They dont respect your time. Made an appointment a day prior for a pedicure. Confirmed it on the day of the appointment, took a break from work, came on time, explained when arrived I had the appointment and they asked me to wait. After 15 min waiting I asked how much longer, and they told me 10 more min. I left, clearly they were not even close to be done with others. Why do they take appointments and take other clients at the same time and make you wait 25 plus minutes? What a waste of time!

We had a lovely experience here. We had been late because our flight had been delayed, and they still took us right away. The owners are incredibly sweet, and did an amazing job with quite the attention to detail. I definitely recommend them.

Walked in on my lunch break & was fortunate enough to find an empty shop so no wait time. I went in for a leg wax where 2 technicians assisted & made it a breeze! They were both so kind. Definitely the new go to when I’m in this side of town.

If you want the BEST pedicure you have in your life, try it just once. I am always floored when I leave because it is so relaxing. Such a great family business, you don’t see that every day.

This husband-and-wife team that run the shop are the best that there are out there.They are kind, courteous, and accommodating to all of their clients. I have been visiting them for the last two years that I have transferred here from Denver, and I dont like to go anywhere else.The mom does a great job with waxing.Ronda 🌷🌻

Went in for a pedicure and I was less than enthused about my experience. The mini-table attached to the chairs & seat remotes were very dirty and could easily be wiped off. I almost walked out then with how dirty it felt. The staff weren’t rude necessarily, but didn’t smile or try engaging in conversation. They got the job done, but I will not be going back.

We are visiting from MONTGOMERY, TEXA and this place is absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed our manicure and pedicure and we didn’t feel like it was rushed at all. They took their time and had smiles on their faces.Their children are absolutely adorable and the most well behaved while we were there.

The staff is amazing and did a wonderful job! I felt refreshed and stress-free after my pedicure. Ill absolutely be going back!

Excellent service and attention to detail in the execution. A small family owned business that’s brand new and already making an impact. They have an autoclave for esterilization which is something I had never seen in a nail salon not even the super fancy ones. That alone, makes a huge difference for me. Highly recommended

Unfortunately I didnt have the opportunity to get my nails done at this place but let me tell you in glad I didnt. Their hours on google stated that they opened up at 9 but the hours on their door say 8am. I decided to go by the google hours instead and showed up at 910. Low and behold no one was there and the doors were locked! I called and left a VM explaining that I have been waiting. Finally at about 930 the owner opens the door. I move my car to another parking spot and finally walk in only to see 4 women have walked in right ahead of me. I asked her how long is the wait time fot a full set and a brow wax. She told me that they didnt have time to see me today at all. Shw didnt offer me another time to come back or anything. I even explained to her that I had been waiting outside and all she said was sorry I was in traffic. I just walked out. I will never return to this God awful place!

Today was my first to Hetana, but it won’t be my last. It was the BEST nail salon I’ve found in the DFW area. (And I’ve been to a bunch!) I was near Grapevine for a dr visit and booked an appt here based off the excellent reviews. I could not be more pleased! My nail tech (I forgot to ask her name, sadly) was wonderful. She took so much care to make sure the length and shape were exactly what I wanted. She kept asking if I was happy with my nails. The staff was very friendly, and the location had a fun atmosphere. I will gladly make the 30 minute drive from home to get my nails done here from now on.

We are new in town. I found out about this salon from Nextdoor. I decided to try them out and was not disappointed! I had an acrylic fill. The owner took care of me and was very pleasant and thorough. I’ll be back!

The extra charges that they don’t tell you about until it’s time to pay is ridiculous! They don’t tell you they’re going to charge extra for this and that, and then argue with you that you should’ve known!

Excellent Spa experience. Quaint shop, beautiful, skeik, relaxing, lovely background mysic. Definitely worth a weekly visit! Offer some very relaxing packages. Husband/wife team work beautiful together. Shop set up very well, not cluttered or junky around the shop. A great place to take your spouse and spend some down time together. Try the Lavender pedicure deluxe and if you put on an eye mask, youre sure to fall asleep.....
