If you are looking for anything beyond just a simple color, don’t bother going to this place. I started with a girl who was rude enough to let me hanging after she was unable to do ombré. The management switched my service to a guy without any apology or simple explanation. I lost my trust and decided to go with simple color. The male tech was very precise and he is the reason for the 2 star.

Our pedicures were excellent.

They did an amazing job!!! They were polite and so nice to talk to. I ended up returning on the same day cause I accidentally broke my nail and they repaired it with no issues! Mind you they were about to close in 15 mins! I will definitely be back!

I usually give places a least 3 stars if they did an ok job but was polite. Though I love the color I picked, they could have done better and to top it off the whole point of my friend and I going there was for the champagne that they offer, only to be offered soda or water then see a white lady come in later and be offered champagne! You would think in the midst of what is going on people would be more mindful and aware of their discriminatory behavior but they clearly didnt care.They just cared enough to get that money. Had I not paid for the half a**ed polish job or for the fact that we were discriminated against, I wouldve been considered to have acted stereotypically.

This was my first trip to Day Spa. I was immediately impressed with the elegance and ambiance of the salon. I was greeted and seated right away, which I greatly appreciated since I’m super indecisive about my nail color. The staff was very patient with me and offered me a beverage during my decision process. I ended up asking my technician’s opinion to help me decide on the 2 colors I liked most. She actually convinced me try the dip polish, even though I had a bad experience at a previous salon. Since then, I’m super sensitive to the nail Dremel, which I communicated to Hannah. She was super sweet about it and was so gentle the entire time. I’m so happy with results and cannot stop staring at my nails! For once, I don’t have any soreness around my cuticles! I will absolutely be returning to Day Spa with Hannah in a month and maybe even splurge on a facial!

2nd time in here and Im amazed at the work they do 😍 everyone that works there has an amazing personality and are very attentive. Growing up in the DFW area I have bin to SEVERAL nail places, but this is the BEST nail spa I have ever bin to. Definitely try it if u havent bin before. They wont let u down!

The place is clean and nice, but I did not like how they did my nails, pay not for the basic service but more expensive between my niece and I paid 146 dollars that I do not think is worth doing 4 days ago and look how they are my nails.

I received a Royal Pedicure and Manicure today at Day Spa in Grapevine. It was the best pedicure I have ever had and my finger nail look great! The staff is very talented, cordial and professional. Go there next time you need your nails done, you won’t be disappointed. The owners Kelly and Hai run a very clean and professional business.

I came in early so they just took me right when I walked in. I love the staff here. Super nice ladies working here. I show them pictures of what color/design I want and they can mix colors to make it look exactly like what I want. The salon is extremely clean. Refreshingly pleasant. I will definitely be coming back here.

I get regular dipped nails and pedicure and have been happy every time. There have been instances where I have been rough with my nails and have had some break or chip and I can go in and have it fixed at no cost. Everyone who works here is very nice and cheery. Definitely recommend!

Made appt same day on a Monday and was able to fit in around 5:30 pm. I had a great experience at this nail salon. The manicurist are very detailed, friendly and sweet. They did my nails and did a fabulous job. The place is very upscale. I love these nails! I will definitely go back again!

I love the way they treated me so homie and the decoration look so fancy but welcome. All they used for the pedicure are good things and disposable stuff! I feel so satisfied with no worry that they clean! they took time to do my pedicure so that’s really relaxing. My nail was done with the passion of the girl and look perfect! That’s all what I need!

Been going here for a year and love the staff. Tina is the best. I highly recommend Tina. Her work is high quality and and nails stay on forever. They are currently going under new owners and total makeover in the salon. It looks great! Cant wait to see when they are done.

I had been getting gel for several months at Day Spa Nails. Great environment Ive been had. I was offered a beverage ( with water and tea available as well ). Every single employee there chatted with me at some point. Look my hands are beautiful. Their pedicure stations are spotless. I LOVE YOU Day Spa Nails! And sure I come back again.

