We moved in a month ago, and it’s been such a great experience compared to any previous apartments. The staff is amazing, especially Tamela and Ashlay. They’re so nice and accommodating!This place is dog friendly, has a nice pool, and a good gym. If you’re looking for a place in Glendale, I’d recommend this place :)

My partner and I have lived here for over a month now, and we’ve had a very pleasant experience so far! Ashlay and Tamela have been absolutely sweet to us since we first took a tour of the community. The maintenance team has been quick to help us every time we’ve called, and the neighbors are kind enough to say hello whenever we walk pass each other.Overall, living here has been more peaceful than I ever thought possible. Technically we moved in about a month ago but officially been residing here for about 2-3 weeks. Starting from the day of the tour, It has been an extremely pleasant experience so far. Our interactions with Ashlay and Tamela have been wonderful. We look forward to calling Avalon Glendale our home for the next year or more!We havent had the need to call in the maintenance team yet but Im positive the Avalon Glendale team will take care of it should it arise.

The best apartment complex I have lived at during my adult life. The front staff, Ashlay and Tamala, are very friendly and are very helpful with solving any problems you may have with the apartment. The maintenance staff is also very punctual and efficient whenever you submit a fixing submittal. I recently moved away due to a job opportunity but if I ever find myself moving back down to the area, I wouldnt hesitate to reconsider moving back to Avalon Glendale.

I moved in about 2 months ago and I can honestly say that this has been the best apartment ive ever lived in. The units are gorgeous and spacious, great amenities are offered, the neighbors are so kind, and the overall process of moving in was a breeze. The best part though, and the part that truly makes Avalon feel like home, are the office managers. Both Tamela and Ashlay are so helpful, kind, and personable!

I have lived in apartments basically my whole life, and for anyone in a similar situation, you know the pain of moving into a place that has a great on site management staff that ends up leaving, getting transferred, or otherwise changing, bringing the entire experience of living there from a 10 to a 0 really fast. Well, that doesnt happen here. Tamela and Ashlay, the two property managers on site, are incredible. Theyre friendly and accommodating, they know literally everybodys name (which is extremely impressive on its own), and they consistently go out of their way to make sure your living situation is the best it can be.As for the complex itself, its extremely well maintained. Since the walkways are all outdoors, you get a much bigger sense of living in a community than you do a complex. There are a lot of trees and greenery, a lot of natural light in most units, and even though its basically on a major street, you never really hear traffic at all (Ive been here for a year and a half and Ive heard a siren from an ambulance maybe 4 times).The units are great, the floorplans really make them feel more like homes than apartments, and unless youre doing something very loud like playing an instrument/singing loudly/yelling, you really dont have any noise transfer between units (at least not in my experience).Maintenance is great, and prompt. If you have an issue, they jump on it, and if they arent able to fix a problem for you then and there, theyre always very communicative on the process of fixing/replacing something, timelines, etc.Overall, best apartment/townhome community Ive ever lived in, would absolutely recommend moving here.

Avalon is a great place to live. The courtyard and pool are beautiful. I feel very safe walking around anytime of day or night in the locked and secure complex. But really for me, Ashlay and Tamala who work in the office, make living here so worthwhile. Their smiles and responsiveness are amazing. They’re willing to bend over backwards to do anything for you.

The garden-like feel of Avalon Glendale makes me feel like Im on vacation, but the management team creates a sense of community and makes it a home. Tamala and Ashlay are always friendly and responsive to the issues that inevitably arise in any rental community. They go above and beyond!

You will find a community living at Avalon Glendale. This is not your traditional apartment complex. Most people that reside here have been residents for several years and it is rare to find a short term passer-by here. My partner and our dogs have called this place home for 7 (going on 8) years and have loved the friendships we have made along the way.It just feels like home. The units are large, bright, and inviting. The complex is quiet and is located a stone throw away from Ralphs, a Trader Joes, 2 gas stations and a few blocks from on/off freeway ramps! Theres also a Bank/ATM, Pet store and Baskin and Robins on the next block - what more do you need?!Management and Maintenance staff are friendly and make you feel like family. If our unit was a condo, I would have already placed my down offer!

