The acrylic here is the best I haven’t broke a nail plus the prices are always fair and the manicure is top of the line she scrubbed my feet back to the newborn phase!! I’m in love with this place the environment is comfy and the nail techs are friendly this is a must go

In less than one week both feet and hands gel and regular started to chip. I didnt go to the beach, pool, or do dishes like they usually ask. Now, I have to find another place and pay for a fresh job.

I never write reviews, but I paid 60 dollars to get a set of acrylics with gel, very over priced. If the manicure was good I would have not cared to pay. But the day after the gel got scratched up and was chipping, the manicure was messy and when I went to fix them the week later at a different place, the gel was coming off with a cotton ball in water!

Great salon my first time going there the amphier was very comfortable being there my nail tech (Mr Q) was great I will definitely make another appointment there With I already have I got my brows and lashes done on Wednesday Tammy did awesome job 🤗👍🏼😷💟

I have given this place many chances because it is very convenient for me; but NEVER AGAIN! Not only they are very rude they do a poor job. The acrylic nails break within a couple of days and then when you come back, they do not want to fix them because they are busy with other real customers. They change prices as they go and yell at you when you tell them that it is not what they said. Please use your valuable money and go somewhere else where you will be treated as a princess as you should! There are plenty of places in the neighborhood where you can go. AVOID this place!

This was my first time coming here and it was not a good experience! Very overpriced, with $20 for a design and an added 40 for acrylic . Then when I asked for no design cause of overpriced, I was questioned if I had any money. Then after the nail salon, 30 minutes later my nail breaks from opening a drawer. Never had this experience before with cheaper nail salons. I extremely do not encourage going here! Find a better place with cheaper prices, professional workers, and overall better experience!

It’s my second time visiting paradise nail salons in Hallandale. My nail technician Lucy was wonderful!!! She was professional and precise! I brought her a picture of what I wanted to create and she brought it to life!! I left feeling so happy!! Thanks Lucy ♥️♥️

I go there every month for my nails. Usually, the salon has fast service and I like my nails after. Today, I had a terrible experience. I assume the girl was new because after almost 3 hours doing my nails, well check in the picture the mess. I did not tip her, but I paid for a work that I did no like. Her name is Rose. My advice: ask for an specific person next time you go. I had a really great with Megan before

My pedicure was horrible. I had a crack on my big toe with the nail polish and the nail tech literally just put another coat ask if it was going to help. I got home and it was so thick it bothered me so much I took the nail polish off. What a waste of money!!!!!! My manicure chipped the next day. Their nail polish is clearly not genuine. Only good thing about this place is the front desk. I feel bad, they were helpful.

I went in this morning to have a broken nail fixed the lady at the desk was very rude told me she can’t fix my nail because they are only helping “real customers” mind you I’ve done many of pedicures here including 1 on Tuesday(2 days ago) if I’m not a real customer please refund me my 60.00 I just spent Tuesday on my pedicure. I’ve never seeen such poor customer service and also I was the only customer in there they could of more than help me. Very very rude. save your money and go to people who actually care about their customers.

I went twice to this salon only because they were the only place open in the hours I could go, they only have 1 girl that does designs and she is horrible, all I asked for was some lines in different colors and she couldnt even do that. I wanted to take the polish from her and do it myself. I gave them a few chances but it’s too expensive and I was disappointed every time. How hard is it to find a dotting tool and make some dots ? Not going back again.

I am visiting from out of town so I do what I always do before I get services done at a nail place and look up reviews. I walked in early afternoon and they took me right away for a pedicure and eyebrow threading. There are a lot of employees and a lot of pedicure baths and manicure desks so it was nice to be able to get in today without an appointment.The place was very neat and I was very pleased with their work. The woman that did my pedicure got right to work and did a thorough job. I also added the hot stone massage which was so relaxing as well. My eyebrow threading was done very nicely there as well and I felt very little pain. Usually my eyes and nose run during threading but that did not occur with their technique and I hardly flinched the entire time! I highly recommend anyone here based on my enjoyable experience today!

I’ve been coming here since i was 12 years old (2017) and the staff is very nice and professional. they’re work is pretty solid, and the environment is clean.

