I don’t get my nails done but maybe 1-2 times a year.. I paid 55 dollars for these nails, which was way over priced with a 10 dollar tip!!! Danny did my nails, nice guy but he really didn’t know what he was doing. My index nail popped off the next day and my left index and middle fingers have indentions in the middle of the nail…. I didn’t go back to get corrected cause we had company this weekend and we were very busy…. I will not be using this shop again ! I would really like my money back on this nail job because I am not happy with them at all just waiting for them to all pop off! 😂

I got a pedicure and dip nails. They are both so pretty! Mai and Nick did my toes and nails, and they were very kind and did a great job! I would give 5 stars, but I do think it was over priced.

Bad customer service, price it says in book is only half what they actually charge you, took about 3 hours to do white nails with a gold heart on two nails and paid nearly 100 for, I really really dont recommend this place, owner even went as far as complaining what he pays there a month for his 10,000 leasing agreement and saying thats why he charges so much!!! 🙄

All the staff is very friendly and profesional. Hung always does a great job on my dip nails. He always takes his time and makes sure they are perfect.

This was my first time going to Tita Luxe and I absolutely LOVED it! Everything was PERFECT! The place seemed like it couldnt have been any cleaner and the staff was SO SWEET! My nails were absolutely perfect and they worked so hard to make them amazing! The salon is very modern and comfortable and the staff took such great care of me! I have nothing bad to say about Tita Luxe and next time Im in Grapevine Im definitely coming back!!

I went there today he was so nice! and he talked to me and my husband and even let him get a massage while i was getting my pedicure done. Will definitely come back!

He took extra time to make sure the nails were how I like them, also he stayed past closing to finish. He did not rush me to get out of there when they closed. Use this nail salon!!!

Tung/Nick has been amaaaaazing. I am a very picky and perfectionist person, and he has been very patient, professional, all while doing a wonderful job. He was taking care of every small detail and making sure I was satisfied. I will never be able to thank him and his team enough. They all are kind, cordial, and welcoming.

Some dude did my nails, and they definitely lie about the price. Especially since it’s not listed. I complained about my nails and he made it seem like it was a mission to fix them. I should’ve waited for the girl that does nails with her left hand, she was so precise and professional. But I will never come back here.

Paid 40$ it was 10 to remove my nails ( dip with tips) then 27 for a deluxe manicure. Im having a baby so I didnt want any dip or gel put back on this time around. The manicure done was a joke.I basically paid all that money when I could have went to the store and got pure acetone to remove at home and do it myself. Sorry wont be going back here.Maybe they are better when you actually get somthing done

Shin did an excellent job with my nails. He was very patient with me, and made sure to take his time, so that he could get it just right for me. I love my Dip Powder nails.

Took my daughters and their 2 friends to get their nails done. 2 got acrylic and 2 got dip. I (the mom) got a pedicure and brow wax. The 2 kids that got acrylic didn’t look that good close to the nail beds. A couple nails started raising a couple days after getting them. Gel nails haven’t had any issues.Then one pinky nail popped off after 8 days. On my brows, I said I only wanted a clean up, and not to make them any thinner. They are so much thinner! Lastly, I asked for a pedicure with regular polish, not gel. I clarified twice. I didn’t realize it was gel until they put my foot under the light. I’m so disappointed with the entire experience. And wasted over $300.

I had to have the girl fix the tips she put on 2 times cause she put them on crooked. I finally asked her to just take all the tips off and she went deaf and continued on working. The nails are long and unable to work with at this point, I was just tired and wanting to get out of there.. Tung Thanh Diep did my nails today. I came from out of state for a wedding. It was super easy to get a last minute appointment and he was the nicest person. Made sure I was super happy with the work he was doing and got me in and out in a decent time. If I lived closer, Id be coming back to this salon every time.

I thought they did a great job on my nails. Really happy w the end result. It did take a little longer than I’d have liked due to the mall being so busy. Also, be prepared to spend about 1.5x here. I did a pedicure, full acrylic set, and dip on hands and feet and my total was $119. All that said - I have not found anywhere else here locally where I’ve walked away liking my nails as much as I did this time. He did an amazing job. I’d pay it again. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Terrible my toes werent cut even and the polish on them isnt even. So rushed how can you relax when they do your manicure at the same time. I get it if they were busy. But I see why they werent. I asked for burgandy got purple even after saying something. The length of each nail if different. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Went in for new set of acrylic (vs gel) to save money. Asked for short, square rounded shape and to have black painted on tips versus black powder. After electric dremel filing I was brought a wet, hot towel to clean off my hands versus being told to go wash them. No oil was put on my cuticles at all. Was charged $47 for something I would have gotten for $35 anywhere else. My nails were left square and the painted black looked like a 2nd grader put it on. It took over and hour just to get that so paid, left and reshaped and had to color myself.

