I went there all excited to get my pedicure and manicure done, but I got such a bad experience, old nail polish, and using the tools like were using with the person next to me without even sanitize them. The place was dirty everywhere, the lady who was doing my pedicure didn’t even speak Spanish o English so I explained to one of her coworkers what I needed to get done I respectfully said that I have ingrown nail and they hurt and lots of dead cells so she got with attitude and asked someone else to finish my pedicure, then I’ll try the nicest way to explain the guy I have ingrown nails, but I guess he didn’t understand and at the end I left the place feeling I didn’t have a pedicure at all until I got home and getting them cleaned myself again.

My girl IVY hooked me and my sister UP! Gorgeous and awesome pricing. Super satisfying to watch, I 100% recommend this salon, hauling all my friends here from now on.

Loved my toes but my nails honestly he put so much powder that it looked fat and really uneven.This picture is 5 days later, can all ready see my nail and the color changed looking yellowish. Also the guy was definitely in a hurry to leave and I understand but not the best work.

Icy did my nails today and it was my 2nd time here. 10/10 I didn’t like the color I chose and she gladlyfixed them for me. She’s super sweet and she let me stay in the store while waiting for my uber. I’m absolutely in love with my nails. Definitely my new favorite salon and I’ll only be coming here from now on.

Horrible experience! Wrong shape and wrong color, nobody in salon can do French or ombré. Destroyed my toe nails shape that I work very hard on maintaining. Made me pay for work I complained about and refused to properly fix it. $80 down the drain. Do NOT recommend!

Went into Pandora nails to have my daughter nails done for her birthday and she was very pleased. I scheduled an appointment and was seen on time. The tech Icee is the real deal, she definetly surpassed my daughters expectations. The shop is very clean, up to date and their prices are reasonable. You will not be disappointed when serviced there..I will definetly be returning for my holiday nails!!!!

So Im going to a big hair/makeup show this weekend and came in with the idea of just getting basic nails done and Icy took care of me. Let me just say she was so sweet and took care or me instantly. She really treated me well and gave me a glam set of nails that I wouldnt have thought of asking for. Love them so much! She was so good at detailing themand made sure I was happy.

One of the dirtiest places Ive ever been in my life. They open in the middle of a pandemic and were unable to sweep the floor full of hair, trash, nails, and even chewing gum. By the way, none of the employees were wearing a mask. The manicurist’ uniform was really dirty. Overall very bad experience. I complained to myself that I didnt leave on time. It was my last visit to this salon

They take good care of me and also have the best most meticulous pedicures Ive ever had(prices are very reasonable compared to most salons). You seriously cant find better consistently great customer service anywhere else.

I’ve came here since they’ve opened and no doubt I enjoy my time there every time. The music is good, and employees are extremely welcoming. The atmosphere is a great vibe. Bo does my nails and Thao does my toes and I can last 3-4 weeks every time. Bo always is up for any type of length, shape, color or design and he’s the most crafty/artistic nail technician I’ve ever met. My boyfriend also gets his eyebrows done there by the lady that does hair and the wax doesn’t hurt him. We love coming in.

She was amazing! I got my hair highlighted and she took her time and made sure I was comfortable and feeling pampered. There was almost no language problem even though I don’t speak Spanish, she was still very friendly and made sure I understood what was happening. I would definite recommend this salon to anyone!

Ok so the design was nice and all but they break very easily and it damaged my real nail.EDIT: so the last nail place I went to I sometimes stubbed my nail from here and there but it never broke off like it did from here. Also I thought false nails were to help/protect nails underneath not damage....

I’ve been to Florida on vacation already for 3 years never saw this place. I moved 4 months ago to the area and just recently found out this location existed and I’m so happy I found it. Not Sure how long they’ve been in business but they are amazing. I’ve done my nails 3x in different places and it wasn’t pleasant. I would do a comparison with pictures but I’m even embarrassed to show lol. Today I went and had my nails reshaped to how I wanted and I swear it couldn’t have been more perfect. Not sure Of the young lady’s name but I will be going back. I didn’t ask for much not knowing how the staff worked but for my next filling I will be prepared.

I was looking for someone to to dipping powder for a very long time! they are the best quality in all of soflo...super polite and great service! I was going to another salon for 25 years for my pedicures and was not planning on doing my feet but after dexidong to gone them a shot, I will not be going back! they have a happy customer for life.

Would love to give this place ZERO stars. Called them in the morning to make an appointment and had a 3pm appointment today. I got there ten minutes early and was told they were a little behind and that I needed to wait. No problem picked out my color and checked some emails. . 55 minutes later, (FIFTY FIVE MINUTES) both nail techs are still with their clients. So basically NO your not behind you most likely took a walk in right before I got there and disregarded appointment that you had. I run 2 VERY successful businesses and I never take advantage of a clients time.Who has time to wait an hour to get their NAILS done with an appointment lol? This was my first visit to your salon. I spray tan woman for weddings and special events.... all could have been clients of yours. I also run 2 very well known restaurants and know lots of people, also could have been clients of yours. You never know who is sitting in your waiting room.ALSO.... the response the owner left on another bad review on here was disgraceful!!! Calling a client boo, sweetie, hun etc... dont you dare respond to me like that. Most unprofessional thing I ever read and have I seen that before I made the appointment I would have never booked.

They were extremely slow, only one person knew how to do gel nails, and they kept rotating clients to him. My french pedicure was God aweful. I was there 90 minutes for a pedicure!!!! I have no idea why anyone would go there or give them a good rating. My friend got a gel manicure, the woman put on 6 coats!!! Of gel polish and they started peeling off before we even left. They should be ashamed of themselves.
