I lived at this property for 4 years.. this apartment complex is older... but they think by updating the apartments and amenities it’s considered “luxury”I laugh at that because this place has so many problems! If you want to pay high $$$ to live here.. hey go ahead you will see what I’m talking about! Go up the street where you can actually have a new build apartment.. this place is ridiculous!

Zone Apartments is an awesome place to live. I love this location and they host events monthly. The pool and gym are one of the nicest Ive seen at an apartment. The staff is very helpful and Ive always felt safe here. The only complaint I have is the price. If I wanted to renew my lease I would have an increase of $350, otherwise I would have renewed. Been here for 5 years and would have stayed if they didnt increase the price so drastically..

We moved here in January and it has been a great experience thanks to Steve! Anytime we may have any concerns he addresses them immediately. He is great communicator and ensures all of our questions are answered. Most importantly he is accessible; even when we just have to drop by for a quick question he makes himself available and is very welcoming.

Each time I come into the office, I am always greeted professionally and everyone is always smiling. Gabrielle is very competent and knowledgeable each time that I need help, she seems to have the right answer to alleviate my anxiety. Whitney is a calming force and lastly, Cayla is a great leader and is skillful at her craft. Staff and management, I would consider are the A TEAM

This is an awesome place to live. I have been apart of this community for a year in a half. It is a quiet area, and friendly neighbors. The front desk are very understandable administrators. They ever different events going on every month that shows us how much they appreciate us,

There are so many amenities that come with this apartment. the staff is super nice and supportive. the gym is immaculate, the pool is amazing, and the people in this community are very nice. I would highly recommend living here.

Ive been at Zone for over a year now and I absolutely love it! I started in a one bedroom and upgraded to a two bedroom and the transition was seemless. The staff is absolutely amazing and when and if I need assist maintenance wise its handled rapidly. I have zero complaints at Zone and I dont plan on going anywhere no time soon ❤️

I have been living here for the past 7 months. What attracted me to this location was the amenities provided and the proximity to Westgate. My initial impression was mixed as the communication and expectations from the leasing office were not met. However, since the change of management my experience has drastically improved. Steve is absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. He has addressed all of our concerns and has transformed the experience.

This review will be the most honest and realistic review written on here due to the fact that this apartment company will ask residents to provide 5-star reviews for raffle prizes. They care more about their pool parties than the health and safety of their residents. First, let me start by saying this is a high-end apartment community with expensive amenities and monthly rent more expensive than a 3 bedroom home, so I will rate it to that standard. Upon viewing the apartment up to the signature of the lease, you will get a very positive experience only to be taken at face value. First problem I ran into was the apartment denying a medical letter from MY PHYSICIAN allowing me to have my emotional support animal, claiming my mental disability was not valid. This required me to return to the physician and ask the PHYSICIAN to provide a more detailed letter than what was medical necessary because an APARTMENT MANAGER did not see it the previous one was appropriate. Let that sink in, an apartment manager out-ranking a doctor. Secondly, upon inspecting the lease agreement, they tried charging me a pet fee after notifying me they wouldnt. Of course, this was solved later. Next, I am notified that my USPS mailbox was damaged (among other residents) and that I would need to obtain my mail at the post office. This would be fine if it werent a 7 mile, 16 minute one-way commute. This went on for months. As of 7/23/21 this issue was fixed. Next issue that arose was a leak in my ceiling (I live on the third floor) due to a fire sprinkler. I had to reach out to the apartment complex through methods of face-to-face, phone calls/text, and email multiple times a day, every day, for them to realize how significant of a problem this was or to even respond. This occurred at the beginning of the month, and approximately 4 weeks later, the leak has been fixed (7/13/21) as well as the drywall (7/24/21); however, maintenance has not replaced the light chandelier or re-painted the area. I was also promised some type of compensation by both the manager and assistant manager for my troubles; however, nobody has reached out to me in the weeks since this promise. The people who work here are all talk and no action. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests for my A/C duct, painting, etc. to be looked/completed but they will continuously mark the service request as completed WITHOUT ACTUALLY DOING ANY WORK. There is also a $25 charge monthly that is required for valet trash that you can not opt out of. For some reason, you need to pay someone to take your trash, but this only happens Sunday-Thursday and SOME DAYS they dont even do the actual service! There is no cold water and the washer/dryer has ruined numerous articles of clothing. Additionally, the people who work at the front desk of the apartment are very unprofessional, possess no customer service skills, have poor body language, and simply don’t display any empathy for others. This was easily displayed when I had to basically beg to speak to the manager to figure out what was being done to fix my leaking ceiling. I definitely do not recommend living here because if something in the apartment breaks, you will spend an entire month trying to get it fixed.

