Don’t take their time with the pedicure. They are always cutting corners. When I called they told me one price and when I was done they told me a different price. Very unprofessional

My niece recommended this place. When I got there I was a bit turned off by how, shabby, the place looks inside. I decided to still give them a chance because she was happy with her nails when shed gotten them done.The service was, ok. I sat in chair #1. Id asked for pink and white ombre for the first time, but after he did the first nail, I was having second thoughts. It was a bit more dramatic looking than I had expected(I usually keep my nails pretty simple, french manicure) so I a politely asked if it was too late to change my mind and go natural/nude ombre. He was very upset by this so I just said forget it and continue, just because I did not want to make him start over.The finished product is passable but there are noticable irregularities. My right thumb nail is very lumpy with a mediocre blend at best, and some others have visible dips/dents.

So in an effort of finding a new salon I could turn to who will do a better than sub-standard job, basically the gentleman on the phone said that no one at his salon fit the description of providing service to which I would want to be a returning customer...Kudos to him for at least not wasting my money with techs he can’t promote!!!He also suggested I not call again, Duh!Back to the drawing board

I’ve been coming to this nails salon for years I just left and I’m never coming back. This is the third time that this has been done to me here. I will walk in sit patiently and wait. I was next in line u until someone she knew walked in. She gave them priority and told me to wait for the next person to come into work. I said no that’s not fair that’s the third time she’s done that to me. I am a paying customer too and it’s not fair treatment. Then she had the nerve to argue with me back to wait for someone to come. It’s unfortunate I never leave reviews but felt completely disrespected. I wait patiently and tip well. Guess this is why they have two stars!!

Acrylic set is literally three days old. My nails technician was extremely rude and only put one coat of acrylic on my nails. I asked if she can at least put another layer and she complained and spoke loudly in her foreign language. Mind you the whole nail process she never spoke. My right hand literally has two acrylic nails on. I went in on a Friday, my graduation was Saturday. I even had to go to graduation like this. I usually only go to this nail salon and get my nails done by Lili/Lilly who does a fantastic job.I have never shamed anyone; but the rude and little to no skill nail technician is a older woman who eats some type of seeds. If you’re sent to her for ANYTHING just refuse the service and wait for Lili or proceed elsewhere

Yesterday I went to get a manicure and pedicure and I chose gel polish for my hands, I spent $ 65 dollars, 24 hours later and so I have my nails. I wasted my money!! 😕

Absolutely horrible. Attached is a screenshot from Instagram that my friend showed the nail tech, and then I attached the final result which was WAY off. Did not look good at all. My friend had to go back the same day to get them taken off and without a refund. Need I say anything more?

I’ve been coming to that place because a friend recommended that place, every time I go there it’s either Lily left a lot of glue on my nails or she rushed doing my nails even though I make an appointment. Yesterday I went in for refil the lady seating on the 4 chair did my nail only for 1 to break the next day. I went in today to fix it, with attitude Lily told me to come back in an hr. I’m so dissatisfied and will never set foot in that place again. People should stay away from that place.

I could of did a better job of doing my own pedicure.. Never again

Great Service, Rose took her time listened to what I was looking to have done, and did my nails Just how I love them. Gentleman who did my pedi was awesome as well. Pleasant environment, clean and welcoming. I will be a repeat customer. Always a great experience, great customer service. Very professional. Great work on nails never dissatisfied. I am definitely recommending to all friends and if your looking for a good place to get all your nails, wax etc this is your place. My friend and I love our holiday nails. Staff treats us like friends more than just a customer

This is by far worst nail salon I have ever been. First of all salon is dirty, floor is feelthy, dust is everywhere, the color samples nasty dirty. Stuff unfriendly and rude. No hello, no good bye and definitely no thank you. My mani and pedi lasted 35 min, no massage chair, no foot massage, not even a base coat. Said she will do a top coat, how is it relevant? I had to refile my own nails because they were uneven. Dont waste your time and money and go somewhere else.

It wasn’t a bad experience per se, but the technician doing my pedicure cut way too low on two my nails and it’s been painful to walk. Pedicure came out fine but I’m unlikely to go back for that reason alone.

I just drop in. And always ask for the man right behind the register. I have had 0 complaints hes not the most talkative but outstanding with nails. And im hard to impress. I live in west pembroke pines and drive 35 min just to have him do my nails. I always get gel polish. If you like coffin nails 💅 his shaping is immaculate. I HATE it when my nails are 20 different shapes. This will not happen with him. I have not got my feet done yet. Will update review when I do.

