Staff is wonderful and takes time to make sure your nail are done right!

I love this place. I’ve lived across the street from lovely nail spa for about 2 years. I’ve tried two other places off of Hall-Johnson and lovely nail is by far the best! It’s so inviting and a great environment to relax. They do a fantastic job on my dip nails and gel nails. They except walk ins and appointments. I usually walk in and can get in without waiting for more than 5 minutes.

Great customer service plus they actually do an awesome job with my nails, every-time. I always do Pedicure and tips and my pedicure lasts 4 weeks my tips last 3 weeks before it needs to be filled. Usually it can go an additional week but I like it to always be new. Plus they are super accommodating and I certainly will recommend.

I moved from Louisiana and I originally came here bc it was around the corner from my job... immediately they made me feel welcomed... Ann never fails me and Ms. Tina is the best with pedicures... every time I go back home to visit everyone always asks me who does my nails

Fi is everything!!! Ive been going to Fi for months now and he never fails to deliver 100% great work. Shape and detail is important to me and he gets it just right every time! Ive also never had a matte that I was happy with, because Fi takes pride in his creative work and product used, he makes sure he has everything needed to do an amazing job! I highly recommend lovely nails and anyone who works here, put especially Fi!

They are misleading. I asked for a french pedicure, the older lady asked me to choose from a menu. I asked if the french was included in the price. Shesaid yes. Then she said again you want the frenchanixurw and I said yes. She said oh is going to be $5.00 more. I also told them I wanted my nails refilled and shortened because they had grown from two weeks ago. The guy said ok. Then when he eas doing them he took them off completely. I said, I just wanted them fixed not resone new. He said oh no we cant fix them. Do I ended up spending double. I do not recomend this place

I went in yesterday at about 6:30ish, so very close to time to close (I know Im annoying) but we went in they were all super friendly and I had the best nail experience Ive ever had. The lady doing my nails noticed that my nails were not all even from the person previously doing my nails at a different salon and so she put extra acrylic on the tips and reshaped it to be symmetrical and match all my other nails! Ive never had any nail tech care enough to do that my nails came out so fabulous I could not be happier! Happy I found this place and definitely coming back!

Going here was the highlight of my trips to TX. If I could afford it I would fly back every month just to get my nails done here. Theresa and Fi are done of the most pleasant people in the world, but I dont even have words to describe how talented Ann is. Her freehand skills are out of this world. Ive literally been to dozens of places in my home state and not one can hold a candle to her work. She straight spoiled me.

I was talked into a more expensive dip nail over the gel that I came in for and it didn’t last even a week. As I found that to be unusual from talking to others I went back to ask if I could please have the “chipped dip”removed and just get gel polish. They weren’t willing to do that for me without charging me for the gel. Was disappointed to be talked into an upgrade that did not perform as expected. They tried to blame it on my activities rather than taking responsibility. My sister in law had gel polish from another salon that remained intact! Don’t guess they care about customers who aren’t regulars. Two stars just because they said it all with a smile on their faces. Lesson learned.

I am so appreciative of the excellent service at this salon. The staff was friendly, and they were gentle with my hands. Ann did an exceptional job! Ill be returning again!! Highly recommend this salon!!!!

My family drives almost 3 hours to come here and I drive from Downtown Dallas! These people are amazing at what they do! It takes longer than most places because you get great and exceptional work for what you pay. Highly recommend it!

This is my go to nail salon. The techs are always very nice and welcoming and they do great work. The salon is always clean. They know what I like without even asking, including my glass of white wine.

Got the Anti Stress Pedi by Phi, it was nothing short of AMAZING!!! Have been coming here for years, moved to Argyle (30 mins away) and still coming here. Phi and his staff are ever friendly and always do fantastic work!

Didnt really give me what I want. I asked for a rounded square top and what I got was super sharp edges and when I asked him to fix it he refused. To make matters worse Ive been getting gel on my tips for ever without any problems. Ive had these for two days and my nails are PEELING OFF!!!! Mediocre service for a higher price than most salons

I went in with a friend for a simple manicure. The girl nick my cuticle and I have had an abscess ever since and it has been over a month!Stay away...spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

Had the best pedicure I have ever had at Lovely Nail Spa. My nail tech Traci was attentive, friendly, and did a very thorough and excellent job. Will definitely return.

I used to live in the areas always love the people. Come home for holidays stoping in for a quick manicure and its not the same. The skinny tall technician shes probably new here acting strength (almost Ghetto ) Being so lound and rules. She talking but like yelling at you. She make me look like a idiot other customers looked at me like Im retarded I was wondering how could her boss or co-wokers havent tell her how unpolice and unprofessional she was. Im not coming back ever. I paid for my services not to be making jokes of.
