I went in for my treatment and had an unpleasant experience with Coreen, who I believe is the spa owner. I felt out of place and unseen as a client, it seemed as though she had no intention of making me feel truly welcome and that’s a big red flag to me. Not the warm experience you would want when going to a spa.

I have been going to Coreen at complexity for 8 yrs. my skin has never looked so good. Coreen is nothing but professional and attentive to all of her clients. I found this place through the internet, I was looking into getting the Carbon Laser Peel and Complex City Spa was one of the few locations (Hallandale and Hollywood) that provided this service at a affordable cost. I signed up with Coreen for her boot camp 17 treatments..the cost is extremely affordable and includes the following and more...o2 hydration, spot and rolling lazer, collagen rejuvenation, exfoliation and pore cleansing, UV light, electric muscle stimulation etc etc and a wonderful array of home products and serums that I highly recommend. I am approximately half way through my treatments and my skin has tightened and lifted, my sun spots are almost completely gone, my eye lids are lifting, my jaw line is becoming for defined etc.etc. Coreen is an expert in this field and it has become evident to me that she has a true passion for what it is she does.

The worst place to go !! I wen with Coreen for micropen, I guet a bacteria in my face , went I come back to her she told me was normal , and is going to go away in couple days , not true, I have to go to adermatologist, he give me antibiotics for 15 days , went I I told her she told she have some other experience froom other client, she just get part of the responsibility, but my Bills for she did come more they what I think, she refuse to pay the rest of the money she only no damage my skin , she leave me with dark spots in my all face because she went to deeper with the needles. What a mistake to pick this place. I dont recommend to go the worse.

Coreen is the best !! She has taken my skin from dry and damaged to new and beautiful. All of the treatments have been tailored to what my skin needs. Coreen is a master of changing her many treatments to meet the needs of my skin . The latest treatment I have received is fraxel. It’s a fractional laser treatment that restores the texture of your skin immediately and for months later. Numbing cream is needed and skin is red and swollen for 1-2 days. Have it done on a Friday by Monday definitely makeup can cover any redness and tiny skin crusts. Skin crusts take a good week to fall off but it is gradual and skin looks amazing . So worth the down time skin just keeps looking better every day. Going for my second round of fraxel love the results
