I booked for 8/1/2021 through Groupon. NoShow. I shortly get a message that she’s fully booked and that she has her own website. I asked her if 8/3/2021 in the afternoon. She said 3:30 was available. I show up. No show. I tried messaging her, no response. I tried calling the number, not accepting calls at this time. I also noticed she removed her services from Groupon. She already took my money. I am in the process of seeing Groupon can do something.

I really enjoyed my mani-pedi at So icy. It was like a whole aromatherapy spa session. She was so professional and my nails are perfect. It was also a great value ($). I’d definitely go back there again.

Set appointment, got confirmation and reminder. Drove 25 minutes to get to spa...no one there. No answer on phone. Goto a professional. This place is a dump.

Wow!!! Explains my experience. The professionalism and care they took from booking my appointment all the way through to the end of my Zero Gravity Pedicure. I left so refreshed. I was visiting from Los Angeles and the service was Honestly that of the Beverly Hills Spa I go to. Thank You Sooo Very Much So Icy Nail Spa...🤩

Like a similar review, she cancelled my appointment last minute, I drove 40 minutes to her location when I arrived, I see she had texted me canceling my appointment “due to car accident. I requested she refund my money as I had paid for these services via Groupon. Fool me once, shame on you...Fool me twice—you know the rest of it.

Cancel my appointment last minute I mean like 10 min before my appointment when I was already on my way she called and canceled on me. Her excuse was she was overbooked.
