These apartments are beautiful! The location is great! Close enough to walk to many restaurants and shops. My kiddos love the pool area! Their maintenance team has a quick turn around time and Ive never had to have them come back twice to fix something. Laura at the front office is fantastic! Shes super helpful and always takes the time to chat with me when I see her in passing. Wont you be my neighbor?

I recently moved out of Camden Park (for job purposes) after living there for 2 1/2 years, and every single moment of it was pleasant. From move in to move out, I was treated with courtesy, professionalism, and responsiveness. The location is extremely close to all of the major grocery and food chains, the office staff is genuinely nice, and the maintenance team is phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about this property, and I am sad to be departing the Camden community. I would absolutely recommend Camden Park as a home, and if I am ever in the market for another apartment, I will definitely be checking to see if there is a Camden property in the area.

So peaceful here and our apartment is so pretty! We just moved in this week and have already been impressed with the property and staff. Everyone in the office has been very friendly and helpful. Sandi provided outstanding service in assisting us through the leasing process. She let us take our time walking through the model apartment and property, even though the temps were plunging that late Saturday afternoon right before the deep February freeze. And thank you, Sandi for our welcome gift!Today there was an issue with the dryer, so I put in a service request. Two maintenance gentlemen arrived within 40 minutes and fixed it. Now thats some serious customer service! So far, so good...were loving it here!!

Haven’t decided if we are able to move in or not yet, but wanted to come on here to brag about one of the Leasing Agents. Tish was beyond sweet and professional. She took her time to show us all of the amenities & apt homes that she thought best fit our needs. Normally when we go apt shopping we always feel rushed or like we’re annoying staff asking a million questions or for them to take us here or there. But that was not the case here. It’s so hard to find great office staff nowadays, so when I do come across gems like Tish I have to give credit where is due! Def worth checking out if you’re looking to move in this area.

I expect issues in apartment complexes. They happen so I dont make my judgments based on issues, but on how the staff handles them. On our first day, my fiancé discovered a dead roach in the room that was to be our bedroom.He brought the issue to the main office with concerns about how well the unit had been cleaned and potential pest control in future. Camden Park did a phenomenal job addressing our concerns, assuring that it had been thoroughly cleaned, that the issue was likely due to recent bad weather (which checks out here in Houston), and even coming over to take a look at the unit to make sure there wasnt anything else to be concerned over.Ive never had a complex this friendly and proactive. I highly recommend.

This is a really safe complex and the residents are young families and professionals. Ive enjoyed my time here and will be extending my lease!

I visited this community in early March and I loved it! I love the neighborhood, and I was thoroughly impressed by how well the property was kept; grass, flowers and pool. Kat was the employee that worked with me and she was excellent! Her knowledge and patience is so impressive. I had a ton of questions, and she knew the answers to each, and was patient with the numerous questions. She definitely sold me and I planned to move in this month, but unfortunately, with the pandemic, I am unable to right now. However, as soon as I am ready, I plan to be a new resident and I can’t wait! Take a visit and ask for Kat, she is amazing!

*Name changed for privacy* Extremely, extremely insensitive to renters struggling during the pandemic or during tough times. No amount of explaining or even paying as much as you can at a time while staying with hardly nothing to survive on till your next paycheck will have the management show a shred of humanity for you. Its deeply saddening and hurts because the complex itself is beautiful but once youre in tough times, the management is quick to file in court, which adds lawyer fees on top of your already owed rent and once taken to court, will show on your record to other potential landlords. It doesnt matter if you say that youre going to send a large amount and are getting help for the rest. It has to be the whole thing or the lawyer is contacted at your own expense. I thought the management was so helpful when I had any questions or concerns until it came to the rent and all kindness is thrown out the window. It honestly hurts because Ive always paid on time and there was no compassion or understanding of my situation. I was looking forward to staying at Camden for as long as possible but to live in a nice complex means nothing if the management doesnt care about you and does things that make your stressful situation even worse. Now to explain to future landlords, why a filing will be on my record and potentially be denied an apartment is another thing to look forward too.

Lived here for over 2 years. Maintenance team is very responsive and does awesome work within a quick timeframe. Ive always had maintenance requests checked within a few hours of submitting them online and responded to on the very next day, on everything from pest control to broken blinds. Its a beautiful community within walking distance to Trader Joes (3 mins) and HEB (10 mins), with Metro buses running along Westheimer and Richmond. Nothing but awesome things to say about the community, including the rent pricing.