Me, my wife and baby (less than a year old) moved in to the Avalon Glendale shortly after the lockdown took effect and lived there for 6 months. We moved out as we were fortunate to be able to buy a house. It was quite simply the best experience we could have hoped for as a short stay during a pandemic. The premises are clean and well maintained and the Townhouse was also spotless clean and cozy when we moved in but what really made our stay so pleasant was the support and service provided by the building managers Ashlay and Tamela. I’ve lived in a few buildings over the years and they are by far and away the most professional and caring building managers I’ve ever had. Ashlay especially made us feel at home from day one in what was an incredibly stressful period of time for which my family and I will always be thankful.

I moved in with two of my great friends back in October. I used to reside at the Avalon Burbank, but this place (to me) seems more homey and comfortable. I call it home, and it isnt just because its where my things are, or a place where I sleep. Its the people that work there and the ones I live with that make it so special and a place to call home. Ashlay Eugenio, who is one of the amazing girls in the community office, has helped me countless times and is always so patient and kind. I feel welcome here and it is because of them.

If you love bugs , this is the place for you. Plenty inside the apartment. I never had issues with being Bitten. Ever since we moved here, almost every other day there are bites on my feet.The staff is very friendly, two ladies that work in the front office are super sweat. Until you want to move out. Than they show their true colors. I had already paid rent until the end of the month (23 days). I was on month to month paying way more that what was offered, I told them I finally found a place I liked. So they told me I had to give a written 30 day notice, and pay extra for the remaining days. I lost out on the other apartment. Thank you very much. You guys are greedy people with no understanding. Paid over 2 years , on time every time and you guys do me like this.Other complaints: Walls are very thin,.Too many animals and smell of animal waste. If there are any neighbors above you , good luck sleeping with the noise. Pool area is usually full of kids and noises.Look elsewhere.. (You are barely going to use the pool, Not worth it)

My brother just moved in and let me just express how smooth and professional management has been. Specially coming from another complex that had zero management skills with a building poorly maintained this is very refreshing and much appreciated. I would like to thank you the team but specially Ms. Ashley whom has been extremely responsive and pleasant to work with. Thank you entire Avalon team i wish i could add another star!!

I really really love this place. The staff is amazing. Its by far one of the best places Ive lived in. Theyre also really pet-friendly and most of the apartments are families, so its nice to have such a friendly community that has such a welcoming presence.I love the available guest parking, it has made a world difference knowing my company has a place to park for when they arrive. Our amazon packages are also super safe with the amazon hub where we can pick them up.I love their events that they put together and I show up without any shame! Its just an all-around fun time being with such positive people.Thanks Ashlay, Tamela and Avalon team!Youve all been awesome. :)

A huge reason as to why we chose Avalon Glendale was because of Ashlay, one of the community consultants for Avalon. After a long day of apartment hunting she made the final showing on our list really fun and enjoyable. She has been there to answer any and all questions weve had which was super helpful and made the entire move in process a breeze. Only been here for a few months but so far my roommates and I are very glad to call this place home.

I have live at Avalon for almost 2 year Jason who works who handles the community relations is simply awesome every I have a issue such as my ac not working due to a clog filter he assured that I was taking care off within 24hrs. If you have any questions or concerns just talk to Jason or Dave they are super friendly and just cool people, maintenance is also prompt and you dont have to wait for weeks to get something fix.I have learn that if you treat people with respect and professionalism the favor will be return back hundred fold.

This is home... If you want a cozy, home feel to apartment living this is the best place in Glendale. We are going on two years here. Location is amazing!Anytime you have multi-people living you will have a difference in levels of cleanliness... however, the office is quick to address it. Theres a few things that could be upgraded, like appliances but all things happen in due time.Overall, I am VERY satisfied to call Avalon Glendale home.Thanks to Tamila and Ashlay (Lady G) for quickly addressing our needs... new maintenance guys so I dont know who to thank.

