We Just moved in,Thanks to Ines for making our move in smooth and answering all of our questions and making sure all of our requests were fulfilled prior to move in. Professional front staff and maintenance Thomas-Tom is fast on work orders and friendly. The community very peaceful and the apartments are amazing. Thank you sage stone staff!

Current a resident at Sage Stone, and I wouldnt recommend this apartment complex. In the beginning it was great and the office staff was very helpful, but in the past few months that hasnt been the case. My first issue was the fact that I have found 6 scorpions in my apartment in under 2 months. Every time I call the office and inform them of this pest issue and its the same thing, We will send someone over on Friday to spray (one time they forgot to submit the request so not only did I have to wait 4 days from finding the scorpion but then I had to wait an additional 7 days for a pest spray). After finding the 4th scorpion they decided to do an external treatment which I had to call to find out about. Since the external treatment I have found 2 more. I have voiced my concern of finding 6 venomous creatures in my apartment only to get dismissed each time, Oh we live in the desert, thats bound to happen. During my last conversation with the Office Assistant Manager she said she would look into the external treatment and get back to me, since then I have called 4 times, only to get sent to voicemail and not hear back. It has been over a week since I have left the FIRST voicemail asking for a return call and still havent heard back. My next issue is that I have an alarm system in my apartment (before installing I got it approved by the office) and I asked them to put a note on my account that before maintenance enters my apartment they must call for permission, first for privacy reasons and second because my alarm will go off and alert the authorities. Needless to say that was never documented and maintenance entered my apartment before notifying me, setting off the alarm and alerting the authorities while I was at work.

Best apartment complex. Living at sage stone has been such a positive experience. All of the employees from the front offices to maintenance are so kind and helpful. They truly care for the needs of their residents and work hard at what they do. Beyond the staff, the complex is clean and well taken care of. The amenities are amazing and the community events are always enjoyable. We have seriously loved living here and would highly recommend checking it out.

Honestly, the best apartment complex I have lived in. I have never seen an apartment complex so on top of everything. My boyfriend and I were shopping around for a bunch of different apartments and had a move in date in mind along with a couple of questions. Every single question was answered immediately and Sage Stone was the only apartment complex to let us know if our move in date would work on the spot and when apartments were opening up. Super impressed immediately and haven’t been let down since. Grounds are incredibly well kept and honestly just beautiful. Close to Midwestern University, the freeway, and food so I have no problem getting anywhere I need to go fast. The apartment itself is very affordable and exactly the amount of space I needed. We were looking at other apartments that were about the same level of luxury and size but double the price. This place is incredibly reasonable and an overall very friendly living complex. Whenever we’ve had a problem and needed service (nothing major, just a lizard ran in through the door and we couldn’t get it out), maintenance responds very quickly and is always very friendly. Staff is incredibly kind which is something I’ve had very bad luck with in past apartments. Longer post than expected but I very much wanted to express my satisfaction with living here. I plan on staying here for the foreseeable future.

Personally, I love living here. It’s such a nice community. There are ton of great events. My dog loves the dog park and my boyfriend and I love the pools! The location is amazing for me as a student at Midwestern! The staff is amazing as well. Shout out to Sam for hooking us up with this wonderful home!!

I lived here for 3 years and it was fantastic, Im only moving to relocate for work otherwise I would have stayed. The community feels safe and friendly. It was my first apartment where I actually got to know some of my neighbors. Maintenance are very helpful and friendly and the office staff are great!

For anyone who is uncertain about moving here, don’t be. Because it is wonderful!! I am currently a student at midwestern university and have loved the past year here at sage stone. Not only is the staff and front desk personnel helpful in any and all of my requests I’ve made in the past, but Sam at the front office goes ABOVE and beyond in helping all of the residents. Even the maintenance people are respectful and very friendly. The pool is beautiful with a relaxing lounge area for people who just want to hang out in the shade. The parking and gated community also made me feel safe and I did not have any issues with residents or anything out of the ordinary. I even ended up making great friends with all of the events that the apartment has throughout the year with food trucks/nacho bars/DIY candy apple bar/breakfasts and my favorite event of all.. wine Wednesday every Wednesday to help residents get to know each other better! I hope this review helps make your final decision in whether or not to stay here because moving from many states away, it’s safe to say that this was my home away from home. Thanks sage stone and everyone who I’ve met throughout the past year for a memorable one.

