Casa Bellisima is a great place. It offers its residents and guests spacious studios, 1 bedrooms and 2 bedroom floor plans for you to choose from. In this great quiet, clean gated community youll be able to escape the heat in any of their 3 refreshingly blue sparkling pools. Location is perfect with walking distance to shopping and dining. But the most pleasant experience for me was getting the chance to meet and chat with the friendly and professional office staff at Casa Bellisima who made me feel welcomed from the very first moment that I walked through the door. I havent been living here that long... but im still a current resident, since i have been living here i have seen alot of major growth with great improvements..... the office staff are great and so is the Security and maintenance team!!!!! I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone that is looking for a great place to live

I lived here 5 months and although there has been some disturbances from the residences, the staff here is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance is done in a quick and efficent manner. I do wish there was a dog park and more of dogs being on their leashes. Otherwise, the residences get along and the playground was just reinforced. I recommend this place to others.

My husband and I moved from California and needed a short term lease because we are in the process of purchasing a home. I am a licensed Realtor/ leasing agent in California and know all about customer service and leasing processes.Price is fair. Model unit showed is nice.I can not say the same thing about staff. I had applied a Monday afternoon one of the ladies there told me it would take her about 2 hours to approve me and she would call me at the end of the day. I did not hear anything (keep in mind holding fee is only good for 72 hours and then you loose it) I remember asking if holding fee was non refundable they said its good for 72 hours after you are approved. Tuesday came and still no call I called the office and Monica answered. i asked her if she could tell me the status of our application she said I was approved for move in the following week. I told her how much do I have to bring in the office and she quoted well, i dont have your file here so I will call you tomorrow with the amount I said okay that is fine. My husband and I were excited about our approval. Wednesday came and no call so i decided to walk in to the office. (might I add you walk in and they dont even acknowledge you) it was 12 noon and I asked Monica how much was my move in she said didnt we give you a reservation sheet and I said yes but it was scheduled for a move in of Sept not next week and rudely she said well the amount is on here did you read this?My reaction was excuse me you are servicing me you need me more than i do. Of coarse i did not want to be rude although she had been rude to us before.I simply told her I would like to cancel my application and get my holding deposit back. She asked when I applied and i told her Monday. She looked at me like I was stupid and said well the 72 hours are up.At that point I looked at her and told her. I applied Monday at 4;30 Pm the 72 hours end today Wednesday at 4:30 and it is 12 noon thank you. She then had no choice but to return my holding fee.I mean If i was already having issues with the office and I was a perspective resident I could only imagine what it would be like to live there. I am glad I did not lease here.

So far not satisfied at all apt 138 barely 1 month and a half Here, the move in date was a month after approved but still on the move in date they had to push it back another day when I moved in they had all appliances turned on they wasted 15 dollars in 3 days as well as the apt wasn’t in good condition tub and sink covered in paint spots as well as they didn’t install a lot of things right like the sink or the smoke alarms there isn’t even hot water in the shower or the front door has giant cracks on the bottom where bugs and air can pass freely and they havnt done a thing worst place I’ve ever lived my previous apt they would have any request done within a week, you need to step up.

Nice apartments I’m a new tenet and I love what they have done with the new colors and the staff is very friendly great place to live .

Perfect place for my first apt for me and my daughter I can even walk to work and management is amazing if I ever have a problemothey help me right away with no run around .

Terrible guest service and terrible place to live, i got my truck broken into and when I went to see the staff about the issue and told then hey my truck got broken into all they had to say in response was and it probably wont be the last. They know this is an issue that happens way too often but do nothing about it not even do something as simple as hire security, with little to no peace of mind the price is not worth it.

IF YOU LOVE DRUGS THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!!I don’t even know where to start when it comes to Casa Belissima (now known as Solano Pointe). My wife and I were brought to Glendale from Mesa for her job so we were not familiar with the area at all. We weren’t aware that the 67th Ave Bethany home rd area is one of the worst in the city. We were in a one bedroom unit and as far as the unit itself it wasn’t deplorable but in my opinion certainly not worth the amount charged for rent. The appliances are old (like 20+ years old), the AC is constantly breaking and the unit was missing screens for the doors and windows when we moved in. Other than that it was just minor cosmetic issues (the cabinets and countertops are straight out of the 70s!!) My main issue with this place was the complex itself. It is a hotbed for drugs and crime. In the year that we lived there we witnessed a high speed chase ending in the complex with swarms of police and helicopters, the DEA US Marshals and police kicking down the door of a unit and recovering pounds of meth, a shooting next door on Solano drive where one of the victims died, and the break in of a vacant unit. Not to mention tweakers and drug users running around all hours of day and night, drug use in the laundry room, loud fights and partying all hours of the night, small children running around unattended all hours of day and night and witnessing drug transactions. The complex recently came under new management with the promise of turning the place around but in my opinion nothing has changed. They installed more security cameras but it seems like that hasn’t deterred anyone from doing and selling their drugs here. This complex has already earned a reputation as being drug friendly so the enhanced security measures seem like too little too late. If you have read this far and insist on moving to Solano Pointe (don’t say I didn’t warn ya!) I have a few recommendations:1. Ladies: do not walk around the complex after dark if it’s not necessary. Or at least carry pepper spray.2. If you have children, this isn’t the place to raise them.3. If you need to contact the staff and/or management via phone or in person make sure to get the staff members name and document the date and time of the conversation. There were several occasions where I contacted them and was told one thing only to be told something different by another person. Finally learned my lesson and started documenting everything so I could call them out if need be. Seems like that office lacks communication and the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing so to speak.4. If you can, get into a unit on the east side of the complex (closer to the office). The west side is by far the worst side of the complex and seems to be where most of the drug and crime activity occur.All in all, we had a horrible experience at this complex and wouldn’t return even if the rent was $0. We counted down the days until we were finally out of there. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!

