New manager Alex insured my work order was completed. Hytzel helped me out with my renewal. Overall the community is great. Recommended.

I have lived here since October. City crossing has recently went under new management Rockstar capital. It does absolutely no justice calling the corporate office, because they genuinely don’t care about the tenants. I’ve placed several work orders about my apartment always flooding when it rains. I called today 05/24 they sent maintenance and 2 hours later my apartment was filled with water from the rain AGAIN! I’ve placed several work orders for pest control. All my work orders are marked complete and no one is coming to do the work. My bedroom window has no screen and not secured because when the wind blows my window always falls into my bedroom. Even the manager is ZERO help. If it wasn’t for me avoiding a broken lease I would have BEEN gone! 10/10 does not recommend anyone living here.

Nice apartments but the managing company needs to get it together. The phones are always down, they never answer emails and take forever to respond to maintenence requests. Also sometimes they turn off the water and power without telling anybody for service and never have any idea when it will be back on.

This place is terrible. They have roaches , termites, rats, mold. The front office never responds or picks up phone. The apartments. Gate is always broke.Area isn’t safe. Power always goes out. AC is always broke. They deserve a zero, but i couldn’t give that

Different staff and that’s good but for some reason I think y’all should be putting communication first it’s I don’t see how the office is open and I call and I get no answer at all no email about how the process is going I had to be a little rude in order to get things going and I don’t believe in doing business like that 5 different people were taking care of the lease for my dad kind made me feel like they didn’t want my business so I ask the lady did they want my dad to get the place or not and she said yes they do...I just hope that can change in every relationship there communication and that’s what will draw more people for your business especially y’all improving and renovating that will be a great start ...other then that apartments are nice great fit for my father thank you

Have been waiting for someone to come fix my cloged sink in the kitchen for a month now and still nothing!! And since I moved in on October I have been having trouble with my ceiling fan in the master bedroom and still nothing! It has been 5 going on 6 months with that issue! And it still says in process

Since the new management came in I havent had any problems Mrs. Maria and Mrs. Hytzel has been so helpful to me Im glad i decided to stay i really appreciate everything you ladies have done for me im not planning on going anywhere for a long time its peaceful and quiet and my kids love it

City Crossing dont communicate nor fix things after months.The management is poor.I would very poor.Too much traffic flowing through and gates are not fixed and too much stilling.

I had sent in a application about a week ago and I got told I was approved for the apartment I wanted to get. So I went ahead and started getting stuff set up for the apartment. Furniture, utilities, and decor. Then I get a call 4 days before closing saying if I could fill out a paper application because they transferred management company or something like that and they lost my original file and can’t find it. Okay no problem so I rushed over to get that taken care of. Well the day of closing, they call to tell me my application wasn’t approved. I had to hold my composure on the phone before going off. That was very unprofessional. Tell a client his application had gotten approved then the next minute not approved. I had to spend hours calling to cancel everything I had gotten set up for the new place I was supposed to get. I rather save my energy on speaking out and trying to still sign on a lease for a place that’s so unprofessional. Not to mention the lack of relaying messages, answering emails, or the phone. I highly do not recommend this place.

It’s alright the apartment itself is great and quiet the only thing that gets me every month is I pay over 1200 a month and the amenities are never open even pre-Covid and don’t get me started on the pools, they are forever getting cleaned and when it was open im not exactly sure what they cleaned. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hopefully new management company will do some good to this complex. Right now, its not what I thought it was.

8/28/21- Came to see about the place as they said they have a apartment available. Doors and frames are beaten up but still red as a stop sign. If I get this place, Ill see if it was the right investment.