Seems like a nicer apartment complex. Wasnt there for too long though. It is gated and well maintained. In a good area with easy access to the 101 Loop.

I just recently moved in to Sage Stone and so far so good! My unit was very clean when I moved in and overall in great condition! That is, unfortunately, not something you get at all apartment complexes. My apartment feels bigger than it is due to the open floor plan making it bright and inviting. What made my boyfriend and I pick Sage Stone was the garage attached to the unit. It gives us the convenience of an apartment, while providing extra storage and allowing for my boyfriend to do his hobbies in the garage. Overall, Sage Stone feels like a very quiet, clean, family-friendly environment.

Sage Stone at Arrowhead Apartments is an awesome place to call home. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is wonderful. Also, the pool area and gym are fantastic!Update: The Sage Stone staff continues to impress us! The front office staff is so kind and friendly and the maintenance team is the best around! I have lived in several other communities and the staff at Sage Stone is has been the best. They are always professional and friendly. The maintenance team is quick to respond and always fix the problem the first time around. Three months into my lease at sage stone and I have met really great friends through the new wine Wednesday program. The apartment complex is beautiful with very friendly associates, especially Sam! I recommend living here because the employees do a very excellent job listening to any issues that may arise and our neighbors are respectful And understanding. This apartment complex is amazing. I have only lived here for about a month now, but it is significantly better than any apartment I have ever lived in. I live in the 1 bedroom Sage layout and it is open concept and super spacious for my boyfriend and I to live comfortably. I am also a Midwestern student and can easily walk to class in about 13 mins. The grounds are clean and beautiful and feels like a very safe environment. My building is also extremely quiet, I never hear a single neighbor.

I have lived here for 9 months now. The staff is very friendly. The grounds are very clean and pretty. Maintenance staff is friendly and responsive. I am giving this apartment complex 3 stars because certain important things are not managed well. The kitchen pipes in these apartments are old and get clogged extremely easy even when you take ALL precautions. Our laundry room pipe got clogged somehow twice in less than 6 months which flooded our floors and kitchen.My toilet and bathtub have been clogged due to broken plastic/metal pieces in the pipes from another broken pipe. The management team has a very annoying habit of not notifying their residents when water is being turned off for extended periods of time due to emergencies or when LOUD construction (sledge hammering the sidewalk) will be happening right outside your bedroom window at 7:20am. Management has had to enter my apartment twice just to check if the fire extinguisher was up to date because they must of messed up the first time around. My neighbors are extremely loud above me and I have ask them to be quiet after 10pm but they continue to stomp and slam what it sounds like bowling balls on the floor. I asked management to speak with them or send a courtesy reminder about noise but they refused and will not speak to anyone unless it’s an extreme situation. Also you may or may not have Internet access depending on which building you live in which would be a deal breaker for most people coming into any apartment complex. Other than all those things it’s in a good area of Glendale nearby Arrowhead Ranch but I would recommend buying or renting a home for the price of the rent here.

Sage Stone has the best office and maintenance team I’ve seen. Speedy service and super friendly all around. Sam at the front office is especially helpful! The complex is always clean and the neighbors are great. Reasonable rent and nice amenities. All this gave me reason to renew for year two!

Just recently moved in. The office staff have been more than helpful. The maintenance guys are great. They are prompt, friendly, and have fixed all of the issues weve had upon move in, unlike other complexes weve been in. We are near the pool but it is very quiet-- no noisy people at the pool and we dont hear noise from our neighbors. Our dog loves the dog park and the trees offer plenty of shade around the complex, so that makes our morning walks nicer given the heat this summer. We have searched everywhere for a decent community to move into, and this place tops them all! Cant wait to try out the pool and workout room! Glad we chose sage stone!

This apartment complex is honestly one of the best I have seen in a while! Apartment shopping has been so stressful but when I saw this place I was so happy. It is very well kept up and the office staff is so friendly! I can’t wait to hopefully make this my new home soon!

Sage Stone Apartments is an awesome place to live! The staff here are very friendly and attentive. The complex has a dog park, and is very pet friendly. Weve enjoyed the continental breakfast they have on the first Saturday of every month. I would highly recommend living at Sage Stone Apartments.

