I don’t recommend this nail salon at all. If you show them a picture of what you want they tell you they can do it instead of being honest and simply tell you they can’t. If the design is too complicated they should tell their customers they can’t do it and suggest something easier for them.Spent a little over TWO HOURS at this salon to get my nails done and the results weren’t good. They guy had to do my nails 2 times, the nails were uneven, lumpy, dip was spilling over cuticles and I got cut multiple times with the drill. I was very unhappy with the results, all they said was they can start over but that would be the third attempt and probably another 1-2 hours there.I called later and talked to the owner, he said he would refund me my money. I called the next day for an update on the refund and they owner said he was not going to do a refund, he said I could come in and they would do my nails again. I explained him I just want my money back so I can go somewhere else because I didn’t want to spend another 2 hours and keep getting cut with the drill they were using.A little over 2 hours, bad results, owner didn’t seem to care at all, no refund.Don’t waste your time and money, just go somewhere else to get your nails done. I know there are a lot of other nailSalons that care about their customers.

Elite is a Great Salon the atmosphere is friendly and personable. The ladies and gentlemen are very detail oriented and they really do take their time!! This is my and my hubbys new go to nail salon😍

THE OWNER WAS VERY RUDE. IF YOU ARE OF COLOR, SHE WILL OFFER SOMEONE WHO JUST STARTED LEARNING HOW TO DO NAILS BUT IFNYOU ARE OF A LIGHTER COLOR, SHE WILL HAVE A PROFESSIONAL DO YOUR NAILS AND FOOT. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY CONFUSING AND THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS YOU DIDNT INITIALLY ASK FOR. BE AWARE!

They do great on you nails but sometimes they seem like they rush to get you out the door if you come in an hour and a half before they close.

First time there and last. Nails were bubbly and crooked and not even similar to the pic shown to them. So disappointed.

Ive tried other nail spots and I always end up disappointed. Elite Nails is the only spot that gets my nails done right.You have to show up early because once they get busy they will rush and thats when they mess up but that is the same with any other nail salon.

This is the second time that the first time came, everything was fine, super nice, but this second time I had a terrible service, I asked for acrylic nails because in my work I have to wash my hands every 30 min. and the woman put gel on me. I said before that I grabbed them acrylic plz. only that they wanted to be what they wanted for being in a hurry. Page 50 dlls so that the gel would shut me down in 2 days .. I will not return thanks. I do not recommend it

Not Pleased with this place! Got my nails done there for the first time, the guy Thai did my pedicure was rushing and didn’t even cut my cuticles.I went in for (pastel colored Dip) came out with Dip undercoat and gel top one color 🤷🏻‍♀️.NOT clean at all- I won’t be there again for sure!!!No, your right there’s no guy name Thai- his name was Lynn. Next time try doing what you clients ask for instead of something they didn’t want. $20 for gel + $20 dip.... who would have thought 😆

Lin is EXCELLENT. Very articulate and meticulous! My last set of dip nails lasted a full 4 weeks! I typically go every 2-3 weeks, but, was down with flu. They lasted! Not only that, this is the first nail tech Ive been to, that ALL my real nails have grown out, do not break, or ever hurt from drilling. Shes gentle with the drill and filing. If youre reading previous reviews (2 years or older), that are negative, that was due to totally different management and employees. Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 years now, and LIN is the BEST! Shes quiet too and respects your privacy and mental space while doing your nails. Highly recommend and I am very selective about who does my hair and nails! Happy New Year everybody!

Ive been going here for almost two years. It is by far the best place Ive ever gotten my nails done! The guy I go to is so nice and makes me feel like weve been friends for so long. My nails are literally perfect every time I leave! You wont make a mistake choosing Elite nails!

