I honestly did not like how it felt after doing them it felt like the color was gonna chip off was not shiny at all and for $70Just the shape is very short and just one color no design also very thick not worth $70…would not recommend coming here

I had to direct my nail tech throughout the entire process. He did a super rushed job and almost even tried to not put top coat in my toes and hands. He even tried to just GLUE ON an acrylic of mine that was dangling off instead of making a new nail. That is how people get fungus at these places. He told me they did not have a color they very clearly had in the shop and I had to insist for it until he finally brought it to me. The paint job on my hands is terrible. The sparkly color I chose is very patchy and some nails have more layers than others. He also was so rough with the metal tools that I was frequently nicked and in pain. After correcting him so many times I just wanted to leave. He then laughed at the tip I left him and stood over me rudely waiting to see what I would tip. First, I dont want anyone so close to me because of COVID and second, no one should make a customer feel uncomfortable while paying. Will not be returning.

I have been going to this place for a few years and never made complaint before for anything even if sometimes I wasn’t happy but I always let it go whatever it wasI went on this Tuesday to get done manicure liquid gel French which is the most expensive manicure and they did a terrible job and now they don’t want to fix it … so you tell me what type review I this ?

Walked in here in on a whim. Was anxious of what I was in for but when I came in, I saw that the inside was clean, and well put together, furniture, floor, walls, all clean and organized. It didn’t smell like noxious fumes either which was a plus. Each technician’s work station has their license clearly displayed. Nicole provided my regular polish pedicure and dip manicure. I’ve never done dip... just gel and acrylic, which I disliked after a realizing just how thin and gross my nails became. Nicole informed me that dip manicures are a better alternative to acrylic nails and I saw immediately why. It is a bit more involved but there’s none of that stinky chemical stuff that can make your finger skin feel uncomfortable. Pedicure was done very well and looks long lasting. Overall, great experience at Friendlynailspa would recommend going here.

Absolutely disappointed with the service . Candy was the tech that was helping me, i did powder gel, I got my nails done 4 days ago and 2 nails broke the next day. Today i came by to fix it and a different tech did it so horribly, he rushed through, did not follow directions and on top of that they charged me again, and actually overcharged me. I will never return to this place. I give 0 star ⭐️

I used to love coming here. They are clean and have fancy new chairs. I hate having to be picky but this tech didnt take her time or clean the edges properly, she was rough with the file and rough with cutting cuticles. I do my own gels at home and I do a better job. Not 70 dollars worth. Unhappy that polish is on my cuticles everywhere and I had to point out all the mistakes. Wont be coming back unfortunately.

Satisfied. One acrylic nail fell after 10 days and they took care no problem. Highly Recommended !

My first time there. So far so good. Rita was very nice, very professional. She did my pedicure only. I will go back to do my manicure with somebody else because Rita does not do deep powder. I will come back with new details after my manicure. Yes, I do recommend the place. Prices are lower than other places. Thats a plus too. My friend is been going there for a few years and she is very happy with their services. She told me about the place and Ive decided to give it a try.

Really great place to get your nails done, I always get gel and I love it, great ladies working on your nails, very nice and friendly. The only thing is amount of colors, they always take care of you.

This is a small for little girls where everything is built to their size and height and makes them feel make the Ernie little princess world set up especially in just for them once theyre nail and here are gets done they get to do a fashion walk and have pictures taken this is fantastic for children just please keep in mind the people who work here all have very straight here and do not know how to handle very curly hair

This place really went downhill ! Ive been going there for over a year, but after my last visit I will be definitely not returning. They hired some new technicians and some of them are simply awful. Before they were not quite able to understand and answer your questions adequately, which was lets say ok, but now they give you an attitude on top of that. Stay away from that young man with blonde hair - extremely rude, his work space was dirty, so was he and apparently he knows better than you what you want. Very disappointed! Do not go there!

I researched every salon within a 5 mile radius when I moved to this area. I checked for violations by Health Dept as well as word of mouth. I love this nail spa. Most important to me is that a nail salon is IMMACULATE and all tools sanitized. Also essential is that the breathing quality of air is good-as I am very sensitive. I am told that strong odor is a byproduct of inferior quality chemicals. This salon does not smell like chemicals at all. This salon rates high in these significant essentials. John and Lulu are wonderful. Ive been using this salon for over a year and have always had a nice mani/pedi. Plus...their pricing is reasonable. I definitely recommend!

I got my acrylic nails done there and it was fantastic. The place was nice, clean, and the people working there were friendly. They done an amazing job for a low price I would highly recomend this place...it truly deserves 5 stars!

This place is horrible. They pretend to be nice until they start to service you. Gel pedi was horrible. The gel full set was done horrible. Lumps in my nails.. she gave me short nails but charged me for medium. I will never go back and If you like your nails a certain way, don’t go there.

After being a long time costumer, I will never return after todays experience. I had a dip manicure appointment at 9:30am with Nicole and a pedicure appointment at 10:30am with Jojo. Why two different technicians? Because after being a long time costumer I notice my dip would last longer when Nicole does it and Jojo was the one that would do my pedicure the best. Its my money and I do have the right to pick and choose who does my dip, which is an expensive service, and who does my pedicure plus I had appointments. Long story short the owner told me I couldnt do two appointments,that one person has to do both services. Horrible horrible costumer service. The owner could careless about my concerns, needs and wants plus gave me a I dont care attitude. Today I was treated like a number instead of long time costumer. I will NEVER return nor recommend this salon.

Love this nail salon for manis and pedis. Yoyo is the best! Nice, clean and quiet. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Prices are good too. Massage chairs are awesome and its in a perfect location.

This is the rudest nail salon Ive ever been to in my life. Ive never seen a technician actually argue with a PAYING customer over how she wants her nails to be polished. Completely unacceptable!

No stars for Friendly nail spa. I went there yesterday and it was 7:15 pm and the door was locked but the sign says that they close at 8 pm and I was standing there trying to find out if they were closed or not. I am trying to ask the lady a question and she is on the inside waving her hands I dont know sign language or whatever she was going. When she finally came to the door after I told her that I cannot hear her and then she said oh we close at 7:30 pm....really so in the beginning couldnt you just come to the door and state that the business will be closing early. Sad Sad......This salon some of the workers are clueless, dont speak english. Your business will not prosper if your staff are morons and is not customer service oriented.

I had my nails don’t Friday nov 1, I spent 50$ for a fill that’s with a $10 tip. I had a full set put on somewhere else and only charged 38$ that’s for gel. I had to go back to have my nails fixed from here because they turned brown. I will not be back here.
