We have only been here for a few days but we really like it. It seems to be in a really good location and the apartment has a lot of space. We like the additional storage area on the balcony and the fact the two pools are surrounded by palm trees. The front office staff is willing to help where needed and there are additional cleaning services available that we havent had at other places weve lived.

I am giving this community a 5 star rating all because of Ryan and her hard work. We applied here and she was amazing! She was courteous, helpful, responsive, efficient, and supportive. Unfortunately, we decided to rent elsewhere (which I feel awful about) but we highly recommend these places due to their responsiveness and excellent customer service. Lastly, they offer a deposit alternative program so if you need assistance with your deposit, this is the way to go.

It was fast and done quickly. My door is now fixed and is easy to lock and unlock again

My experience has been up and down. My first year was amazing!!! The neighborhood was peaceful and I felt as if I didn’t have to worry much and that I was protected. The last two years though have been rough, the rent increases but it’s the the security decreases. I honestly don’t feel protected or safe in my home. Every time you turn around I’m getting something stolen. I can’t afford to keep replacing my items.

All in all, the management office has been friendly and responsive. Neighbors are variable as anywhere one may rent. Still I am very satisfied with the value, accomodations, and amenities. The location is convenient with many restaurants, convenience and grocery stores a close drive away.

Get 1 covered parking spot and after that your roommates are SOL especially if trying to park after 9pm. They threaten to tow you knowing there’s no parking spots for residents. Maintenance takes forever for any requests. Management doesn’t seem to concerned about residents. Wouldn’t recommend

The maintenance guy was really courteous and quickly fixed the problem with the refrigerator. He did a great job.

The 2 Maintenance men that fixed our plumbing issues Worked together as a Team(theres no letter I in the word team). Great so far. Only been here about 2 months, but I like it already. I put in a maintenance order and the guy came within a couple days. There are kids that my kids can hangout and play with. Friendly people. Close to stores.

Apartment doors very close to neighbors so very loud if slammed and walls shake. Paper thin ceilings that cause any stepping upstairs to sound like pounding. Extremely loud stairs when people running up them, screaming children during dusk hours (especially on weekends) and Friday morning landscapers that use leaf blowers to blow rocks from grass. Slightest complaint from a neighbor will result in 10 day eviction notice even if 4 year tenant and always paid on time. Online rent pay access permanently revoked if only one issue with bank.

Friendly and helpful office staff. A few issues, but nothing horrible. Clean and nice property. Lots of kids for my kids to play with. Friendly people. Affordable.

Cameron was the gentleman that helped me with my AC problem my fan motor was tricking up with the fuses and also took the noise that was so annoying me so ....... well these past couple months Cameron did a awesome job n very skilled and professional I would recommend cameron so you can get a great tech on your job thank you meadow Glen

I have been here for a month and I’ve already reported roaches and the appliances, washer, dryer, dish washer etc. working poorly. I live on the bottom floor and either the walls are extremely thin or I live below a herd of elephants. It is SO loud that I can’t sleep at night. I’ve had to poke the ceiling a few times, it’s awful.The front office staff is very friendly and they respond to maintenance requests quite quickly. However, I’m already looking for a different place to live and won’t renew my lease at the end of its term. I give these apartments a 3 because of the customer service mainly, the apartment no so much.

I am a student at Midwestern University and have lived here for the first two years of my didactic curriculum. It has been my sanctuary. Maintenance has always been quick to respond to any problems. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful with packages and any concerns. Excellent!

I cannot say ENOUGH GOOD things about this property and their staff who have become like family and friends.. When my son was diagnosed with cancer in 2019 everyone in the office responded as if it were their own child always asking how he was how his treatment was going and even helped us when times were rough in every way they possibly could the day I buy a home I will cry because these ladies have touched my family and my heart in a way I never have experienced not to mention the maintenance team is always on time and gets things repaired in a timely matter I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MEADOW GLEN APARTMENTS you wont find a better place to call home

While visiting our son we noticed several cockroaches, and he has been living there almost 6 months now and the problem has not been resolved. Residents are always walking their dog but most of them never pick up the dog poop. Management should impose a fine when they walk to dogs and not picking up the dog droppings.

They replaced my broken toilet with a broken toilet then wouldn’t answer me for a week. Then when I went down to the office they were extremely rude. This place is awful.