I loved this place. I would absolutely love to give them 5 stars. Their customer service is impeccable and my nail lady (Trist) was incredibly personable.However, i got dip nails for the first time ever. I was told by my nail lady and the manager that dip nails would be good for your nails and should last at least 3 weeks.Well I’m starting week 3 today and have already lost 3 nails. One of my nails is incredibly thin and messed up.Knowing that these things happen i cannot give them a bad score, but knowing i spent $45.00 for these to last a week less than promised, makes me a bit upset.Before this i was fully prepared to continue to go back.And for normal nail polish and a pedicure, I’m sure i will. Because, like i said the service was the best I’ve ever seen at a nail salon.

Kim was amazing; however, just a heads up, they charge an extra $5 for cuticle treatment. One would think it’s included in the deluxe manicure price.

TERRIBLE! If I could give ZERO stars I would. The manager (a man) told me I would wait few minute for my shellac. His staff then proceeded to take 3 other people ahead of me and lie to others about how long they would wait as well. When I asked him why, he just kept saying one second - maybe his English is not great??? But if thats the case, he should not be the manager of any establishment that involves customer service.They are also EXTREMELY pushy about what type of pedicure THEY want you to get. I love good, long pedicures but sometimes I need a quick one too. Just because I dont choose the most expensive pedicure one time, shouldnt matter. But they make you feel like it does. Weve gone here many, many times with average experiences at best most times. But after this most recent experience, I just cant do it anymore. Too many other very reputable places to go in Colleyville. Would suggest one of the many good nails salons/spas on 26. Thats where Ill be from now on.

Visiting Hannah at DaySpa is a highlight of my month. Her work is outstanding. Flawless. Makes me look and feel younger. I have had spa manicures and pedicures and massages and look forward to each visit. And love the new decor!

I have been a customer at Day Spa Nails for at least 9 years. It has always been very clean and very accommodating- always a great experience.For the past 2 years, Tina has been doing my gel manicures on a monthly basis. Tina is wonderful! She is very detailed in her work and it always looks amazing. She also speaks fluent English, so no miscommunications.

My first time coming to this establishment was about 3 weeks ago. A friend and I were heading to the Grapevine Mills mall and were looking for a place to get a pedicure on the way. The first place we went to had no availability so we searched for another location and found Day Spa Nails. We called before heading up there and they had an hour wait. We scheduled our pedicures for about 11/2 later, which would be an hour before their closing time. When we got there there was only 1 other person there besides us. Even though it was an hour before closing they were so polite an accommodating and still took their time with the pedicure, and didnt rush it at all. The ambience of the place was very mellow and inviting- they even had a great selection of music playing. My friend and I had such a wonderful experience here that we chose to bypass all other Nail Shops that were close by and drive the 30 minutes back to this establishment this past Friday. Im happy to report that our second experience was just as pleasant as the first. I dont ever get my nails done, just paint added. So, I cant really speak to that but I cant definitely tell you that the pedicures are AMAZING! They have various pedicure options to choose from at decent price points; I get the peppermint one. The peppermint gives you a tingling cold burning sensation and smells awesome! I know that doesnt sound appealing, and that description used in reference to something else could be concerning, but anyone that has ever used a peppermint product (Dr. Bronner peppermint Castile soap) would understand. Lol However, if that tingling burning sensation isnt your thing then they have other packages that have scents from fruity stuff to lavender. All in all....this place has earned my business and I will be coming back!