Not the best experience. Walked in and asked for pricing for pedicures for my wife and I. The lady working was very pushy and had us sit down and put our feet in foot spa without answering our question. Then we sat with our feet in cold water for about 15 min before she even started. The pedicure itself was not great either because she was focused on watching some Asian movie rather than providing a great experience. The staff wasn’t very friendly and just not really paying attention to its customers. Do not recommend this place for anyone.

Terrible experience!!! I went here and asked for a certain type of style and was given another. I would think after spending $105 my nails would be the way I wanted! My shapes were not neat, they were also bumpy. I stayed for over 30 mins and my toes still did not dry and smudged. When I called the next morning to get my nails fixed they did not help me. I would never go back to this place nor recommend it to anyone.

One of the cutest nail salons I have ever visited. The salon is clean and well-kept. Every member of the staff was kind and accommodating. The quality of the pedicure I received was 5 star. The base pedicure included an exfoliating scrub along with a hot stone massage at a very reasonable price. This is not your average shopping mall nail salon and I would highly recommend it!

If I could rate my experience at this nail salon it would be 0. It felt very rushed and there nail tools were not clean. I got dip with tips, with the color light pink that neutral. The lady before starting my nails she had green stuff on her hands and didn’t even wash her hands. My nails started good then when she start to file I asked for square and each nails is different length , she also got the green powder on my nails and not the tips are green. WORSE NAIL PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TOO. DONT WASTE YOUR MONE.

Worst dip manicure Ive ever had.I went this morning while I waited for my daughter to do the escape room with a birthday party. I was the first person in the salon and the only guest there. An older, kind lady was doing my nails. I had some simple requests (round shape, only 2 dips in the powder bc i like mine thin)... she did so much with the electric file things that my nails and fingertips are all sore! I also have two cuts on my cuticles from her that hurt that I am cleaning like crazy to make sure I dont get an infection.The only thing I like about them is the color... even the shape is off... and I was there from 1015 to 1145.... an hour and a half!

Too bad they were completely booked during the holiday weekend. This is a place you can go and feel pampered. All the ladies are friendly. My go-to for a casual nail time whenever Im in the haight!

Got a deluxe pedi and full set w dipping powder! Staff was amazing!!! Pedicure was magnificent and the place had a very relaxing environment! Nails were done and nail tech took his time to make sure they looked perfect! Highly recommend!

Very rushed and harsh. I showed whoever did my nails a reference picture and I ended up with something different. Also, tools were not clean and and some of the polishes were dried out. Not worth the money, I completely hate my nails. Not only are they different lengths, but they’re bumpy and splotchy too. Just don’t bother!

I have gone here a few different times, my go to spot to get waxed, nails and pedicures. The staff is so nice and always gives me a good experience, Lisa and nick are awesome at nails and will give you a tremendously nice set of nails. Everyone is friendly and makes good conversation, go give them your business you won’t be disappointed.

My toes where good, but I paid for a manicure and got half of it. Who cut cuticles without softening them. Also I did powerder instead of gel. My nails are lumpy and where not smoothed out. My son also got a mani pedi. He did not like it cuz she kept making him bleed even after he told her it hurts. Certainly wont be going back. Way over priced.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this place was terrible. I had gel toes and nails done and it ultimately cost $101. That’s unbelievable.They had ZERO color selection. I couldn’t get chrome nails unless I wanted to pay an additional $15.The worst part was when my nail technician shoved an artificial nail deep underneath the skin of my existing nail and caused a very uncomfortable pain. I knew it wasn’t supposed to be there and it was very painful. I was bleeding...I’m not sure why I even offered to pay after what I went through.My nails are currently uneven and if it weren’t for the fact that I had to go to a work-related dinner at a certain time, I would have left and gone to a different salon immediately. I let the nail technician know that I had to be ready at a certain time and she didn’t care at all. The chairs are even uncomfortable.

Good experience! Me and my mother in laws toes came out really good. Good paint job and got all the dead skin off my feet which I’m very happy about!

