Love my apartment, the management is very nice, and Carlos is the best maintenance man around! He is courteous, hard working, cleans up after he fixes anything, and I trust him going in if I’m not there. Good, reliable, and trustworthy maintenance crews are hard to find these days, but Carlos leads the pack!

I love the Glen Brae community. I’m new to the Glendale area and the property manger Ruby went above and beyond to help me feel at home. She really cares about her residents. She took the stress and anxiety out of my transition to Glendale. This community is located close to groceries and the Glendale entertainment district. I’m glad to be apart of this community and would recommend it to family and friends.

Luz Corrales, is just amazing, and Rudy also awesome, my apartment is great, but the ladies in yhe office handle everything imaginable for the renters that call thos place home. Luz, spent close to 30 minites I. A hot.laundry room. Assisting me with Gerri g my laundry card set up. Should be simple, I cant see anything anymore she was my eyes and she treatwd me like I was someone important. Couldnt have moved to a better place.... Shout to Rudy and Luz..... Whoo whoo ladies..!!!!!!!!

All of the staff at Glen Brea are an absolute dream. When ever I have an issue about anything they super welcoming, professional, and get my issues resolved ASAP. I am proud to be a part of the Glen Brea community because of how the ownership and management treat its residents and complex.

I had a few minor maintenance issues, but Carlos acted swiftly and fixed them in a reasonable amount of time and with professionalism.

They have on my credit score that I owe them money still when I lived out of the apartment in 2017 and they kept my Deposit. They have no right to do this to me. I hope they get this worked out and taken off. It’s atrocious.Update: they refused to do anything about the money I did not owe them. I ended up paying $500 for the collection to come off my credit.The say I didn’t turn in the key. I remember turning it in and the last. Who was pregnant, put it in a drawer. They didn’t call me, email me, send me a letter, anything- they considered this me staying past my lease and had to pay the sheriff to break into the apartment and that’s what this fee was for. The fact that this place did not listen to me, did not believe me, and did not contact me about the “missing key” just shows how irresponsible they are. I feel sorry for anyone living here. But don’t worry. I am reporting them to the BBB and any other platform that will accept my negative review on them.

These apartments are nothing like they advertised they are not new so they need to stop advertising like they are, I was very disappointed when I moved my daughter down there she had already put money to hold the apartment so she decided to stay what a nightmare. There were these HUGE Roaches something we have never experienced before and roaches carry diseases she told management but no one came out until 8 days later, there was dog poop all on the side walks and cats every where they are bold too they poop and piss every where even by your door, it smells so horrible and the sad part is they lock you in the contract for 1 yr so if you dont want any of the things I mentioned above go see the apartments first also they have air condition but the motor is so loud you cant sleep whomever owns these apartments need to do better by the tenants also make people keep their animals in check and clean up after them

I loved living at Glen Brae, lived there for 4 years and it was a great place, yes there were minor issues but everything was taken care of timely and they always worked with you. The only reason we moved was to be closer to work but recently now thinking of going back and re-renting.

I have been here for 4 years, since I moved in I have seen a lot of changes. When I first moved in there was a lot of trash everywhere that has decreased a lot. I did noticed a lot of bugs, I have also seen a decrease in that, Im sure since there is less trash around there are less pests. My neighbors are mostly courteous of course there are some that arent, however, that is wherever you live you may just not get along with your neighbor(s). The water getting turned off sporadically is my main issue, but then again it is not the end of the world and it is usually off for a short amount of time. Other than that I have learned to call it home and I actually like coming home to Glen Brae!!

This place makes me feel at home. Management is always on top of things and Ive only lived their for a month now and they already know my name. Its a great place to live.

I have a friend that lives there. I love the look of the inside n outside of the apartment. One of the cleanest one i have seen so far. It is a bit pricey for my taste though.

Super nice people. They dont play around about their late fees and evictions. But they will work with you as long as you keep your word. They often inspect to terminate any roaches. But if you keep clean, you shouldnt even see them. Cats are present but maybe thats a good thing. Ive seen them kill pests and unwanted insects outside. Ive never personally lived anywhere where there is no cats. If something happens with your apartment, they are quick to solve the issue. The pools and laundry are in tip top shape. They have the landscapers clean and trim every 3 days. Overall, a well deserved 4-stars. P.S. they often have good deals when signing a 1 year lease.