Horrible!!! I needed a fresh set of nails with gel color nothing major. Instead of soaking off my nails they drilled the acrylic and tore my nails to the point where they bled! I asked for a band aid and just left. I have to soak off the rest of my nails myself when I get home. Horrible experience

This nail salon is located in the RK Diplomat center Plaza in Hallandale. Lots going on in that plaza but parking is available at all times. There is usually no waiting time for their service.They offer therapeutic spa manicures, pedicures, massages, threading, tinting eyebrows, facials,eyelash extensions, waxing, and other services. The technicians are very courteous and the establishment is very tidy, clean and very lovely in the inside. The massage chairs are also great.Best price on the gel-mani and pedicure!

First ofall saw a roach . Sevond, each time I was was charged a different price. Do not use Lindafor a pedicure, the worst. She cut my cuticalGot infected, devrloped ingrown toe nail from my largd toe . Their rude to customers.

Congrats Jack on a great job! I am a salon owner in Sunny Isles and we close on Mondays, and I honestly never have time to stop, nor our nails techs never have space. As I live across the way from Paradise Nails and needed an emergency full set for a quick bday trip, I went to Jack l and he definitely came through. I tried mani & padi with this salon for couple of times, and each time is lasted for couple of days only, a gel work. That is impossible!

This place is a rip off!!!!! Don’t believe prices listed, they overcharge and lie. The lady at the register makes up any price she wants and every time it’s a different charge. Charges you double of listed price. Place is extremely dirty, will not recommend this place to anyone

I’ve been going to Paradise Nails in Hallandale for years! You always have a favorite nail expert and mine are Q and Megan. That said my friend has her own favorites so that shows how this place has someone for everyone. Bottom line..... the ownership is fantastic and the services are great. The prices are reasonable also. I highly recommend.

My wife has been going to this salon for many years.It seems that they have a new manager who is not very customer friendly. My wife was choosing a nail polish color bottle, that was more than half used, slipped out of her hand and broke on the floor.The bottle most likely was slippery from the humidity.The manager rushed over and said $8.00. She didn’t care to asked what happened or the damaged it made to my wife’s pants or my shoes, she just wanted $8.00 and pointed to a handwritten 2”x3” sign that she handwritten “$8.00 for breaking a bottle”.My wife apologized for the accident.My wife stayed and did a ped and manicure. She opted not to do any further services to see if the manager charges the $8.00 bogus charge.Usually you go to the register to pay but this time the tech took my wife’s credit card to the manager before she was finished. The manager was eager to charge my wife the $8.00 before my wife was done. My wife told the manager she will never come back. We also told our friends and neighbors about this salon and what happened today and they agreed not to use them. I would have given them no stars but I wouldn’t be able to post this review. I have updated this review to show the condition of my wife’s manicure after two days.

The owner is soooo friendly and she greets you as you as you walk in, she goes over and beyond for you when needing help to pick a color...I get my Acrylics done with JACK hes great!!!!

I have gone to this business for several years and the last couple of months I haven’t had any luck with my manicures. The last 2 times I did my nails here I’ve had to back 3 to 4 times rach time to get nails fixed as dip powder gel falls off! Very annoying. Yes I don’t get charged every time I have gone back but it’s annoying having nail polish fall off several times. Seems like they are buying cheap materials not sure why because they are expensive when it comes to their prices. Extremely disappointed so please be careful.

The place is nice and clean. I was a first timer looking for a new place to have my nails done going forward. I am a local and not a tourist. The tech did a good job but man, the prices are so high. For a full set gel got charged $56. Thats the reason for 3 stars. I understand that they are in a high rent area but come on....this is well above pricey. Sadly, I will not come back due to high prices. This is a strip mall nail salon not high end Spa.

I did my nails with Jack and OMG I was blown away. He did my ombré, my design and my toes FABULOUS. I recommend him to anyone!!! He’s the best. Definitely will be coming back for more 😍😍 I’m in love with my nails. GO TO JACK!!

Ive actually never done a review in my life but Im so frustrated I wanted to share... Ive been going here for months getting my eyebrows waxed and never had a problem... today I went and nearly all my eyebrows are gone... I was polite and they blamed me that I should have told them I didnt want them so thin...( like its not bad enough I have no eyebrows) I paid and left before I got more frustrated... they lost me as a previously loyal customer for sure

Love going here for my manicures and pedicures! The staff is friendly and accommodating! The atmosphere is calm and inviting with no typical nail salon odors. Ive also had a hot stone massage here, and it was wonderful!

