Got my nails done here this morning and was absolutely pleased with the work, but i was absolutely elated with the customer service! I came in as a walk in for dip on my natural nails and a gel pedicure. Even though I came in 30 min after they opened, they were already were busy with other walk ins and had appointments lined up. So much so that initially they didn’t think they would be able to do the dip, but after letting them know i was willing to wait they quickly rendered my services and the quality of the work was impeccable! Lang (did my pedicure) and Tracey (did the dip) were absolutely phenomenal! They had such great attitudes and i absolutely love my nails! I’m a travel nurse, so as long as i am in Miami i will be coming here to get my nails done! Thank you Angels Nails!

They completely butchered my nails. Not once did the lady doing my nails check to see if they were even and the gentleman put my socks on before my gel pedicure was dry. I have NEVER had such a bad experience at a nail salon, I was shocked. I could have stayed home and done just as sloppy of a job.

They always make me feel special when I go there. They know who I am and the services I get. They also let me know when I havent been there in a while. I love the professionalism, the personal service. Best nail salon every. Tommy, Tiffany and Angel are good people.

The worst customer service and nail work I have ever received, it makes me sad that one walks into a place with the intention of giving oneself a gift and this is the result. Nobody speaks English, they dont understand you and yet they get angry, they talk to you in a bad way and they try to do with your nails what they want, I dont recommend the site to anyone and I dont know how they are open, I paid $ 60 us for some bad nails done, a very bad job, dirty around, with glue, thick and heavily, my fingers still hurt. the worst in the world. She only clean around my nails cause I told her, she didn’t wanna do it. In all the nails salon in the world they clean the nail because it supposed to look perfect.

I love this place. I have been going to Angel’s Nails for 15 years now. I use both Angel or Tommy and am always pleased with the result. I have never seen them turn anyone away no matter how close to closing time a customer comes in. You can’t beat their work ethic.I have seen the shop go through 2 upgrades since the original opening. They keep the shop looking attractive.

Tracey is great - she never tries to upsell which I appreciate and I tip generously because I appreciate not being harassed by my nail tech about buying additional services. The mask policy NEEDS TO GO - there is no Federal or State mandate requiring vaccinated people to wear a mask - if people choose to mask up great, let them. Forcing everyone to do it is purely optics based on the fact that there is less than .001 chance of a vaccinated person to transmit or contract this virus.Update your mask policy.

I went in for a polish change and to fix a nail. My nails she did fine Tracy I believe however I told her I wanted acrylic on my big toe because I crack my toe nail. She takes a fake nail and put on it and it was sitting up in the air looking crazy. So she had a bothered look on her face and looked irritated. Then the woman next to her said she take it off your toe difficult we don’t do it that way. It was so rude and now it’s memorial holiday and I have to wear sneakers. Word of advice: if you don’t like your job quit!!! I could have went to any other nail salon to spend my money but came to you and this how you handle customers. You could have at least tried.

Dishonest and liars. They took advantage of my sister and mother-in-law by giving them the most expensive pedicure and manicure. When confronted with the price, Angels Nails indicated they requested that service, which was not true because they dont speak the same language. Angel Nails came to me (the payor) telling me there are only two prices - the advertised price ($38) and the one they charged me ($88). When the argument ensued, the owner told me there are many different levels and she heard the employee tell me that - not true. If you want to get taken advantage of and charged the highest prices, come here.I will never come back to a company that lies to my face and takes advantage of people. They should respect their customers or stop doing business. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ONLY SPEAK SPANISH!

My nails came out great! Staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and nail colors were fun. My only suggestion would be to wipe down the stations in between customers and use clean towels. Especially now.

I have been coming to this salon for nearly 15 years, ever since they opened. Angel is the owner and her kids, who are excellent and professional technicians, all work there. I honestly have never had a bad service from any tech. They recently remodeled and the massage chairs are the best. It’s always super clean and they are really nice, very different from other salons where they speak their language to each other and rarely engage with the customer. For the quality work you also can’t beat the prices. I highly recommend.