Just moved out of these apartments and I have nothing but good things to say. I was a bit leery in renting an apartment in the first place as I was living in a very spacious, private condominium complex prior to this.The management is easy to reach and very understanding. Anytime I reported that something needed to be fixed it was easily taken care of. The apartments are well maintained and reasonably priced for the area and size.If you are looking for an apartment the move-in is easy and low-cost.I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet community to live in.It is close to Melvin E. Sine elementary which is an amazing elementary school.Dont hesitate to look at these apartments. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Just moved in. Any issues upon have been taken care of. Bought some electronic anti pest devices as well as the office had some preventive measures taken upon move in just in case. Couldnt be happier. The remodel they did for us before move was near perfect. Very happy. Very good staff. They must really want us here, we feel wanted. Thanks guys for making this a home for us! Thanks to the maintenance as well!!!

Really love the life my fiancee and I have created here at Glen Brae. While the apartment complex is definitely not 100% perfect, its reasonably priced and maintained. The girls who work in the office are always sweet with great attitudes, and the maintenance workers have gone above and beyond to help whenever an issue has occurred. Our neighbors watch out for each other and are friendly. The main pool near the office just got redone in time for the summer heat.I admit I was a tad weary to lease from them due to some of the reviews regarding roaches, but in the near 12 months that weve been here, we have not been overtaken by roaches in the slightest. Management has pest control services come by very often to spray, but honestly if you keep your apartment clean and roach proof (roaches only stick around if they have a source of food, yall), you shouldnt have a problem!

I am a current resident, and as I scrolled all the reviews...I see that not much has changed from 3 wks to 6+yrs ago. I wish I had checked the reviews before moving in. Apparently, there is still a roach issue. Management keeps spraying every few weeks. Its becoming an inconvenience. There are still feral cats everywhere. Clearly, from 3 weeks to 6 yrs on, nothing has been done about the cats. These cats are probably the offspring of the cats back then.My wonderful neighbors downstairs are drug addicts. Since Ive been here (6mos) I have been awakened at least 3 times in the wee hours of the morning by my neighbor screaming out her window at her drug dealer, that she doesnt have his $$. And hes yelling at her trying to pull her out her window at the same time. On other occasions, he was banging on her window yelling for her, then sped out of the parking lot while cussing up a storm. Its terrible, my children dont need to be awakened like that, nor frightened as a result. I told the manager and she says call the night patrol. Funny thing is, Ive never seen any night patrol, ever.The water has been turned off a few times with no forewarning or notice. Once, I was in the middle of a shower and the other times I was in the middle of cooking and had just touched some raw meat. I couldnt even wash my hands off. I was so livid. And recently theyve been having inspections and entering with no one present. I dont like that, at all! Theres another inspection coming up next week with HUD. I wonder what thats about?Lastly, there is one particular lady at the office that is very rude. I would love to give her name, but I wont. I cant wait to move!

Great customer service

My boyfriend and I live here currently. We moved in August 2015. Apartments are seemingly nice, and well maintained, on the surface. However, having been here for a few months, this is not the case.Pros: staff is friendly, and maintenance has been very diligent thus far. Decent prices.Cons: ROACHES. The roach situation has gone from bad to worse. When we first arrived, we would see them from time-to-time, but now, they are EVERYWHERE, all the time. We even found them in our bed, after returning home, late one night. The apartments craftsmanship is shoddy. Every socket, screw, and door jam was painted over, prior to move-in. When a door is closed for more than a minute you have to practically kick it in just to get it open. Drawers in kitchen are heavily worn and no more then 8 inches wide. AC leaks. Etc. If these werent enough of a problem, we then come to find out that the price to renew our lease has skyrocketed, from $590/month to $780/monthLooking for a new place, would not recommend.

I moved to AZ not knowing what to expect. The office staff was soooo very helpful with my transition out here and promptly addressed my concerns within a timely manner. I have had no issues here with break ins or bugs. The cats are around, but Ive never lived anywhere that there wasnt stray cats roaming. We love it here.

They showed me the stage apt I fell in love moved in all my things and was about to go to bed turned on a kitchen light and saw two roaches. The next day I complained about it and they said they would spray on wensday. I am fairly certain they did nothing. It didnt smell like bug spray what so ever. I bombed personally with multiple things. Nothing worked it stayed infested my entire lease one day I woke up and there was maggots in random places everywhere. The longer I stayed the worst the neighbors got at one point some one banged on my door for an hour at 11 o clock at night. I feared for my life on more than one occasion. I cried myself to sleep because the roaches took over my life my home and bed. I moved out mid way through and had to pay two rents because they wouldnt let me out of my lease I had to leave the majority of my things for fear of bring roaches to my new place. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE DONT LET IT BECOME YOURS!!!!!!!!