Paid $65 for a pedicure, French gel, and regular manicure (no designs). My gel pedicure started peeling from the edges two days later. SMH waste of money. Gel usually lasts me 2 weeks.

My mom and I had been going for several months every two weeks to get our nails done. However, we will never go back! Not that they seem to care but they have lost two costumers. My mom made an appointment for Tuesday and forgot about it. ( things happen we all forget appointment etc.) When she mistakenly went on Wednesday the staff treated her terribly. The manicurist Megan yelled at her in the middle of the salon and said she would never service her again. The owner was rude and allowed my 66 year mother to be degraded in front of other staff and costumers ( a lot more was said during the interaction).I can sympathize that it may be frustrating if you have an appointment and the person does not show up. I understand and my mom apologized. However, Megan has been doing her nails ever since she started going to the salon. If anything have a penalty, advise the customer of the policy but there is no need to yell or make the customer feel like bad. My mom is also disabled so for them to have treated her so poorly is upsetting and borders on discrimination.Even the times before this occurred don’t expect to get excellent service it’s overall basic.

I have been coming to this nail salon for 1yr 6mos and have only experienced kind and caring professionals who meet all my needs in one place. Best pedicures - massages I’ve ever had and nails always gorgeous. Thank you Paradise for always making me look and feel my best when I leave here.

Been going there for many years. The work is good but it all depends on the Nail Tech you choose. So remember the name! Customer service wise it sucks!!! Many of the nail techs are rude and you can tell their are speaking about you in Vietnamese. They dont say hello, please, or thank you. Sometimes I feel they are doing me a favor. But I have to say that I like the work and is in a convenient location. So until I find another place I keep on coming with my headphones on and music playing. Place is big and clean with nice decor.

Get the SNS Nails! Seriously, get them! They are awesome! (They are a type of gel nail polish!) But I really like the atmosphere here - very relaxed and calming. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel welcomed!

Don’t take the guy that is seating on the first row. He did my nails good, but pedicure. He needs a lot practice, he did it in 5 minutes, he has no experience with ingrown nail. It’s painful. I will not come back.

Yesterday, my husband went to do pedicure but like always have the problem in grow nails. I believe the owner lady doesn’t know how to take out In grow nails. Her employee take out the in grow nails so hard the way how she took it was away to aggressive. I went to a lot nails salon I never see people how to take out in grow nails like that. The way how you take out in grow nails you have to take out little by little so the customer doesn’t feel that pain.They want to charge $10.00 for just cleaning manicure usually when you do manicure cleaning is already include it. I Kind feel they don’t do it too good compare other salon. They price it was away too expensive. The only reason I did it because it was a emergency and really need it.

I had been searching for so long to have a nail tech that I could be loyal to. ! And I believe took care of me and paid a lot to my wants. I could wear these for one month and they still look fresh. It was a nice and relaxing experience for me.

Unfortunately this place has gone severely downhill, the technicians are not experienced and do not do a good job. My daughter went for a polish change and they charged her $3 more to cut nails, that is ridiculous. No other place charges to cut nails that is always part of the service. When my daughter saw a big the lady did not even acknowledge it. With about 10 salons around it’s best to try a different salon.

Since I found this place is the only one that I’ve been going to do my nails. They really care about how your nails are going to look which is very important because at the end you’re the one who is paying. Their service is really good :)

Ive never been more disappointed.The second you walk in you feel rushed. They barely give you time to pick out a color before they heard you into the pedicure chair or the wax room.My gel dip manicure looks like blobs not squares do Im home fixing and filing them myself so people dont look at me funny after I shake their hand.And I got cut during the pedicure and she poured acetone on my open cut. Maybe their clientele doesnt see the imperfections in the work because theyre all old peopleI would never ever come here again or recommend this place to anyone.

The worst pedicure job I have ever gotten!!!. The whole process took about 10 minutes and I had to go back home and make it look neat myself. Someone told me NOT to get your nails done here but I came anyways because this salon is the closest to me. You live and you learn!