Their colors are of poor quality and regular nail polish & the gel that they have as a set, dont match and they get mad if you tell them they are different color. Tracys friend that sits next to her decided when the work was finished to take it upon herself to charge me and overcharged me, totaling $95. I dont recommend the site to anyone and I dont know how they are open, I paid $ 95 for a bad nail job, with glue, thick and heavily, my fingers still hurt. They overcharged me for a new set, I got charged for taking the acrylic off that normally they dont charge if youre getting a new set. They overcharged me for the pedicure and charged me additional $5 to remove the gel polish on my feet. Do yourself a favor, dont go to this nail salon.

I’ve been a client of Angel’s for years. I love the pedicures , Angel trains all of her nail technicians so the pedicure is consistently good no matter which technician you get! I love Tommy he does the best gel powder nails anywhere He knows how I like my nails shaped, how thin I like them and he does a perfect job every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I tell all of my friends about Angel’s! Plus, Angel just redecorated the salon put in all new pedicure chairs and nail stations, the salon looks fabulous and extremely clean! A 5 star rating all around!

Unfortunately, I did not have appointment (which I don’t recommend) but I was nicely greeted and serviced right away. I requested almond nails and they came out better than expected. I was serviced by T and she was super cool and welcoming! I’ll definitely be returning to Angels nail salon soon!

I am not from around here so I had to rely on internet searches and reviews and did I ever luck out! Everyone here seemed so accommodating and nice. They did not have the materials on hand to do what I originally wanted but again I really lucked out because Tee is an amazing jewel artist and made my nails so gorgeous that they exceeded what I was originally looking for! They were stunning! She took her time yet was so expert that the process went off without a hitch and didn’t take that long! So glad I came here....the price was the icing on the cake...so reasonable considering what I had done!

The nails were awesome looking! But they did not last more then a couple days until they broke.

My aunt referred me to this establishment. It is extremely clean, even while there were workings doing some minute renovations, the salon was spotless. The staff is always kind and polite. When I go, I choose to work with Tommy. He does a great job with my nails and helping me select great colors and different designs. His pricing is reasonable and he is always up for a challenge in terms of nail design.My sister usually comes to the salon with me and works with T. T’s artwork is beautiful. She chooses ,and can do, most nail art work that is currently trending. She is also always up for a challenge and very relaxing to work with.Overall, we have been very satisfied with Angel’s nails and their staff. We will continue to patronize them whenever we are in the area.

Best nail salon to be honest...they took good care of me, they gave me water, they did massage and hot towel unlike other places in Broward I rather drive all the way down to this place and Also Tee did an amazing job, she pays a lot of attention to detail and she is also has good energy.

It’s a hit or miss. Last time I went - wow, I can’t even describe how badly my nails looked. Literally looked as if a complete novice did them - horrible! So never went back and never going back

I came here over a month ago but all I can say is that this place is unsanitary (should be checked by some type of health inspector) and they don’t know what their doing. This place is a trap for senior citizens that don’t know any better. The old lady that works there doesn’t know how to do anything. She removed my dip powder very roughly with the machine and left dents/holes on each and every one of my natural nails. Not to mention how she also made like 3 of my fingers bleed and would giggle and said sorry every time she would rip my skin with the machine. Please don’t go here.

My experience was terrible. I asked them to just put a little acrylic on me and together with the acrylic layer they put FIVE layers of enamel on me. I began to feel my fingers with an awful pressure

Very friendly staff and my nail tech took her time with my nails and made sure they looked perfect and just like the picture i showed her.

It is the first time that I go to this place and I will not return. They are friendly, the place is clean. But gel nail work is expensive for what they did to me, within hours of getting home the gel came off my toenails. And in the hands a good job is not appreciated.

This is the worst place that I have visited in nail service. Some women who work there dont know what good customer service looks like. I saw 👀 yesterday an unpleasant show between the stylist and a client who was a girl 👧 The stylist kept yelling at the young woman all the time 👧 all of us who were there witnessed that shameful show, it was really very unpleasant, I go to those places to relax, not to witness acts of that nature. I advise them to take customer service courses and begin to respect the clientele who visit them. For my part, I do not return to Angels Nails. Of Angel has absolutely nothing.

