I came to this nail salon from New York in the middle of the crazy snowstorm. Almost every place was closed but creative was open and extremely accommodating. They did a fantastic job on my pedicure as well as my nails. It has been almost 2 weeks and my nails still look beautiful. They also offer a complementary beverage upon arrival. The first picture is when they were 1st done. The second photo is almost 2 weeks later. Great job creative nails! Will definitely go back next time I’m in Texas.

Horrible service. They understand how to charge you but don’t understand what you are asking. This is unfair for the service they are offering, but we are not receiving that service. They didn’t remove the clue under my nails and skin even though I asked. Glued the nails and left a space between the fake nail and my natural nail. Left red nail polish on the skin. But in any case they do understand how to charge you almost $80 and you can walk away so disappointed, there is no way to win. This shouldn’t be right!

Love this place! We found it several years ago when we lived in the area. Since we have moved south a few hours, when we come back this way for Dr appts, it’s always a stop!! The employees here are all so nice and they treat our son like a small king when he’s in here. LOVE this place!!!!!

I have been going to this nail salon for a few years now. Vicki did my dip this time and she did a phenomenal job. She is sweet and gentle. I will definitely go back to her. Last time I went, Tammy did a gel manicure and she was awesome as well. Also, they serve free drinks (mimosas, margaritas, wine). If you stick to Vicki, Tammy, Haley, Linda, and there is one more girl that does a great job, I just cant remember her name but she is younger and real cute(sorry I know that doesnt really help) you should be happy.

Went here with a friend to get my nails done. It had been a long time since I had acrylics and was excited to have them done again. During the appointment I was not too impressed with the nail technician that I had. Every time that I had to put my hands under the lamp she forced my hand under it which was making my nails hit the back wall of the lamp. When I was finished I liked the look of my nails and was feeling okay with the service. That changed as soon as I got home. When I walked in my door I looked at my nails again and was upset to see that three of my nails had chipped and the gel was peeling off, an experience that I have never before had when getting gel acrylics. I called Creative Nail & Spa and told them about my nails and they told me that they would fix my nails for free. So I went in to get my nails fixed and had them re do all of my nails. When the tech was done with my nails the gel on my thumb started peeling so the tech re did my thumb for me. I was happy to have my nails fixed. They looked great for a few days but I was upset again when my gel started peeling again. I will never go back to this nail salon. The only reason that I went back a second time was so that they would fix my nails. All of my friends also know not to go to Creative Nail & Spa.update: after talking with the friend that I went with to the initial appointment, she has also had multiple nails chip and peel.

They even stayed open a little late us and did not make us feel unwanted. Everyone was so nice and they did rush through the pedicure. Get experience. This place is always welcoming.

Honestly I think this is the worst nail salon I have went to. I came here because the salon I normally go to was closed today. I was in a rush to get my nails done so I could show off my ring tomorrow at work since I was purposed to the other day. Spent $55 on dip nails & am sooo disappointed. The sad thing is it took two hours & she argued with me when I tried to correct her on how I would like it. Honestly I am embarrassed to show my ring off tomorrow.. they did not even deserve to get paid. NOT TO EVEN MENTION the fact that I picked a color and they were out of it, no problem, right? I’ll pick another. Haha they decided to fill it with a different color similar. Didn’t even let me pick another one. I could seriously cry.

I love this place. Ever since I left the Bay Area in 2011 I’ve been trying to find a nail salon that could correctly care for my ingrown toenails.Tammy is so wonderful. I’ve been going here for about 4 years and have never had an issue. My dips or gels plus my pedicure have come out perfectly and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.I highly recommend Creative Nails.

Went to get nails done. Hailey had a smart attitude when she asked me what color I wanted and I told her I did not know yet. She said what do you mean you do not know with a horrible smirk. When I picked out a color, she decided to tell me that she was not going to do that color on me and I needed to choose something else. Horrible service.

My nails were very crooked and the nail lady cut my fingers and cuticles very badly. It was super painful. What made it worse was that me and my boyfriend spent over $100 only for my nails to come out bad and our feet to had barely had any legit work done to them. This was by far my worse experience, it was my first time and Im new to grapevine.

I wish I just waited until my usual nail salon opened up. I usually go to Elite Nails Salon FYI. My nails are horrible, they feel rough on the edges, bubbles and fuzz on nail and uneven nails. Once they got busy I was super rushed. Ugh. $42 for gel nails down the drain.

Went there to get a broken nail fixed and a gel color change. Obviously they didnt want to do it because the tall skinny dude at the front straight lied to my face. He told me that only one person that wasnt busy knew how to do acrylic. YEAH RIGHT!!!!! Wont be going back EVER. They need to fix their attitudes especially Hailey...They just wanted me to get a more expensive service 🙄

I love going to Creative Nail & Spa in Grapevine! Vicky is amazing and has been doing my nails for several years now. The owners are great and the place is always very clean with great choices of service. You can relax in a massage chair with your favorite wine! I will always come here!

I had a wonderful experience here. When I walked in I was blown away by the environment. Its such a peaceful setting. I was there to get my nails fixed. I had just been to another nail salon the night before and needless to say, they were very very sad. Haley set me up, fixed the nails and color and did an amazing job. It might be a little far from home but worth the drive. Prices are great too.

I went to a nail salon and they completely messed up my nails.. and I mean bad. There were lumps in them and my nails were all uneven.. I went to creative nail and spa the next day and they did an amazing job at fixing them!! I will definitely be going back, I would love to see what they can do with a whole new set!