This is a Great Place

The water is horrible. If you think your going to come home to a nice hot bath in the winter you can forget about it because the water only gets cold & what makes it even worse is that the heating is bad as well and no need to complain to the office because they say they are going to take care of it and send somebody out but that never happens..... wish I would’ve listened to the reviews before signing my lease . Also the pictures that they have up are lies ! The apartments on the inside look nothing like that. Mind you when you read the reviews they only comment & say ohh we are sorry and how they would love for you to come into the office but that does NOTHING! they just wanna know who wrote the reviews smh they dont want to fix anything

I would give no stars if I could. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They make it seem like its a good place to live. I used to live here when it was Saddle Ridge and now City Crossing. I thought that since new management took over, it would be better. Wrong. Same apartments with the same bugs and the same electrical problems. The staff was less than accommodating when using the amazon hub to pickup packages. On top of that, my vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. Cant even park where you live. No security and no cameras. The pool is never open, but they offer this as one of their amenities. The staff in the office is never on the same page. Even the manager is clueless. Bottom line, Go somewhere else. This place is not worth the hassles for the price you pay to stay.

We have lived here for 7 months and absolutely love calling City Crossings HOME! The fact that it is centrally located to restaurants, schools and shopping is just an added bonus. The complex is always clean and the parking is excellent. I love how we get notification prior to maintenance going into our apartment. And I especially love that they do not leave a mess when they are done. Even though I have not had to go into the office much (no complaints), when I do the office staff is very polite. Being able to pay rent online makes it easier for our busy schedule. I would recommend calling City Crossings HOME to anyone.

SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION.BOTH PROPERTY MANAGER AND COOPERATE. paying overall $800 for an efficiency when they have one bedroom for less. They do not have there tenants best interest at heart. No help during this pendemic, they did not registered the complex for us to even get rent assistance. They bill you monthly for pest control and I dont see the reason why. I have to spend money otherwise to keep bugs and roaches out. Took them six months to fix the mold in my bathroom. I wanted to remain here unfortunately I dont feel that way anymore.

SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE AND DONT MOVE HERE. the roach infestation is horrible, and when you do move out, they charge extra fees to not give your deposit back. and dont even try calling them, because theyre so rude or just wont answer, and Good luck trying to contact corporate office because they dont do anything about it, they DONT CARE!

Absolutely Love this place!!! The office staff is AMAZING and the location is Perfect! Close enough to Everything we need, yet tucked away in a quiet area. The staff who keeps up with the grounds are doing an AMAZING job as well. We Love how safe, clean, nice and friendly this place is!! My fiance and I are Extremely Happy here!

When they say believe a review you do just that however I tried still giving them a chance from Ashley the leasing agent wanting me to put a deposit down within 24 hours on a unit I have never seen before she couldnt even sell me the property, tell me about it what it looks like but yet says, I can give you the dimensions then there is Tamara the assistant manger neither one you can tell communicate with each other. Tamara can never recall anything she has said to you and blames it on maybe she wasnt looking at your file but in the exact call she says hold on let me go back in your file very unfortunate and time wasted. After today I sent out an email to Tamara and asked her to cancel my application simply because there is no way I would be able to conduct business that way!

Very luxury apartments with a balcony and there metro bus accessable

This apartment complex is by the far the worst I I have ever lived in. I stayed in this apartment for roughly 9 months and the whole time it was infested with roaches. Every single day, I had to kill roaches and no one at the office seemed to care. Upon move-out the apartment was trying to charge me fees that I did not agree with. I asked Tamara to forward my message to the property manager but I havent heard back from anyone since then except for a payment link to the account. Please be mindful of the reviews and do not move here. The apartments and roach infested and the staff are very unprofessional.

This place is ghetto and the store across the street i saw someone get shot there very traumatic experience

I had a swarm of termites in my apartment. Their response was “ termites get in my house all the time”. I had maybe 200-300 termites in one night. Roaches of all sizes came out at night time. I would wake up to roaches on the wall. I have been bitten by a spider. I woke up to a HUGE tarantula looking spider on my headboard. They did not want to relocate me to another apartment and had to buy out my lease.My gate code did not work for visitors. They told me even the company could not fix it and did not want to give me a new one. My apartment was almost broken in to . I had a broken patio door. Different insects were in my apartment as well as huge beetles.