Glad to live here. All the girls in the office know my name and address my issues very promptly. The maintenance guys are always doing their jobs and very friendly. I have lived here about a year and plan on many more.

As any other apt complex it has its issues with stray cats etc but it is not something that cant be solved. Im pretty sure that the staff is working on trying to improve some things. In my case, I cant complain. Everybody here is kind, apartments are very clean and well-equipped. Pools are clean as well and the maintenance staff is always around fixing, painting and cleaning the apts and patios. I will totally recommend to live here.

Love these apartments a little pricey but then again that depends on what apartment your looking to get they offer quite a few different floorplans, the office people are lovley there always nice when i go in there. The people in the complex are very kind as well havent seen or dealt with any issues when living here definently a place i dont wanna leaveGoing on my 3rd year here like this apartment complex a lot. Best thing about it in my opinion Is neighbors very friendly made great friends here.Another thing I notice It can also be pretty quiet Especially at night.

Nicely remodeled apartments fair priced for renting

After looking for a place to move into before moving across country, this place sounded like it. After arriving and seeing the unit they had reserved I was so disappointed I had to cancel. The whole area was infested with cats, the laundry ficililty was covered in filth, both pools were cloudy and to top it off none of my holding fee is refundable. I was told a price and asked to pay a different amount. What a joke of an apartment! The smell through the complex and in the unit I felt like I needed a shower. Take my advice this place is not it!

I wish I could give it No stars, from the day I moved in there was roaches and I was getting brand new furniture delivered so I had it sprayed cause the complex offers pest control every week Lol😂😂 so clearly there is a pest problem And the model unit looks nothing like the actual unit.... I moved in and then back out in one month I literally stayed for 30 days and thats it I would of left sooner but it took 30 days to find another place I could not stay there it is ghetto and dirty rent should be half off since u gotta be roommates with the roaches smh just grossI wish I would of read these reviews before moving in clearly have a roach issue and has been for years smh

When I first moved to Arizona this is where my school had placed me. The school I was going to head housing placement and they thought this would be a good neighborhood. During my stay here my apartment was broken into and tons of my stuff was stolen and the apartment didnt even care. I gave my 30 days notice and had it setup to switch from the apartment complex to another one that they owned so I just had to pay a transfer fee which I did and they turned around and said I did not pay it. The new apartment would not even allow me to move in until I had that payment confirmation. My neighbor which was an old man who just sat at his back balcony on the floor level minding his own business having beer and smoking his cigarettes got jumped by a meth head who then went upstairs and got two buddies to steal the old mans beer and smokes from him. I had actually jumped down from the second floor in between The Old Man and the three guys and his grandson came out a couple minutes after he saw me jump down. But we should not have had to intervene like that we should be able to sit at our own place in peace and not worry about getting jumped. I tried to keep to myself and only knew a couple of the neighbors. Those that I did know were pretty nice. They did renovations but I still wouldnt live here. I had a group of guys come to my door looking for somebody who used to live there and they tried to stab my buddy. Luckily I was trained in the military and I had experience as an MP so I blocked the knife and he actually got cut himself and the security guard on duty didnt do anything but run. They had two different security companies during my stay there. The security guards that usually worked that apartment complex could not hack it. We had another incident where I was coming home from work and all of a sudden this guy came running up to my apartment screaming for help covered in blood so I let him come in and there was two guys chasing him trying to beat him even more. I had called the cops but they never showed I also grabbed my gun and kept the two guys from breaking into my apartment. I I cleaned the guy up and ask them why they were doing that and he said that they jumped him in the parking lot and was trying to steal his money.They did have one maintenance man named Carlos who was awesome and always got everything done pretty quickly even though they needed to hire him some helpers that worked just as hard as him so his workload wasnt so hard. I greatly appreciate all the hard work that he did. I would often buy him a cold soda or water while he was working.They also had many issues with bugs of all kinds and they would only do one apartment so the books would just transfer from one apartment to the next which kind of defeated the purpose.

