I attempted to speak with owner about a gift certificate to lessen cost and she said no. That wasnt the problem. The problem was when i asked why she then hung up on me. She is disgusting. There are numerous complaints about Simky. Its sad her great staff suffers because of her behavior.

Made my first visit here today to get cleaned up before my birthday with eyebrow and chin threading. On walking in, Simky was very friendly, sweet, and well liked and known by the other regular customers in the salon. Salon was clean and well kept, with cute chandelier accents. I had a short wait as a walk-in about a half an hour before closing. She sanitized the chair before seating me which I appreciated. She listened to my preferences and problems at other salons before. She told me I found the right place and she was right! She even knew which brow was my “problem” brow, and how to help correct it. It’s taken a year since moving here, and finally someone I can trust with my brows. I was also extremely impressed with how she does her hold on the thread with her hands and wrapped around her neck, she did not mouth hold which can be unhygienic and kept her mask on for the whole service. I will definitely be going back here.

Simky is the ONLY person I trust with my eyebrows. She does an amazing job and is consistent. Although she doesnt accept appointments for eyebrow threading, its worth the wait.Very clean, through, pays attention to details, and wonderful personality. What more can you ask for.

I’ve been coming for 3 years and I’ve finally given up. The hours are whenever they feel like, so you can go out of your way to get there and the door locked or get there early to beat the rush and nobody is there for eyebrows. If you have unlimited time and patience, they do a good job for a good price. But my free time Is too precious and there is an issue almost every single time.

Terrible customer service! I purchased a groupon for this establishment for a mani-pedi. I called for an appointment and was told the technician would return my call to book. My call was not returned. A few days later my wife walked in and booked an appointment for me which was a four business day window wait. I showed up for my appointment on time and waited 5 minutes to be greeted. I was told the technician was running late but would arrive soon. The tech arrived 15 minutes late and then refused to honor my groupon as she stated that the tech named on the certificate no longer worked there and that I would have to pay her directly and then request a refund from groupon. I walked out and still need a mani-pedi. I am now attempting to deal with Groupon, what a mess! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.

Went in today to get my eyebrows threaded! So satisfied! She took extra care of my eyebrows to make sure they were even and clean. It’s been three months since I’ve had them done 🙈 but I am so happy the way they turned out. I will be back in 3 weeks and forever after that!

Horrible customer service! Wanted to get mani and pedi and they said I needed appointment so I made one for the following day, when I showed up for my appointment the mani and pedi lady had left already and said that I had cancelled my appointment which was not true. She was very unprofessional and kept telling me that I cancelled my appointment when I didnt...this resulted in me not getting a mani and pedi (which I already PAID for with Groupon) before my vacation.

So I recently came in on Saturday to get my eyebrows threaded based off of a recommendation from my coworker. Id called a few days ahead and was told that she is there by 10. So I came in right at 10 and she was not there. Which really isnt a big deal. I didnt have anything pressing to do. I was told that she says 10 but that Simky doesnt really come in until about 11. I was then asked to put my name on the list and that I could wait for her. I did not know that I had the option to wait inside, so I waited outside in my car. Id thought that since Id put my name on the list that Id get a call, once she came in as this was my first time and I didnt know what she looked like.Time went by and it is now 11:30 and I am seeing more people go in. So I decided to go in and see if shed arrived. Lo and behold, one was getting out of the chair and was being seated. So naturally I am thinking to myself what was the point of putting my name on the list? Initially I was going to bring it to her attention but decided against it and just waited my turn.I am big on communication and customer service. While my eyebrows do look great, the honor system of acknowledging the sign in sheet kind of bothers me. As an owner, I would first check-in with who was there first and if I wasnt there, thats one thing. But to ignore the sheet all together, idk how I feel about that. I think often times people just assume that people know them and are previous clients.

I went to using a Groupon to try it out. Excellent manicure. Excellent brow shaping. So I made another appointment and showed up on time and no one was there. I called the owner she said she’d get back to me. I waited 10 minutes And left. She called me 15 minutes later. I told her I was on my way back and when I get there the manicurist is doing a manicure for somebody who was waiting there when I was there at my allotted time. So I wasted my morning and still need a mani-pedi. Really disappointed.