We just moved here from Texas and we are VERY happy with our experience here at Sage Stone so far. Perfect location with great rated schools. Friendly staff, beautiful property with maintenance keeping it clean and pleasing to the eye. The apartments have lots of storage in the restroom and kitchen. Not to mention the huge garden tub in the unit we are in, is perfect for kids to bathe. Moving to a new state is always difficult and takes time to adjust, but our experience here at sage stone has made it much easier to transition. I also wanted to mention the thick walls that keep us from hearing our neighbors. We’ve always been in units where we could hear every single thing in our neighbors unit, but not here. We plan on staying for a long time!

The amenities and apartment space are great. The staff have all been really nice and helpful. For the most part, the apartment complex is pretty quiet unless the grounds Work or random maintenance is occurring (usually only once a week). All of my apartment specificmaintenance concerns have been answered in a timely manner. Great area/space to live, especially for students.

My wife and I moved here several months ago and have enjoyed our stay ever since. The community has a lot of events that are well communicated through emails. Their maintenance team has worked well with us in whatever situation has occurred for us. The staff here are friendly, efficient, and professional. We have had no issues with this community since moving in!

I lived her for the past year and the experience has been great. The management has been exceptional when he it comes to getting things fixed. When we moved here we looked at many different apartments and we found this one to be exactly what we needed. It close to everything and has easy access to the highway.

There was open and clear communication, which was very important as I was coming from out of state. My son in law was able to look at the apartment and, (with written permission), pick up my key for me. I was easily able to apply, pay and sign documents online. By the time I arrived, my place was ready and looking great. I even had a nice little care package waiting for me upon arrival.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, clean grounds, good neighborhood.5 stars If you live on the top floor.Cons: wood flooring on all levels. Expect frequent stomping sounds and sleep interruptions if you live on the bottom level. Management needs to carpet top floors. This is unacceptable. I sleep after my upstairs neighbor sleeps and wake up as soon as they do. Considering breaking my lease and cutting my losses.3 stars if you do not live on top level.

I just moved in and everything from touring the complex to completing paperwork (even for my husband two states away) and moving in has been a breeze. Anything that I have asked, they have replied promptly and the experience has been so easy! Facilities are well maintained and it is in a great location.

This is my first time living in an apartment and I was not sure what to expect. I am really happy with my choice to live at Sage Stone. It is a great community and the staff are awesome. Any service requests I have had were filled within 2 days which was very convenient. The pool, gym and grounds are well maintained.

We love living at Sage Stone! There has never been a time in the 1 1/2 years that we have lived here where we haven’t felt safe and that speaks volumes. It’s tucked back into a neighborhood and close to everything! We did have a maintenance issue with our AC leaking that just couldn’t get resolved. However, the staff was diligent in ensuring it was eventually fixed by hiring an outside AC company to make it happen. We were thankful!

If you are looking for a pet friendly apartment that keeps the grounds clean, this is the place for you. Added bonus, it has a dog park! Aside from that the apartments are quieter then others I have lived in and the remodeled units are great!

Sage Stone apartments are an awesome place to live! Ive live here for a year and a half now and love calling this place home. Its in a convenient location close to Midwestern and right across the street from the grocery, plus plenty of places to eat around! Any time I have an issue, the maintenance crew are attentive and work quickly to get it resolved. The only reason why I took a star off is because I feel as if the apartments are overpriced. I live in a 1/1 and pay almost $1300/mo. Also, there has been a lot of day where the water is shut off and that becomes really inconvenient when Im home and need to get things done (laundry, dishes, shower, toilet, etc). Overall, I enjoy living here and would recommend it!

Grounds are well maintained and management is amicable. They really try their best to make this a place worth living. To add to that, every service you need is within walking distance.

Overall, pretty happy with the apartment. The location couldnt be better and is very centrally located. Its very quiet at the apartment and everyone seems very polite. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and any emails. They have breakfasts on Saturdays sometimes and wine down Wednesdays, which is nice. The pools are nice, the package pickup system is very convenient, and the gym is clean and new. (I do wish they had more things for weight lifting). Also, the grills are great and the grounds are always well up-kept.My only complaints would be the carpets didnt seem super clean when I moved in, the online pay system isnt very user friendly, and we had to wait a month to get internet.

Absolutely in love with this place! This is what home feels like. After our ridiculous experience at our last apartment complex, we are so excited to be living here. Easy access to the freeway. Grounds are well maintained. LOVE our apartment. The upgrade is so wonderful! LOVE the dog park!!! Super glad they have dog pickup stations conveniently around the complex. Love the amenities. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and they have responded to the situations I have had in a prompt manner. I am beyond thankful we have decided to choose Sage Stone at Arrowhead Apartments as our new home for now! I would definitely recommend them.

