So I am writing this on the behalf of a friend. She had her hair done by Lauren Walsh. Lauren charged my friend $400 for mostly fake hair, and on top of that, the extensions weren’t blended with the hair right and promised to fix it. When it came time to fix her mistake, she ghosted my friend and then just completely blocked her when she was called out over social media. This is not the first time she has done this to someone. Not only will she be reported to TDLR, but I will make sure EVERYONE knows.

Christine has been doing my nails and pedicure for over a year now. She always makes my nails look so pretty and she is reasonably priced. I appreciate the the time and care she takes when massaging my legs after a long day.

I scheduled appt with Dywan Brooks ste 300 and she came day after to cancel it as she didn’t want to do my service. She’s unprofessional!

Gabriella made my hair highlights (I am a man) and the work was awesome, also she is an excellent person, we were talking around 5 hours and she was so nice with me and my girlfriend, I 100% recommend you to come this place and ask for her, she’s amazing with the hair coloring!!!!😁

We saw Michelle Harrenga this weekend, she was Fantastic! My daughter tried to DIY her hair cut and it was a mess but Michelle was able to not only fix it but make it look Even better than what my daughter was going for! She even gave some great tips for at home hair care and styling for my daughter! Loved it ! Above and beyond the call of duty and as a walk in late on a Saturday afternoon It was a LIFE SAVER!!!! THANK you so much!!!

I tried to get my nails done with a groupon, so I called and they said there not taking anymore groupon bec there not paying. She wasnt nice at all !

I did my hair color with Gabriella❤️❤️❤️.She is such a amazing hair stylish i have ever met.She is gorgeous herself and make me feel gorgeous with the hair color she did on my hair.Everyone should try with her once.Definitely i will love to visit this place in the future.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My stylists has been here for the last couple years and Ive not had an issue. But Ive been here 2x in the last 3 months and both times I witnessed other stylists walk into the building without masks and the lady who sits at the front desk has NEVER had one on. This last time I went, while walking out, the front desk lady was there without a mask on chatting away with a woman who was waiting for her hair to process sitting in the lobby also without a mask. Sadly my stylist wont see me again until Im vaccinated as this place does not practice common sense safety. More concerned with money than customers.

I booked a Brazilian wax and a facial with Jennifer and she was amazing I love it here and her vibes and energy is unmatched.

They wash my hair before and after a cut so I come out feeling fresh and styled. Great people, highly recommend.

Salon and Spa Galleria Grapevine is the WORST place I’ve ever been to. I recently went March 15 and had HEATHER do my hair. She COMPLETELY FRIED AND DESTROYED My hair and had the nerve to blame me and say i put too oil and use weird products and thats why she did a bad job. She also had the NERVE to tell me “ it doesn’t always come out perfect the first time” then why are you a hair stylist??? The service was unbelievable and she STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE AND IS REFUSING GIVING ME A REFUND. She lied to me about having experiences with simple ombres for years and this is how my hair turned out! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE LADIES IT IS NOT WORTH IT. My hair was sooo healthy with years of care to now having to have months of fixing it!!!!!!

Very unethical and rude. I was gifted a Groupon gift certificate by my wife for Fathers Day. Made an appt, arrived 10 min early. Receptionist didnt even acknowledge me at for 15 min. She then informs me that masseuse would is still getting room ready and it would be another 15 minutes. Finally get to room and masseuse asks me to call Groupon and cancel my certificate and pay her directly instead. She says due to Groupon not paying correctly. So unethical. If a business promotes with a Groupon, they should honor it properly. I left right away and will never return. Moreover, I will be sure to share my experience with my colleagues in Southlake and Grapevine as to the unpleasant experience there. Beware people.
