Town Square Dental was awesome! The initial appointment was for my husband, but when I saw how nice and friendly everyone was I decided to make an appointment for myself. They made it very convenient and gave me an appointment on the spot, so both of us could be seen on the same day. The exams and x-rays are free, and they explain all of the costs of the work you need done right after. We didnt have to make any agreements that we were not comfortable with which felt good as well. We couldnt start our work that day, but we are definitely going back to get it done by this team. My husband and I fear the dentist, but this was easy and it took some of our fear and anxiety away. So far, we believe weve found our family dentist. I will update after we get our work done, but I feel confident that we will have great news 🤞🏾. I would recommend them.

I had my first appointment with Town Square Dental today and was thrilled with my experience. I had three years without any dental appointments and was in terrible need of a cleaning. My hygienist, Curtis, was thorough and very accommodating. The doctor also made me feel informed about my teeth and gave me plenty of information on how he wanted to move forward. And the whole office was pleasant and kind. Feel lucky we found this gem! Highly recommend.

Town Square Dental is great, I love that their concern for your mouths health is so important. The explanations behind what they will be working on is explained well with computer photos and X-rays right in front of you. They do their best to make you feel comfortable. Everyone is happy and reception is very nice and helpful. Need a dental location to go to? This the place!

Ive been coming to this dental office for years! The staff is fun and friendly. They provide great dental care. My hygienist always takes extra care of my teeth when cleaning and also takes time to answer questions. They offer a free toothbrush after your cleaning is complete. They have appt. reminders in place and are quick to get you scheduled. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Baker is an amazing dentist! He is very detailed and explains the entire process. He is gentle and precise, and has a great sense of humor. He becomes an instant friend.

(3 years ago) My wife went to have a bunch of work done before beginning her cancer treatment. She just got new dental insurance through her teaching job and asked the front desk if everything is ok with the insurance and if so go ahead and do the work. They handed her a huge bill and said, oh your insurance coverage doesnt kick in until tomorrow but you said you wanted to get this done so here you are. Not only did we suffer through cancer treatment costs but I felt like these guys kicked us in the teeth at our lowest time. We will never be back.

Dr Baker and his staff are warm and welcoming. My payment plan was set up with ease. He took care of my two broken teeth fast and I didn’t have to wait.

Id normally give 5/5 but a handful of employees were not wearing masks correctly (under the chin, under the nose, hanging from an ear etc), which was disconcerting since they were in front of me with my mouth open.(Note: not the person cleaning my teeth. I had a broken off an edge of a top rear right side molar and Dr. Baker was able to save the tooth with a modified large filling. He was very fast and efficient. Dr. Baker is awesome.

If I could give 0 stars I would...... dishonest!!!!! They gave me no explanation on what I was going to be changed and man oh man was I in for a surprise when I payed. Oh and also the treatment wasn’t even explained properly!!!! I had to later go in an google everything myself.... y’all stay away they will scam and lie to you.P.S if your worried about Covid the receptionist didn’t have a mask on as we talked ( I did per their rules)

Dr Kohler, anchors this great team, and he is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable and explains options to you, as well as, tells you what he is doing as he is working on you. In addition, he has a very light touch, which I think is extremely important with a dentist! His dental assistants, Rey and Callan are also wonderful. Curtis is dedicated to keeping your gums the best they can be, and the rest of the staff is friendly, courteous and professional! This team is incredible. It doesnt matter how busy they are, I always feel like I am the only person that matters when I am there. It really is a great feeling in todays day and age when doctors barely spend any time with people. The staff is actually friendly AND competent. Another rarity in the medical and dental field. I highly recommend this dental office if you are tired of being rushed and feeling unheard. Oh, and did I mention that they are also gentle? Yes. I had a filling and never even felt it when I got numb. That was the best!

The office was clean and welcoming. However, the receptionist was not very friendly at all . The dr was so nice and extremely informative about my dental care. It’s too bad the down payment for Invisalign was 1800 or I would’ve stayed.

I went in for a cleaning and the staff was great to deal with and very friendly. Was very easy to get-in and out, which is perfect for my busy schedule. The cleaning itself wen smoothly and I will be returning for future visits. Thanks everyone!

Find a different dentist. They seem to tell all of their patients they need a deep cleaning based off of the probe findings instead of just saying you need to floss more. There are several hidden charges and the way they bill leaves you with a balance when my insurance has always covered cleanings in full. With all of the options out there find a better place to go.