Terrible place to live they left us without electricity in our apartment and gave us an extension cord they claimed was a power line which it’s not it’s an extension cord and would only power one appliance not air conditioning or washer dryer just the fridge no light and called it a day and refused to pay our electricity bill they had us outside ourselves switching the breaker on and off and this problem persisted for Atleast 3 days before they offered us any assistance and mind you that’s the electricians job not ours when they had the slightest idea to what was going on they told us our breaker was burning which also meant we could’ve been electrocuted and then they switched out our breaker and our apt continued to have problems they finally put us in a hotel the first one I had to pay for they said they couldn’t put it in writing that we would be reimbursed for the hotel or we would’ve stayed sooner super sketchy to us we had to pay to wash our clothes in the hotel laundrymatt and make travel arrangements to work place and miss work because mid shift the Maintance man tells us we can either break our lease or get a new unit that I need to leave work and decide giving us not even one day to decide pressuring us to see a different unit we de use to stay because of the hassle of moving but management is horrible we had 4 days to move into the new apt clean out the old apt while working 7 days a week which leaves about 2 weekend days to do everything on top of that they make us turn in the apt keys so how are we supposed to clean out the apt when they changed the locks we have also seen several other apts with ex pension cords probably power problems like ours unless you want to be stranded helpless on the weekends they claim the have emergency maintenance until they don’t answer either and leave you stuck and get attitude and no help from management I say you can move literally anywhere else

My wife and I had the privilege of calling Meadow Glen our home the past year. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to move back to our home state. I would like to thank Stacey and Ryan from the leasing office for answering all our questions the past year and for their understanding during this tough time. I would also like to thank the handyman Cameron for all his help. The staff was always approachable for any issues we had and they tried there best to fix any problems. Would definitely rent from them again in the future.

We have lived here for 3 years now. The area is nice, located close to grocery stores and a gas station. We take our kids to the library and community center nearby, they love it.

Service requests take 3 weeks, garbage not being collected, mobile garbage cans being dumped outside my balcony. Horribly disappointed with management.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and have recently signed another lease! I love it here - its close to so many things !Its mostly a quiet complex. Very spacious living areas, upkept grounds, quick maintenance response and VERY friendly office staff!

It may be good during the day, but at night a lot of homeless people come through checking for anything thats unlocked and then go through all the dumpsters.

These apartments are disgusting. We moved in 6 months ago too an apartment with holes in the walls, molding broken off, kitchen cabinets were rotted through, and there are cockroaches everywhere!!!! Management is useless! Tell you someone will come out but never do. Took 6 months to have the walls fixed “because they were busy”. Awful place do not recommend to anyone.

If you choose to move out of this place, they will charge you extra cleaning fees, which in all my years of renting apartments, Ive never once had to pay to move out. This place will enforce that you do. If youre OK with that, then by all means, move in here. Their lease termination fees are high, which is understandable - its in the lease. The extra cleaning fees however, are NOT in the lease. They make them up as they please.

I actually really loved living here. The price was right, there were no roaches in sight. Full size washer and dryer. Family friendly atmosphere. My son was outside playing with the other children every day and I knew and liked all of my neighbors. We felt safe there. Plus they were dog friendly. We had a two bedroom apartment with two balconies and two bathrooms. Very spacious. It was very clean. The front staff were always fairly pleasant.The dish washer sucks because it is made so you can only pull the top rack out half way. The maintenance guys suck. They will come in, say they fixed something and it never actually gets done. I had a leaking toilet the entire time I lived there. (meaning leaking from the actual tank onto the floor). but other than that, no complaints.

We just signed our renewal for our 3rd year. We are still happy with the complex and it has been a great temporary home while I was in grad school. The staff has been working to improve the complex and clean up after the kids and they have had some family-friendly parties and presentations to improve community relations. Would recommend if on a budget and not picky about little things.

I am a new resident but my move in process was very smooth . All members of the leasing office we kind & helpful !! Once i moved in there were a few things that needed to be fix & that make a work order that day and the issues were fixed within 24hours

Meadow Glen is one of the best apartment complexes Ive lived in. the office and maintenance staff is always friendly and punctual. the area of the complex I live in is always quiet (save for kids during the summer) and I never have any problems about safety. the maintenance staff along with the gardening staff upkeep the complex to the best shape every week including the pools and gym. this building is pet friendly and its a comfort to have our cats when most places were telling us they didnt allow pets. also shopping is always near by with a wal-mart neighborhood market next door or a QT station right next to the complex plus tons of other shopping options miles close to us. Overall, a great place to live and I wont choose anywhere else at the moment.As a personal note. When me and my mom first moved here to Arizona, Allot of apartment complexes did not give us a chance or wanted over-the-top move-in rates. Meadow Glen was the only one who worked with us and gave us a chance in this new state, Ill be forever grateful for the staffs help and kindness towards us when we were at our lowest.