Property is well kept, kids enjoy the pool and various courtyards throught the property. Patiently awaiting the calendar of events on property since Im new to the community. Steve, Gabby, And Whitney are awesome to work with. Good job guys!

Wow, we just moved in yesterday, and this place is off the hook. Hospitality and free pool party-excellent free food and drinks after using an amazing gym and taking a totally cool free spin class. Highest quality and did I mention free?

All of the reviews are from the employees intimidating residents to do so in order to get raffle tickets and the only people that win are friends of the employees.Truth is, they dont return phone calls, they dont actually fix anything (though they say they do) and the staff treats you so horrible that you dont even want to bother going in the office. The staff is rude, they are condescending and will talk down to you when you ask for anything outside of what they want to do. Safety isnt a priority as they say there is a patrol, but there isnt. Ive been here 2 years and havent seen one patrol!!The area is nice and the apartment residents are great, but the ENTIRE staff is managed and allowed to be rude to residents because management does the same

Ive only been at Zone Aoartments for a week now. We had a small bump with the apartment not being ready when we arrived to move in. Other than that, the office staff have been friendly and very helpful! Plus the pool and gym are resort worthy and the inside our my apartment was newly remodeled.

(Stone Cold) Steve Austin is super awesome! He has been so kind and understanding of the unfortunate situation that happened with my old apartment. He was able to moved my family and I into an upgraded apartment and gave us 2 extra months to decide if we wanted to stay or renew my lease.Thank you Steve! You’re the best!

TAKE MY WORD, DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! This complex is supposed to provide luxury living, I can 100% tell you it does not. The model apartments are beautiful but once you move into your own apartment you will get a rude awakening. Not only was our apartment not ready for us, but it wasnt cleaned. We were moving as the cleaning people were cleaning our apartment. Our apartment is remodeled and you can tell the job was rushed. I have been patient with the front office and maintenance but I am at my breaking point at this time. We moved in June and it is now August and none of the promised work orders have been completed.1. Stains all over the walls that no matter what you do they come back (yes, even after it being painted) 2. Water leak (we are on the 2nd floor,) 3. Windows do not have a lock on them (none of them do) 4. Washer and dryer do not work (I have to go to the laundry mat to wash our clothes) 5. Kitchen faucet wasnt installed correctly so every time I turn it on it leaks water 6. Plugs do not work in half of the apartment 7. Toilets were not drilled down 8. Showers are not new, they painted the old ones and the paint is chips off every time you shower. 9. No cold water 10. All the plugs, alarm system, light switches and everything that you can think of that is on a wall and used to be while is YELLOW. They did not replace anything to match the updated unit. 11. Alarm system does not work, ADP states they need to install a new system since those are so old. 12. damaged countertops with stains 13. Paint on new tile 14. sidewalks are filthy, looks like they have never been cleaned before.These are just a few of issues that I can think of that I have submitted work orders for. They wont rush to fix the issues but they also wont take the time to communicate with you on the status. You have to hunt them down like bill collectors. Signing the lease is like signing your life away. They do not care. Plain & simple. This is not luxury living, but they charge you $2k for this. I suggest you look at the new complex that are being built near by, do not waste your time and money here. It is not worth it. Thankfully I was able to hire an attorney to help me with these issues and take Zone Apartments to court. The old management company was amazing, I miss them. Never again with I rent with Avenue 5 because of this horrible experience. I am counting down the days to move out.The 5 star reviews you see on here, are fake. They bribe the residents with a gift if they post a 5 star review. So dont believe it, I would never want you to go through the pain that I am suffering.