I just relocated to the Westchase area and have found the perfect apartment community. Camden Park has the perfect location and amenities for me. They are just off Westheimer so I have quick access to work and so many restaurants. I cant wait to move in!

Lydia, Kat, and Alyssa are always going above and beyond to respond to any and all concerns from residents. They have a super hard job and always do things with a welcoming smile. After having dealt with insurance companies, moving box suppliers, and car shippers - these ladies have been a breath of fresh air!! The apartments themselves are also in great shape and the outside areas are meticulously taken care of by the maintenance crew. It has been a great experience living here for the last couple of months!

One of the best communities in Westchase! The property always looks nice, you can tell that they care about the curb appeal and their residents...highly recommended!

We did a tour with Taisha she was very nice and helpful. The area was very convenient lots of stores and food around. They do a great job up keeping everything and it’s clean. Having wifi, cable, valet trash and walk in closets included in the apartment is awesome. Overall seems like a great place to live we can’t wait to move in! Some reviews say they have hidden fees but it’s important to go over all the fees and paper work before signing so you don’t get any surprises. Will update in a month or two.

Ill start by saying that the ladies in the leasing office are nice, and many of the problems I have with this complex are out of their control. This is just my assumption, but maybe the reason why they arent implementing 24 hour security is because of budget constraints from a higher corporate office. At least thats what Im hoping.This complex is filled with crime. Armed robbery in the middle of the day, cars being broken into left and right, and most recently, someone was taken into their own apartment forcibly while the criminal took a shower in their bathroom (luckily the resident escaped unharmed). Before you move here, check the crime map of Houston and compare it to other apartments that youre looking at. Whatever great price you think youre getting, its not worth the anxiety of being surrounded by crime. Crime happens everywhere is not an excuse. I wish the leasing office would stop saying that because that is the worst thing you can tell a community of rent paying residents that are worried about their safety. There needs to be more preventative measures. Everything done here feels like a reaction. I previously lived in Camden Holly Springs and we never experienced anything like this. Do your research before signing a lease.Packages are also often stolen or lost. So have fun getting things shipped here.Also the pest exterminator sucks and there are tiny roaches everywhere. Pest control doesnt even spray the apartments, they lay down bait. Very ineffective method.

Nice apartment! The management team here is very professional, and cares about the residents. After one month living experience, I enjoy the safety and nice living environment around my apt, however, what i have to say is there are two points about my cons feedback:1.the sound insulation is not very well, I can even hear the snore sound at middle night from my neighbor. And the foot steps sound from upstairs clearly.2.I have no idea why my apt always smell strange when the hot AC works.

Camden Park is not only one of the most beautiful properties in west Houston but the staff is extremely helpful and each team member goes above and beyond to provide the best living experience possible to their residents. As an employee, Ive had the pleasure of living in 3 communities and my experience here has been the best thus far. The apartment is perfect and maintenance is always on point. No matter what request Ive made, they are always immediately on the scene and Ive yet to have an issue that wasnt resolved to my satisfaction. The property and staff have exceeded my expectations overall and I believe Ill be here for quite some time.

My experience with Camden Park began back in April as I was preparing to move to Houston from St. Louis. The ladies in the office are amazing and Lydia was extremely helpful in answering any questions that arose during the month of May as I prepared for my move in June.When I arrived, the same friendly gesture continued. My apartment was ready as expected and clean!! I’ve been here a week and 3 days now. I absolutely love it! It’s very quiet and peaceful in my area...no noise from my neighbors. I LOVE living at Camden. We came to Camden after living in another apartment complex in the area, and we absolutely love it. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. Maintenance requests are always seen to within a few hours (the longest Ive ever had to wait for less important issues). The office staff is super friendly and do their best to accommodate reasonable requests. Overall, a great complex with a good community feeling.

When I was looking for a new apartment, I came across Camden Apartments and saw that darn near every one in the area I wanted to live in had great reviews (which is hard to find). I ended up picking Camden Park and Im so glad I did. Management is super professional and were very helpful through the whole process. Maintenance, surprisingly is very reliable too. When I had an issue in my apartment, they were there to fix it within the hour. I also feel super safe which was one of my issues with my last apartment complex that I stayed at. All in all I would recommend staying here to anyone thats looking.

