$47 for a dipping powder manicure and the tech didn’t even use a new towel on the table for me after finishing with the previous customer. It was full of glue-on-nail clippings and dust and I had to ask him to replace it with a new one. I used the bathroom and there were no paper towels, but that was the least of the issues- See photos I uploaded. My nails came out okay (after I pointed out that he left the nails on one hand noticeably longer than the other hand, and pointed out a chunky white rock that needed to be buffed off before he was about to apply top coat), but the environment and overall experience was not worth what I paid.

The experience was great! I went in early so they took their time and no one else was there. They were so nice and funny... I did a powder, it was supposed to be blue but didnt realize the nail changes colors from green to blue based on temperature. I love my nails and a fantastic job was done, thank you 😊

Never going back!! From the beginning I felt that the nail technician was annoyed at the fact I was only getting a manicure. After seeing the place I didn’t want to spend any additional time there.The place was completely empty when I got there, another lady was getting her nails done and I had to wait to the other technician to get there but I didn’t mind that. Got all her tools from her drawer, didn’t look one bit sterilize!She did my nails so fast that wouldn’t allow one each layer to dry before adding the other one. Within 15min she was done with my nails. The place didn’t look that clean. Overall didn’t like enjoy one bit!

I was the last customer there that day and I needed pedicure and manicure. He took care of my nails with great patience. I was so happy!

Called before I came the gentleman that works there said to give him 30 minutes then head there. I arrived 30 minutes later and was told I would have to wait an additional 45 minutes. Normally I’d just leave and go somewhere else but it was Sunday and my bday was the next day so I waited and waited and finally it was just me and one other girl who was able to walk right in and get serviced I finally got someone to take care of me only he did the worst job ever... he did not remove my old nails he just filed them down and due a poor fill in with acrylic even though I told him I had powder he then poorly polished over the acrylic and the powder and this was after 8pm now so I’d been there a total of 3 hours and this was my experience. I’d like them to take note of this and do better.

The gentle man that did my guy best friend. Did good on the scrubbing and cleaning of his cuticles and heels. On me he was a little rough. But the scrubbing and massage was great!

Ben and Win are two nail techs (guys) that are both very friendly and provide professional and excellent nail service!!!it is a very small nail shop, really pretty and clean inside. Im in love with it. it is my little secret! Prices are reasonable.

EXTREMELY CONCERNING sanitary and cleanliness issues. The acrylic, nail oil, drills, lotion equipment and everything else was CRUSTED in... crust.Please do better. The salon is pretty.

Took my kids here to get mani & padi done. They did such a great job. I decided to get my feet done.. First time for me as a man and let me tell you. I will be coming back to Ben every month. Great job great service and very clean.

This is my 3rd time coming here since i move to FL. The crew is amazing, so good that i havent look for another nail salon since i try here.Theyre super social and relax, the salon smell fresh and is always super clean, i love the decorations and they have lovely plants (like real plants, not plastic, lol) Price is good. Theyre very receptive and whatever change u want they help. Every time i come (without an appointment) they always have time for me.Honestly theyre sweethearts (i guess thats why they call it Sugar Nails Spa!)

I called ahead of time to get my eye brows done. Someone told me to come in twenty minutes. Once I arrived he told me an hour wait, then proceeded to try and make it seem like I’m the one who was late. I drove to this city because I enjoyed this salon. Take your business elsewhere!

The two gentleman are friendly and efficient. Prices are reasonable. Make sure your nails are absolutely dry. Mine looked like the were but is it the high humidity, or what, but my two big toes ended up messed the same night. I had my pedicure done that morning...weird...or maybe the polish was old. Not too happy about that. Went the next day but it was closed ( Sunday). Free parking.

This place is very nice, and the service is good. I only have an issue when I got a pedicure, they don’t massage your feet or legs... seems you have to pay extra for that. Makes no sense.

I’d like to start off by saying the gentleman Ben was a very polite and professional individual the establishment is clean, very comfortable and full of great positive energy they did My daughters nails which was very inexpensive and it was the first time I ever did a pedicure .. Ben was very informative and delicate, he took his time and made me feel comfortable he did a great job and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend

Didn’t even make it in the door. I had a 10 AM appointment. I waited out front from 9:50-10:15 before I left. I left a voicemail letting them know how unprofessional it was. It’s 10:30 and I just now get a call asking if I’m close by. Yes I’m close by. Diamond nails down the street already has me waxed and midst pedicure. I will never give sugar another chance. Lost a customer before you even had one.

The guy did a good job and was friendly but they need major cleaning. They need to sanitize their tools after each person and one time use scrubs.

If I could just share with you a picture of a pedicure that I left with yesterday, that would tell the story. and, in the middle of my pedicure which was already going south, he took a client and did their eyebrows for 15 minutes. I thought wow, unbelievable!

Great services and prices. My nails always look so chic and on point! I recently tried the dipping powered and I loved how they came out. They have sooooooo many colors and powders to choose from. Oh and the pedicure chairs are fit for a queen.

Is very expensive $35 +5 dollars for the buffer of my hands nails the massage was very limited the exfoliation was limited the buffing too. She stop doing my toenails to go and do somebody’s eyebrow and she didn’t even ask me. she just left me there, the chairs are uncomfortable there is not even massage chair and they have unfortunately the kid in the room crying during the time. It wasn’t a very good experience they should read this review and work on the salon for a better service. At the end it is an spa is to relax with no worries about the treatment and you don’t pay that much money for a regular manicure with a buffer and very simple pedicure and it was not even a spa pedicure. I hope they take it in consideration.

Took my fiancé got her nails done, French tip, on Friday. Today, every single one started to come off. Guess old glue was used or cheap quality glue was used. Guess paying cheap prices means cheap quality. Next time I will take her to Rose’s down the street by Wing Stop. At least with them, they don’t fall off 4 days later!!!

I got a pedicure at this establishment and I will NEVER return. The woman who did my toes was clearly not having a good day and she took it out on me and did not pamper me or make me feel welcome AT ALL. If you didnt want to work that day maybe you should have called in. Worst pedicure ever.

The enamels are not of good quality, I complained to him for what he did to me and he told me that it is the only thing he can do because he has to go! I did not leave the place until they fixed it, but I will never return the work that they do is horrible !!!!!! Dont come give your money away here.