The complex is beautiful, amenities are pretty amazing. Lots of fun activities around the complex and an engaging community.They are very good at communicating with the residents and very attentive as well.

I am in love with the pool here and all of the amenities!! The gym is serisouly the best and better than most gyms I would get a membership at!! Also the atmosphere is so chill and fun, feels like a vacation!!

Ive been living in these apartments for 8 years now and I’ve loved every moment . The staff is great when it comes to questions and work order. Gabby in the front office is always so friendly and professional. I am impressed with her willingness to always help . Roland comes to help out anytime I have a maintenance request.

I love my new home! Its very clean, I love the amenities and everyone is just friendly. Luxury apartments are the way to go. Its worth every penny I pay. I wont be moving out any time soon. Thanx Zone for allowing me to make this my new home!

My husband and I are an older couple we moved in here over a year ago and I have to say I love my apartment it’s bigger than most of them you can find for this price as we know size is everything. There are lotta young people nearby where we live but they’re usually military people and very very polite. The pool is great it’s beautiful it’s big they have lots of places to sit and barbecue have your family over. The office staff is great they are very concerned about your problems they are just so sweet I don’t even know what to say about them never had a crossword with them. There are lotta activities going on for young, old and families. We use the gym which is really nice and they keep the grounds kept up. love having the garbage service. We did renew our Lease so that should say something because we do like living here so far so good, also love the option to have a garage.

Just moved in to the place and so far love the new renovations done to it!!! Very much excited to be staying here and truly feel at home!

Lived here for close to 5 1/2 years. Overall I liked it due to being next door to where I work and maintenance support here is excellent. Unfortunately, I’m not their target market anymore and they priced me out of here so I’m moving to another complex that gives much more value for the rent charged.Plus they nickel and dime you with extra fees and charges that add over $100 per month to the advertised rent.

We just moved in and already so impressed.The place has a massive crossfit gym, a spin studio, and fitness classes at no extra cost.The apt hosts frequent events. Today there is a pool party with free food from food trucks & a bartender.The apt is wired for high-speed internet and comes with a modem in the apt. I moved in yesterday and already have internet installed with a discounted rate.Im pleased so far!

Zone Apartments is the best apartment complex Ive lived in! The apartment layouts are large and designed well. THE GYM IS ONE OF THE NICEST GYMS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, it beats gyms like LA Fitness, Esporta and Equinox. Its insane that this gym exists inside of an apartment complex. The gym alone is worth the rent. The pool area is very nice, and has cabanas for lounging and free kombucha on tap. The staff is very friendly and attentive.The location is perfect! Its walking distance to the Westgate entertainment area, the Casino and the Tanger Mall. Its also close to the 101, so its easy access to other areas. Its a less than 10 minute drive to shopping on Bell in Peoria. Parking is great as well, you will always have a spot.I love living here, so if you are looking to live in the Glendale/Peoria area, I highly recommend Zone.

Me and my family have lived here for a couple years now...back when it was Courtney Vista (a pillar community). The area is super convenient and the grounds are nice (pool, gym, etc.)Sadly, since the staff has changed and the new management came in...things have been going downhill. The front staff comes off “bothered” by your needs (and that’s if they actually answer your phone). Also we now pay about $300 more for an apartment that is NOT remodeled. If you want to hear every single movement or conversation your upstairs neighbors make/have...this is is your place. Especially ours. We have complained to the staff numerous times, called the police and yet NOTHING has changed. We are unsure if a warning has even been given about their noise. Repair orders take quite sometime...and when I mentioned this I was told it was hard to juggle the orders for here and the sister complex around the corner. These factors were NEVER an issue with Courtney Vista/Pillar. The staff then was consistent and friendly. Also, parking used to be monitored quite well and now anyone parks anywhere. It doesn’t matter anymore if you are a registered car here to park in covered parking and anyone can park in a handicap spot without consequence.It’s really sad when I speak with others who have lived here for years, like us, and positives cannot come into conversation but how this community has just gone downhill.

Pool parties are always on point! They bring food trucks in and play solid jams! Let’s not even get started on the gym they have 🔥🔥 this place is the place to be!

