I have lived here about a year, Ive had no problem with living here. The staff is so friendly and nice. The ones that take of the lawn, do an amazing job. Sometimes they do cook outs for the residents. Not to many other places would do that. So thank you to all that work there and making it a great place to live.

This complex is a great place to call home, far from being run down it is maintained very clean and maintenance request are always completed in a timely manner. Office staff is very helpful and professional. I recently signed lease #9 without any problems but as a resident I must also do my part #1 Pay Rent, #2 Comply with community guidelines and respect surrounding neighbors , #3 Keep my apartment clean .

My brother just recently moved into an apartment and is very pleased with the outcome. The office staff was very professional,polite, and respectful. The price is affordable with all utilities included and every 1 bedroom has a huge walk-in closet. I definitely recommend this property not just for the price but for the way its being managed and maintained very clean.

Came in to get information about renting my first apartment. Staff was really friendly and patient with me. They took their time to show me around; and loved it! They started requiring renters insurance upon renewal of lease but gladly provide a couple agents to contact for a great price. Rick and Carlos are quality maintenance men who complete workorders in a reasonable time fame (hours to be exact). Great complex to call home. This place really makes you feel like you are home and appreciated for paying rent on time . Laundry room is maintained clean , pool water is clear , grounds are cleaned daily and professionally cleaned once a week, they offer weekly pest control to prevent issues, 24 hrs emergency calls 7 days a week. I came to Ridgeway to learn about their 1bd. The office staff was incredibly helpful and polite. The young lady that assisted me explained the entire application process and was extremely patient with me and my 100 questions. She gave me a tour of the property and you can tell that management and maintenance know what they are doing. I was super impressed and can not wait to move in a few weeks.

Recently moved to this state and prior to finding Ridgeway as my new home. I visited several apartment complex in the Glendale area and nobody compares to the service this staff provided me from the minute I walked into their office. Picked up an application on Monday and as soon as I walked in, the office felt so warm and welcoming. The complex is kept clean from what Ive seen so far & the staff in the office really knows how the housing process works. I cant wait for my move in day!

I appreciate the size of my apartment. The floor plans are bigger than your standard size, just renewed my lease for another 12 months. There are a few things that need work but overall, Ive enjoyed my stay here.

Maintenance is always good and on top of things. I never have to wait days and things are always fixed right. Excellent turn around time with work orders, credit goes to the office ladies as well for being precise with their work.

Cant say enough of how pleasant, helpful and personable Elle and Ashley are in the office. I really feel like Im part of a small community family that cares. Our get together last fall was such a great idea for tenants to get to know each other. The free pizza and other goodies provided by the company was a great treat...looking forward to a spring get together. Maintenance is so on the job they come to fix any problem before Im even ready. ..ie: I was walking the neighbors dogs and they were at my door as I finished. I know alot of apt complexes have a bug problem but if you live here you can live bug free as I do due to the fact they offer free extermination weekly if wanted. Of course youll have your bad apples but let me say Elle and crew are working to keep this a great community to live in. Bus stands right out front. Stores just across the street. This apartment complex experience was like no other I have had and walking in there was one of the best things I’ve done for myself. My experience from the first time I walked in the office looking for a place to live was great! The front office was clean and staff was very accommodating, providing me with all the information that I required. I have not experienced such a great Property Management Team that were as nice, helpful and willing to do anything needed (within reason) to make my living experience there great! Spoke to the maintenance team and they seem to very knowledgable about how good they are with getting things done within a timely manner and how they are professionals in completing their projects on schedule and/or needed repairs. I thank the office for taking the time to show me around the complex. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained. The Pool is fabulous. The people are wonderful and the staff is simply the best. I am planning to move there when I relocate to Glendale Arizona next month. This is a great Team of caring, knowledgeable and professional people. Can not wait to call Ridgeway Village my home.

The area isnt great but compared to the other apartments around here, ridgeway really does a good job at taking care of their tenants. this is the first complex i lived at where work orders are done in a timely manner and the office ladies do more than they are required to. I appreciate them a whole lot. A lot of times the people that leave bad reviews are either evicted or kicked out soooo, some of you need to reevaluate.

I resided at Ridgeway last year and the complex was well kept including the property and units.The nights were noisy at first from night people here and there. But it only took a couple of months for all of that commotion to settle. The property is patrolled regularly by a courtesy patrol and Glendale P.D.The grounds are kept very tidy and clean even with pets welcome.But the main reason Ridgeway is such a pleasing place to call home is every person on staff makes you feel right at home. They are professional and caring and will set aside some time to listen to any residents problems or praises. The staff made me feel like part of a family. I would Definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to call home.Units are very cool in the summer and warm and cozy in the winter. Youll be comfortable and safe at your new Home there at Ridgeway.9.5 out of 10 I would rate them to anyone who inquires.