Love this appartment complex! Amazing staff who are easy to get a hold of and are so willing to help. If you need anythi g they are right there to help you or fix something. They have a beautiful pool area with grills, a nice gym open 24/7. Great area everything is within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

I have had an excellent move-in and living experience at Stage Stone. It is a safe, quiet and clean community. The pool and gym amenities are updated. The front desk and maintenance staff are responsive and friendly!

I lived here for a year and it was good. The grounds are clean, the neighborhood is nice, and the floor plan was perfect. I lived on the top floor so I had no one above me and I never heard any noise. I am a student at Midwestern and I was able to study anytime without any problem. I do have a couple of complaints though. The office staff wasnt always on the same page. One person would tell me one thing and then another would say something totally different. I never really needed anything from the office often so that didnt bother me much. My major complaint was that they are raising their prices to be more of a luxury apartment and they just arent. The amenities arent bad but are far from luxury. They just redid the gym and kind of blew it because they really needed new equipment and instead just repainted it and put in new carpet. My rent went up $140 a month to renew my lease which was way too much, I moved out. At that price you can probably find something a little nicer. If you are looking for something close to Midwestern and dont mind overpaying a little bit for the convenience of being close to campus then this place it definitely worth it.

I love the location of this apartment. The grocery store, dog park, and hikinh trail are all right around the corner. Its also more affordable and bigger than the other apartments nearby.

The facilities staff here are very friendly and respond to maintenance requests almost immediately. I love my apartment, and the entire complex is very welcoming and clean.They are always making efforts to improve the complex; just a few months ago they replaced all the chlorine in the pool with a salt water pool system. They also power washed all of the entryways to the apartments after I moved in.

We were shopping around for a new apartment for weeks. Ive seen so many, spent a lot of time finding our new home. I havent met nice office staff like them anywhere else. I ended up getting a great unit, nice neighbors. Its been very quiet and walking our dog in a nice and clean property is a plus. Thank you all, well done! :-)

Nice apartments , friendly environment, good location with lots of things to do nearby. Nice swimming pool (however only 1/2 is heated in the winter). Keeps the property maintained.

Sage Stone is definitely a luxury apartment complex! The apartments are spacious and fresh, and totally updated ie: USB ports in the wall, flat top stoves and stainless steel refrigerator! Anytime we have even the smallest maintenance request, it is handled in record time! The grounds are gorgeous and are cared for impeccably! The heated pool area makes you feel like you’re at a resort! The staff is very friendly and quite professional! We enjoy living at Sage Stone!

This place is completely overpriced ! Not worth it. The fixtures, countertops and windows in my apartment are very low quality and break easily. The management is inconsistently responsive and vague. For some reason everything else in Arizona has opened, all local properties have reopened their pools and amenities after Covid- but sage stone management refuses to provide this for their residents. And refuses to offer any discount for rent while amenities are closed . Saying ‘we don’t pay an amenities fee’ but we do pay a lot for rent. Why were other complexes run by different companies ( not NALS) Able to prepare for reopening of amenities in a timely manner and sage stone only gives vague updates.

I’ve lived at sage stone for 3 years now and I absolutely live it there! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and the maintenance workers are always fast and efficient!

I had a friend who lived at Sage Stone and after being around the complex with her, I found the community grounds very pleasant. I am now a tenant enjoying the amenities, and last but not least, the friendly and professional staff.

I am a current resident and I have currently been without water at my apartment for 7 hours. I received no notice that my water was being shut off and when I called the office the woman I spoke to said, sorry we just found out he turned the water off and are unsure when it will be turned back on. She also informed me that she was about to send out an email informing us of the emergency shut off, but no email was ever received by me or any of the other tenants in this building. That was 7 hours ago and still no email or water. I have had to walk to the pool to use the bathroom and to just get a drink of water.This unfortunately is not the first indiscretion. I have woken up 2 other times with no water due to an emergency shut-off with no email notice or call. Every time I called the office about the lack of water in my apartment I always get the excuse, sorry, we were about to send an email out about that. Those times I also never ended up receiving an email.I also had reported that my water heater was not working and would be without hot water for several days. I would call the emergency maintenance hot line on the weekends and no one would get back to me until Monday. This was also a repeat offense. It took me being without hot water for several days and them coming to check my heater 5 separate times over a few months until they FINALLY replaced it. Very happy I have a gym membership so I could shower.They have a lack of attention or care for their tenants. Over the summer months there also seems to be an increase in crime in the area. I found this out the hard way. My friends car was stolen from behind the gates, my bike (which was locked up) was taken apart piece by piece and stolen, and my car was vandalized. The office did nothing. They didnt warn us about the increase of crime, nor did they vamp up security. The apartments near by, San Lagos and San Prado, had the curtesy to send out an email to their tenants informing them about the increase in crime rate and advising them to be a little extra cautious. Wish Sage Stone had the same courtesy for their tenants.Clearly I would NOT RECOMMEND these apartments and WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE. If I could, I would move out tomorrow.