This is my first time writing a review. I felt compelled to do so because of the absolutely stunning work of the people that manage these flats. WIthout fail, both Ashlay and Tamela have been knowledgeable, supportive, intelligent, immeasurably kind, and incomperably efficient in dealing with my move. Im a befuddled old person with whom they have never lost patience and never, ever failed to lend assistance. Along with them comes an amazing maintenance staff of friendly, diligent, highly qualified people I am very lucky to now know personally. This is a wonderful community in no small part due to thier constant efforts to make it so, and Avalon Communities can be proud of how high they set the bar. I came here in what I thought was a temporary stop on my journey, and instead...I found a wonderful home and extended family.I am eternally grateful and cannot more highly recommed them.

I moved into Avalon Glendale a couple months ago with some roommates, and we are absolutely thrilled with this community. When we first toured with Ashlay, we were kind of skeptical because things seemed too good to be true. The unit comes with appliances, there’s a nice gym, pool, and little dog park, and parking. After just a few months of living here, we’ve all agreed this isn’t just our apartment complex, but it’s our home.The community looks somewhat small from the outside, but it’s so much bigger inside so it feels safer and much more private than anywhere else I’ve lived.While there were a few issues with appliances in our unit, Ashlay has always been kind and quick to get us the help we need. Plus, she’s funny and genuine, which really makes us feel like we’re being taken care of here. She’s the best! Move here!

Lived here very happily for 1 year. Tamela and Ashley, who work at the front desk, were absolutely amazing and the maintenance team was always on the ball. If anything was broken or not working it was fixed as soon as possible. Also they have parties at the front office all the time with free food and the emails notifying you of anything were always very funny. I also loved the parking garage. Ive now lived at Avalon for over a year. I had the chance to renew my lease and took the opportunity to do so for multiple reasons.1st, The leasing staff is extremely friendly, inviting but also helpful and really available. They truly care for the good of the community but also are really informative. Everything is outlined when you move in - but you just need to do your part to read it and research.2nd, Weve had various maintenance requests that have been attended to promptly and with ease. We had a microwave that needed fixing and they replaced it, not once, but twice.Finally, the area feels really safe and clean. The pricing feels adequate for LA and weve never had any issues with the parking garages or the gates. Theres even night patrol to make you feel even more safe & secure.If youre thinking of moving to AVALON Glendale, I say do it. Everything weve needed has been right here, and MORE! If the property isnt enticing enough, I really recommend getting to talk to the leasing agents - Ashlay and Tamela are seriously the best and reason enough to live in this really nice community.

Ive lived here for over 6 years and each year it gets better and better! The community in this building is very friendly. And the people who work in the building are so kind and helpful. Especially Tamela and Ashlay! They make sure to go above and beyond by hosting events and bringing food for all the tenants.

We lived in different communities before so we can compare. This community is gorgeous, but thats not all. Everybody in the management office here is very nice and efficient, from the maintenance technicians to the service supervisor.For us, its the key: Feeling safe and being heard.If you have an issue or you see something wrong (I dont call that, denunciation but common sense...), you can report that to the office, they will immediately take care of the issue. What can you expect more?