I get a pedicure and gel nail polish with Ale. She is very attentive, pays attention to my requests and digs into my pedicure cuticle, which is a must for me. Covid precautions are at highest level. Feel so clean and like a queen when I leave premises.

WENT IN FOR A FACIAL WAX CAME OUT FIRT DEGREE BURNS!!!I wouldnt even give this place one star! They are horrible. Dont care about their customers at all! I went in for a full facial was (as I have done many times in my life before). In the beginning it was just like any other wax but then I began to tell her the wax was too hot! (Angel) She completely disregarded what I said first a couple times. Then I asked her to lower the temp or blow on the wax while applying (as most people do during waxing services) she also did not do that! All she said at the end was your almost done. When she applied the aloe at the end I knew it burned more on the areas that I was complaining about but I was in a rush and left. Next day I woke up with scars of first-degree burns. I went back asking for a refund or partial refund, and she denied it completely. Angel acted like she didn’t even perform the services. Luckily my husband was with me the whole time and was a witness. She still refused to apologize and give us a refund. We made a police report and cancelled the payment through the CC company. I would never ever recommend anyone go there for any service. They are horrible. NEVER AGAIN!

Been coming here for 11 years. Great pricing, kind and good hearted workers, great quality and quantity of polished, powder and gel.... loyal to Angel and her team! If you are looking for a new place, give them a try, I also use Tommy or T and John for my toes :)

Angels Nails has been tastefully renovated and is professional and clean. My nail technician, Tiffany,always does an excellent job!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience but not because of the work but because they charged me more than what they told me ... after 1 month I see my account statement and I dont know what is special about that place to charge 82 dollars for a manicure and a pedicure.That seems very bad to me and on my last visit the person who gave me the pedicure I dont know what he e because in 1 week my nails no longer had color

I went there Friday afternoon to get my nails done and pedicure. The lady that did my nails I had no idea what she was doing I kept telling her that my nails were not gonna stay on one she barely put any blue one too she didn’t use enough acrylic and three she did not file them correctly this morning I broke my thumb nail in half I called to speak to a manager they said he was in vacation call next year. My nails never break this place needs to train better on how to do nails

I got a fill and gel polish 2 days ago now 2 nails the gel polish is completely peeling off! I get my nails done so many years and never seen gel peeling off after 2 days! Also my fill was done very unevenly and even tho due to Covid 19 everyone needs to wear masks one of the technicians went back and forth in the salon without any mask on.

The nail tech rush as though she was competing in a race. I instructed her to slow down, she kept avoiding eye contact and wasnt listening to nothing I said so I assume she didnt understand English. When she finished my mani pedi she started speaking english. Both were done terribly gel polish peeled off in less than 2-days. Not going back.

I just moved to Florida from DC and was in search for a good nail salon. This was within walking distance so I decided to stop in since I have a job interview this week. I had a man do my gel manicure and I love it! The shape and color look great! He was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back in 2 weeks!

I told them Im on blood thinners and i have an illness that prevents me from bending down and cutting my own nails so they were caring, gentle, cut and cleaned my nails, polished them with a nice pink polish and theyre beautiful feet again.

Racist establishment... I came to get a pedicure 2 hours before closing time and was greeted by a woman in the front asking what service I would like. I mentioned that I wanted a pedicure and the same lady spoke in her native language asking who would like to do my pedicure. After no response, she proceeded to tell me that they were closed. The Open light was on and the door was not locked. Before reaching the nail salon I already made sure that they would be open before reaching the establishment. When I walked inside there were no black people in there getting serviced, but white people. As I am not racist, I still wanted to get my pedicure done and waited patiently until asked what I would like. I would not recommend going here if you are not caucasian. It seems they treat other potential customers not the same. If I could give this establishment no stars I would. I would never try and go here again.

AVOID. Regular pedicure was done in less than 20 minutes. They used weird power tools that didn’t look very sanitary on our feet. I visited 4 weeks ago and my big toe still hurts. I get regular pedicures in my home town and I will tell you this is the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. (which I don’t have as I’m not the kind of person who stockpiles enemies but you know what I mean). AVOID.