The apartments here are great, updated, and nice amenities! The apartment complex services are great/quick at responding and very helpful. Im glad I went with Sagestone Apartments for my move!

Our family lived here for nearly 5 years before moving into a house. We loved our time at Sage Stone. The grounds were well kept. We enjoyed the pool almost daily in the summer. It had a 24 hour fitness, but we also loved the surrounding neighborhood for walks and jogging. It was also great to see the same helpful staff for nearly the entire time we were there. We have lived in other communities and would see a constant rotation of staff.

Great place. Office is super friendly and especially Riley she made me feel right at home.

So far our experience here at Sage Stone at Arrowhead Apartments has been outstanding. The community is a very peaceful and beautiful place to live. I had some initial complications with my application when we were moving in however Kirin was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly suggest this apartment community to anyone looking for great apartments, gorgeous community, and an accommodating staff.

We have lived here for almost 2 years now and we love it. The apartments have nice floorplans with plenty of storage area and laminate flooring that looks like wood so it is durable and nice to look at. We have an attached garage which makes it feel more like we live in a detached home. We have met some awesome neighbors! The grounds are well maintained with nice pools, grassy areas, and lots of tall trees for shade. There is abundant guest parking. The staff are all very friendly and maintenance is always on top of any repair requests.

Every time I walk into the office, Im greeting with so much kindness that its hard to choose which person to ask for assistance because they all do such a wonderful job at helping me. It is a pleasure to be apart of this community.

My husband and I really enjoyed living there. The maintenance team was always fast. When we told them our dryer broke, they replaced it really quickly. We loved spending time grilling by the pool.

I moved here recently for school and I love not only the apartment complex but the proximity to the school. I’ve had a great experience here!

I have lived at Sage Stone Apartments for only two weeks, however prior to move in Sam at the office was so helpful in answering all of my questions. Upon move in, we had many maintenance requests that were completed the day after. If there were any issues of concern, Sam and Amber were always welcoming and there to help. I truly have had a wonderful experience living at Sage Stone so far. The community is clean and they have great amenities including two pools, fitness center (kind of small, but works), business center with free printing and great monthly events that offer free food! I am a student and the community is very quiet, which is nice during those long hours of studying. Overall, I would recommend Sage Stone Apartments to friends and others.

We have lived here for almost 6 months now and from the start the staff was super helpful, friendly and eased some of the stresses that comes with making an out of state move. The grounds are pretty and well kept, with nice walking paths and grassy areas for the dogs as well as beautiful pool areas with plenty of room to hang out. The complex is very quiet and feels private even though there are many people living here. There are monthly apartment community events that familiarizes you with the neighbors, who have been nothing but friendly and welcoming. Lots of kids, very dog friendly. Overall it has been a great place to live! We highly recommend Sage Stone!

The apartments at Sage Stone are very spacious and well kept! We just moved in with two dogs and there is more than enough room for all four of us. The landscaping always looks great, including the dog park! Our kitchen light burnt out and maintenance came right away the next day to fix it. Other than not having a garage space, we have no complaints!

I just started living here and I have really enjoyed it so far. The front office is very warm and welcoming. Every month or so they host an event like BBQ dinner or breakfast for their residents. I live in a one bedroom apartment on the third floor and it is nice, clean and quiet. I am looking forward to living here.

My fiance and just moved in to our apartment 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately there were some issues with the appliances and flooring, but the maintenance crew and office staff was quick in fixing them and all were very apologetic and helpful. We have lived in different complexes before and never have experienced such great customer service. You can tell that all of the staff genuinely cares about their renters!

