I love this office! Great customer service. They were planning their Halloween theme dress up the two minutes I had to wait. (Fun.) I worked in dentistry for 32 years and NEVER thought I would be able to find an office where the staff treated patients like we did at my office...and here they are in Gilbert! They treat you like family...and not a dysfunctional one. Great people...good 💕 hearts.

Everyone at this Dentist office is awesome! The receptionists are friendly, knowledgeable, and work great with scheduling in our active family life style. The hygienists are friendly, knowledgeable gentle and thorough. Dr. Birch is amazing. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very detailed in his work. I feel confident and know I’m in good hands when I leave my appointments.

Huge shoutout to the ladies at the front desk - theyre fun & friendly.I decided to give the Clear Correct (Invisalign) a shot. Premier Dental offers interest free financing at a relatively affordable price. I am paying just a little under $3k for 7 trays - each tray is two weeks long (14-weeks total). I will post a before & after once I have completed all 7 trays.

My experience from start to finish was phenomenal. An extremely friendly and helpful scheduler allowed me make an appointment that fit my schedule and got me started on new patient registration. Upon arriving, I got checked in by the most polite receptionist (even though the staff was on their lunch, she was still helping customers so that no one was waiting longer than they needed to). The hygienist did a thorough cleaning and really took her time. Everyone here was warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

We love Premier Family Dental! They are always wonderful from the office staff to the hygienists, to the dentists. My kiddo is high functioning autism and Char has done such a great job with making him feel comfortable during cleanings, to the point where he no longer has any issues going to the dentist. Also, because he developed a comfort level there, he agreed to orthodontic care last year.

By far the best dentist office Ive ever been to. Ive recommended them to my family and friends. Theyre super friendly, make it easy and convenient, and are extremely good at easing nerves. I am the type of person that doesnt mind doctors aside from dentist and I LOVE this office. Lindsay is always friendly and welcoming and the hygentist and doctors are very professional but show personality and they care about your health and comfort.

I cannot say enough about this office. Dr. Birch is amazing, the whole office is caring, friendly and very professional. I got my upper partials today and when I looked in the mirror, I’m not gonna lie, I had a couple of tears in there. Everything matches well with them, you can barely tell that I have partials in. I am a person who loves to smile and Dr. Birch and his staff gave me my smile back! When I say they went above and beyond for me, I truly mean they went above and beyond! Came here bc I bit a pebble in my salad and couldnt get into my old dentist. I was diagnosed with 8 cavities and early periodontal disease... they wanted to do two appointments where theyd numb one side and do deep cleaning and fill cavities; then do the other side the next week. Im 28 and take phenomenal care of my teeth. Sure, I hadnt seen a dentist in 9 years but sheeesh. They showed me pictures of the cavities which looked legitimate to my untrained eye. I decided to go to my old dentist whom I know is a more conservative dentist for a second opinion. He said only 3 were real cavities. The others were natural grooves that had become stained over time. Eventually, Ill likely need to get those filled when they turn into a cavity due to decay but until then its best practice to just clean it and leave it. Those fillings probably wont occur for another 10 years or more. He filled my 3 cavities and gave me a great cleaning all without having to numb me. It was totally painless since those 3 were extremely shallow. If you appreciate a conservative dentist that doesnt try to do a bunch of premature, painful, and unnecessary work on your teeth for no reason other than to probably make a few hundred dollars DO NOT COME HERE.

Our family of 5 started as new patients 7 months ago & we have all had wonderful experiences. The front desk staff is so friendly & was able to get all of us in on the same day for our first visits. We have had cleanings & dental treatments. The doctors, assistants and hygienists are all very gentle & made sure our treatment was comfortable. A friend referred us to this practice and I am so glad we have found such a wonderful office.

The dread I experienced in putting off my deep cleaning is actually laughable in hindsight. Got it today and nearly fell asleep because it was so minimally invasive and pain free. 10/10 would recommend; Premier Family Dental makes dentist phobia obsolete.

I moved to where my dental hygienist was, which was Premier. Ian is an awesome Hygienist and does the teeth cleaning for my whole family. Since he was no longer going to be working at the dentist we were going to, we decided to go with him.Premier is a bit far from where we live, but its worth staying with Ian. Everyone that I dealt with, which was Dr. Birch and Jamie, they were friendly and nice. Scheduling the appointment was easy. Filling out the patient things online was easy. Checkout was easy.Im going to need some dental work that needs preauthorization from my dental insurance. I thought they were taking a long time, but they did submit it within a week of my visit. Its just the dental insurance place takes awhile, which I thought that was Premier. I was wrong, as I just got one of the preauthorizations.Anyway, everything was good. The facilities are nice..

