You would have to be CRAZY to use this place!My nails were so bad that I asked them to remove them, they started screaming at me, told me they were going to cut them off and locked the door, I was the only customer in there and there were five of them. I had to call the police & wait on them to come so that they would remove them and not cut them. Two men were screaming at me, this was the most unsafe situation I have ever been put in & for reference, I drove coach bus in nyc and never encountered anything this hostile!

Terrible gel mani pedi. Nails crooked and rough with the edges of my toes sharp and uneven. My nail color was supposed to be a mauve pink and it turned into orange and coral. I will upload a photo. What a waste of time and money.

I have been using Nail Impressions for 18 years since the first owners. I have been using the same nail tech almost exclusively. He understands my nails which have a shape problem. No one else understands them the way he does so I have a standing apt every two weeks. As the owners changed I kept the same nail tech. I do use other people for pedicures and face waxing. I try to tip well. Yesterday I broke a nail and texted my nail tech to ask if he had time to fix it. They take walk in’s so this shouldn’t be a problem. I never know when I’ll be able to have enough time to do a pedicure and a wax so sometimes I call and ask if their available to do it. If not, ok no problem. If they are, I’m a walk in like everyone else. Today I asked if the girl could do my pedicure and it was obvious they had not one customer other than me. But when asked, she became upset that I think I can just walk in and why didn’t I make an apt. I was very confused because then a customer walked in without an apt and wanted a manicure and she took her instead of me. I won’t be having my pedicures there or face wax anymore. There are plenty of places that want my business. I did it there because my nail tech works there. I’ll follow him anywhere he decides to work.

Don’t waist your time and money. They do horrible manicure. Feel like they just training on you. Don’t want to fix mistakes even after you ask them. They messed up my nails. Left super upset when I should of enjoy and like for the money that I paid. Even my 6 year old daughter ask me what is wrong with your nails. They become rude if you ask them to fix their mistake

BE AWARE !!! Scammers !! When I came in and asked how much is it for Mani+Pedi the owner said $35 and I agreed . She charged my card $38 so I asked her WHY is that ?? She said we all struggling because of the COVID and I put a paper with extra charge that you should have read it . At this point I told her that she should let people know before they are getting the services and I paid the $38 and Left will never go back there . SCAM !!!

Emily has earn this place the fourth star. Great Gel mani pedis, one of the few places that offer this service in the area. Henna the new owner has really made the place look 100% better, now all they have to do is learn the art of treating customers in a more courteous and grateful manner. I know its a cultural thing but when you come in you should hear something nicer than pick a color

Since the previous owner sold Nail Impressions prices went sky high and service is not that good. The owner is very rude and to fresh. Will not recommend.

Phong v is excellent nails

Went in and had overlay done on nails was nice but something clearly went wrong and now my nail is infected (paronychia). Things definitely need to improve with sanitation and procedures quickly at this salon.

Its the best for Gel Nails and the place is impeccable! Plenty of parking and very experienced staff.

For the price, a decent mani pedi. When I accidentally marred my nail, she didnt fix it. They should let you dry your nails before going to the oedi. Or, they should do rhe pedi, then the nails.Unfortunately the place is typical of what salons have become. Non descript, not at all rekaxing. In an attempt to compete, they lower prices and sacrifice in quality and cleanliness.Staff were very friendly in check in and check out. The nail Tech did a marvelous job.

The worst place ever! They said no for the bathroom super expensive John looses his sence of knowledge dosent remember whos who? No customer services...

I decided to let my eyebrows grow and get them done. But they messed them up and make my long thick eyebrows look like half-eyebrow. Dont go to this place or you will look like you have no eyebrows

They treat the customer as if he were doing a favor. Not a good afternoon, or look at your face. And I emphasize the prices as if you were asking for a scrap service. I do not recommend it