I lived here for a year an enjoyed my time there. the neighbors were friendly and it was calm and quiet for the most part. the maintenance crew always responded within a couple hours. I only moved because i found a place closer to work. I would only suggest more lights in the parking lot because it can get a little dark.

So Ive been here a little over 8 months now. I dont have much to complain about. For the price when I first signed the contract has been do-able. I stay close to the office and its generally quiet. Flooring is nice. Huge closet space. And a responsive maintenance team. Big patio which I rarely use. And very bus accessible. My concerns are the storage space in the studio apt and the little pest (roaches). However, as long as you keep it clean the pest are minimized. But I dislike when I clean and hours later Im still seeing these little rodents. My advice for that is to take advantage of pest control or do a general DIY pest control bombing or spray of your unit it helps. I also hate that they will go up on my rent if I decide to renew. Thats the catch.

I have been here for almost a week now and I love this property!! They have beautiful updated units with new hardwood floors and all black appliances. They have 3 beautiful pool areas and are very pet friendly. I would recommend everyone to come check this property out!!!

4 because no one is perfect. I feel the best side is directly across from Charlies. Its quiet and I feel safe. Management is great but as far as apartment issues they are only allowed to do what the owners allow and they do send people to look at issues now as far as the people (contractors) that come and their performance that is out of managements hands they cant just stand there and watch every single job then people would complain theyre never in the office. I have mold issues and I feel the plumbing should be redone completely but the owners have to step in and make this happen. I want to stay but besides the mold(which they are taking care of) The rent goes up every time you renew. I can see on NEW apartments but not if youve been here for 3 years you should have fixed rent until you leave. Now that they are fixing the mold issue I dont want to leave but I started at 1257 to 1299 now its going up to 13XX. Cant do it! If I could have fixed rent of $1200. That would be great and me and my bad kids would stay.

Dont come here!!! They are scammers and practice fraud. They manipulated our contracts from a 6 month lease to a 12 month lease!!! If you can go anywhere else please do so!!

Awesome community! Office staff is really friendly and always eager to help. Any maintenance request I have gets done within 24 hours. I will continue to be a resident here for as long as I love in this area.

Ive been having breaker issues for several months now and the problem has yet to be fixed. The staff members are never on the same page. I understand that its a business but some matenience problems should be expedited depending on the situation. The breaker box gets so hot in my unit that when it turns off you have to wait an hour or two before flipping it back. The first electrician who came out said there was no problem. I found that hard to believe. The second on said the breaker was burned up from the outside and that he was replacing it. Long story short I am still having breaker problems.

They make it super easy to find the right apartment for you and the rooms are beautiful on the inside

Ive been staying here for 2 weeks already and ever since I moved in Ive had nothing but problems. The hot water hasnt been working off and on. since I moved in you come home and you can never find any parking spots. the apartment quality is okay they did throw the apartment together just to get somebody to move in but didnt really finish make sure it was move-in ready you always hear loud music you always hear traffic staying in the Apartments basically feel like staying outside cuz its so noisy I move in October 31st 2017 and Im ready to move out already

You know how people start humble when they begin to get famous but eventually end up crazy prideful with all the fame? Well thats what I think happened! Ive lived here for a while and while things were not GREAT, as the complex grew, things got worse! Staff is not the friendliest, almost indifferent, way too over-priced for the minimal services provided! Find somewhere else I would say!

I scheduled 3 video tours because the office is closed, each time no one showed up.

I have visited this community but from what I saw I wished I lived there. They grounds are very well kept and I always see the staff out walking around seeing what all needs done. My lease is up in 6 months and this is where I will be moving.