Roach infested and the exterminators do not do proper extermination. After a fog treatment theres still roaches running around like they were NEVER treated.

Everything written in reviews about this apartment complex is 100% accurate. Huge roach infestation. One crawled out my purse at work in front of co-workers. I was horrified. Im OCD clean and I still have roaches in my apartment! The neighbors are super noisy. I complain and complain nothing is done. There are about 10 stray cats near my apartment. They ruined my grill cover by spaying it. They sleep on top of my car. I have scratches all over my hood and top due to the cats. The humane society has never been called to have these cats picked up. They poop and pee on my patio too. I will upload photos of roach and cat issues. They do turn off the water a lot. 2 days in a row from 9am-3pm. The grounds are not kept clean either. Trash everywhere so large outside cockroaches too. Cant walk from the parking lot to my apartment door without trying to avoid about 5-10 of them. Im stuck here till Dec. I do not recommended these apartments to anyone. I pay $779.79 for a dump. So there isnt any value. I wouldnt complain so much if maybe I was paying $500. PB Bell Mgt needs to take note of these reviews and fix the issues.

Hi everyone i post this to warning youI live here for 6 years and this place become a roach paradise.i will never come back to this placeGood look with the horrible manager she is so mean.I forget something this place is super expensive for the condition of the apartments.

I have been here 4 months and it has been a nightmare in hell ,They are always apologizeing for the for the roaches the dirty laundry room ,was told its not there responsibility,all the cats I guess the cats are suppose to be there pest exterminator the roaches in the pool,cant wait to move,I wont even bring my furniture in fear of them getting infected. Dont be fooled by the model its all a lie.

This place is ridiculous. They make everything seem like its going to be a great experience, but it;s terrible. People arent joking about the roach and cat issues. We have never had roach or cleanliness issues, but we see more bugs every day. Weve even taken to naming the cats, since they stare us down and scratch our windows every night. The pool has been locked almost since the day we moved in. Weve had two leeks in our apartment in as many month, and one was coming out of our light socket! The emergency maintenance line didnt even pick up. Its a long list of terrible, and I for one cant wait to get out of here.

Me and friends lived in here and when we moved in, we were very excited as it was out first apt. So our judgement wasnt the finest.Moving day, we came at 10 am and were turned away because the apt wasnt clean, it stunk something awful. And the fridge has to be replaced because of all the mold and gross old food inside of it. We saw 3 cockroaches the first night, the cockroaches crawled on the couch and any furniture was not safe. Over the year and half we lived there, the kids screaming and cats always fighting. Couples getting in fights constantly. It was a mess, not that its the apts fault, its just a bad place to live.Also someone stole my laundry when I was washing it.The model room was amazing and perfect compared to the real ones. Our apts bathroom walls were greasy and the paint peeled off. It was disgusting. Throught the whole time the apt always stunk, we needed to burn candles/insense/air freshener constantly. When we were about to leave we told them we would peave and gave an advance notice but they told us we couldnt leave and that we never told them we were leaving. So we stayed another 6 month and they raised the rent abt $300 more and they had to move out in the summer which is what we were trying to avoid.I am just glad to be gone.

I cant believe the appartment we got shown this morning, was ready move in??¿¿¿? Maybe they need thier nose cleaned out..... not trying to be rude but it smelt like someone died in it! The stench was unbearable on the property.The appartment was not upgraded the way they discussed with us. There were so many stray cats on the property animal control should really roll though. The pool was fithy!!!!!!!!!!!! The agrement had changed as well. I cant believe they would show an appartment like this..... it was so disgusting we wanted a shower before getting back into our vehicals. Grossest place Ive ever been shown. $800 a month NO WAY EVER! the laudry room was fithy as can be & 1.25 to wash an no price on the dryers even though she clamed it was 1.00 per wash an 1.75 to dry what a rip off. Look else where!!!!!

Been living here for about 6 months and ive only ever had a big issue with the water. The water has been shut off on NUMEROUS occasions due to maintenence or to fix somthing, but yet it is done with no notice or warning. Ive had water shut off in the middle of cooking, in the middle of showers or brushing my teeth, etc. Recently, they shut down the entire water system for undergeound repairs and once they got it up and running our hot water stopped working. Never have lived in a place with so many issues with water! Other than that, everything else is great, but the water is a big problwm.

