Im someone with severe dental phobia. I dreaded going to the dentist. But after 20 years of NOT seeing a dentist, my smile and teeth needed some serious work! I picked Dr. Nimri because of the Google reviews and I can, without a doubt, say that those awesome reviews are spot on! Hes very gentle and completely understanding when it came to my phobia. The staff is also so kind and courteous. I dont haveone complaint!10 ⭐

Having to change dentists can be a scary thing but I’m so happy I found Higley Dental and Dr Nimri. The staff is so kind and professional! Got me in very quickly! Dr Nimri clearly explained and showed what work I needed done. I had a tooth extracted and was thrilled with how little pain I felt!! Dr. Nimiri and his sweet staff are great. I had my horror story prior to coming to them. When I saw them my two front teeth were loose, and i had lost my upper partial. I had the loose teeth pulled and the upper particsls done the same day. Surprisingly there was no pain, from pulling the fronts and very little from the numbing process. I was unaware when he finished. My partical was put in immediately, it was amazed, at how quick and painless it was. I am super pleased with my teeth actually the whole experience was amazingly smooth. Thanks Dr.zack

To love ones dentist and dental office is crazy, but I love this place. Im a 34 year baby. I had a traumatic experience when I was young so after my braces came off when I was 17, I literally havent seen 1 dentist.... Thats 17 years!! I had cavities that I got filled today, a bunch of them. I honestly started to fall asleep in the chair! Hes so so so gentle and when I did feel sensitivity, the Dr would stop and let me gather myself. I definitely wont be going to any other dentist. Also, the assistant or tech is so nice and the front staff is amazing. What a wonderful team! Thank you all for helping me conquer my intense fear!

Front staff and nurses are nice, but Dr. Nimri is dismissive and impatient. Did a poor job filing down a filling, and gave me confusing and conflicting information about whether I needed a root canal. Also, he is doing poorly with COVID-19 precautions, keeping his mask off for much of the time.

As others have observed, its a strange and uncommon thing to love your dentists office. In my experience, tolerate is about the best feeling you can hope for toward your dentist and their staff.I showed up for my 3:30 appointment this afternoon at 3:20, because theyre always ahead of schedule here and I knew Id probably be taken right back. Have you ever had this experience at any medical office?? Its a regular thing here. My xrays, cleaning, and exam were done and Dr. Nimri was asking about my family by 3:36. He told me I had a small cavity, and he could fill it right away if I wanted. My insurance was billed, my cavity filled, and I was out the door by 3:45.My wife and I first had an appointment with Dr. Nimri a little over two years ago. Weve since moved 30 minutes away, but would never consider making a change.

Ive been going here for several years now, and the front office staff has stayed the same (which I think is rare), and they are super nice and helpful. Also, I love that the doctor does my cleaning himself instead of having a hygienist. Ive never seen that before! Hes very gentle and mild mannered, and Ive never been advised to get work done unnecessarily like has happened to me at other offices. I very highly recommend this office !

This place doesnt look like much on the outside. I wasnt sure I wanted to go in. But Im really glad that I did!!! Everyone is very nice and thedentist is Great!!!!! I am a chicken but the minute he walks in he has a very calming affect. He does wonderful work and shows you exactly what needs to be done from X-Rays. I Do recommend him!!!!!!!!

This past year I started going to Higley Dental Care, and I can say I am highly impressed with the establishment. The staff is awesome! Every time I visit I feel welcomed. Their service is quick, they get you in and out the door. Whenever Kristina calls I get a so excited because shes always really nice and personable, in which I love! I had a root canal, deep cleaning, and crown prep on two of my molars today. I have to say after years of neglecting my dental health due to fear of a painful dentist visit, this office changed all of that for me. They are hands down the BEST dental team there is!!!!!! I simply loved it! Today was my fourth visit to his dental office. Doctor Zack was not only nice but also very honest and helpful with my problems. The people in the front desk was super nice to me from day 1. I went there with all my kids and everybody was very patient and nice to me and my kids too! what I love the most is that the Dentist saw me AT ALL TIMES! Which I loved! I know their assistants are capable to take care of a patient but it is always nicer when the real Dentist is there to solve your questions :)

The dentist and the front desk ladies are very nice. They always get me in when it fits my schedule. They work well with the insurance company and let me know upfront if I will owe anything. Most importantly, I havent experienced any pain during treatments.

First time at the dentist in about 10 yrs. had three teeth pulled out and I was so scared, doctor gave me a prescription for a couple of valiums, just to take the edge off, must say that worked wonderfully. What in AWESOME experience with this dentist. Ive been a patient of theirs for years now and had to go to another dentist for an insurance reason. This other dentist told me I had several cavities and quoted me an OBNOXIOUS price. I found out exactly which cavities I had and called Higley Dental. They quoted me a price that was a third of what the other dentist quoted me. I went to get my cavities done at Higley Dental and they let me know I had zero cavities. I was WOWED!!!!! I will NEVER go to another dentist ever again and I will pay cash if I have too.Thank you Higley Dental for being so honest and caring for your patients even when they cheat on you which I will never do again!

I moved from Chicago about 2 years ago, and have since put off finding a new dentist (my old one was a family friend who did all my work since I was little). So I knew going into my first exam that I was going to need some work done, but I was taken back by just how much. But the nice thing about Higley Dental is they wont just tell you what needs to be done... theyll show you and explain WHY. Since then, theyve been willing to address all the problems on my own terms (even against their recommendations) and have been extremely friendly every visit. Dr. Nimri will listen to your concerns and handle you with the appropriate care to make sure you are as comfortable as you can be (I hate the Novocaine shots...). My search for a new dentist is already over, thanks to everyone at Higley Dental Care!

My former hygienist cleaned AND polished my teeth under the same insurance policy. The back office billing dept. makes the old Chicago wiseguys look like babes. You are NOT a patient to them. I had a great experience at higley dental care 2 weeks ago. I had neglected my teeth and needed a lot of work but i was very afraid. Dr Nimri and staff made me feel very comfortable and told me we can just work on things slowly because of my fear. No dental office has ever treated me so nice. I am almost finished with my work and not afraid anymore.

After fixing my broken tooth and liking the results, I decided that Dr. Nimri would be my new dentist. Hes very professional in his work, has a friendly and informative staff, and keeps his office spot-free. Ill admit, its been a while since Ive been to the dentist, so I had these unjustified fears of going. Going to Higley Dental, I feel comfortable. In the past, Ive had dentists who were rough and sometimes painful, but Dr. Nimri is very gentle and easy with his procedures. When I had my broken tooth fixed, it was about as painful as getting a haircut. I look forward to having all of my cleanings and dental work done here, and I would definitely recommend this dentist to my friends and family.