Amazing mani pedi! Appointment ran a bit late but she made up for it by being really fast! I will definitely be back. Only bad thing is that gel colors are limited, but they still have the basic good ones.

If I could award a minus star I would readily do so. This place more than deserve it. I called on a sunday before the place opened at 11am to book an appointment and spoke with the owner. She provided me with the contact no for the store in order to book with them directly once they were open.I called for almost half an hour from 11am when the store supposedly opens until I finally got someone on the line, instead of voicemail. I was able to get an appointment for 1:20, however, imagine my shock and anger when I got there, by uber mind you, and was told my appointment was never written down. I asked for the reason for this and the lady I spoke with had the gall to tell me its either I never made an appointment or she simply forgot to pen it down. Another customer in the store stated she had the same issue as her appointment was also never written down. Luckily, they were able to squeeze her in. What even infuriated me the most was that the girl who made these mistakes did not even seem apologetic and acted like it was no big deal. Considering the fact that I spent my time and money to get there made this even worse.My advise? Give this place a wide berth.

This was my first time coming here I came with my mom who has been here before and we both had a great service with rubina my eyebrows were super uneven and I did not like them I went on Thursday and she made my eyebrows PERFECT!!!! Will definitely go to her again

The last time I was here was about 2 years ago when it just opened. I was just in the area and decided to stop here, BEST DECISION EVER. Super quick and painless. I was only in the chair for 5 minutes and my brows havent looked this perfect in a longg time. In love with the results. They are the best, I dont live that close, but its totally worth the drive.

If you have thin eyebrows dont go here. The lady took a small chunk off o the corner of the eyebrow and told me to just color it in and when I was pointing it out she acted like she couldnt notice it. I told her not to do the other side and just clean it up on the inside and it actually looks better then the one she did 😑

When I walked in the lady did not even welcome me she just rudely said sign in like with attitude. When i got there some teenager just like me was getting her eyebrows done she was like her own race Irab or Indian and she treated her really nice took her time doing her eyebrows and when it was my turn she was really rude, did my eyebrows like in less Im 3 minutes. Thats pretty unprofessional and pretty rude. When it was time to pay since it was my first time there I asked how much and she said 12 rude like with attitude and I give her the money and I say thank you have a nice day and she didnt even reply she threw the card like with the information of the shop. Not going there anymore really racist and rude.

Made my eyebrows thin and two different shapes. Now I will have to grow them out for months to get them even. Never going to this place again. Thats what a get for trying out a new place. I should have just gone to my normal spot.

WARNING CUSTOMERSDo not use this threading salon , they use polyester sewing thread to thread eyebrows when they are suppose to be using 100℅ cotton on skin. The owner knows this but would rather be cheap than offer her customers quality threading. The owner herself turned me down when I came in with my own cotton thread I bought at a beauty store saying I do not know how to use this. Do not be surprised if your left with very irritated skin and ingrown hairs after getting a service their with their sewing thread!

Made an appointment with Simky 2wks ago. Show up to my appointment today and Simky was busy doing a microblading procedure and them beginning to tell me that I didn’t have an appointment. Was telling her the exact conversation i had with her when I was making my appointment, she completely this regard or even acknowledge that she mess up. She finally decided that I should sit in her chair, which at that time she continues to argue with me with other clients in the shop, she even was pointing her finger in my face and at that point I ask her not to do so and then she pretty much tell me she is not doing my eyebrows. What a waste of time. Drove from all the way from Miramar. That’s not the way you treat an client. We are clients who pays your bills.

This place is awful. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They have a bad attitude the minute you walk in, and they wont even let a paying customer use the bathroom. There work is just mediocre and it is not worth going. I will never go back here and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Simkys is absolutely great. I used to go to Anarkali in Aventura for years and decided to try this place since it was closer. I loved how Simky did my brows! I went back just in case it was beginners luck and it was also great the 2nd and 3rd time. Decided to make it my new brow place. I will clarify that my brows are not crazy looking and overall are very easy to thread. Definitely recommend.

Hated it! Didnt listen when I said dont thin my brows. Gave to me different shapes and then tells me I can just draw them in...wth!!! Who does that?! The worst brow threading experience ever. Thats what I get for being to lazy to drive to anakarli in Aventura