I loved living here!! From the office to the maintenance crew I couldnt have met a greater group of people. At first I had alot of reservations but at every turn I had the help I needed. My hot water heater started leaking at 5:30 PM on a Friday. I called maintenance he came at 6:10 pm and my new water heater was in by 7:30 PM. Amazing!!!! When I had questions about the area and safety and getting the pool people to be quiet at midnight they pointed me in the right direction. The monthly events for the community hosted by the host couple were awesome. !!! Ice Cream cart to dinner by the pool to creative projects!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!! If I had to rent the rest of my life it would be here! Close to my church and everything you need!! But I bought a house! Sad to leave but glad I can say I lived here!!

We recently moved in and so far we have loved it! Absolutely nothing to complain about. The office staff is super nice and helpful and the maintenance men are awesome and so nice. Not one bad thing to say!

The leasing office has been extremely helpful. Theyve answered all our questions and are readily available via email or phone. We decided to change apartment units and they changed all of our paperwork without any problem!

Wish i had moved to San Lagos. its nice if you live on the right side of the complex aka the main complex. On the left they fix nothing. We have had our community hot tub broken since last winter. It is now mid Aug still broken. Our shower temp was broken for 2 months super cold. Oh and our dryer is not working. Plus its noisy at like 10+ clock a night. This place sucks .Its like living in the ghetto with a preumium price tag.

Awesome staff! Feels like I live in a resort, the grounds and tree coverage provides so much shade in the summer you can actually get out and walk around and not feel like keeling over. The pools definitely also help with that. The community itself feels like home, the CARES team definitely helps with that, as they throw 4 events a month for the community residents and are always free to attend.

This place is really nice. The staff is friendly and the overall complex is well maintained.

Sam and Kirin are great! They made the whole leasing process a breeze and were so helpful!! The grounds are gorgeous, I absolutely love these apartments. It is relaxing, quiet and all of the neighbors we have met so far are super friendly. They recently added a dog park area which our dogs LOVE! I only gave 4 stars since weve only been there about a week and havent been able to experience all of the amenities yet. I love coming home to this apartment neighborhood!We have an upgraded 2 bed 1 bath apartment on the first floor. The kitchen is amazing with granite countertops and brand new appliances, the bathroom is huge and I love the garden tub. Our apartment has vinyl flooring that looks like wood flooring. Everything is great, however, the only thing I am not a huge fan of is the vinyl flooring as it is hard to get clean and stay clean. It looks great though!All in all, we love it at Sage Stone and look forward to staying here for at least a year!

The apartment complex is clean and has two pools and two hot tubs, a gym and a dog park. The only problem Ive found is that (if you work a late shift) it is extremely difficult to find a parking space.

Sage Stone at Arrowhead is the best. Kirin was extremely helpful helping me find the unit that suited my tastes and personality. Once I moved in, I found small house warming gifts and necessities such as paper towels and toilet paper. This was an added bonus. They were also quick to fix a problem I had with the garbage disposal. It was fixed the day after I moved in. I could not recommend them more based upon my great move-in experience.

Moved in this week and were welcomed with a goodie bag and a spotless apartment. Super excited to live here!

Ive lived here for a year and I have wanted to leave since the first day I got here. Yes, this is a beautiful complex with great layouts, but it is LOUD. I currently live next to the pool on the 6234 (north) side of Behrend and people are frequently there partying and drinking until 3 am, even though the pool closes at 10 pm. The management doesnt do anything about it except tell us to call the police. I contacted them regularly about this for the first 2 months I lived here before giving up. In their defense, they did offer to transfer me to a different unit (at my expense) but could only do it after 6 months of my lease had passed. As a student, there was no way I had time to move in the middle of the year.The walls and ceilings are incredibly thin, Im on the second floor and I can clearly hear the conversations of people at the pool and those walking by (with all windows and doors closed).No matter who lives above you, it sounds like they weigh 400 pounds and wear brick shoes when they walk around. When my upstairs neighbors play music, it vibrates my ceiling, and its just as loud as it is in their apartment. Also, when your downstairs neighbor turns on their air conditioning, it shakes and vibrates your entire bathroom and kitchen, depending on the layout.There are stretches of grass between some of the buildings where kids like to play. So, if you live in one of the apartments with a balcony facing that direction, prepare to hear screaming on the regular. Near a building that has a dog? Yep, thats going to echo right into your apartment too.They raise rent annually and leasing prices vary daily based on the amount of traffic their website receives.I will say that maintenance does respond quickly when there is an issue, and the leasing staff are really nice.