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever gone to. I came into this salon, after a very long and hard week at work, to relax. I sat down to get a full set, the man started gluing the nails on, he asked, Do you want them long or short? I replied long please. he proceeded to cut each nail at different lengths and when I pointed it out he said they would be, and I quote, fine. After he applied the colored powder he started to file, and file, and file. Finally ALL TEN of my nails were different shapes, lengths and sizes! Not to mention I only had ONE long nail as I requested. most of the others were much like nubs. I was so angry that I just paid and left. I had to get back to work for two more hours. After I was finished with work I returned to the salon. I told them that I was very sorry to be a hassle, but to just look at my nails they speak for them selves. The woman sat me down to soak off the nails and during this process she explained to me that this was not the mans fault that it was mine for choosing the powder, (which is what I have always used in other salons, and they had NO problems) but that I should have gotten gel. Also, while she re-did my nails she continuously gave me dirty looks and spoke to her co-workers in her native tongue (that I cannot understand). In which her co-workers shot me very ugly and disturbing looks as well. I also noticed that everyone in the salon was on I-pads, eating food, and lounging around BOTH times I was there that day. On top of that when my horrible experience was over my nails were STILL the ugliest I had ever seen, even after she forced me to get the gel nails. They were lumpy and misshaped the only thing she got right was the length this time. Last but not least when I left I was still very nice ( I never once in any of this time gave attitude or said anything rude) I handed this woman by the name of Lisa (the woman who re-did my nails) a $20 bill for a tip and told her thank you, I am sorry to be a pest (even though I STILL was not happy) she gave me NO RESPONSE and rolled her eyes at me. I wish I would have asked for my money back, but I tried so hard to use my manners, and it didnt matter in the end because of the ugly attitudes that were projected towards me in this awful place. I highly suggest you spend your money elsewhere. They dont deserve your business, because they dont appreciate it.

They have a lot of colors and Im so glad to see they have Essie Gel! Sweet staff. Good prices! Modern decoration. I definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The service and the pedicure itself was great. The reason Im giving it a three star rating is because they sort of lied to me about the student discount they offer. On their window there is a sign that reads 20% discount w/ student ID. I presented my student ID when I went to pay, and the man told me that the sign was old, I responded with well your sign is on your window and it clearly states that. Then he goes to ask one of the women about it, and she looks at me and says no high school ID and I told her that it was a current college ID. She quickly retracted what she said and responded with sorry I mean only high school ID. So I paid full price.

I got the dip nails and within a day the dip started chipping and my nails began breaking. I went in with strong nails and have gotten dip several times from other places with no issues. The guy doing my pedicure also cut my toe so bad that it wouldn’t stop bleeding and then he proceeded to spray rubbing alcohol on it. Sadly, that’s not the only time that’s happened to me here either. I wanted to give it another chance, but I will probably never go back.

The salon is clean, and everyone was hospitable. Sandy did an awesome job on my nails!

I had been coming here for years because it next to my daughter house. After the new management take over this place, the salon looked so fabulous, the services are upscale. Lynn is wonderful and everyone are professional, I will take my coworkers here soon.

I’m so mad right now! I never came to a nail salon where my acrylic chips and comes off less than a month or even 3 weeks after. So I came there October 25th and they charged me for a chipped nail no biggie even though this never happened before anywhere else I thought this was strange but I paid, a week and a half later that same nail chipped I called to let them know she said “ if it’s more than a week they will charge to fix it.” Wow greedy for your money is what I call it. I will never return to this location again! No stars is it what you get.

I have been a customer with Day Spa Nail for over 6 years. Im here every two weeks! Lisa, Wendy, Mai, and Hannah have been there FOREVER too. I consider these people my family. I could go anywhere I want to but this is where I choose. There are multiple salons closer to my home. Nothing compares to the service, friendly faces, cleanliness, and enjoyability of Day Spa Nail! Their walk in accommodations are great! Because of my busy schedule it can be difficult for me to make an appointment but they will always take care of us! My whole family comes here including my husband!!!

Ive been going to Day Spa Nails for several years now and Lisa is the nail technician that I almost always see. She not only does an excellent job but she is very pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend her and this salon.