Moved in a bit over 90 days ago, and could not be happier!*Added COVID notes to each section; because it matters to see how a place works during a pandemic!Floorplans:We chose a 3BR/3BA townhome as we work from home (pre-COVID) and have family out of state. The layout of the floor plan makes you feel like youre in your own home and not an apartment. The space is used wisely to get the most of the square footage, which can be tricky with 2 flights of stairs! We get plenty of natural light for our cats to sun bathe, and this is probably the biggest patio we have had at any of our complexes.COVID Note: I have not left my front door in over 85 days and I do not feel cramped in my townhome, having the separate floors is great to give my husband and I space if we need it.Noise:What Noise?! I have yet (knock on wood) to hear my neighbors through the walls. We are the top two floors, when either of us is upstairs walking around normal, we cannot hear it from below. We did do a huge noise test when looking here as we came from “shiny new apartment” that was paper thin everything and noise was #1 on our list.Yes, you can hear neighbors outside if you have your windows open, I mean… that’s normal. No one is obnoxiously loud; everyone has been respecting quiet hours. If you’re looking for a place you can relax when you are home, this is it. Ambient noise from sirens and helicopters is extremely low for this area, especially if your unit is not on the edge of the community. In 90 days, I have heard sirens only twice.COVID Note: With everyone being home, you worry noise may increase, I did not notice any change!Management/Staff:Avalon Glendale is my 15+ place I have lived in, Avalon Management and Staff is #1. You will see other reviews praising Ashlay and Tamela and there’s a reason, they’re great! It’s not the typical management style to smile and get you to move in, then ignore you until you leave. They are truly that nice and go out of their way to help and make living here fun! We feel like we made new friends and they are renting us part of their home, we don’t feel like we are just a rent check.Maintenance has been awesome, quick, and resolve issues timely. Putting in a request was simple, and the staff truly cares to get everything in the best working order, not just simply put a band-aid on it and hope it holds.COVID Note: Not only has Ashlay and Tamela worked to keep us informed and spirits up, the whole staff has been working hard to make sure they can meet our needs safely and timely. This isn’t something people are trained for, and they handled it as if it was their norm. We had an urgent maintenance item, and the staff came in, masks on, booties on, and worked to resolve super-fast! COVID has only made me appreciate this staff more and be happy I moved in right in time.Amenities:Well COVID, I will need to get back to you on this one! 😊 We moved in a week before quarantining, the staff is keeping us up to date with re-open plans and their goals/measures to ensure we all stay safe and get back to using the community amenities as soon as possible. During our tours I can say, everything looked clean and well taken care of, I cannot wait to use the pool!Community:One of my favorite things about living here is the Facebook group for residents. It is great to post and check in on others, as well as offer food, fun games, or borrow a “cup of sugar” easily from your neighbor. You really get that neighborhood feel of the suburbs living in Glendale with easy access to city life. I cannot wait to be able to have group events once it is safe to do so.Location:Prime! There are grocery stores and shops within walking distance. Downtown Glendale is a mile down the road. Highway access is super easy to pop on the 134/5/2/210. Griffith is close for hiking, trails, parks, Park & Ride to Hollywood Bowl. Its great for people who have opposite commutes, one in the valley and one in DTLA.Highly recommend putting Avalon Glendale on your list of future potential homes!

I have lived at this complex for over a year now and it is the best Ive experienced, in every way. You will never find a better staff any where else, they are amazing. Joe and Tamela have always been so helpful with anything I need whether it be a general question to a maintenance issue. They are always willing to go above and beyond for any resident here. I never want to leave!!!

We have lived at Avalon Glendale almost for 14 years. For many years we were very happy and received excellent service. The community was maintained very well. In the last few years the rent has increased and the service decreased. We noticed the change when the housing market crashed and the need for rental properties increased! In the last few months we have noticed an improvement in some areas. We continue to live here, because we see it as home, our son has grown up here and does not want to move. It is convenient and yes the price is high, but its still more reasonable than others with less amenities in Glendale. We are here to stay and make the comments, because we care. I am sure we will be able to give a 5 by next year!Wow! Its already up to 4. I am impressed that management has taken action to improve our environment. Tri in the office is terrific! Thank you!

Avalon Glendale is a comfortable, well-situated place to live, close to several grocery stores, the post office, and many other businesses. It also offers quick and easy access to the freeway for farther commutes. What helps elevate and separate it from other apartment communities is the terrific front office staff, Tamela and Ashlay -- they are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, exuding equanimity and working very hard to create a positive environment, where a tenant feels appreciated and truly part of a broader community. Creative special themed events (certainly a staple of pre-COVID-19 times; now properly modified) help to give residents an opportunity to meet and get to know one another in a relaxed environment, so youre not merely living in close proximity to other people, but actually feel like neighbors.