Pros: The maintenance guys are the best. You will not find a better maintenance team.Cons: The landscapers are ridiculous with their blowers.... see the other reviews about the blowers... oh my.... the leasing office is very frustrating.... we lived here for 3 years and always were frustrated with the leasing office... we were charged a very expensive cleaning fee when switching apartments...

The apartments are comfortable and well kept, and they finally fixed the leak outside of my apartment.

I just started living here at the beginning of August and I have to say living here is amazing!!! The staff is very nice, helpful, and friendly. My apartment was super clean when I moved in! The area around the apartment is very convenient for food, grocery shopping, close auto-repair places too. I highly recommend living here!!!!!There may be a slight delay or hick up with internet when you first move in, but that is the local internet providers fault not sage stone. I just used a hotspot until the problem was solved. Once again its a wonderful place to live. the gym is small but for cardio or a quick lift it isnt bad at all and the pools are super dope!!!

We have been at Sage Stone 10 months. It has been a great experience. Everything is just what you see in the pictures, maintenance is at your door doing anything that needs done within 24 hours and the office staff really care about your living experience here. The only reason we are leaving is to be closer to work.

We love living here. Its safe, relatively quiet, and everyone is really friendly. There is an awesome pool, hot tub, gym, monthly community events, and super helpful staff. If there is problem, maintenance gets it done as soon as possible. Awesome place.

I absolutely loved living here and I miss it so much. The rent got to expensive and our family grew so we needed a 2 bedroom and the prices were to high for us to stay but that was the only reason me and my husband moved. If something broke, they would fix it within 24 hours. The staff is friendly and helpful and the complex is quiet and so well taken care of. I would have lived here for a very long time if we could have afforded it. The surrounding neighborhood is also beautiful with a park and pond right down the street. I loved it here so much and really really wish we could have stayed.

Great staff, beautiful grounds, nice apartments, truly amazing place to call home

Apartment was clean and in excellent shape when I moved in. Great amenities and friendly staff. Loses a star due to a few things that affect me daily: 1) only one covered parking spot assigned to each apartment. As I have a roommate who also has a car, this is a bit of an inconvenience. I’ve never not been able to find a spot in the nearby unassigned uncovered spots, however I feel like my rent should definitely include the cost of a covered spot. 2) in my unit, the ventilation system doesn’t reach into the bedrooms well so our bedrooms are always noticeably warmer than the living room area. C) not strictly sage stone’s fault, but century link was unable to provide us and many other new residents WiFi this summer. We had to buy our own hotspot and the WiFi it provides still sucks so it doesn’t make up for it. Hopefully this issue will be fixed relatively soon, but if you’re considering moving here, definitely ask the office whether this issue has been resolved.

As a new resident I am very pleased with everything this complex has to offer thus far. Ideal location next to the 101 freeway, close to Arrowhead Mall, and only a 20 minute drive to Scottsdale. Also a very friendly office staff (Kirin is a rockstar!), all the amenities you need with two pools, a fitness center, and clubhouse, all located within a quiet residential area. The grounds are very lush and pet friendly, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I would recommend Sage Stone to anyone looking for a new place to rent.

Great place to live whether single or have children. Only issue is it can get a little noisy at night during breaks since there are a decent amount of college students living there. Otherwise, would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Would give it 5 stars if the gym was bigger.

Be aware of inaccurate reviews! They gave me a discount on rent the day I signed my lease if I wrote a review, so of course I gave them 5 stars that day. However, they manager is not friendly or helpful. I have been a loyal tenant for two years, the management is not helpful in resolving problems.Noise is a huge issue here among other things.

Went in a hurry looking for an apartment and Sam was very helpful and very patient helping us find the right home for us. Looking forward to be living in a great neighborhood!

Great property with easy access to 101 and a host of amenities nearby. From an Apartment living perspective: secure, peacful, well manicured and a friendly accomodating property management staff. Many of the spacious sized units are being fully upgraded and renovated....Sage Stone at Arrowhead is a 5 star property that I highly recommend and the move-in specials are generous!

The staff are friendly and the service people are responsive and keep the property nicely up to date. However theres been a string of consistent monthly car break-ins and bike thefts; the front office is aware, but chooses to do nothing about it because it might hurt their bottom line.

Everything was kept up very well with great service!