You will definitely find exactly what color your looking for. Have been coming here for years, gone to MANY other salons, but nothing satisfies like Creative. My roomie and I spent a while looking online at reviews since we just moved to grapevine looking for a new regular place to get our nails done - and we definitely found it in Creative Nails & Spa! We spoke with Katie when we first came in and she is the sweetest ever! There were more than accommodating, the place was extremely clean, and since I have diabetes they were extremely understanding and VERY careful with me, and extremely up to date on the issues and laws concerning my situation. Katie did my solar, and my nails turned out absolutely perfect. I tried out some fun colors and I love how they tuned out, especially the short, skinny coffin shape! Just absolutely fabulous. Our pedicures were also very indulgent and satisfying, so many colors to choose from - not to mention the pedicure options and massage was great on our tired feet. We are so excited to make this our regular place. I am thinking about bringing my bridal party in for a spa day treat as well since they can accommodate up to 14 pedicures at once! Be sure to ask for Katie and try this place out! You wont regret it.

I have found a great place for my hair now! I had been looking for a good salon since quite a few months, I took a chance but it turned out awesome.

I am not the type to post reviews but my wife chose this place because it had such good reviews and the pictures posted seemed like they did a pretty good job.When my wife showed me what they did to her toe nails after paying over $50 for a gel pedicure, I about lost my mind...I am sure it may have just been the tech that she ended up with but it was by far the worst gel pedicure I have ever seen in my life. It was so bad, my three year old daughter could have done a better job practicing on her mommy’s toes....This place is definitely not deserving of 4.6 stars....

I had a poor experience with a pedicure that I received here a few months ago, however the ladies at the nail shop noticed me when I came in again for nail services and promised me a FREE pedicure to make up for my bad experience. The owner apologized several times and explained to me the importance in which they take in making sure that their customers have great experiences and nails. I thought this was very sweet and also very personable. This rarely happens at businesses and I really appreciated it. I went back in a few weeks ago and in fact received one of the BEST pedicures that I have had in a long time!! Thank you Creative Nails for turning a bad experience into and amazing one!! I will be back!! :)

Honestly was NOT impressed. I always read reviews before coming to a new salon and this salon had great reviews. I take it the ones leaving the reviews are being offered something or are just their regulars because it did not meet the 4.5 star rating that they have. I went to get a full set and they literally just glued the nail on, didn’t trim, file, or clean my cuticles! That is insane ! I’ve been to luxury nail salons in Southlake and some nice decent nail salons on Euless and they both do better and treat guests better than the way this salon treats people!! And on top of that there was no communication between the nail tech and the customers my nail tech was on the phone the entire time trying to get more people to come to work because I started getting busy and then she kept leaving constantly to go take care of her regulars so what should’ve been like a 45 minute job took double the time 🙄 seriously so disappointed! I sent $150 there which isn’t all that much but it’s $150 that that company made off of me and they had the worst customer service I’ve ever had!!!

I absolutely love this spa. The atmosphere is calming and the ladies are so kind. I got dip nails done with tips and Katie did my nails perfectly. I also liked how they offer those free drinks. My old salon did not offer that. An absolutely wonderful place Ill be coming back to.

This salon offers a 7 day guarantee on their work, thats unheard of! I received a pedicure and my real nails were dipped in the powder. I love the dip nails, no chipping and the color stay fresh and shiny. Everything still looks great! Katie is nice and personable!

We made appointments for a certain time with certain people and when we showed up the people we asked for were at the start of a pedicure for another person leaving us waiting 30 minutes past our appointment time. Very frustrating and not the first time this has happened here.

Even when I was living in California for about 6 months (for work) I would wait to get my nails done until I could come home for a weekend and get over to see her! Amazing nail techs, friendly environment, and all around great experience. The employees dont give off the gossiping about the customers vibe some salons have. I get dip nails and have been pleased with mine every time.

Used to be my favorite nail place but not any more. Both my daughter and I got gel manicures and regular pedicures. Less than a week from getting the gel manicure, all of my nails lifted and peeled off in one piece. Also, even though I need reading glasses, I find that when people doing your nails have reading glasses that you are not going to get a good job. Also, don’t like it when they do your manicure while they’re doing your pedicure. How are you supposed to relax for your pedicure when someone else is moving your hands back-and-forth and working on them?! They also have you rest your hands on a pillow that who knows how many people have been using before! My nails did not have a clear line between the cuticle and the gel. Very messy. My toes had to be touched up in several places because of bad polish. My daughter’s toenails had to be completely repainted before we left salon by a younger person because they looked so messy and the polish ran over onto every cuticle. It was $82 each. Here we are in Hawaii with no nail polish and really bad toenails less than a week later.

I have been here twice. The first time was great with the exception of the shape of my nails. The dip product they use is the strongest and longest lasting I have come across. The second time was a nightmare. I had my mom and daughter with me. They were rough with all three of us and most offensively my 8 year old daughter that was simply getting her nails painted. They nicked my mom three times with the cuticle trimmers, they nicked me twice and nearly cut my cuticles to the skin. There was dip powder adhered to my skin no where near my nails. Then also adhered to the skin at the base of my nails of several fingers. Talk about an unpleasant removal. They rushed us because they were understaffed and had a wedding party. I understand needing to make money at your business but to do it at the cost of your customer is not the way to go. I am so frustrated because we have tried several locations and everything seems to go well the first time and then terrible after that.

A couple of weeks ago, I brought several of my clients and some potential clients here for a thank you/introduction event and Katie and her team did such a wonderful job! Everyone walked out very happy with gorgeous nails!I decided to make the drive from East Dallas today and treat my daughters and we absolutely love our nails!
