I had the best experience at this dental office. The Staff did not make me fell like I was not just number to them. Dr. McDougal was so inviting and friendly and very knowledgeable.The Dental assistant Ariel was so sweet and very professional. The front desk greater Jess was so friendly and very professional as well.If you are looking for a dental office I HIGHLY recommended this place. It also has a pediatric dentist next door where I take my three young children.LOVE ,LOVE ,LOVEThis will definitely be my home dentist for myself and my family for years to come. ❤

Had a great visit for teeth cleaning. Dr. McDougal was very personable. He explained everything he was doing as he cleaned and inspected my teeth. He also told me where I could improve flossing. Dental Assistant Ariel took good care of my fluoride treatment and x-rays. The entire staff was very kind. I highly recommend Dentists of Gilbert Crossroads and I will be back when it’s time for my next teeth cleaning.

He takes the time to use all resources to provide options to patients helping them make a decision that works best for patients financial status and comfort level. I had a loose crown and my previous dentist could not get me in until the following week. I found Dentists of Gilbert Crossroads on Google, called and they got me in early that afternoon.I first saw Ariel, the dental assistant who was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. She took all the X-rays, answered all my questions and prepared everything for Dr. McDougal.Dr. McDougal came in and examined the problem crown, gave me the best and worst case scenarios and was very professional and thorough with his explanation of the issue. Once he diagnosed the problem, he and Ariel resolved the issue right then and there.It was a great atmosphere in the office and everyone was most helpful and friendly. As a result of this all around outstanding customer experience I decided to switch dentists and have already made an appointment for a regular cleaning.

Such a beautiful office! Its so nice and modern and clean and best of all the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I love that they see adults and they also have a specialist for kids on the other side of their office. Highly recommend checking them out!

I had my first visit at this office the other day and it exceeded my expectations. Foremost, the office is contained in a new building and all the equipment is new with technology that would make you believe that you were Marty McFly and your Ford Focus drove you into the future after breaking 88mph! The dental team made you wish they were your real family. Everyone seemed so attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The true pinnacle of the visit was Dr. McDougal. The man looked like he was packaged and came out of a Mattel box looking so crisp and toothsome. He educated me with a thorough consultation--he answered questions I didnt even know I had. His confidence put all my anxiety and concerns to rest. I just know that my dental needs will be taken care of. This whole experience made me question what I did in my life to deserve such a delightful visit to the dentist.

I had to get a crown and a filling and I have horrible anxiety so I use a different kind of numbing stuff that doesn’t make your heart race , and they were SO patient with me and understanding they really made me feel super comfortable here ! I highly recommend Dentists of Gilbert Crossroads. The entire experience was great. I liked booking online and filling out paperwork online - made the check in process short and easy. The ladies at the front were friendly and welcoming. Brandy was amazing doing the X-rays and cleaning and Dr. McDougal was great at explaining processes and the importance behind them. The office was clean and I felt very comfortable. I liked the information on the walls showing how oral health is linked to overall health. Glad to have a new regular dentist I truly like!

Great dental practice! The practitioners and office staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. Dr. McDougall and his assistant Brandy were very responsive to concerns and very conscientious in their work. This office has all the latest technological gadgets including a cutting edge panoramic x-ray machine which, for those of us who have a problem with traditional bite wing x-rays, was a real pleasure. In all, strongly recommend!

An insurance change and we needed a new dentist. So greatful we ended up here on our first try! My kids LOVED Dr. Andersen. My 4 year old screams about getting her teeth brushed daily (crazy I know)! Dr. Andersen and her co workers were patient and engaging and our little gal wants to go back ASAP! Love this new place. I cant recommend highly enough! 💯

Just moved to Gilbert and needed a dentist. I came to Crossroads because I noticed all the good reviews and it was located very close to my place. I’ve been to many dentists before and gotta say this was easily the best experience. The staff is very personable and friendly, the office is basically brand new with state of the art modern equipment, I learned a TON about oral hygiene from Dr McDougal, Brandy and Vanessa and they did a VERY thorough job on my teeth. Is it weird that I’m excited for my next visit?

I had a great experience at Dentists of Gilbert Crossroads. Dr. McDougal was very thorough in the procedure. The equipment is modern and high tech. The staff members are patient and professional. My wife had questions regarding my procedure and when she called in, Dr. McDougal took the time to answer all of her questions. Dr. McDougal made sure that I had the tools I needed after the procedure in order to prevent re-infection. You can tell that they care about their patients and the small (and big) gestures have made a great first impression.