Living at Camden park was a great experience from beginning to end. It is a prime location with lots of things super close. There is a trader joes being built right behind the community and they have a private walk through gate that is super convenient.I loved living in the two bedroom. It was perfect for me and my roommate. Overall the location was great. Very quiet and always had a parking spot. I had a great experience with maintenance late at night. Locked out and was able to get maintenance out. George, the maintenance gentlemen that came out, went above and beyond to get me back into my apartment. The front office team is always super friendly and ready to help in any way they can. I had an amazing experience living here and highly recommended Camden Park.

This is arguably the best apartments that Ive lived in; and unfortunately I move alot. I am battling an illness and I cant be as present or active as I need to. But the staff and maintenance are so accommodating and super helpful. There has literally not been one issue that they have not remedied. It just means such a big deal to me because its hard to find people that go over and beyond to do their job to make sure their patrons are pleased let alone going beyond and above to help me in my special and specific situation. They really have been a god-sent. I am just appreciative.

From the moment you sign they make it very clear they want a 5 star review. After living here 3 months I have to say it is by far the best apartment Ive lived in. Ive submitted several maintenance request other complexes usually just ignore like changing smoke alarms battery light bulbs etc as well as ac issues. All request have been handled same day they receive them. Never had an issue with parking even when they re did the concrete and spaces where lost. Ants eat my vegetables on the patio but never seen any roaches or rats not sure what that review was about, printer works fine since Ive been there . Great complex defiantly recommend.

Camden Park is a great place to live. My husband and I have been living here for almost a year now, we never found any reason to complaint. We have changed three apartments since we came to Houston but this was one of the best one. Our friends used to live here, they were the one who suggested us to come here. They also had lived here for almost three years and never had any complaints. They also said that they want to move to a new place just for sake of a change but they find no reason to leave this apartment. So this is a great place where you can find all kinds of store located at your walking distance. I honestly could not find better place than this.Also, the staff is great including the maintenance guys. This apartment community is amazing. From the staff, to the well kept grounds. You cant get any better than this. If you have any problems or issues they are usually out within 10-20 minutes to fix it. Place is always clean, people are friendly, pool area is like being on a resort.It is well worth the money.

I moved into Camden Park last week and have completely fell in love with the community. The community is extremely clean, landscaping is well manicured, pool is relaxing and community is very quiet. There is also a walk through gate to Kohls and Trader Joes just steps away from my home. I couldnt be happier with my choice! Looking forward to the next 15 months with the amazing staff and maintenance crew.

So far so good. The staff does a great job of getting requests done in a timely manner! When I first moved in, I had a minor roach problem...pest control came in and did the job the day after I requested my apartment to be sprayed. I have not seen a roach since he sprayed. Good stuff!

Maintenance guys are great at what they do. Grounds are kept clean and maintenance orders are done quickly. Office team is upbeat, always smiling and willing to help in any way they can.

Ive been at Camden Park for a little over a year now and really enjoy living here. Jorge, Daniel, Kat and Laura are always willing to help me in any way they can. The complex is in a great location and feels very safe.

The staff and maintenance are wonderful to work with, very friendly and timely on maintenance issues. No complaints there. My concerns are with the increase in crime on and around the property. The property has taken measures to curtail the problem, but nonetheless, still having issues (the staff has no control on the criminal element, I believe its a Westchase in general issue).

Sad to say that I will be moving out next month; due to job relocation. This is by far the BEST apartment I have lived in.1. Management is so personable. The office workers make it a point to make every resident feel appreciated and like family. This is the first complex I have lived in where they greet me by my first name.2. Resident appreciation!! (They even remembered my birthday..KUDOS)3. Maintenance: whenever (which was rare) I had an issue with my complex, maintenance fixed the issue quickly. I never had to wait more than 24 hours for a problem to be resolved.3. CLEAN! In my past apartments, I have experienced bug/roach infestations! However in my 14 months of living here, I have seen not ONE bug. Not to mention my neighbors are AWESOME. Never had any noise complaints or nighttime activities/meetings around the neighborhood.