Over priced be prepared to pay $55 for a french tip acrylic set. It wouldve been okay if they looked like $55 nails but they dont Ive had better and at a lower price. I also think he was lying about the price because i was the only customer there... He just said, $55 okay?? The guy that did my pedicure was awesome, however my nails look HORRIBLE and sadly I paid $110.00. I’m leaving the country on vacation so I thought I would treat myself... DO NOT TREAT YOURSELF HERE!!!

My wife and I came in on a Monday morning. NOBODY in the salon but us. My wife wanted just clear polish on her finger nails. She got that, BUT the polish actually PEELED off in its entirety only a couple of days later. Toe nail polish ok.The lady who gave me a pedicure, dug into my nails so hard they are still hurting.Weve had MANY, MANY pleasant manicures and pedicures before, but I have to say this was the worst.the only reason we went there was to waste time while our niece and nephew from overseas could shop. And this was a waste of our money..

My first visit to this salon. Extremely good service. They did a GREAT job on my manicure. Didnt rush. This is the prettiest manicure Ive ever had. (Tips and powder acrylic). Very clean and the workers are extremely friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Had a terrible experience in Euless. This will be my go to salon.

I hate writing bad reviews but, this place used to be great years ago. I would always come here to get my nails done while my bf would get his haircut at the nearest barber, since they changed owners. However, the nail tech rushed everything and my nails did NOT come out they way I wanted unfortunately, cut my cuticles on three of my fingers, I had to wipe in something Neosporin when I arrived home. Again, once everything was set I was charged more than the original price of an average dip nail. Everyone, save ya coins and go to the next nail salon.

I paid $90 for a dip manicure and a deluxe pedicure. Instead of letting me relax and enjoy the pedicure, they did the manicure while I was in the pedicure chair. It was like a game of twister. It felt very rushed, even though there was only one other person in there. They were friendly enough, but my nails are uneven shapes, there are places the dip didn’t cover, and he went a little drill happy into my pinky and my pinky nail. The pedicure was ok, but the manicure is not good.

Very nice staff. i enjoyed my pedi a bit to much for one. Hate that they dont offer more than nail options. Over all they do good. if you love the dip nails only.

I didn’t have a good experience here. It Was very expensive and they did not do a good job. I had asked for the same color on my hand and toes and I ended up with two complete different ones. My friend also asked for the same and got a pink on her hand and orange on her toes. When she said something she reassured her it was the same when it clearly was not. Another lady I went with with ended ip getting her hand stained from the products. I paid 82 for a mani pedi which is VERY expensive. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

This is not my normal nail shop went here only because my son was shopping so I figured I’ll kill two birds with one stone (BIG MISTAKE) ... Nail tech was garbage she did my nails and arched my eyebrows worst nails and arch I have ever received nails and tip are separated didn’t notice until the next day.My pedicure was wonderful which was a different tech... I will go back just to address the horrible dip job but they will not get anymore of my service. Wish I could rate a zero nails not even even nail beds thick some thin horrible job!!!

I went on Wednesday with my daughter and got a white and pink American manicure. They did the dip and on Friday the nail had already came off the nail polish is coming off. I paid $96 not including our tip for this to look horrible in the matter of days!!!! I am very disappointed...

Everything started fine. I wanted a gel pedicure and dip manicure. They started with the pedicure and the old woman who was cleaning around the cuticle and the sides of my toes cut my toe.... Bad... I kicked her away and she pretended as though nothing happened. She got a cotton swab and started putting pressure on the cut. I told her not to do anything else and that I didnt want to put the polish because my toe was buring. She brought over a younger woman who tried convincing me that it was because I had an ingrown nail and began pushing on my toe saying, this hurts?? Yes that hurts! But it didnt hurt before she cut me! I told them not to do anything more to my feet and to just finish my dip manicure. (The manicure I didnt let them use any nail cutters or clean the cuticles....)The man who finished my nails was very nice and pleasant and he did a good job on my nails.At the end though, I had to PAY $30 for the pedicure (they supposedly gave me a $7 discount....) that ended with no polish and a now badly bleeding toe...I would not recommend these guys. The whole experience was bad (with the exception of the kind male who finished with my nails) and I now have a swollen big toe that hurts when I put on shoes......

So I was so disappointed in the nails I asked for coffin large and she gave me coffin short plus I asked for a cute color she told me she could not use that one i said fine so I chose another one and I asked for it acrylic and she did it dip and I was so disappointed you could see the layers of the powder and plus the nail was so flat and I did not like it.