I got a gel manicure with stones and not only did the nail technician place the stones crookedly , but one of the stones fell off the next day. When I went in to get it fixed, another nail technician did a messy job of reapplying stones. Seeing this, I asked her to fix it again and she rudely told me that she’s fixing it for free and that the person who did my nails wasn’t there and she was not going to take off the nail polish and redo the nail. She ended up reapplying the stones one more time, still pretty sloppy but at that point, I decided that it wasn’t worth arguing anymore. I will never go there again.

Cece is amazing! She always does an amazing job. I never have to wait. I leave happy every time I go in. I always do gel manicures and they last for a month. Never break. Beautiful always.

I understand how important reviews are, and I am a Loyal Customer because they are great and fast. I have different people do my nails and Jay is the BEST but no matter who you get, the service is great. People only like to put reviews when they are having a bad day! I highly recommend Roses Nails!!

When Rose first opened up , I live down the block of the plaza and I started getting services at her salon. Her , her husband and brother Wil were amazing , very catering to their customers. I moved out of Broward so I haven’t been to the salon in a year and a half. My company Christmas party is today and I’m in town so I decided to stop in for a pedicure. The staff that works there now made me feel very rushed and uncomfortable. Hopefully the salon is not like this when Rose is around. I started off with one guy and asked for someone else because he didn’t seem confident, he was barely filing my toe nails. My toes nails are all different shapes , some shorter than the others. at the end of the service when I was paying , I tried to tell the man why I wanted someone else. I tried to show him the shapes and sizes of my toes and he completely ignored me. What a shame.

I went in to roses for a gel manicure and pedicure. I had previously gotten a dip manicure somewhere else and roses nails removed the dip from my finger nails completely with there nail buffer. The proper way is to put foil and a bit of acetone and cotton ball to remove the nail polish... By using the nail buffer only they sawwed off so many layers of my nail. My once strong nails are now so weak and thin. One of them already broke off. Not even the manicure was up to par, I had to go in the day after I got the gel manicure because my nail chipped immediately. Not even a full 24 hours. Theyre nice people, but they need to really look at the services they are offering and just do better. Way better. and do things properly. The only decent thing about my service was the pedicure.

I had manicure pedicure and my nails now have hardly any polish on two days later. The tech seemed annoyed because I didn’t want to upgrade my services and actually charged me extra because I preferred to not have him use pumice stone and instead use the metal scraper. He tried to charge me for everything yet when the polish on one of the nails became messed up instead he just polished over the damage instead of removing polish and repainting it. Even after I gave him a large tip out of courtesy. I would never go back I should’ve stayed where I usually go which is better overall with actual customer service and quality service with affordable prices.

Owner is very rude. Seen him disrespect and mistreat customers. Also talks bad about them in their face. It was very disturbing. Never going back and would never recommend anyone. Poor service.

Im trying this place because Lele (Cece) is now working over there, I went yesterday and as always she does a great job, she has been doing my nails for years and she is amazing, if you want to give it a try ask for her. You are going to love her. Keep up the great work Cece.

Great nail salon, great service the owner and her husband are always so nice and friendly as well as the rest of the staff. Roses husband redid my pedicure which i got somewhere else on a gift certificate and he did an amazing job. He also did my manicure and it looks great. This is the only nail salon i will ever go to. Rose also does an amazing job with waxibg eyebrows.

Oh my goodness my nails stay on for literally three days no joke not exaggerating, the nail tech a guy he not the owner oh yeah Jay oh my it is ridiculous then he seems to get an attitude when your complaining about the status of your nails. I do not think it is right to pay 45 and they pop off sying they are gel nails thats ridiculous and absurd!!!! I tried them 3 times because the are closer to my place of employment however Im not then one day I left and that same night my nail popped off the manger was their he had to refile all my nails and fix the one that popped off he was very nice and at no charge. However it makes no sense to me.

I was coming here for years always went to (Will) always loved my nails! I called for will & they said yeah he’s in I got there he was not there! They said he no longer works there, so I decided to try someone new cause they insisted & I drove all the way there and the guy messed up a simple manicure! Worse nails in my entire life I hate it! Never going back again

I went here because a friend recommended them. The salon looks nice enough, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I called ahead to get pricing and was told another amount when I came in. Fine, mistakes happen. No printed receipt for cash transactions either. I also didt notice until I got home but the nail tech did a super sloppy job. Id try a different person the next time but will probably go back.