This was my second visit to Town Square Dental. The staff was friendly and efficient. My hygienist did a good job cleaning my teeth and coaching me on how I could floss more at home. I have very sensitive teeth and they recommended a fluoride treatment—it did the trick. My teeth are a lot less sensitive now plus they looked and felt great after my visit!

Dr. Kohler is my favorite dentist. He is quick, efficient, and pleasant. I experienced no pain while he fixed my cavities. I highly recommend this office.

Me and my husband have been going here for over a year, they were always up front with Prices besides this last time, we were told it looked like he didnt have dental insurance anymore, but they said they would still run it and gave us a price for insurance and a price if he didnt have insurance. It turned out he didnt have insurance and when I got the bill it was a good $130 more than what the manager told me it would be, when I called to talk to them about it they told me it was a given to charge $84 to examine the tooth before and x-rays, even though they had x-rays taken the other times we went in. Anyways,when I called to talk to them about it telling them I was told a different price they said they were Changing the price because the manager was telling a price for just the tooth which she did not say during the actual visit, just a total of what we would have to pay for insurance and a total if not. Its very frustrating since its close to Christmas and we have always drove 40 mins to this office because we liked them and they were always up front with what we would owe before any work besides this time.In the end they were just manipulative and just in it for the money and dont care about keep their word or losing customers. Would not recommend this place to anyone anymore!

I’ve have been a long time patient (15+ years?) because I like their hygienist, Curtis. I experienced a couple of rough couple of customer service years with Town Square Dental when Dr. Debaker’s departed, then another Doctor came and went, but I’ve stuck with this office it looks like their efforts to turn things around are working. Dr. Kohler and the rest of the office staff are very friendly, but Curtis is the best and the reason will continue to come here.

This is really a top notch operation all the way around, The staff is helpful and courteous. Dr. Fulcher knows I have a fear of the chair, so he always lets me know what hes doing before he does it. If you dont really like trips to the dentist office, this is the place to go !!

I have been working with Dr. Fulcher and his team now for over a year. They are not only professional, courteous and talented but have been very supportive for a person,such as myself on a fixed income, but needing dental care. It is so important to keep up on your teeth and helps you maintain your overall health as you age - so I am extremely grateful for their ability to assist me to reach my dental goals and keep my health. They are flexible and always work out a time when I can make it to their office with my busy schedule. Dr. Fulcher is really talented in conquering problems that seemed insurmountable. I needed implants - a very expensive proposition but my mother had dentures and absolutely did not want to deal with that possibility. I am now on my second and third implant and am delighted with the outcome. This process is very detailed and it is important to have someone who knows what they are doing.

Normally I never write a review, but i have to share my five year experiences. In this office every year I would have a new dentist and I feel that these doctors have little experience at their job. My Worst experience was my child which was four years old, she had a cavity between the two front teeth the doctor recommended to do a filling and he had done a horrible job, which caused her mouth to swell. He prescribed some antibiotics, and only after the third visit, he decided to send me to another dentist. After I visited the other dentist, I realized that the first dentist had done a horrible job, he drilled too deep till he touched the nerves, and the second dentist explained to me how the job was bad, I ended up removing the two front teeth of my daughter. My final experience was when I visited the doctor for regular cleaning the doctor started making a lot of unnecessary x-rays, and they told me my insurance would cover the price, but I ended up with a high bill without getting the teeth cleaned, because they said I needed deep cleaning. they care only about business and getting your money, with minimal effort. Every time I talk to the management about an issue, they blame the previous dentist, and dont take any responsibility for the previous dentists job. I definitely do not recommend this dentist.

I had been going to this office for years. Until my dentist suddenly left and I wasnt told. I get a Robo letter from a dentist I dont know saying I had outstanding work to be done. No letter of introduction. Why am I to trust my care to someone I dont know? The front office is a complete disaster! Their sensitivity to a patient undergoing 3 hours of dental procedures was abysmal. If you ask for explanations for charges they just say the same thing over and over thinking that explains it. Then they charged me for something and it was incorrect. Willing to be accommodating, I said no problem just credit my card. I was told they cannot refund to a credit card! I have never heard of that with any business! I received nothing but push back, excuses and made up answers with no effort to provide decent patient service. I will NEVER use this dental practice again. Im sure the new dentist is good and I will miss the hygienist Curtiss terribly but I wont go thru the front office ineptness any more. Repeated horrible experiences.