Camden Park is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in, and the move in process was seamless. Everything was online, so you can sign the lease, and submit your forms online, so on move in day all you have to do show up and get the keys. Camden park has a high commitment to the apartment maintenance. This is the first apartment complex where I filled out the move in condition form, and instead of being filled away until you move out, they FIX everything on the list to make sure you are satisfied.Location is great, located withing walking distance of a dozen restuarants, and a grocery store; Only a few minute drive from anything else you can dream of. Overall very satisfied with Camden Park

I recently moved to Houston, Texas. I chose Camden park as my first apartment. I really like the place. The staff is really great and the management is excellent. The management is friendly and all the service requests are completed fairly quickly. Overall, I would recommend this place to a friend.

A friend recommended this place to me and I took a tour and decided to stay here. Ive been a resident for a little over a year and a half. The staff here are very cordial and knowledgeable when I go to them for information whether it pertains to the facilities or areas around Houston. Tina even suggested a place to for me to get furniture to help furnish my place. My work orders get completed no later than a day that I either put them in online or go down to the physical office. Ive lived in both a 1-1 and a 2-2 and I find the living arrangements comfy and spacious enough. I sparingly see any bugs but I associate those to the changing of weather rather than an infestation. Parking isnt a problem; this is actually the first complex that doesnt have a parking garage that dedicates its entire back wall to visitors parking. Its located close to Beltway 8 so easy access to get around Houston. Its next to both Richmond and westheimer so there are a plethora of restaurants, shops, and stores to enjoy. They are pet friendly which is a plus. I do use the pool when the weather permits and the gym facility while not 24 Hour Fitness gets the job done with free weights, benches, cardio machines and the likes. I am continuing to stay here.

I thought this was the place for me only to realize that its all about the money. It has nothing to do with customer service or listening to the tenant:( on January 31,2019 I received a email saying rent was do I couldnt understand why it was do on the 31st of January instead of February 2019 so I called the office to ask about the email and I was told that thats something that always happens and she explained that I had until the 5th of each month to pay my rent and the operator said the same thing but after reading the note that the office attached to my account she explained saying she think its for Camden other property, but anyways the hardest thing about the whole situation... I have been calling the office to ask a question about my payment, but there was no answer. And the operator couldnt help me. she said that there was already a notice on my account abouts late fees which is the 4th of the month again I try calling the office but there was no answer so I had to leave my job only to walk-in to the office to see everybody just sitting around doing nothing was the hardest thing:(

I love the apartment, great community! Good first impressions.

Current Resident: Cars get broken into often at this apartment complex. The management at the office is staffed with nice people but this issue is a big waste of time and money. It has been happening over several months and they have been unable to do anything about it.

As a young (30-40’s) professional, and a decade long apartment resident, Camden Park is the best complex Ive lived in yet. The management and staff here provide outstanding service are the most exceptional I have ever worked with. The Manager, Kat, is genuinely wonderful person who has shown me nothing but kindness and helped me navigate the change of moving to Texas from across country.The complex is nice and the grounds are well kept, and gated, and any maintenance issues are addressed within hours, if not immediately. The most important point for me is that I, a woman in my 30s, feel safe and comfortable to walk my dog alone after dark.Noise comes with apartment living, but when new neighbors moved in who liked to play loud music, the staff here dealt with it swiftly and until the issue was 100% resolved to the satisfaction of a quiet professional.Another thing that made the transition of moving much easier is that Camden apartments have a preset cable/internet package that cut my costs down by nearly half from when I had the same service from the same provider in California.

I have zero complaints and I love my apartment! The ladies in the office are always friendly and helpful!

I really liked living here because it was a convenient spot and we were in the middle of everything! I loved that the Trader Joes was so close by! We have never had an issue in the apartment but the pool area would get really loud at night a lot of times and we were not even facing the pool and we could hear it. We had an officer that was supposed to be onsite monitoring the properties but I honestly never saw him. Other than that I loved the staff and we moved into a renovated apartment and it was great!

It was not what we expected when we moved in, we was not able to see the apartment until over move in date. it was not upgraded like the other Camden Apartment and we was told it was because it was an older Camden. There are constantly sending emails about homes and vehicle being broken into. People cars are constantly being towed for parking on the white line. Maintenance would lie and say they completed the work order and no one would show up. For the price youll think that they would have courtesy officer around the apartments for your own safety.