This was by far the worst nail experience I have EVER had. I went in around 4:30 on Friday afternoon was told the wait was going to be 15 minutes. I waited for a hour and 40 minutes. Againt my better judgement I stayed. The pedicure was far from what I expected for $40. I waited until after he started my nails to ask the price my mistake $50 for a dipping set which is $35 at much nicer places. The nail tech Mike made rude unnecessary comments about me biting my nails. When I was checking out I asked why the price was so much higher her response was “we are in the mall” and “our products are better your nails will not chip or crack for 3-4 weeks.” Now I was not going to write this review I was simply just not going to return but the top layer of my nails chipped today just 4 days after getting them done. So I had bad service and paid more than I have ever paid and my $50 nails have chipped in just 4 days. Also before you think I ruined them at work I work in a hotel at the front desk to add to that I have been off for the last 2 days. I will never return and I would not recommend anyone reading this to go either.

This place is a pathetic excuse for a salon. Prices are outrageous. The lady that did my pedicure half-assed it. Took less that 15 minutes for a $40 pedicure? Not to mention that the old lady threw a fit like a child when she couldn’t get the lid off a polish. Instead of asking to pick a different color, she threw it down and walked away for 10 minutes. When she returned to proceeds to paint my toes, and not waiting for each layer to dry so she basically scrapped it all off.Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Charged me $45 (which is horrible) for a full set, that peeled off 2 days later. I could tell the tech did not know how to put on the acrylic and was having a difficult time even though I kept telling her some nails were thick and some were thin and it was crooked. Cut them too short. Horrible paint job as well. Will never return. 0/10

Had a lovely mani-pedi

The first time I went here I was satisfied with my gel manicure. The second time I went I decided to do the dipping powder manicure. The guy doing my nails filed a few nails down to where they looked crooked and I multiple times had to remind him to even them out. He also added tips to the end of my nails to make them longer but one fell off before he even started the manicure process. By the end of my visit, my nails looked pretty good to me but I was nervous about the tips. Less than a week later two of my nails have either cracked or started to fall off because I guess he didnt glue the tips on enough. Sadly, this is just before my cousins wedding so Ive had to repair my nails myself with nail glue. I dont think Ill be going back there.

Do not go here! Felt like they were rushing to finish my nails. Did gel and they said it will last 3 weeks and didn’t even last one week!!! What a waste of money!

I have never been more disappointed in a nail job. Pay $60 for dip nails because they claim it will look like real nails. They look like the cheap stick on ones for kids you can buy at Walmart. The guy who did the nails did not buff them out properly, they aren’t fully straight, they aren’t even smooth. When told that he was being sloppy he thought we were saying we wanted them to be shiny, when we pointed out where he messed up he examined the nails extremely hard and some how couldn’t even see his own mistakes. These nails are terrible and it was a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t be surprised if they aren’t even properly licensed. Not to mention they were not very sanitary at all, nails all over the place, none of the tools used looked very clean, and he didn’t even get a new towel. He completely rushed the job, didn’t measure the nails before putting them on, was extremely rough with my hands. When I told him he was being rough, he didn’t care. Overpriced and terrible work. He asked if we liked the nails, we told him not really, and for some reason he still took that as saying yes. Also, we asked for dark pink and he gave us light pink. If I could rate less than one star, I would.

Id leave the picture of my toe nails but theres no option. I came here at 815 after work with an appointment and asked for flowers on my big toe nails. The person that did my nails redid them 3 or 4 times and then apologized and left them looking ridiculous. Even the lady that checked me out said she was sorry after looking at them and said she wouldnt charge me for the design. She still proceeded to charge me full price and didnt offer to fix them or at least paint them a solid color. My birthdays tomorrow and im incredibly unhappy about this BS.

I cannot believe the outrageous amount this salon charges. With no prices listed anywhere, just a photocopy of services they provide & later while ur on the pedicure chair with ur feet in the water they whip out a sheet that starts of with basic shaping cut filing for $36 the think that got to me was that the polish was not included they charged $24 for a gell polish. Ridiculous the polish should have been included. My total for pedicure was $36 +$24. Than just polish for nails $24. This is unheard of and I would never recommend this place. I wonder if they had taken advantage of the fact that I was a tourist!🤔

If I could give it 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. Charged me 40 for gel that had bubbles in it and then started peeling off the next day. I went there the next day for a refund, they told me they would process it after scrutinizing my nails and taking pics of them? and here I am three weeks later and no refund back on my card.