Ive been living at here for almost a year and it has been a very enjoyable experience. My apartment is clean and quiet, my neighbors are nice, the Staff is very friendly as are the maintenance. It is very comfortable here with BBQ grills in the common area, clean laundry room and very nice pool. Near shopping center within walking distance and right on a major bus line

Customer satisfaction is their top priority for sure. Apartments are spacious and they provide great maintenance service. Laundry room is kept clean with working machines.

Apartment is spacious, quiet most of the time. I’ve a great upstairs neighbor. Maintenance response to issues is outstanding and most repairs I’ve called about were promptly and properly handled. Management is friendly and attentive, always has a willingness to help. Property is clean and landscaping is regularly maintained.

I love living in Ridgeway Village. The manager Ellie got me right in in 2016 I just had my third inspection and everything is great. Any concerns I have are taken care of right away. Maintenance is very quick and efficient. Its a great place to live and I love it here !!!Update Aug 2019Im going to sign my 3rd lease. Whats really nice is Im a wanted tenant. Management is great. Im never moving again.Update October 2020Im signing another lease. Ellie has surely gotten the good in and not so out. Apts are quite and peaceful. I dont think Ive ever even had any maintenance issues.Come and live where you wont want to leave.

Great apartment complex, I lived in a one bedroom and transferred to a two bedroom and there both super spacious and comfy. I have had bed bugs in the past but it was my own fault because I picked up a dresser from the side of the road but both Elle the property manager and Ashley the assistant manager were very helpful in getting me treated. The pest control company was really detailed to, they give you a prep sheet n everything. I even did my own research when it came to bed bugs and man there not kidding when they say that there hitchhikers. you can get bed bugs at the movies, the airport, anywhere. After I got my full treatment, the bed bugs were gone n I havent had them since. The girls in the office even let me do a payment plan for how much the treatment was.But all in all, I love this property n I dont plan on movin anytime soon.Management is awesome and the company is great.

Ridgeway Village is staffed with great management and maintenance guys who enjoy their job and love helping the residents. I resided here before transferring to a sister property due to university location I was attending. I couldnt speak bad about this property because they are totally awesome, the owner really takes care of his property and property staffs to meet the needs of the business.

Regardless of the bad reviews given by upset people who have been evicted, this place is a nice place to live when you are starting back on your feet. All utilities are included which makes it easy to budget, pool & laundry room are maintained clean at all times. Never the less, they provide weekly pest control service at no additional charge, and 24 hr emergency maintenance for the unforeseen issues. :)

This Private Merritt, I live in a one bedroom and I love my apartment. It is very cozy, spacious and I really enjoy living here. Management is the Best of the Best, along with the maintenance staff. I just renewed my lease for another wonderful 12 months :), the gals in office are a blessing.

None of these reviews talk about all the good things that the staff does for these people. Ill tell ya, those two girls in the office Ashley & Elle are the absolute best. They go out of their way for us. They cater to our needs and wants and they always make sure that you are well taken care of. They even work with us when we cant make the rent on time. They are both very understanding and caring. The maintenance guys are just the best. Rick and Juan are so fast, they come within 24 hours of you putting in your work order. So I hate to see everyone bashing the apartment complex, you all have got to understand that you will see crime regardless of what area you live in. This staff does their job and they do it very well, so who ever leaves a negative review is probably someone thats getting evicted. Dont let these bad reviews cloud your judgement people! The apartments are huge too, come in and be our neighbor.

I moved from NewYork on January2012 and found RidgewayVillage in the heart of Glendale. The front office staff loves every single tenant, always understanding, loving and caring it’s just like being at home 🏡🙏. We have a voucher thru Biltmore properties and although the limit was lower than the rent amount the office worked it out and we were able to move in pretty quickly. Trying to find a place that accepts vouchers, let alone had openings, forgives past felonies or evictions is quite difficult. My wife called over 100 places over a 30 day period a d our voucher was set to expire in a few days by the time we spoke to Ridgeway. The office manager and Ashley were able to work with Biltmore on the rent cost and the inspection was done, the lease was signed, and we were moving our stuff in inside of ONE WEEK!!! The utilities are included and theres laundry on site. The complex is surprisingly quiet. You dont hear anyone inside while youre walking around-its almost like a ghost town at times. The grounds are kept clean and the pool looks great! It has a high fence to prevent accidents. The one-bedrooms are Very spacious. Theres room for a dining room table and even a walk-in closet. Id recommend this place to just about anyone.