I did give this place 5 stars at first...but I have changed my mind...I told management in June...that my oven did not work..I have a book and baking blog...so Baking is important to me...I have since lost income due to NO WORKING OVEN...I saw them put NEW appliances in the unit next door to me yesterday..Yet...they have yet to replace my stove..I dont need a new one..I need a clean and working one...I have requested this at least 5 times now...I have pleaded to have a working oven before the holidays..and here we are 2 weeks until Thanksgiving...I guess I wont be cooking a turkey this year...I am very disappointed..I pay my rent on time..and in full...and Yet they do not provide me with everything I am paying for...and they dont seem to care at all...Not to mention the leaky AC that caused me to slip and bruise my knee in the middle of the night..that THEY HAVE NEVER FIXED...It leaks off and on...I have learned to just keep a bucket under it now...they dont care that I got injured...I no longer recommend this complex...I may revise this is they do right by me..get me a new stove with an oven that works and offer me some sort of discount since it hasnt worked since June when I moved in, but I am not going to hold my breath..as the guy in the office said, They have tons of leaking ACs...they will get to it...when they get to it...Real Professional right? I May try a call to corporate...but will that even work? Rude management and incompetent maintenance staff.. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a home!

Worst apartment complex I ever had the displeasure of having to live in. DO NOT MOVE HERE. So many cockroaches and gunshots all hours of the night. Not a safe area.

Horrible maintenance moved in 6 months ago and from the first day that they give you a paper to fill out what is wrong with the apartment they haven’t fixed a single thing the renovation they do before you move in are really low quality not worth your money look elsewhere

Do not move here, its roach infested and if that wasnt bad enough there were multiple murders in this complex. If you value your family do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.

The Office Staff is very nice and helpfull, very different than just a few months ago when I was in the area looking for a new place.

If you love bed bugs this is the place for you. If youre black youll probably get kicked out by 2 snitching vet guys who are racist. Theyll call it too much traffic. Even if youre legit pay your rent have a job. Dont waste your time and money.

This place is horibul. The office never fix anything you request pools are always dirty and locked laundry Matts are fully and washers leak water and you cant eat your food without a cockroach crawling on or by your food the whole year I livedvher I could not turn off my lights because cocroaces whould crawl on you when your sleeping or just sitting down to watch tv very disgusting place needs to be demolished and rebuilt with this horibul cockroach problem I am so happy I dont have to live here anymore.

Lived here for more than 7 years and now this new managment is the worse and my apartment had a huge leaks that messed up our wall and they wouldnt fix it.

The Utilities inside the house not working good, and Maintenance take for ever to come fix it, sometimes they not even come.

They told me one thing over the phone then had me come down wasted my time and gas just to tell me another thing.

It is a lack of respect.I delivered my apartment clean and on my departure I was charged a professional cleaning.I had to pay to fix the apartment for new people to enter.They charged me until the parts of the stove had never seen anything like it.In the office they mistreat you.Once I paid the months rent and for a bad job one of the office employees changed the payment to another apartment. It cost me a lot of work to fix that problem.The laundry is very dirty and the washing machines are many that do not work.There are cockroaches in the apartments.I do not recommend these apartments.I have been to another apartment and this had never happened to me.I received abuse from office employees.It cost me a lot of work to fix the payment problem and they were even charging me for their bad work.However, Alex was not able to solve that problem.I signed a contract with the previous owners and I never had problems with them but instead when I changed with the new company it was very bad for me they think they are very organized but I really dont understand why they lose the documents.I have been asking several partners and never asked for professional cleaning and less when I delivered the apartment cleaner than when I received it.The alex who speaks Spanish now does not understand Spanish now is manayer outside so that he had a little more education with the people who live in those apartments full of cockroaches.They are not interested in how you feel only what interests you is to collect the money.I do not recommend those apartments because it seems to me a lot of disrespect.The people who give deposits with what they are doing and demanding I think they will not return.They should instead of asking for money for professional cleaning they should pay to do professional cleaning and professional maintenance to the laundries because both the floor and the washing machines are so dirty that it is a pity that people have to wash in that situation of so filthy .And treat your cockroaches.

Poor condition of the apartments, they close the doors with chain, every q, they are damaged by something and the tenants, we always pay what the others do, the doors, or do something, but if I complain about something, they ignore it, everything dirty, and the pools almost always have them closed in hot weather, very dirty laundries, desperate, do not do something about it ...