This is the WORST place I went to for cosmetic work, after seeing 4.5 rating. I had some space between teeth # 5and 6 on both sides. My options were braces, veneers, crowns. As little as I knew about the dental world I was recommended crowns as a quick, fast And beautiful look. I had asked the doctor about down side of this, which they told me NONE. Exact wording “ No down side, they are just like your own teeth, you walk out with beautiful smile in weeks and many people now days are going for this as this is one quick and best way.” I had gone to another doctor down the street from them called modern dentistry, I was advised not to touch healthy teeth and to go for braces. Again, I came back and shared this with the doctor, and again I was explained about how quick, fast way this was. So they prepped my 6 teeth and I was fitted into crowns for $2600. Let me tell them what long term problems you can run into from my experience, specially if they dont know what they are doing, which they didn’t in my case. 1. Extreme sensitivity for life 2. Can develop Pressure and pain in gums if crowns are pushed too much into gums 3. Teeth don’t look natural as yours 4. Teeth can become infected 5. May end up needing root canal, 6. Drooling can occur if not fitted properly, 7. Crowns may need replacement in 6-10yrs and much more! They failed to disclose all of this information. I cannot believe a doctor can totally screw you up for money. I would not recommend them for any cosmetic work because they are incompetent for that. I wouldn’t go here for anything at all. I waited 2yrs to write this review because I don’t like giving businesses bad reviews but this place totally deserves it and don’t want anyone else to fall for them. I had to pay $8000 to one of the top doctors in San Francisco to fix my issues and to find out how horrible job they have done by prepping my teeth too close to the nerves. I will still have bad sensitivity for life and had to get root canal on few. HORRIBLE Experience!!!!

They are all extremely nice,they actually seemed like they care about there patients they set down with me an had more the one option I could choose from they are trying to help me with what I can afford by the time my appointment was over I didn’t have any questions to ask because the dentist an his assistant covered everything for me : )

This was a great experience in the beginning. The doctor did great work. Now I am waiting on my partials Its become a nightmar... 6 weeks And so have not got Them. Now I have to get my insurance company involved

My 9 yr old daughter needed extractions for her orthodontic treatment and she didnt feel a thing! Not even the few shots it took to get her numb. It was a breeze. Dr Birch did an awesome job with my implant. The entire staff was wonderful in every way.

A great experience the office is clean, professional and most importantly the staff is caring. My dentist, Dr. Kerbs is looking for the long term solution and only makes recommendations as they are needed. I switched to PFD after receiving the recommendation for an implant and bone graft from my family dentist and a specialist. I was comparing prices, for the implant. I did not even feel I needed a second opinion at this point. I was in extreme pain. Dr. Kerbs said we could do an implant if needed but wanted to try and adjust my bite in stages with a bite block first. A couple months later, no pain and the implant is not even a consideration at this point.

Dr. Birch is the absolute best and I followed him from Ahwatukee. Front office provides superior customer service....Dental Asst are gems!!!!!

We’ve been looking for what we consider an honest dental practice, one that doesn’t continually try to “up sell” you. You know, “you need this, you need that, and right now!” I was scheduled for a root canal and crown. As he prepped the tooth, Dr. Spring said, “you might not need the root canal after all, there’s a 50-50 chance you don’t. Let’s do the temporary crown, and see how it does while the permanent crown is being made.” He could have gone ahead with the root canal, but had my best interest as a priority. That’s an honest dentist. I think we found what we’ve been looking for.

Called to schedule an appointment as I thought I had an abscess. Office was able to get me in the same day, which I was thankful for as I had yet to find a new dentist. Check in was quick. Front office staff was very professional & friendly. Panoramic & bitewing x-rays were taken. Also inserted a tiny camera in my mouth & took pictures of all of my teeth. Dr. Birch confirmed that I had an abscessed tooth & explained to me my treatment options. I was given a print out of my treatment plan & costs. Gave me a prescription for antibiotics & scheduled me for my tooth extraction next week. Great experience overall!