Close to my house, they are very nice and professional. One lady got upset and walked out simply because when she walked through the door, they greeted her accordingly and asked what she needed done, as they should. Yet, I see others complaining that they do not do that. I guess everyones experience is different and some customers may not be content while others are elated. My family and I have never had a problem.

After having a bad experience the first time I decided to give this place a try again since it’s close to my house. The nail tech was very nice but all my nails were shaped and cut uneven and I ended up with my hands and toes 2 different shades of red. On top of that they charge more than the place I usually go to. I’m so disappointed, never going back there again.

The people were kind but some were rude. They were taking off my gel nails with holo powder and she filed off many layers of my natural nails. After she did that my nails felt weak thin broken bumpy and brittle. I had very nice and strong nails until now. The lady who did my nails was kind, although we asked for a polish change and she gave me a full on cutting of my cuticles. Let me tell you I am only 11 and that’s not quite the ending of this after almost two weeks my nails are still heeling and my hands will never be the same. And that is why you shouldn’t go there.

If you need a great nail salon, this is the one. I love that place and I love how nice they are. Unlike other salons, They take their times and they are very professional.

Sometimes theres a wait but its worth it. The staff is genuine and their service is quality. The place is clean and kept up well. They do good pedicures and fancy nail work too.

They’re under NEW Management, so glad I gave them another try. Now you can actually get what YOU WANT, instead of some lazy halfass job by a bully Tect lol. And Yes they do DIPPED Nail fills as long as you remember the color. Which doesn’t hurt your pockets, instead of forcing you to get a new set🥰🥰🥰🥰 And it’s right by my house!

Nails are done well and it lasts wich is a good thing. I started going when they first opened. I dont think they are staffed properly for their growth. I suggest making an appointment. Waits can be very long and they wont tell you that. You will just sit there for an hour.

Ive been coming here on and off for about a year now. I never have any complaints, however, my last visit took approximately 2 hours between the wait time and completing my service. I advise Rose and Suan to hire more staff. Your business is growing and your quality is well. You will continue to get bad reviews and lose guest unless you hire more people.

This was by far the worst nail experience I have ever had. If you want to get yelled at and have your nails cut until you bleed, then this is the place for you. If I had to choose between myself and this place, I’d choose a pedi by myself any day. Save yourself two hours of stress and go anywhere else. It’s a shame because Rose seems talented; she needs to pick her staff more wisely.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place! I went in today for a basic pedicure and left with chopped off toe nails. My pedicure started off wrong/backwards from the beginning. My feet were scrubbed by an older gentleman who did an amazing job the only thing is he didnt know how to cut,shape or even clean the cuticle area😕 so I had to wait for an older woman who did the worst job in pedicure history....she chopped off my toe nail and then she said it will look better after she shaped it. WOW!!!! Long story short Ill NEVER go there AGAIN. Can you say LESSON LEARNED!!!

I usually go there but this experience was horrible they have an old lady who cant see doing people feet. She cant see a thing and my feet looks horrible and they didnt want to fix my feet. Im never going back. You guys have lost a customer thank you.

Terrible customers service! I came in to get a pedicure. I figured I would give them a try since theyre close to my house and just opened. When I walked in the greeter and another employee where having a conversation, I waited for 5 minutes to be acknowledged, they never stopped talking or even bothered to look at me. I just walked out without a word. There was only one customer waiting in the pedicure massage chair...and know I see why. Id rather drive the extra 5 miles to another spot. They should realize they are the only nail place in town, great customer service will be the deciding factor

The new owner is very rude ... I just went back because my toes and my fingers nail don’t match I want they to change the colors and the guy was so rude and treat me really bad... I never come back and I hope they loose a lot of clients.

Came here and had to initiate entire convo. Was really looking for a new nail place explained my job and how my nails cannot break...One broke that day and the rest were cracked across the middle of the nail in 4 days.. I wasted my money and wish I could have gotten a refund..