I’m a travel RN and I was having so much trouble finding an affordable apartment for a short-term lease in the area. I stumbled on Meadow Glen and was totally impressed with the pricing, reviews, and different options of apartments to choose from. I put in my application and the next day Ryan called to talk me through the application process. It took a few days for everything to go through because I’m from out of state, but Ryan kept in contact with me the entire time and kept me up to date on what was happening. From the very beginning all the way up to move-in day, Ryan has been totally accessible whenever I need her and always willing to go the extra step to help me with anything I need. In the middle of moving she even ran my cable modem down to my apartment to save me a few minutes!! It’s the small things that really make the difference and Ryan made sure to do everything she could to help make this process easier from start to finish. I’m already loving my experience here!!

Ive lived at Meadow Glen for 2 going on 3 years now. I have to say I like this place, Its Reasonable rent and well kept grounds along with repairs done in a quick & timely manner & especially the staff who cares about tenant concerns and are always willing to listen. A good place for my family.

I absolutely LOVE living here! Ive lived here for several years and have never had any issues. The staff is SO friendly and always helpful ! Maintenance gets work orders done in a timely manner and are professional.Its a mostly quiet community and Ive not noticed or heard of any crime in the complex. Its pet friendly and clean.As far as the review and complaint about the stray cats - Ive seen maybe 3 cats at most. I know for a fact that residents in the complex allow their cats to visit outside, but not for long periods of time.Its an apartment complex - cats (and dogs) can come from other locations (including the apartments next door or the homes behind us)There is not a stray cat problem at this complex.This is a great place to live and dont plan on moving anytime soon!

I really enjoy living here! The grounds look gorgeous (slightly over-watered maybe, but green), my neighbors are pretty quiet, and every time something breaks/leaks, they come to fix it within 36 hours. My apartment is in great condition, and has brand new carpets. We have our own washer/dryer, and it has way more space than most of the other apartments we were looking at at this price range. All of my friends/family who have come over have been very impressed at how nice it is, especially for the price! Its not a luxury apartment, so if thats what you want this probably isnt the place for you, but for affordable housing, its fantastic!

Was a great place at first. Then when work needed done around the apartment maintenance took forever and a day to get to it. Then after being thing for roughly about 3yrs and finished lease they said they will send out letter or get a hold of me to let me know if anything was owed do to damages and what not. Never received anything not a letter a call or email. Then my wife was at complex office looking for mail they never said anything to her nor told her hey have you guys got a letter or hey you need to pay. You would think if we owed they would want there money and I wouldve gladly paid. But no they didnt say anything. So now its on our credit and making it hard to find a place to move into. So yeah be careful and dont get fooled with their smiles and we will let you know. BEACUSE THEY WONT. Im going to dispute this

I just moved in to a new apartment here. All of the office staff were warm and friendly. They walked me through the process step by step and any time I need a repair or have a question they are quick to respond.

Ryan was great with the process of getting us moved in. All the amenities are really close to everything yet it is a quiet location. Walmart is directly across the street, which is very Convenient I must say. So far I am in love with our new home.

Me and my family recently moved from California to this place. The staff at the leasing office has been great. They were very helpful throughout the whole moving process. The staff has been nothing but friendly and the apartments are good. Way cheaper that in California.

The office staff is nice. But since we have been here for a year we have almost had something stolen. We have had complaints for stuff we didn’t do and dogs bark and kids screaming outside. We are quiet ourselves. We have had a bad experience and are leaving now. I think your experience depends on which apartment building you live in.

Ive never had any problems really, our ac leaked and they came out within a day to fix it. Everyone is really friendly and the complex is clean and nice. My only complaint is there are never any parking spots ever and the sprinkles go all over the sidewalks so me and my baby have been soaked many times.

My husband & I have been here for 5 years & we renewed for another year. The office staff are always helpful. The only negative comments we have are that Union Hills Estates Apt , next door are always parking in our parking spots. Krystal always makes me laugh. THANK YOU

In paying for a 2 bedroom and Im living out of my living room because Ive had a huge leak in my ceiling in my bedroom for a month and no one has done anything to help. They pretty much tell me its not their problem. They dont care that Im living in a mold infested apartment. I am getting a hold of the health inspectors of Arizona and hopefully they will shut this place down. Gross.

Beware of cash grabbing me and my roomate filled out a app spent a 120 bucks just to be told we all failed cause my roommate answered a verification question wrong. Like thats it not even nothing to do with our credit or past all because she answered a question wrong on a part to verify who you are beware of them taking your app fee then failing you for anything to keep it total scam.