Ive lived in this area for a little over 2 years, I come here off and on... Its NEVER an great experience, but its okay. Its just a couple miles down the road from me so its convinient. Today 12/31 is a busy day, totally understandable, so I sat and waited for over 10min, I wasnt acknowledged after I signed in , but the person who arrived after me was immediately greeted, seated, handed the gel color selection (which is what I was there for) BEFORE me. I still didnt say a word! After they sit the lady, they asked me what I needed even though I signed in. They proceed to sit me in a chair with no attendant and I wait even more. I finally get the color selection and after having it less than 2 min he asked me what color I wanted and well, I didnt know... They had just given it to me. Takes me about a min or so to pick, I picked my color and WAIT some more... And guess who got served first? Yes, the person who arrived AFTER me. I sat and watched her get her service and was told theyd be right with me. And I waited, and waited and finally I got up and left. These people have the worst attitude and not to mention they dont follow the law. 2 weeks prior to today they had a visit for the state inspector and I heard them tell them to stop any spa pedicures until they fixed a certain thing they were doing wrong. He asked several of the manicurist a series of questions rewarding cleaning procedures and none of them knew what was needed to be done. Lisa and her husband manage the place and they have the worst customer service.I will not be coming here again. So sad. There are a few good manicurist in there.Edited to add: no, the lady didnt have an appointment. She wakes in and said I need a gel manicure. Not I have an appointment for...

I have been coming to Day Spa Nails since last November around the time new management took over. This place is awesome!! Lynn, the manager, always does an amazing job on my dip nails. I wouldnt go anywhere else now. The employees are all so nice and polite and I always get great service for whatever service I get. If you havent given them a try you should, you wont go anywhere else.

Referred here by a friend to have my nails done, so HAPPY! Lynn was my nail tech today, and I will definitely be back I. 2 weeks. Thank you Lynn!!

Not sure why this place has high ratings. The interior is nice but the staff is pushy. They kept trying to get me to do stuff I didnt want. The girl I had was sloppy. My nails are all different lengths and she just slopped the gel polish on.

Wow wrong side of town. for a 35 dollar pedicure i my area you get a great pedicure . i got the sports pedicure which she kept telling me that i needed the 65 dollar pedicure and kept on after i said no very pushy. the massage was maybe 3 mins total were 35 dollars gets you at least a 15 min massage at my normal place. they close at 730 we came at 645 the lady giving me the pedi watched the clock like it was her favorite soap opera. i usually tip 15 bucks for a goid pedicure this was so bad i left 3 dollars and i didnt wanna leave that. dont go here its over priced and i you dont get what they want you to get you are gonna get their worst service. i guesa i should stuck to places i know .

To start they didnt even do what I asked them to do. I wanted a full set with black nails and silver tips. I even showed them a picture but they did a bluish black on 4 of my fingers and silver on the ring finger. Which I could live with. Im non confrontational so i just let it slide and figured it would be ok. But then they used a technique id never had done. they put a clear polish on the nails and then dipped my finder in the powder instead of painting it on with a brush. this caused the color to be uneven and took several times dipping my fingers. the powder got all over my hands leaving a black tint to my fingers. The guy who did my nails was very rough and caused my cuticle to bleed from the buffing. At the end the shape was ok but the color of the black was off. It was lighter in certain spots and kind of splotchy but at the end i just wanted to leave. To top it all off one of my tips snapped off 2 hours after getting it done and another is cracking 3 days later! NEVER GOING BACK.

This is by far the worst nail salon I have EVER been to. I came here with my boyfriend for my birthday and just wanted a standard mani/pedi. He wanted a pedicure. I asked if they could do the mani/pedi simultaneously, and they said yes. They were perfectly friendly until I asked for the classic 25$ pedicure instead of one of the speciality pedicures. They made a big deal out of it and said That comes with nothing. I said I still wanted the classic pedicure but my boyfriend felt bad and said he wanted one of the specialty 45$ pedicures.I had a different lady for my manicure (they did not happen at the same time) and she was incredibly rude. She asked me 3 times if I wanted a gel manicure instead and grew angry and mean when I told her politely I just wanted the standard. She was incredibly rough even though I kept telling her she was hurting me. She went through so quickly air bubbles appeared on all the nails. One nail had random glitter on it because she used the wrong brush. I asked one of the ladies to redo the glitter nail, and she begrudgingly did. When I got the bill, I found that they had given us both the specialty 45$ pedicure without asking. It was just a regular pedicure that smelled like milk and honey. I am still angry about this and wish I would have said something, but I felt really overwhelmed and anxious by the end of it and didnt want to make a scene. I really hope they change their attitudes or stop getting business. This was truly the worst experience I have ever had at a salon.