I have live at Avalon Glendale for almost a year and about to resign my lease for another 2 years because they are simply amazing and easy to work with. If you have any questions or concerns just talk to Tri or Dave they are super friendly and just cool people, maintenance is also super polite and you will not have to wait for a week to get an issue resolved!!!! Living there was such a positive experience - fantastic apartment, great amenities (jacuzzi evenings for the win!), kind and speedy maintenance crew (shout to Rene who is an angel), THE BEST management ever (for real, Tamela and Ashlay are queens - they truly care for the residents and it shows!). Avalon Glendale is a true gem!

I lived at Avalon in Glendale for 1 year, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Yes, the property was beautifully kept. Yes, the pool and workout room were everything I needed to relax and tone up. Yes, the building layout insulated the local sounds to help me live in peace and quiet. BUT more than all of that, the people that worked there (Tamela and Ashlay in the office and all the maintenance crew) were above and beyond what I could have asked for. From the cute, little emails about multiple events and free food in the office to the simple hellos as I walked through the complex, these people really cared about me. It felt like a family, one that I honestly had a hard time leaving. You will not regret moving into this wonderful spot.

I love living at Avalon Glendale. I have been here over three months, but my only complaint at all would be the hassle of getting mail because delivery services dont have access to our doors directly. Also, the cost is a bit high but luckily there is a fantastic staff and very comfortable living accommodations. I lived at another avalon property and they definitely could take many lessons from Avalon Glendale regarding happy residents.

I am living here since 2 years now. It is safe place to live and very close to grocery store, bus stop and other important areas. My only complain is they increase rent every year by $200 and that would have been okay if only they would enhance the amenities that they provide. From last 2 years nothing has changed for the gym and other amenity areas. I am not getting anything new and additional for the price increase every year. But overall it is great to live here. parking is also very safe.

I rarely write reviews in google but for Avalon Glendale I found it worth. The Facility is very convenient and the rooms are larger than nearby similar communities. The price is a pit high but this is unfortunately going on for all Glendale. The maintenance team are amazing and Mr. Socorro is the best....

There is ALWAYS something going on to celebrate (most recently, PI Day with little Pi Hole bites to nibble)*Aside from the treats, smiles, and parties Tamela and Ashaly create, they are professionals who truly care about the Avalon community. Who put the tenants FIRST, making sure our needs are met and that we feel UNDERSTOOD•Tamela and Ashlay make sure that any suggestions/feedback for any concerns we have are dealt with quickly and professionally*The maintenance staff is friendly, professional, and quick to respond. They do an incredible job to keep the AVALON clean, organized, and like home*Included in our rent is underground parking, underground parking for residents (NO STREET PARKING!!), washer/dryer in-unit, swimming pool (though we use the hot tub only) and a gym open 24/7. Also, having an Amazon locker in the parking structure is pretty sweet :)*I feel at home here, the open breeze ways make it feel like Im in my own townhome and not in an apartment buildingLong Live the Avalon!!!!

My husband and I have lived here for a year now and we feel right at home. Tamela, the current property manager, is simply amazing and played a big part in us extending our lease.She is very knowledgeable and professional, and always approachable and fun to talk to. Ive dealt with a few property managers over the years and none of them have showcased the level of personal care that she does. Tamela has made numerous improvements to the complex, has brought a sense of community, and always goes above and beyond to make living here a pleasure.

I make over $150,000/yr, have over $400K in 401K, selling house w/ $1 Mil equity. I made one bad investment 10 years ago, tried to salvage, couldnt, so stopped paying a $70K mortgage. Otherwise my credit had been in the high 800s for decades, still over 700. This one credit fault was an automatic disqualifier b/c they use some computer program by a third party. Worse, they say they cant (wont) overrule the almighty computer. Heartless, dehumanizing.