I made the decision to switch to Premier dental almost a year ago now and I cannot believe it took me so long to make the decision for my family. I didn’t realize how much I had been denying them in terms of quality and compassionate care but I sure do now. What an incredible office! The staff are warm and caring, extraordinarily organized and thorough in their approach to dental care. Whether you are the twice a year get your cleaning and be done kind of person or you need lots of detailed care to get your smile where it needs to be, these folks are the team that will help you. The ladies in the front office and the hygienists are all very thorough and fun! The dentists are knowledgeable on the latest protocols and equipment and take the amount of time that you need to get all your questions answered. The office uses some pretty state of the art equipment including their appointment systems which other places seem to be lacking. I’m super glad I found Premier Dental to take care of my family’s dental care needs. Thanks Premier!

I have all always received excellent dental care at Premier Family Dental starting with the wonderful front staff to Char who does such a thorough job of examining and cleaning my teeth and gently waking me up.My provider is Dr Spring. He is a top notch provider in the field. I have extensive dental work performed by Dr Spring and never had one problem with his dental work. I appreciate Dr Spring as a provider but what I really appreciate is the fact after he gives his examination Dr sits and talks and jokes with me. I know providers of all specialities are busy but for the providers that take a few more minutes with me............ that puts the special touch to my visit feeling welcomed. This is by far the most friendly dentist I have been to. They have great customer service from the time you walk in, to the time you walk out. They even sent a thank you card signed by each staff member. The actual facility is very clean and the systems they use are very advanced making the experience easy. Nothing but great things to say about them. The office staff is beyond accommodating and will answer any and all questions you have. Dentist are great at explaining and checking in on patients and with a family of 6 weve probably gone through all the hygienists and dental assistants who are also just great. AND their prices are really competitive as well. Ive been surprised when Ive had to go somewhere else because of time constrictions and they have some of the lowest prices. HIGHYLY RECOMMEND!!!

My regular dentist moved to a new office. I was a little worried at first, but not after my first visit to the new place. All of the staff were super friendly and this location is closer to my house. A win-win!

My first time at Premier Family Dental and it was GREAT. Soooo clean, they took all necessary precautions. I felt safe and my dental hygienist was so nice and sweet. They have some cool xray gadgets also. Very happy with my choice.

Had a sentative tooth and they got me in right away. Took time to explain what the issue was and what procedure needs to be done to fix it. Started the process and explained everything along the way. Just moved to Arizona and needed a new dental office. Hard to find new drs and are grateful our kids recommend Premier Family Dental. We’ve had to see them for a few issues and are really pleased and highly recommend them.

Only went one time, so not sure if good or bad. I did not want routine X-Rays, but was willing to have them for treatment. Dentist was not seeming like he wanted me for a patient without routine X-Rays, although they did take pictures of and cleaned my teeth, and the dentist did do a short exam of my teeth. Too many X-Rays can cause brain tumors and cancers. Dentist seem to want to do them for profit. I already had skin cancer on my cheek where I have had many X-Rays, dont need it again. X-rays are cumulative, so they dont ware off. I mentioned a couple of concern areas, but the dentist did not really check them out. I have had good dentist and those that care more about their wallet than their patients. My gut says these guys are the latter.

The dental hygienist was very good. She did a nice job cleaning my teeth and was not hurried. I think their fees are very reasonable and they do not pressure you to have work done.

Sure, I went in experiencing tooth pain, yes the dentist did attempt to help me. What makes me the most upset is that he had decided to grind down several of my teeth attempting to relieve pressure that MIGHT have been causing some additional pain around that tooth. Now, just think about that for a second.... That is the worst Dental experience I have ever sat through in my life. Why would a dentist alter multiple teeth to fix one problem. Now I have a thin void between my side molars FOR LIFE!!! Honestly, he is a complete moron, and I would never return to this office again! Dental patients; beware of the the actions your dentist takes!

I had several fillings replaced. Their office is welcoming and the front office staff is very warm from the moment you walk in the door. The entire dental team really cares that you are comfortable throughout all of the procedures, including a regular checkup and cleaning as well as more involved procedures. Im one of those people with crazy dentist anxiety, which unfortunately made me avoid dental care for years. I knew I needed to suck it up and take care of it, and am so glad I chose Premier Family Dental. They didnt make me feel ashamed for not seeing a dentist in a few years, only glad that I was finally in now. I needed some cavity fillings, unsurprisingly, and when I got them done it was totally painless. The dentist was amazing at keeping me calm and making sure I was comfortable (both pain- and anxiety-wise), and the hygienists/assistants are similarly relaxing and friendly. The girls at the front desk are also super great! My first few appointments with them, I was taking a Xanax beforehand to calm me down. For my latest appointment, I skipped the Xanax! Theyve convinced me dental care is absolutely nothing to be scared of and Im in good hands with them. Highly recommend Premier Family Dental!