We moved into Meadow Glen about 2 months ago and have loved it since the very beginning. The other Google reviews made me wary of living here (I only saw the reviews after moving in), and I kept looking for signs of this place being sub-par. Ive yet to find any! Quite the opposite, in fact. We had a few maintenance requests when we first moved in and they were taken care of promptly. The office staff have been very friendly and taken care of our needs. I also feel very safe here (which says a LOT, because I am a huge weenie). If youre looking for a great place to live at a very reasonable price, this is your place!

I had a dead battery this morning frantic to get to work and I am a single mother with a two year old. Jeremy from the maintenance department took the time to help me jump car!!! He did more then just lend a jump he helped me clean the battery off because of the corrosion that was on the connector and wanted to make sure me and my daughter were ok as he could tell I was in a bit of distress over the whole thing ( I know just a battery) but I have medical expenses for Chemo I am currently going through and I am on a very tight budget and this would have broke me if I had to pay for a new battery or something worse was going on with my car. Jeremy was a godsend here at Medow Glen they really do care about thier residents. THANK TOU JEREMY YOU DESERVE A RAISE YOU WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!

Never any parking spots, have to walk across a gigantic ass field just to carry in the groceries- sometimes when I am walking to my apartment the sprinklers come on and I get soaked and there is no way around it, according to other people who live there this lady threw acid on a cat because it kept coming back to her apartment and she didnt want it to, if anyone is smoking weed within 20 ft of your apartment you bet the smell is going to get into your apartment. Kind of scary part of town at night. Oh and the walmart across the street is sketch as hell you should see the review i write for that

I have put in several work orders via phone & web & hear nothing back. Im already having to deal with a dishwasher that doesnt clean, and refrigerator is going out. Bathroom sink drains slow, even after I tried and cleaned out. Tub & bathroom sink leaks water. Toilet keeps running, I have to turn on & off everytime few times I go to the bathroom. It would be nice to hear back from somebody instead of getting an email stating my work order is pending. Very unhappy!

North Phoenix apartments can be pricy. Meadow Glen is a great rate for the neighborhood. Everytime something goes wrong the lovely ladies in the office seem to drop everything and put a work request in for me. The work gets done fast. The court yards are always kept clean. I give them five stars!

Crappy place - rude front office (except Ryan). No consideration for people at all. The back pool is closed AGAIN. Week of 4th and the 4th is the only day it was actually open. Pair of underwear has been hanging on the post for 2 weeks but they just ignore it. Only 1 trash can in the pool area which they empty maybe once a week but then they will complain about the mess and lock the pool area for several days out of spite. No sound proofing between apartments. Upstairs neighbor sounds like an elephant when he walks normally. Maintenance staff is slow - took 2 weeks to get leak in kitchen fixed (couldnt use kitchen sink or dishwasher the whole time). AC was dripping in living room when I moved in. They came in multiple times before realizing the drip pan wasnt level (one time even telling me I shouldnt be using the AC at that time of year). I asked before putting up a bird feeder if it was ok and was told by 3 different staff people it was allowed. 9 months later I get a NASTY note saying it was a violation of the lease and I had 10 days to take it down or be evicted. No contact .... no phone call or note asking me to take them down .... just the eviction threat. I dont recommend this place to anyone, no matter how desperate you are. Oh .... water has been turned off multiple times to be worked on. Several times we couldnt use our assigned parking places because of painting, resurfacing, etc. We got a notice saying other nearby complexes were having a problem with car break ins, and a few days later we are told we have to park across the street at Walmart because of work on the parking lot.

A very poor experience. I visited a few nights ago and was alarmed by some of the behavior of the residents here. Management seems too permissive.

We love the family friendly atmosphere that Meadow Glen has to offer. It is not only quiet, but close to everything and in a great part of town!

Nice apartment, spacious, not very quiet though because some apartments are beside the road, management is lovely, maintenance is very fast, clean, pool and gym are clean.

Stoves are routinely thrown out by the dumpters, which seems to indicate they are on the last legs of their lives. If that is the case, why does the apartment charge for a full replacement for the oven having grease stains?

2 stars just for the floor plan is awesome 2 patios. But besides the floor plan everything else is bad weak walls I can hear everyone all around me, I can hear cracking noise every time someone is walking above me I know exactly where the people are above me. I complained probably 5 times never heard back from them. Their are weak spots on the floor all across the apartment cracks everywhere I walk feel bad for the family below me. These apartments need to fix all their flooring and remodel badly cant wait for my lease to be over.

Aside from the frequent visits from the local police department and loud neighbors, the management tried to charge me a hundred and twenty five $125 for pet cleaning even though I never had any pets. Then I was threatened to be sent to collections for asking questions about my bill. Avoid meadow Glen at all costs.

Really amazing resident gatherings!