Overall The Avalon Glendale is a pleasant place to live. Theres a diverse mix of residents and everyone in the complex is friendly and respectful. The complex is also dog friendly and theres a nice area for the furry ones to run around. The pool is a wonderful amenity especially on those hot days and occasional power outages. There is 24 hour access to the gym which is well kept with a nice variety of equipment and workout areas. Maintenance requests are easy to submit through the Avalon portal and are addressed promptly.The staff and front office are amazing and do everything in their power to make sure resident complaints are handled in a timely manner. Tamela and Ashlay are awesome! They always bring a positive attitude and are very attentive. They setup numerous themed get-togethers which are great opportunities to eat and socialize with fellow neighbors.If I had to list any areas that could be improved upon Id say it would be the driveway entrance/exit on Central Ave. Some residents tend to speed out of the driveway onto Central without properly checking for pedestrians on either side before proceeding. Maybe some sort of stop sign and occasional e-mail reminder would help mitigate this situation. Also a reminder to residents to make sure they pick up after their pets in the common area to avoid any smells.All in all my wife and I have enjoyed our stay here!

Moved in a just under a month now and I am very satisfied with my townhouse as well as the staff and Avalon community. Everyone has been really nice! The staff they have during the day keep the community very clean! So far so good!

Tamela: Her responsiveness, friendliness, and professionalism are consistent qualities that we have come to cherish within the Office Management department. She is an exceptional manager, a ridiculously resourceful, creative, and intelligent human being; and she is always relatable. From being helpful about what to do with guest parking and deliveries when one goes on vacation, to generating and overseeing community events, to humanely arranging neighborhood coyote removal/relocation strategies so as to insure the safety of walking pets outside the gates of the complex; she is unflinching, dedicated, and a solution-focused manager whom we trust and respect implicitly. We consistently feel that we will be heard, seen, and that whatever problem we need help with, it will be attended to quickly, thoroughly, and completely.Maintenance Team:2. Joe: He is professional, hard working, and exemplary as a lead in his department. He is informative to talk to, thoughtful, and diligent. A supervisor such as himself makes me feel safe, taken care of, and considered; and the work ethic that he displays is another reason that we choose Avalon. Joe is someone who deserves notice for his attention to detail and his consistency and diligence in addressing the on-going problems that arise, due to the occasional tenants who insist on challenging this beautiful place that he, and all of his remarkable staff work so hard to maintain (when these tenants mindlessly bombard the trash room, do not pick up their dog’s poop, or leave their unwanted furniture behind). Joe is out there scrubbing, hauling, leading, and doing follow-up. I want to add here that the the entire maintenance team works cohesively. Every man and woman in this department is an asset to this incredible property. And although, I don’t know all of your names...we see you. We appreciate you. We are deeply grateful for your professionalism and your can-do spirit. And one more shout out to the gardening/grounds team. These guys are out there rain or shine, and in blistering heat in the summer keeping the debris at a minimum, the bushes trimmed, flowers fresh, and managing everything to stay green and healthy. Thank you to the Avalon maintenance team and the grounds team for all of your hard work.In sum, I highly recommend this apartment community. As mentioned above, the grounds are beautiful; the work out room is always clean and functioning; the pool and jacuzzi are always tidy and inviting; the parking garage is incredibly well-lit, clean, and drip free.All in all, this is home.

Ive been living here for over nine years, and Id like to ask that you please change the colors of Avalon Glendale back to the original colors, which were beautiful. It used to look like paradise. The baby blue color that it was painted in 2012 is tacky, and many other residents say the same thing!

We moved in a few months ago and love it! The people who work here are wonderful. Its clean and quiet. So happy we moved here.