I would rate them negative if possible. They are criminals! DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! They provide inadequate treatment and overcharge. I will not be going back EVER!!!!

I went here twice for just a cleaning of my teeth and neither time would they accomplish what I actually booked the appointment for. The first time around they told me I had to come in for an intensive cleaning and then continue to use what I would call scare tactics. The second visit they still doing what they called Almost cavities and then once again we didnt have time for the cleaning I had originally scheduled.Just felt very unprofessional in general and then they booked me of follow-up appointment and charge me for missing it when they never confirmed it in the first place.Needless to say I will not be coming back here and I would recommend you take your business elsewhere as the office itself was not impressive.

As many of the previous revues here, I too have been coming to this Town Square Dental for years. Even though my regular dentist left, the service and dental work continues to be exceptional.

Was not impressed - told I had 2 cavities and needed two fillings for a total of $800 though i had zero tooth pain and never had a cavity. I went back east to my long time dentist and told I had no cavities - its over a year and half later and still no tooth pain! Would not recommend this dentist.

Ive had some bad experiences with dentists since I moved to AZ 10 years ago. Poor work, billing hell, referrals on just about everything except for x-rays. With my poor teeth (Ive put many a dentists children through college!) There are 14 dentists within walking distance from my house and I get all of their mailers. So why Doc Fulcher? Well, his mailer shows a clean cut, professional looking young guy ans same for staff. What got me was that instead of trying to sell me on all those high profit stuff like implants and whitening, his message is patient care is my top priority. And you know, he wasnt lying!Dental offices can be scary. Not Town Square! You are greeted when you come in, everyone there is friendly, well-groomed, and personable. They even give you cookies. The office is cheerful and warmly decorated. Doc Fulcher is very personable, has a great sense of humor, and most important, is an awesome young dentist. Ive had tons of root canals over the years and most were dreadful and painful. With Doc Fulcher, its as painful as a nice nap. Hes replaced most of my brittle teeth with crowns and replaced some inferior work of others and I could not be more pleased. Its impressive to get a follow-up call after a visit to see how Im feeling.As a businessman he is equally impressive. He hustles for referrals, uses aggressive marketing tools, but is not pushy. His office staff always anticipates my treatment insurance financial coverage and works with me on payment when needed. No surprises here and the are 100% accurate.Bottom line, Im extremely satisfied with Town Square Dental and would not hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely blown away by the friendliness of the staff and professionalism of Dr. Fulcher. My wife and I brought our two year old daughter in for her first dental visit to repair a chipped front tooth. She was very scared as soon as she sat in the chair, but Dr. Fulcher did and amazing job speaking to her and helping her settle down. He worked quickly to repair the tooth and did an outstanding job. I didnt think it would turn out so well considering the damage but it looks perfect. The wife and I are extremely happy and highly recommend Dr. Fulcher to everyone. Thank you very much!

Alright, so I never write reviews, however, I always read others reviews. So, with that being said...This is a dentist office, no one really enjoys those wonderful tools poking and prodding our mouths. The exceptional staff at Dr. Fulchurs office are freaking awesome! I actually have no problem going to my dentist appointments now, Ive now been to see Doc 3 times now in the past 2 months for work and each time I feel completely welcomed by everyone, from Marilyn who always greets with a great smile, to Cara who always takes my money... to Lyndie (i hope thats close) who was seriously the best person Ive ever had clean my teeth! And Doc is awesome too, being around the same age actually I think Im about a year older as Dr. Fulchur I wasnt sure how I felt about him working on my teeth, then after the first visit I actually enjoyed it because it felt as if we were on the same level rather than a 60 yr old man telling me I dont floss enough. Overall, I was there today to get more fillings and as much as it sucked I definitely had no problem setting up my next appt. and continue to look forward to giving them my Insurances money, and a little bit of my own.

I wouldnt recommend Town square dental. Our overall expierence was not good. After being checked, the price was outrageous. We went to another dentist and saved 1,000 dollars on the same work!

Dentist there is not gentle at all...the billing department is a joke and all they want is to squeeze your insurance dry regardless if you need the service or not...Dont go there ...unless you like pain...and if you do keep an eye on your bill.