Dont move here honestly its not worth it at all. Been living here for 4yrs now (havent moved for reasons) and it sucks. NOTHING ever gets fixed and if something messes up that isnt your own fault they want you to pay for it or replace it yourself. If something does get fixed it takes FOREVER. The quality of tenants has gone down severely. A lot of people are dirty, loud, playing music at all hrs of the night, the gate never works & is always broken, etc. Security is only seen riding around every blue moon (hardly even that). If youre looking for peace and quiet definitely dont move here. Renovated apartments look nice but the rent is definitely not worth the area and the tenants living here. For rent this high people expect better living and strict rules... Fix it.

If you like living around Guetto Trash Then you will love it here.. Loud music and noise from neighbors. The office NEVER Fixes anything. The ladies in the office are Hood rates.. Its an awful place.. If you have CLASS of any kind that I suggest you NOT go here.. However if you are ghetto trash and like Loud Rap music, Pot smokers, and gross drug taking, warfare taking, Thugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then this is the place for you!!

Just moved in this past weekend. Has potential, if you have issues with your apartment they are good about taking care of them. I just wish the apartment was move-in ready. Alot of things were overlooked as if they wanted a tenant right away and theyll worry about the mishaps of the apartment later. Also, I truly wish apartment complexes would maintain their duct vents. Allergies become a problem because they are not checked once a year as they should be.

The City Crossing apartment is one of the most nicest pretty place I, have live in the staff is absolutely awesome especially Abbey, Joslyn and Ashley Abbey,Joslyn, Ashley are all one of a kind they are like family they are very kind caring sweet young ladies my living @ City Crossing has been so peaceful and pleasant love it.

I lived here for about 6 months & had ZERO problems with the managers that were in office. unfortunately i had to terminate my lease early, (it’s my right per my lease) but Before moving out I went in to speak to the new managers in place and they gave me the amounts I had to pay, which I was well aware of considering I’ve worked for an apartment complex for the last 5 years. After I turned in my keys the asst. Tamara stated she’d have my move out statement to me by the end of the following week. didn’t happen but I was patient because I know how busy the office can be. I moved out June 10th , I received my statement via email June 25th where they were forfeiting my deposit and charging it back to me. Of course I knew it was wrong so I emailed them back and asked for an explanation and a revision. I emailed them multiple times after this with no response until July 2nd & 3rd saying they’d get back with me at the end of the day, and when they did there was still NO EXPLANATION as to why I was being billed improperly, next time I heard from them was July 10th with STILL NO ANSWER but only reassurance that by the end of that day I’d get and answer . All this time emailing back and forth I avoided stopping by because now 8 months pregnant this was becoming stressful and I wasn’t going to risk getting upset in their office, I continued to call and email and get a run around, I reached out to the corporate office and received no response from them but a phone call on July 17th from Cassandra the Property Manager stating I’d have my updated and corrected statement per the TAA lease contract that I signed by the following business day (I have the voicemail as proof) I continuously stayed patient as I waited for the statement I was once again promised. I received it via email with the worst possible break down explanation on July 29th & I was being charged $2000 MORE than the original statement. As I stated earlier I have worked in the industry long enough to know what LEGAL fees I should have to pay, but of course being as pregnant as I am I wanted to avoid civil court & lawyers and the stress all together because I thought that these women would be smart enough to do their own job. Unfortunately for me I was very wrong to have ever been patient with them as they could never explain any of the fees that were illegally being charged to me.I went in to the office to finally speak face to face about the charges that were applied on my statement (of course with built up frustration since the beginning) when I sat down to speak to the manager I asked for proof in my contact that stated that they could charge me the fees that were applied , also stating that I spoke with the assistant manager days before my move out and was given X amount to pay, and I was greeted by a bitter angry property manager that waived her hands in my face , rolled her eyes, asked the assistant to step in so they could gang up on my 9month pregnant self, and make faces at each other all while FAILING to provide me with a logical reason as to why I was being charged $2000 more in fees. When I told her she was being unprofessional by waiving her hands in my face and having attitude with me they called me a liar because I told them how they said no one was available to speak to when I stopped by weeks before. Cassandra then stated that I WAS BEING UNPROFESSIONAL, when in fact I was the client and had no reason to be professional and after the way they treated me had no reason to be respectful either. I then stepped out with their courtesy officer whom asked me about the situation and gave me papers they provided him that PROVED NOTHING that they were charging me was legal.These two women are the most ghetto, unprofessional, incompetent, DISRESPECTFUL women I’ve ever dealt with in this industry, I would hate to see what they’ve illegally charged others who had no clue what the contract really stated. It’s clear they do not know what they are doing, I definitely don’t recommend living here with them as managers. PS IM STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE FROM CORPORATE.