Dont stay here . Worst place ever . Filled with roaches and I meant they are everywhere! Cant even lay down without being paranoid. Sad. Stray cats everywhere , they poop everywhere, even on your welcome mat at the front door. There was feces in the laundry room . Very dirty establishment. I posted earlier this year and five months later, Im going to amend my review. On July 3rd, my neighbors kid stole my phone out of my hand, smashed it and I played find my iPhone and it was returned. I called the police. I have subsequently called them about 10 times more. There are unsupervised children until 3 am, garbage is strewn all over the property, I have been told by office staff to call the police - nothing has been done. I am verbally harassed daily by the family whose daughter stole and smashed my phone and the staff does not care. My car vas vandalized, I was sexually harassed by the roach vendor who arbitrarily shows up on Wednesdays (when I work!) and yeah Im super willing to not work to deal with that.....NOT! The bug problem is out of control, the staff does nothing but tell me to call the cops and Im calling the owner now. This is a slum, I want out of my lease. If youre destitute and have no other options, go for it, but if you would like a quiet, peaceful option look elsewhere. Its a roach motel with terrible management. They bounce at 5:30 because they do not care. Ive heard its better in other areas, but Ive lived here far too long with the same issues and no resolutions. And their response is going to be we care about your concerns, we strive to blahblah

This place is so terrible I felt the need to write a review about it at 2:30 in the morning when reminded of it. Dont you dare listen to any of these positive reviews about this place I personally live there and that is a terrible roach infested feral cat having ass apartment complex. I asked them numerous times to spray and take care of the roaches to know avail. Go ahead and move in if you likeroaches that are 2 inches big flying around in front of your apartment and inside your apartment

Worst management Ive ever seen in an apartment complex. Had a major sewage backup in our apartment. Took 2 hours to reach emergency maintenance. Still nobody has come inside to check for damage to walls, etc. Still have seepage on our carpet. Manager said shed come today.. waited all day.. no show. Maint. said theyd come today.. no show. Toilet paper and raw sewage left outside near cleanout after the fix. Dog feces all over outside. Very noisy apartment complex when advertized as quiet and serene. Managers never answer phone even tho in office during office hours. Work promised to be done has yet to be done months later. We asked about noise prior to signing the lease as we are elderly and disabled and were assured this was quiet. Management moved in a family with small kids directly above us and the noise is unreal and then they stereo is very loud. Managements response: I wont ask them to change their lifestyle to make you happy. Bad place to live.. would never recommend to anyone.

Ive been a resident here at glen brae for a smooth three years and I absolutely love it.. from the grey buildings to the vibrant green grass, the tall trees especially during the fall the foliage brings out the personality within the complex. I truly enjoy all the residents Ive had a chance to cross path with good genuine folks and the ladies inside the office will make you feel at home with their warm welcoming hearts, they will work with you and understand your situation. The community is crime free, I feel safe with my doors and windows unlocked. As far as the apartments go the layouts vary from studios, 1br and 2Br they are very spacious and fit the needs of anyone looking to move into a new area. Ive heard hearsay about bugs and unwanted pest, I havent had much of a problem, thats solely off of how you take care of your apartment. Newly remodeled ramada with stainless steel grills come in handy for carne asada on game day. Its a pet friendly complex my dog has made many furry friends.. the only complaint I have is the jacuzzi is no longer here but who needs a jacuzzi in Glendale when its 100+ degrees.. - Kevin

Bad management, Pool had glass in it. Ants fell out of my power sockets. Patio collapsed on itself. Apartments looked dingy. tons of stray animals.

If is less than a star I could give it to this place don’t live here this place is the worst ever!!!!!

Was there visiting a friend. The place didnt look clean. There was seriously overloaded trash cans in the parking lot and the bugs were bad. Other then that it was ok.

Im going on my 3rd year at Glen Brae and the only issues are I signed two new leases and with both leases they raised my rent so beware of that and the constant shutting off of the water otherwise the office staff very easy to deal with anytime I have a maintenance issue theyre quick about getting it fixed as for roaches they spray every six months so I havent really had an issue with roaches.

They should hold cat adoptions on sundays here. Alot of stray cats.

This place is roach infested and has stray cats. Keep away.

They illegally shut your water off multiple times a month, let stray cats run around the apartments leaving feces everywhere, the service department does not return your phone calls, the fire alarms constantly go off pretty much the worst apartment complex ever.

Horrible place! Roach motel! Do not live here!