The service is terrible. I went to get a pedicure and during the pedicure the lady gave me a cut on my toe. Digged into the side and split the skin from my toenail. I screamed out and the owner came over and told her to put antiseptic or something on my toe and walked away. I then asked the girl to leave my toes alone because it really hurt and she clearly didnt know what she was doing. She stops mid pedicure. The owner then proceeds to try and charge me full price for the pedicure. I offered to pay half because I didnt receive a full pedicure and she called the police on me. The police came and had to make her give me 20% off.

Today was my first time here and I am really impressed! I am very picky with my nails and this is going to be my new go to place! Kelly was very kind and she does a wonderful job with the nail shape and takes her time. I like to try different nail art and she took her time and my nails look better than the picture I showed her! I was very happy with my experience here!

I called and asked for a same day appointment and was granted one. The salon was clean and it looked like the rush had ended which is better for me. I had two young gentlemen working on my hands and feet. I got a fill and pedicure. Both turned out nicely. I am super happy.

I wish I can give them no stars😕I got my nails and toes done here! When I tell you both of them started cracking and breaking off after a week!!!! The nail tech quoted me $120 then changed the price to $180 after everything was completed! Mannnn never again would I ever go here! I would rather go to the local nail shops in north Dallas cause it cost me $80 for both a manicure and pedicure!

I scheduled an appointment and thought I was speaking with the lady that I requested. Her sister lied, said she was her sister and double booked me, I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. When she did start my nails, she was not friendly, and showed very poor customer service. She finally said she was sorry after I said your sister needs to schedule clients better. My time is just as important, if not MORE valuable! I will not be returning!!

I came into this establishment to remove dip from one nail and asked how much and was told it was free. I was then asked if I would like something to drink and responded yes. Once I finished my drink I was told that I had to pay two dollars. I asked why wasn’t I told prior to getting the drink that I had to pay two dollars for a beverage. I wasn’t given an appropriate answer and was told I had to leave my $1500 phone so that I can go to my car to get cash for a $2 drink. I don’t know what kind of management is running this business since it was sold last year. I am highly offended and will never be using this nonsense salon again.

Omg!! I love my nails!!!! It was expensive....my pedicure was expensive, and it was good but not spectacular!! But my finger nails are out of this world!!! I mean spot on!!! I am a harsh judge also!!!! I do something different and crazy every time I get my nails done...Kelly was awesome!! She was so good. And did not bat an eyelash whenever I showed her a complicated picture! She did to a tee! Maybe better...highly recommendable. Will go again.

Went for a pedicure. The experience was decent, but she cut both my ankles when removing callouses. Also didn’t polish down to cuticles so it looks like pedicure is grown out/a week or two old.

I love love this place! All of the nail technicians are very nice, but Kelly are AWESOME. Elite Nails provide you the best nails with all possible shapes and designs, I LOVE Elite Nails!

Do NOT go here for a full set/manicure1. Two nails have already fallen off within one week.2. Did not do cuticle care yet I asked why they aren’t doing it, she said we do it after applying fake nail, they never did.3. Did not finish up my nails by cleaning the residue with nail polish remover4. Did not give me the color I wanted after repeatedly asking for a warmer pink , as the picture I showed.Everything was alright but nails falling off after less than a week is not okay.Better for you to go else where and pay the same price for them to last longer.

I visited this shop while staying in Grapevine for a conference. Although the employees were very nice people, the work they did was terrible.I requested a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was ok, but the manicure was terrible. I have never walked out of a shop as disappointed as I was with the condition of my nails that day. The design was smudged. The paint was sloppy. They charged me for the botched design on one fingernail.If I did live in TX I would not return and I would definitely not recommend.

I had a 9:30 appointment and they didn’t open the store until 30 minutes later. I came back at11 and the lady was so rude. The person who did my nails was nice but late. After I left I realized my nails are mishapen and not what I wanted. Not coming back.

Best place I have found to do my toe nails and I am extremely sensitive.

I went because of the Instagram posts I saw. I wasted money! I got a full set and the nail polish had air bubbles.I returned for them to correct it and they acting as if I was bothering them. I would not recommend this place to no one period!