Very unprofessional staff , felt rushed on my visit and got ripped off with the application fee . Lady seemed nice at first but was fake the whole time. Stuffy and cramped offices . Dirty tenants and roaches crawling around . Good luck. Disgustingly dirty pool as well. place needs better maintenance and less of the fake woman in there with her fake smile

Do Not waste your time moving here!! Our water heater pipe has busted multiple times. Which all my neighbors in our same building have warned us they also are having plumbing issues as well. The maintenance here will continue to put a band aid over the repair because Radco residential does not care about the well being of their residents nor do they want to pay the money to fix the repair correctly. This is our first time renting and I must say these past 2 years have been a nightmare. Not to mention these apartments are infested with roaches. Your rent will continue to go up not matter what condition your unit is in.

My neighbor was rob at gunpoint as she was about to unlock her door the thief took her keys purse with passport I call the the after hour property to come and unlock the door the person they had on call did not speak English well and told her he had to get clearance to come and change her lock. Check this out she just had paid her monthly rent. Their did not get any monies but did disgrace her keys in the bushes. She was to afraid to leave in her apartment after this incident and was told if she moved breaking her lease due this incident that property was held responsible the broken lease would go on her credit report so what if she had lost her life would her death would went on credit report as a broken least.

This place ia horrible. When i moved in they told me everything was great and all thia story i was so excited.First day we moved in their was an infestation of roches every were i called and told her i tought everything was in great shape they came to look about a week later to see if it was true, they came and sprayed onced and the 2nd treatment was never done? Horrible.. 2nd my roof has had a leak i called and called and called finally they said they were going to fix it and never came.About 2 weeks later hurricane came, my living room was leaking even worse my recliner was damaged, again it never got fix, a week ago they came and cut the sheet rock off and put cardbord? Honestly cardbord, as we speak it is raining and now i have water coming into my appartment because the problem was not fixed till this day. I have had it! i am fit with this appartment, the manager is so rude and yells at you when you are trying to get things fix. I have a 9month old living hear smelling mold every day because this was not fixed? I still have roches in this appartment because that was also not fixed and i have lost my recliner and other things because of this water coming into my appartment because this was NOT FIXED!!

I would not recommend living here if you wish to have your maintenance issues resolved. I have had the same AC problem for months now. I have repeatedly had to call and go to the office to put in maintanance request multiple times and every time i do i get the same responses we will have someone look at it or we will let our manager know and see what we can do. I have even send pictures of my ceiling crack and stained around the AC unit. As we all know TX is hot and for my thermostat to say 85° with two kids in my home is highly unacceptable and i dare anyone in management a city crossing to say they dont not know of this issue. All you have to do is look at your maintanace request and my problem still isnt resolved. I pay over 1100 in rent to stay some place where they dont even have the decency to fix and ongoing maintenance problem. Im sure im not the only one.

I just moved in here last month and today someone robbed my mother and son at gun point getting out of the car. Took her purse and keys. I called the emergency number to get the locks changed and she was rude. Now Im still waiting for a call back from the managers. Smdh. Locked in a 12 month least and dont wanna be here.

At a Birthday party

I have been living here for 2 months. The first day the air was broken and within the first week, maintenance was called several times for a leak in the bathroom. My vehicle was broken into, my neighbors play loud music all the time. This is a HORRIBLE place to live!
