The units are good and very clean. They are affordable and very good front office. They got complete amenities very good for students, young professionals and starting a family.

Beautiful community, units are clean, and nice location close to schools. Management is great and always responsive.

Management is rude. Tenants(black ones) are harassed if someone supposedly complains. We were harassed most of the time we stayed there. Once we got a rude voicemail saying that “whoever’s raggedy car is in the road it’s about to get towed”. The rule is to park behind the car in your parking spot and apparently our guest wasn’t close enough to our bumper. She did not renew our lease because someone said our dog attacked them and their dog. Only evidence was a visible scratch on their arm. My dog is a jumper when he’s happy but never has he bitten any animal or human. The price isn’t worth it since there are no amenities like a pool, gym, or pet waste disposal. Plus you have to pay for water,sewer, lights, and trash. Cable isn’t included either.