I wish I could post negative star! Ive been their customer for more than 4 years. Now its my time to say stay away from them. First of all, if you dont want to lose your business, change your upfront lady. She has no idea how to speak to customers. She is very disrespectful and rude. Last Monday she called me to cancel my appointment because (her words) nobody wants to work. :I Today I finally got there and instead of saying nice words to me at the end of my visit so I would choose this place next time she told me she would charge me more next time, because it takes so much time to match the colors. Excuse me, this is your job to help a customer leave your salon satisfied not disappointed. It is not on your price list that if I use different colors I need to pay more. It is not even a design. I have been coming here for the past three years now and I must say I have NEVER been disappointed. Its a little bit in the expensive side but to me it is well worth it. It amazes me how the guys tech are much better than the women. The guys pay more Attention to the details and try not to hurt my poor fingers and toes. So I always request a male. Today I went there and got a new guy name Jay. Jay at station 16 did a great job on my pedi and on my nails. The foot massage and hand massage was to die for. I left there feeling as if all the heavy weight on my foots and legs were lifted. I recommend to everyone. To get the best service dont rush them. Also if you come in with a good attitude you will receive good attitude in return. The fact if you want to feel relaxed and calm get a pedicure that is at least 40-45 minute long and tell your tech be gentle. I will continue to come here until the day I receive bad service from them.

Stay away Linda is the best there if your looking for customer service in a hurry she is there at your service, sweet girl for brow waxing, workers there eat at their table sleep at the pedi chairs and don’t acknowledge the customers.... it’s a danger zone Just sayin!!!!! The worst quality of work ever !! They will mess up your nails and CHARGE you to fix them. They are terrible gel chips in 2 days. Do not waste your money go across the street to elite nails, way better work.

Its was really nice and clean. Very big place 18 pedicure seats! Open on SUNDAYS! Lots of extravagant upgrades available on pedicure/nail/massages.Language barrier, and as quick as they can refill your seat!

At first my visits to this place was ok. Went to try them out with a pedicure and did a nice job. Then went back to get a dip manicure and they did ok. But the next time I went to get my nails done I told the tech that one of my nails is too bubbly. I had the color bubble bath. She laughed it off and said yeah like bubble bath! Then I hesitated to go back to get a pedicure and was told by the rude lady in the front that they were going to charge me to remove my gel polish for my pedicure because I wasn’t getting gel polish this time! And when I argued with her that I’m getting a pedicure, the removal of polish should be a part of the service. She replied that this is what we’ve been doing for 10 years. Well the girl who did my pedicure was kind of nice. But she didn’t do the pedicure correctly. She didn’t cut my toe nails straight, leaving them jagged. And also most of the employees there have some kind of negative vibe and attitude about them, snobby! And they sleep in the pedicure chairs as customers come in. Very unprofessional!Makes me feel uncomfortable. Most definitely will not be going back! I would give at least 4 stars for a couple of employees who seem like they actually know what they are doing and can be pleasant, but my overall experience is unsatisfactory!

My wife just returned from having a pedicure there. Do not go to this place if you dont want your feet butchered! What a mess! The girl that butchered her feet didnt wear a name tag. The manager offered a $3 discount only! Very rude! Probably an unlicensed nail tech. Going to file a complaint with the state.

Very dissatisfied with the serves of the last three visits. Services have been poor lately. On this last visit, the tech didnt want to respect my wishes to keep cotton fuzz out of the polish, file my nails the way I wanted, or make the foot bath water comforable to dip my feet. She had it on full blast hot. She also sprayed me with water from the hose and didnt apologize. It pained her to get me a towel to dry off when i asked for one then she made some remark that its only water. Sure it is, but i didnt come for a shower, how about you sit in it while trying to relax. What an idiot. I see new faces, some unhappy, and also noticed its not as busy as it used to be. I typically never complain but this time I had enough. Too pricey to walk out with mediocre services and dampened clothes. They lost me as a customer.

Rude staff, always! I live close by and tell myself each time will be the last. This time I went in to have my tips removed. She did a good job. At the end I noticed there was a rip in my nail so I asked her if she could just clip it. She responded Do it yourself!! They should treat customers better instead of behaving like they are doing you a favor when youre spending your money.