The maintenance team at Avalon Glendale is great. Ive put in 3 requests in the last few days for some small needs. They have all been taken care of either the same day or the next day. A reminder is never needed. I want to specifically call out Jenny for this since she is who took care of them. She is so nice and friendly and it is obvious she cares about her job and doing it well. Love Love LOVE IT!!! My wife and I have been here for a few months now and we can’t say enough good things about this place! Ashlay and Tamela in the leasing office are AMAZING!!! Plus, everyone who lives here (99%) is super duper nice and neighborly. Pet friendly, quiet area, safe complex, timely maintenance team, and plenty of garage parking. And, it is across the street from Ralphs Grocery Store (w/ Starbucks). I would recommend to anyone 10/10.

Amazing apartment, ill say it is a bit expensive but it is totally worth it, had some wonderful and smooth experience, very friendly staff and amazing services, if you have any trouble they respond really fast to it.

I have been living at Avalon Glendale since August 2019, Ashlay Eugenio (who works at the leasing office) helped me and my family find our new home, she was absolutely great, very dedicated and helpful. We have loved every second of living at our townhouse, love the energy of the community, how incredibly clean it is, all the amenities are fantastic, this is the favorite home we have lived! (We have lived in over 15 different places over the years.) I highly recommend Avalon Glendale and Ashlay to anyone looking for a serene beautiful home in a community like no other. Thank you Ashlay for always being kinda responsive and helpful. This is the first place I lived that I dont hear noise constantly, its so peaceful and I love that is surrounded by mountains. I hope we can live here for many years to come!Thanks Avalon glendale!

Imagine your best experience with management staff at a living community. Now multiply that experience by six and that’s what they call the bare minimum at Avalon Glendale.Coincidentally, six is the number of letters in the name Ashlay, who works in the leasing office. She will go out of her way to guarantee the best possible service during your time at Avalon. During move in, it was a hot day, and she offered us popsicles. Any other leasing office can’t say the same.The community is incredibly well-kept and beautiful, including very friendly residents. It feels safe, welcoming, and homey. All good things in a living community.If you’re looking for the next place to call home, greatly consider Avalon Glendale (it’s also very affordable, and in walking distance from a Ralphs!).

I actually cannot stress enough what a pleasure it is to live here. The staff is incredibly caring and responsive. Maintenance requests actually get filled right away. We just got Fiber gigabit internet. We just got electric car charging. The neighborhood is beautiful, with Ralphs right across the street. (Try Brick & Flour, a restaurant down the street.) I really didnt expect this kind of attentiveness from such a big company, but seriously, if youre looking for a friendly place with no headaches, then you couldnt do much better.

Lived here for 2 years. $200 rent increases every year, pet droppings everywhere, trash rooms overflowing. When I moved out was slapped with a huge bill for $700 for spots on the carpet because they claimed they needed to remove the carpet. I disputed the charge and then a few weeks later I get a call that my account is post due, I told the person that I had disputed the charge and they told me it was a personal choice to dispute the charge and it didnt change the due date and if I didnt pay, it would immediately get sent to collections. Basically leaving me with no options. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. There are more affordable and reasonable places in Glendale.

I have lived at Avalon Glendale for 5 years. Not only do they raise your rent drastically every year (we are paying over $850 more than when we moved in), they have very strict rules and I WAS YELLED at today by one of THEIR STAFF. I AM PREGNANT and I was in TEARS after his call. Extremely unprofessional. I have boxes in my parking space which violates their rules. I understand they have rules but there is no excuse for their rudeness. I hope anyone reading this looks elsewhere because I wouldnt recommend living here. They offer no options for storage and if your kids leave their bikes out, you will get lease violation notices on your door. I have never been treated so rudely in my life.

Avalon Communities, The very Best in customer care and quality of facility, I have lived in several Avalon properties and I just feel they are great and have a flexible plan giving me the ability to move from property to property based on my employment needs.

Overall great community and excellent staff, also helps being on this side of the 134 a bit more free of all the new construction/congestion...prices are high rent wise, but other than that, no complaints