Moved to Zone apartments a few weeks ago! So far I love the apartments. The people in the leasing office are far beyond helpful and kind. Everything is nice!

This is the second time my mail has been stolen due to the mail box being broken into. The management does not seem to care, nor do they do anything to try to fix the issue. Once was even around Christmas, and I heard nothing about what would be done to prevent this from happening again. And I go to check my mail this week, and it was broken into again! Nothing was done the last time, and nothing is being done this time! I just want to know my concerns and safety are being taken seriously, and so far, they are not.

I have been living in this complex for almost 3 years, and never had a problem when it was Courtney Vista by Pillar Communities. But now that it’s under Zone, it seems like they’re trying to mask the management’s lack of regard for the residents with fancy remodels and upgrades (that weren’t even usable for about a year given remodel time AND COVID, but we were still charged increased rates, even NOT being in a remodeled apartment). Now that I’m moving out, I had given them my 60 day notice VIA their “Contact Us” page, being as the office has been closed a lot due to COVID. They claim they can’t find the message, and have charged me a full month’s rent for the month that I’m moving out, instead of the prorated amount, PLUS an extra 2 weeks worth of rent for the following month. I’ve gone back and forth with emails with them assuring me that they’d get back to me shortly, only to have them not send anything for days at a time. It’s been a miserable process, and the management has done nothing to help. Safe yourself the headache, AND the money.

A wonderful place to live

We enjoyed living here. No complaints. Work orders were completed in a timely manner. I didn’t have any issues with former Courtney Vista management, and when Zone/Avenue 5 took over, it wasn’t a hassle. Yes, there’s new management, and yes, there will be changes. Due to moving into a different city and a bit closer to my job, we had to leave, but this place has been a great place to stay. You’re right down the road from everything, the Desert Diamond casino, Westgate, State Farm Stadium and near the 101.

When I visited the community it was beautiful! Very clean and friendly staff. Awesome 1st impression.

When Zone bought Courtney Vista this place has gone down hill. No one answers at the office when I call. The pool is open now 24 hours. It used to be opened until 10 out of respect for the residents around the pool. It is now party central. Loud music til 2-3 in the am. Unfortunately I live in front of the pool and paying more because of it. A couple weeks ago some one smashed glass bottles in the pool. Pool had to be drained and was filled back up with a garden house (took three days).Trash all over the place. Can not wait to get out of this poorly managed apartment!

My AC hasn’t been working properly for like a month now and my dryer hasn’t worked at all since I have moved in.. I moved in late April and it is November now. My neighbor above me blasts their music at all hours of the night and when I call to complain I don’t get an answer from the after hours service. I can’t wait to move out of here.

Sincerely disappointed in the new management. Once Courtney Vista was bought out by Zone, I stopped into the office to inquire about new rent prices, and was assured it would be less than $100 increase, and if it was, that they would be willing to have a discussion to work something out. Cut to three months later— my new rent quote went from $940 to $1295. Called the office to inquire about options, and was informed that there was nothing they could do (and I could move into a renovated apartment if I desired, which is clearly so they can renovate my older apartment). two months after telling me there’s nothing they could do, they said they’ve talked to the owner and lowered my new rent to $1015– after I have signed a new lease at another apartment complex. Honestly, the 38% increase in rent is simply for them to put in new lighting fixtures and decorative elements in the office/common areas. I would recommend finding a different place to live.

After Kylie left I got very sad and if it wasn’t for Brooke taking care of all of my needs in the office I don’t know what I would do! They really have their stuff together there! The property is beautiful, the groundskeepers are also very detailed every morning, and all the girls in the office really make you feel special and apart of the family! It’s been the best 2 years! First of all, dont believe the pictures the owner has uploaded, they dont represent this location at all. They are from other complexes and a flat out lie.Zone has been here for a few months max and already made living here stressful. They are doing construction on EVERYTHING at once. The construction is starting before the cities limit, they sneak in 15-30 minutes. They went and tagged about 20 cars for random violations during this stressful time, threatening tenants to tow their vehicles during a pandemic. Not a good look. The construction is taking up so much space there isnt a single spot open at night. People have to park in the handicap or IN THE ROCKS..They took away amenities/programs without informing us. There has been close to zero communication and every single amenity that we pay for is GONE. No pool. No gym. No grills. No computer center. No office (its moved off site temporarily). Everything is torn up and coned off. Very frustrating to live here at the moment.