I have lived here for a year and a half. The beginning was great but has gotten worse and worse. I oringally lived on one end of the complex and had problems with bugs, the smell of marijuana, there is orange goo dripping on all the walls which the maintence men claims happens in every apartment gross. We moved more to the middle of the complex just to have more problems. My neighbors are AWFUL! Loud all night when I have two young kids. They party all night and I have called the office COUNTLESS times about it. All they tell you to do is call there security team which does nothing. We called them 5 times in one week. The office still did nothing and told us to call the police station and have an officer come out... Are you kidding? If you arent going to take care of your tenants then why are you here? Ryan is the only decent person in the office. Cristy or whatever her name is, is so disrespectful. She told my mother in law that my husband is fun to look at and I went into the office one time and she didnt even recognize me! Im not even sure why Stacey is here all she does is take pictures of everyones stuff ( which i dont remember giving permission to) and asks Ryan whats going on. My mother in law lives here too, her property has been stolen, her window screen has been pulled off, and her AC was broken forever! It leaked everywhere, all over her table and they told her to put a towel down or move her table... It took my one year old son to slip and slam his head on the floor to get them to fix it. I hate it here. Multiple things have been stolen from my husbands truck. Once we get the money to move out, were out of this place!

Im not even sure how anyone can rent from here?Office clerks are discriminating against prospective tenants without regard to legal documents provided. Im neither impressed with the property nor the leasing experience so far.

Ive been living here for over six months now, and none of these bad reviews make any sense to me.- Every maintenance request Ive ever filed has been responded to on the next business day, and I usually file them after close of business. Theyve only failed to fix the issue once, and I dont blame them, its both a minor issue and a really tough repair.- The only time management has ever bothered me was in the middle of summer they came in to every apartment to check everyones A/C.- Management does not tow cars, they contract with a towing service and give residents the power to have cars towed out of their spot and only their spot. Dont park in someone elses spot and you wont get towed. If you do mess up, park in the wrong spot, and get towed, blame the guy whose spot it is and/or yourself. Management had no hand in it.- I have never seen police here, day or night, but there is at least one security guard who patrols after dark.- Landscapers come Friday mid-morning when most people are at work or at least awake, unlike my last apartment where the lawn mower used to wake me up every Saturday at 6AM. Nobody should be woken up at 6AM on their day off. The lawns, trees, and bushes are all well kept, and somebody is around regularly to pick up the dog poop that the dog owners choose not to. I dont know who does that, but if youre reading this, thats messed up. They even provide you with poop bags and special poop bag trash cans at every grassy area, dont make someone else clean up YOUR dogs poop.- Rent is fairly priced for the cleanliness of the apartments and grounds.- Theres an ice cream truck that comes around the neighborhood. Ive never lived anywhere an ice cream truck came around before, only where I could hear the music teasing me in the distance. Its not run by management or anything, but it says something about the neighborhood.- Theres a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market literally across the street. Grocery shopping couldnt be easier.So far my only complaint is that if you choose to pay your rent by e-check online, it can be paid on the 1st and ONLY the 1st. The 2nd incurs a late fee, and the site doesnt load the new months bill before the 1st so you can pay it early. A minor complaint at best. Basically, unless they jack the rent up bad come lease renewal time, I see absolutely no reason to leave. Ive never been happier with an apartment complex.

1 Bad place and rudely dealing with consumers specifically when you move. .. and bad services to and in the summer you well get shower every day from the ice and flooding under carpet the ice always dropping water on your head leaking all the summer

This has been the worst most unethical apartment complex that I have ever live in.I moved in to this apartment complex in July of 2011 and have had several issues with the the air conditioning leaking. I go in to the office to have someone come out and fix it, and they give me a bucket to collect the water in. It takes them 2 months before someone comes out to fix the AC. On top of that, they have a contract with a towing company. The towing company comes out ones a month and tows any vehicles that have expired registration or that have been parked in one spot for over 3 days. The registration on my vehicle was expired, but I had the new tags coming in the mail. The apartment complex towed my vehicle any way and the whole ordeal cost me $300. They are in human and can care less of what your situation is. Just ask what their policy is for being late on rent lol.And if that is not bad enough, their is constant drug traffic going on, with people coming and going at all hours of the day and night in the complex.

They have been horrible......broken ac, broken fridge broken dryer, on top of that we had roaches.......they took forever to do anything about it.....on top of that the staff in the office was terrible. I would want my worst enemies to have to live here.

They will tow your vehicle, even if you are parked in your spot that you pay for..... Happened to me TWICE.

I have been a resident for 2 years and just signed another lease as always I was taken care of they go above and beyond for their residents
