I love Absolute Dental! I’ve been going since I was a teenage and have always had a fantastic experience. The staff is always friendly, Dr. Calalang is the best and always remembers the small talk from previous appointments. Heather is my favorite and I request her every time.

Absolute Dental is a wonderful place filled with great staff and dentists! Dr Calalang is very conscientious dealing with his patients and staff. Unfortunately, in the past year I have needed some work on a couple of teeth, other than cleanings and check-ups. He and his team have done excellent work, checking throughout the processes to ensure the patient (me) was doing okay. Dr Calalang allowed me to come in during the pandemic to fix a tooth I cracked in half. I have recommended him to family and friends, all are happy with Absolute Dental!

OK so dental work is not something we like to do. But a necessary,thing. I have been in the valley since 1982. I have been to probably 10 different dentists. Patrick Calalang is so friendly and understanding man and I wouldn’t go to another Dentist. He is soft spoken kind in his words, aware of the pain his work can cause and doesn’t allow it. He reinsures you as the procedure progresses continuously keeping you updated on how much more time it will take. His staff follows his lead and I appreciate their professionalism. The whole staff is so kind and caring. I have taken my son there since he was 2 and they made it so fun for him!I had braces, but my teeth were uneven sizes so I got that corrected at this practice . The dentist even made a tray for me to ensure I keep me teeth white. I am so happy with the results. They take their time, and they take every concern seriously. They’re so respectful and I truly cannot say enough great things!

I have serious anxiety about visiting the dentist. It has been several years since I have gone to the dentist. I came to Dr. Calalang a few years ago to help with a chip in a tooth and he was so kind that I knew when I could gather my courage to go back to the dentist for a full exam he is who I would go to. The entire experience was PERFECT. The entire staff was so kind and so gentle. I know Dr. Calalang isnt recommending unnecessary work and I dont feel like Im getting overcharged - quite the opposite! He is personable and easy to be with and really put my fears to rest. I am so grateful that I found this place!

Absolute Dental is the Best. Heather is the best and I wont go with anyone else. Also the Doctor Patrick. Ive been going to them for about 12 years already and I have lived many far places around Arizona and will always drive there because there the best!! I live near Glendale so it takes me close to a hour one way but well worth it. I recommend it!!! Go there!!

This office fraudulently billed my 20 year old daughter. They told her they were in network and gave her the treatment plan and stated her portion would be $120.00. She had the work done. She then got a bill for over $600.00!!! They then sent her to collections. This is not the first time this office has told patients they were in network and turned around and billed them as out of network. A BBB claim has been filed. Beware of this office and their shady illegal billing practices.

I haven’t seen a dentist in 2 years due to fear. I have super high maintenance issues and they were amazing! Amy shared some of my issues and was a complete angel. I made it through the appointment without crying from pain, never experienced pain and left with a smile on my face.. which has never happened before. Jasmine, the office manager assured me I would be ok and she was right! Thank you Jasmine, Amy, Patrick and staff for erasing my fear and allowing me to leave pain-free and happy! Miracles workers!

Patrick is an amazing, caring dentist! I recently broke the front off my veneer. I called later Thursday night and left a message not expecting to hear from his office until the next day or even the following Monday. Heather, my amazing dental hygienist called me back right away! She said they were going to continuing education classes the next day. The office was closed. Patrick could meet me at 6:30am to fix my tooth. Although I have been coming to their office for almost 20 years I never expected such service. My embarrassment was definitely considered an emergency to them. Patrick fixed my tooth the next morning and I could continue my life without a jack-o-lantern smile! Whenever I go to this office I feel like I am visiting dear friends. They have actually become my friends! I look forward to going to the dentist. They remember my kids, husband friends I have referred! They share their families with me, I always leave with clean teeth and a full heart! Thank you Patrick, Heather, Amy, Stacy and all the newer staff I haven’t had the honor of getting to know yet! You all truly make my experience amazing!

