have renewed my lease for another year if I didnt feel safe or comfortable here. Management and maintenance have done a great job with everything and I love that they put on resident events every now and then. The property is also well kept with a good amount of trees and greenery throughout the property. Overall, I have loved calling this place home while I am here in Houston.

My family has called a few different places home over the past few years, but nothing has compared to the Retreat at Westpark. We have been treated with the utmost respect here. I cant tell you how impressed weve been with our community and our fellow Residents. The community manager Vincent has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He is by far the best community manager ive encountered. We had a few minor hiccups, and they have gone above and beyond to make it right.A few highlights:The outdoor area around the pool is always well kept including the grills. the electric starter works perfectly and is regularly maintained by the team. (residents are thoughtful and even clean up after themselves!)There is a Peacock who lives at the community named paintbrush and its always a pleasure to see it. (she loves unsalted sunflower seeds)Maintenance team is top notch, Chachi is a wonderful asset to the team. Shes always working with a smile!Nesha in the leasing office is very polite and we really appreciate her attention to detail.

I must admit this new Mgr Vincent is awesome and amazingIts like he agree to all your needs with such a peaceful personality. I wish I can make a million more office MGR just like him!!!

I don’t really trust the review. I have to physically to come and check the location. Apartment is ok, clean but tiny and the problem is the parking small space. I have to cancel and give up the application fee since the service was not good. I decided to renew my contract with Camden Sugar Grove, great location and service.

Just had a tour I really like the property .I would to lease here. for the time frame that I want they only have 3rd floor apartments which I am trying to avoid . I hope something opens soon .

Mike is such a great handy man guy. We liked him a lot when we lived there.

Very bad experience! Sheree the new agent was very rude and racist and refused to refund our administration fee. I guess the reason she got fired from her last job was her horrible work ethics.

Gorgeous LUXURY style RENOVATED apartments. Apartments are super spacious with great amenities. They are also kept clean and quite. Love, Love greystar! The staff is always amazing and attentive. Plus being off of Westheimer your in reach of some of the best food and all shopping Houston has to offer. Amber is a rockstar and together with the other ladies here you have an amazing team to lean on that make you feel like your speaking more with friends than leasing staff.

Been living here for only 7 months and I love it mostly quiet and I love the small community, things get fixed in a timely manner and no kids running around playing in the parking lot all hours of the night scratching and/or breaking car windows by accident or on purpose. The Staff ladies are very classy and professionalThe only cons are you can only get AT&T internet here as if they have some kinda contract with the owners of this apartment complex which is not cool because AT&T is kind of expensive and that leaves you with no options unless your phones Wi-Fi hotspot is strong enough to power your other devices and this place is a bit pricey but I guess you have to pay for peace