DO NOT MOVE HERE, SINCE THE NEW OWNERSHIP TOOK OVER THERE IS A LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, CLEANLINESS, AND OVER TENANT SATISFACTION.

Ive been living here for a month now and Im pleased with my unit. It is very peaceful and the office staff have shown nothing but professionalism every time I visit. Ive requested minor repairs and maintenance fixed them next day.My only complaint so far is the dog poop left on the sidewalk and in the parking lot streets. This is totally unacceptable and dont know why people dont clean up after their beloved pet.

New property manager Michelle is very lovely , professional ,kind and helpful . I had a old unresolved issue with previous property owners .. Michelle handled it with swift assistance and I was beyond grateful .... Her professionalism is very apparent and its obvious Zone apts is in good hands! Also as a resident I am super excited for all the new improvements coming !!

Its an alright apartment complex. Amenities are pretty mediocre. The pool and the grills are awesome but the fitness center looks like it was made with factory recalled equipment found at a rummage sale. My only big complaint is that Ive been living here for nearly 3 months and I am still waiting for the maintenance crew to perform the repairs I asked for on move-in day.

This community is not safe. We have lived here for seven months and have had 10 mailbox keys because of every time the mail has been broken in to. We have lost tons of money from things stolen from our mailbox, from our doorstep, and from our closed in patio area. We have talked to management, community managers, police, etc. the apartment says they’re doing something about it as they have cameras but still are not securing our belongings and making us feel safe in any way. They stated there’s multiple different people stealing. So even if they catch them this will continue to happen! In fact, a few times it happened and they didn’t even notify us until they finally emailed after like the 5th time. They were going to go on and pretend it didn’t happen!The gates are always open and it is not safe. There’s kids smoking marijuana by the pool at night. We go for a walk at night and it smells terrible. People leave their dog poop all over the place and not required to clean up after themselves. Overall this place has been terrible based on what we pay for rent and the area that was suppose to be safe.

I have never had such great service from an apartment complex in my entire life. The girls up front are the best to talk with and Kylie is nothing but awesome! If your wanting a beautiful complex with amazing features and a peaceful location down the road from westgate. Then Courtney Vista is the place for you!

Multiple instances of theft all over the parking lot. Management does nothing. Front gates are always breaking and take weeks to fix. Cupboards in the kitchen fall of the hinges all the time. Garbage disposal is constantly breaking. They do a good job of fixing these problems timely, but they shouldnt happen so often in the first place. Neighbors are loud and the walls are paper thin. Front management deals with problems by becoming dismissive and passive aggressive. The location is great but there are better options near by. I wish I could break my lease, it SUCKS here.

My time here started positively, but went downhill quickly. The apartments are in need of constant repair. I will say the guys who do the repairing were awesome, they were really efficient. The pool is used by people who dont live there, and I mean they are not even guests. This is the same case for the gym. There were several huge fights while I was there, and I mean fist fights. Cops were called regularly. Lastly, the prices are absolutely outrageous. How they dont factor in all these problems while asking for big $ is criminal. I left at the right time.

A well-merited one star. Our concern began during our spring cleaning. Holy moly! All I can say is dont shampoo very used apartment carpets (that should have been removed before one moves in) or youll meet up with one of Dante Alighieris nightmarish levels, which we found out are invisible to managements untrained eye. As luxury apartments, they need to rethink their old notions and not only upgrade their kitchen appliances, but update to more modern wood flooring, not to mention listen intently to their tenants concerns about things growing under old carpeting. So, no I do not recommend this apartment complex. Find another place that provides the kind of service and health practices you feel you deserve.