Dr. Calalang is on top of all the latest in dental technology. My recent crown replacement was created using a digital image of my teeth to produce an exact replica of the existing crown. Result: A perfect fit! The anesthetic he applied was so good I actually feel asleep during part of the prep. He has an outstanding staff in his practice- from Michelle and Jasmine and the other ladies up front to all of the dental hygienists- you will not find a better dental practice in the East Valley.

Patrick takes the time to pursue perfection, one of my front teeth had cracked and I couldnt afford to get a veneer. So he created a whole new tooth with just filling material. The shape, color, and placement of the tooth turned out perfect, you cant even tell its fake. I would highly recommend his dental services to anyone!

HONEST!!!! After being to a scam dentist that told me I had two cavities (never had one in my life), I went to see Dr. Patrick. Dr. Patrick, told me what I have is staining on my teeth which are perfectly normal and not cavities. Besides their honesty, they made me feel very comfortable with their fun happy go lucky personalities. They did a great job and I just recommended them to my uncle and his family who also had a scam dentist. I have found my Dentist!!!!!

Trish who spoked to me on the phone was super awesome, she was amazing she explain details of not having insurance and the services they provide. I started going to Absolute about a decade ago and since then, I’ve met a bunch of the lovely team in the office and of course, the awesome Dr. Calalang. It’s a fun, family environment among clients and staff - many of whom have been working there longer than I’ve been a customer. Everyone is incredibly friendly, always remembers what’s going on in my life, and makes me feel like I’m visiting old friends. Even when I have to get fillings or other more invasive treatments, being taken care of by the same team that’s been with me since the beginning always puts me at ease. Dr. Calalang never rushes his clients, even during a routine check-up, and his positive attitude and great sense of humor always leaves you feeling great. It sounds over the top, but going to the dentist has become more like going to my favorite hair salon than something I dread.Beyond the incredible customer care and environment, the work the team does is always top-notch. Cleanings are meticulously done every time and any issues I have been experiencing and/or concerns they find are always discussed and explained thoroughly and simply. More in-depth procedures are finished to perfection and well maintained over time by the dental team. During the procedure I am well attended to and in the days after getting a filling, for example, Dr. Calalang always personally calls to follow up to make sure everything is feeling right.Overall, I love going to Absolute Dental. The customer service, dental work, and follow up care even outside of the office are fantastic.

I have gone to the same place for dental care for a long, long time...25 years! The original dentist who opened the practice was an absolute gem and our whole family loved him. Five or so years ago he died tragically in a small airplane crash and the practice was picked up by a very nice young dentist. We liked him personally but found some issues related to what we considered was a lack of experience. To avoid a very long story an incident occurred that was a turning point for me, and us. Dr. Patrick came highly recommended from 2 long time friends who I trust. My experience was once again an excellent one and I feel confident that Dr. Patrick has the experience we were looking for along with a very pleasant demeanor with integrity. Cant beat that combo!

Absolute dental is absolutely amazing. I love the open door policy! Heather makes yuh feel at ease as if shes been in the profession for decades...shes not old though... ha ha and parixk the dentist is so quick and efficient. No need to wasit your time anywhere else, i drive from phx to the Gilber office! The front office staff is also on point with billing and appointments. I highly recommend this place. Phenomenal!

I highly recommend Dr. Calalang. He has a good knowledge of dentistry, good techniques, keeps his knowledge up-to-date, clearly explains treatments, and makes good decisions. In fact, I have recommended him to several of my friends. Although my teeth are in pretty good shape, some of them have been damaged over the years. I moved to Gilbert six years ago, and Dr. Calalang has resolved several problems with my teeth. In addition, I value Dr. Calalangs strategy. On several occasions, I asked if he would repair a problem tooth. Instead of making money by attempted to fix the tooth he advised me that; if a tooth is working OK, it is probably best to just leave it alone. After several such discussions, I think his strategy is quite sound. For that matter, the dental hygienist and staff in his office are also quite skilled and quite helpful.