Horrible service they are super rude. The lady did all the shape of the nails wrong, I ask her to give me the file and I did it myself. Then I ask her to do one line thinker on my French and the lady looked at me like she wanted to hit me. Never coming back

I am actually upset enough to write a review. I went in on my lunch break and asked for a pedicure and a fill in. A man, who clearly looked inexperienced began massaging my feet and legs w/o doing the actual pedicure only to find out later he was prepping my feet. No one asked me if I wanted a deluxe nor did I ever say that, I simply said I want a pedicure. Then I proceeded to get my nails filled and the guy did a good job at that. At checkout he tells me $53 dollars! Now I dont have a problem paying for nail services, I do have an issue with them using language barrier as an excuse to charge me more. The price list says gel fill costs $20 and basic pedi costs $20. He tells me well you got the scrub. But I didnt ask for the scrub. Also, how does he figure I am paying $30 dollars for a fill. Because polish doesnt come along with the actual fill in? Just ridiculous. I told myself never to go back there again after one off experience here and now I will never go again. Beware. If you must be upfront and firm because they will try to trick you and steal your money!

So unhappy right now paid way too much money and I’m pretty sure the guy that did my nails was either drunk or intoxicated. Tried to give them another chance but they ruined again I’m sorry but won’t be going back

I dont have any complaints about customer service. My review is most about cleaning. The place its totally dirty the walls with paint same doors. The trash can is full of trash and also the outside of the trash can is totally dirty the sink faucet its totally destroy. First and Last to this place.

The MOST unprofessional nail salon I have ever been to!!! First off when I first walked in I spoke and no one said ANYTHING usually when you walk into a nail salon your greeted Hello how may I help you I only got my eyebrows done in the back room which reminded me of a playground because one of the workers kids were running back and forth through the door even bumping the guy who was doing my eyebrows which he did a ok job. Last but not least the very Rude (older lady) got mad at me for asking for my receipt (i paid with my card and I still left tip) saying its only 9 dollars! I wouldnt go back there if it was the last salon on earth

Thanks! Hangs up thinking Im NOT going there!!!!!!A GOOD APPROACH & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL TAKE PEOPLE & THEIR BUSINESS A LONG WAY IN THE FUTURE IF YOU TAKE SELF OUT THE WAY! I just left out of there 15 minutes ago and didnt even finish the gill. The guy had no clue what he was doing; he was rushing and doing a poor job! My nails look uneven and he didnt even remove all the polish before he started to put the acrylic! I stopped him and left and had tears in my eyes! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! PLEASE! The most horrible experience Ive had at a nail salon.

The young man who polishes my nails hurt me. He used this sander that is used on acrylics for my cuticles and left me an indent that had to grow completely out! I told him he was hurting me.... no one human to listen to me!

The Worst nail salon I have ever been to.I went to do my gel nails a week ago and they already look horrible like theyve been done for 3 weeks peeling off. Gel polish nail, supposed to get off after 2 weeks.Today I went to over there to tell them about this and they got very upset wiht me, telling me it was my fault because I maybe did things with water like wash the dishes. What do they know abuot what I did last week?Finally they removed my gel for free but they took 30 minutes doing it, and a guy from there was very rude with me. Definitely a very disrespectful people is working there.

Worst nails experience ive ever had, i was overcharged, ended up paying $50 for freaking thick baby crooked nails that were so short when i mentioned i wanted medium lenght coffin nails (i wish i took a picture). The nail tech was a bit cocky and arrogant saying things like im doing so good throughout and was basically almost forcibly begging for a tip , which made me so uncomfortable because i said no more than twice because i was not satisfied with the nails . Ive read good reviews but apparently those were done by the owner.

Ive been to this nail salon 2 times and I thought that I found the best nail spot and its been amazing up until today. The guy who got assigned to do my pedicure didnt look like he wanted to do my nails let alone be there. He did a terrible job cutting my toe nails and took way too long cleaning them up which barely gave enough time for the massage which is why I went with a more expensive pedicure or else o would have went basic and saved $15. Then half way through painting my toe nails at the end he realized he forgot to do the paraffin wax portion so he had to take the nail polish off and do the wax and then had to paint my toe nails again. The paint job was really bad and my toe nails were cut badly. It was like a 5 year old did it. Then he tried to charge me $5 extra for a type of pedicure I didnt ask for. Lastly, when I got to my car I noticed wax all over the back of my feet and under them because it wasnt cleaned properly, my shoes got ruined from the wax. Not a good experience.

If I could give them 0stars I would !! So unprofessional and so rude ... And they can not polish nails right look like a 3year old painted my nails... I literally waited 2hours to set in a chair and it wasnt even a busy dayyy.

Received a pedicure and polish fell off the next day. The woman was talking to the staff and kept stabbing me in the toes.

I asked the price before getting my nails done and it also says the price on the board but the female charged me $10 more. Then used an adding machine to add 35 and 40 together...
