I love Dr. Jacobsen and the staff. They are always so professional and personable. Very organized set up when it comes to appointment reminders, arrival, and next appointment setup. If any dental works needs to be done, I always get an estimate during my appointment so there aren’t ever any surprises. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist :-)

I was thinking after I left the dental office today that I can never move from Gilbert because in my over 60 years I have never found dental hygienist as good as Kathy Jacobsen’s. Both Jenna and Mira are FABULOUS, and I am so happy I found them.

I have been a patient of Contemporary Dentistry for over 20 years. The team of professionals are knowledgeable and make a trip to the dentist comfortable and fun! Yes! I do mean fun! I can’t remember a single time leaving there feeling disappointed with the service I received. They work diligently with my insurance company to ensure the full coverage of benefits available to me. They recommend services needed and have plans I can take home and review so I can decide what and when the best time would be for me to start with procedures. Along with necessary maintenance they offer cosmetic services as well. A teeth whitening is a nice perk and not one that will break the bank! Go ahead- pay them a visit! I think you’ll be very happy you did!

Was able to schedule an appointment very last minute when needed . When I arrived a member of the amazing staff gave me a tour of the facility on our way back and made me feel very comfortable. I was able to schedule a 2nd appointment a week later for a procedure which was so quick and painless I had no idea they had even finished . I myself have alot of anxiety going to the dentist and this team is who I would reccomend if you are looking for a great experience !

We have always struggled to find a dentist to fit all our needs. Having just moved from out of state, we had been with our family dentist for 20 years. It was a concern to try to find a dentist who is good with kids that have anxiety and gentle with treatment and not out to upcharge. We found all this and more with Dr. Jacobsen and staff. We have found our family dentist and couldn’t be happier! From checking in to checking out and everything in between, the staff is courteous, thorough and kind. I just saw Dr. Jacobsen for the first time and she was great. Office was very nice and very clean and all the Staff was welcoming and helpful. I was so pleased with Dr. Jacobsen. She was so kind and gentle. She explained things and I knew exactly what she was doing. Her office staff from the receptionist when you walked in to all the nurses and techs, everyone was just amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of her. I was more than overwhelmingly pleased.

Let’s just say I hate going to the dentist! The entire staff at this office took all my fears away . They are all friendly from the appointment set to the time you leave everyone is exceptionally kind and considerate. Even with the mask thing waiting in my car for my turn etc... they made it reasonable and less awkward than I thought it would be. These folks are the real deal! Not phony just good people trying to help their customers. Had my initial visit today and was amazed by the atmosphere there. Was very impressed with their attention to making everyone feel safe before entering! Taking temperatures through the car window n asking questions regarding exposure to Covid! Then taking you directly to the exam room no waiting in the lobby! Felt really Safe! It took me 2 years to find Dr Jacobson and I’m glad I found her. I’ve never been excited about a crown before, but Dr Jacobson made a perfectly-fitting crown when two dentists before her had failed. She and her staff are friendly, attentive and respectful. Appointments are easy to make and I’ve been promptly seen at my scheduled appointment time. Shes happy to explain what shes doing as shes doing it (which I really appreciate!) and her staff is great as well. Shes the only dentist Ive ever let give me a filling, if that tells you anything. I had a pretty interesting experience speaking to Dr Jacobsen, her number is posted on an emergency dental site, the third line of the website says “24/7 dental care”. I called the phone number listed and the voicemail stated to call a different number if there is an emergency (pretty standard) after business hours. I called, she answered, and then said she was confused why I was calling late at night and asked me if it was really the middle of the night or if she was confused. I explained my situation and she said sarcastically “good luck finding a dentist like that I haven’t heard of any” and hung up on me. She was very rude, I definitely wouldn’t want people to call me in the middle of the night either but don’t advertise your business and leave a phone number for emergency dental service especially on a website offering 24/7 service if you are going to be upset about being contacted. She acted as if I did something wrong trying to find an emergency dentist. Unfortunately I can’t speak to her services but I am not sure I would go to someone for medical attention that treats patients that way.