I lived here about 3 yrs ago (2016) and had an amazing experience loved it , upon return June 1 2019 it has been an absolute nightmare with the new management and staff granted the assistant manager Bree is amazing and very helpful and always willing to listen and help. Since moving back I’ve lived her for 3 months and every month I’ve had an issue with water heater , sewer roaches to mice outside my door which btw took them a month to come patch the whole the mice was running into outside my door. The Burns pest control supervisor was sent out and told me there was mice activity around the complex but it’s up to the manager to pay to get the complex trapped and a month later still no traps 😡 around the complex to eliminate The issue. I pay $1600 a month to live here and had the worst experiences ever granted the money that Tenets Pay here its Ridiculous ! The manager does not make you feel important or appreciated with the lack of urgency With your work orders and issues with the unit granted I’m paying more for this apartment then I am for a house it’s crazy ! I would not recommend living here if you want to feel appreciated for the money you pay to stay here and the lack of customer service and you receive. Grounds are constantly dirty and they do not treat your concerns with a since of urgency it’s very disheartening! There are other apartments that are more cost officiant who will treat you like they appreciate your business and like your concerns are important! This experience this time with the new staff has been a nightmare!

Havent lived here but their website is horrible they need to make it easier to use. Also they dont have pricing online nerve racking.

Management could be better. Response by owner on this google review would say “stop by our office,” but I already did and there was no help with my concerns.

These apartments are really nice! We went to see a model of the 3B/2B & ended up seeing a 2B/2B....very spacious & just the right layout.

Very clean and modern! Office and maintenace are a step above the rest, would absolutely reccomend to anyone!

I love living here. Gina, the office manager, is wonderful and maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and prompt. I exercise an a regular basis. The exercise room is okay. I wish they had a few more weight machines. I love the pool. It has an area were you can swim laps. The basketball court is indoors which makes it nice during the summer months. The complex is very clean. I would recommend living here.

Cierra was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!

AERT rents the club house facility for their CPR/First-Aide training. The training was the reason for my being at this apartment complex. Based on the cost of the area in terms of housing this complex over charges and under performs in terms of maintenance, security and other vital issues.

I love this place man. People that run this place are very friendly and solve all my problems. Im very comfortable living here. Much love Big Randy

Really enjoy my apartment. Spacious and the cheapest (but still nice) I found when looking at Westgate apartments. I would recommend.

2 Bd 2 Bath Apt in 2018 $ 1025 , 2 bd 2 bath Apt in 2109 $ 1450New management , renovations , is it worth $ 425 more ? Avenue 5 management is raising the rent at every complex they take over . WHY ?

Horrible experience! Im not sure why they keep quoting the pillar promises when the property manager obviously doesnt know them! Managment doesnt care about customers and is super rude. When I asked for corporates phone number she told me to google it and hung up on me. Im sure it will be the same when you need something as a tenant. Dont rent here!

We joined thinking this place was amazing. It is not, we were thinking we would be able to play basketball on the courts, but the gym is filled with people who do not live here every night and day!!!!! The gym is closed every month for painting or some other bs. My roommate parked his car in front of the gym as we were playing hoop, and someone broke into his car (someone who doesnt live here). Next the pool looks great and that is about all you will ever say about the pool. The Jacuzzi has been closed at least 10 times for horrible reasons. Then when it is open the water is cold. This place has been a complete let down and I do not recommend living here. I dont see how anyone would renew their lease here.

I have been living here for a little over a year now. I enjoy it enough to stay, but not enough to love it with a 5-star review. The apartment grounds are well maintained, with weekly groundskeeping services that will most likely become morning alarm for those of you who do not open up shops. The buildings are all pretty standard, carpeting and cabinetry/appliances are all standard and generic throughout. Most units are designed between 4&5 different variations. 1,2, &3 bedrooms available pretty regularly. For the most part, the staff is quick and helpful. There are occasionally miscommunications between what you expect and what then is offered. It can be frustrating sometimes, but genuinely the staff here seems to care and attempts are made to make things more accommodating. Overall, Courtney Vista at Zanjero is decently priced for the amenities and location. With the additions at WestGate and the Casino finally starting contruction, this community will be at the heart of it all in the very near future.Note: New apartments rising behind Cabelas, and if affordability is not a huge issue, check out the other Pillar community right next to Courtney Vista, the Metro by Pillar.
