I went to their website I scheduled a day I picked the type of service I wanted they came out they did exactly what I asked the service man was excellent quick and efficient they were even early and called asked if I would like them to come early I said by all means... There were no hidden fees I have a Chihuahua female that pees in four different spots on my brand new expensive $9,700 carpet they cleaned it up perfectly absolutely no odor (so happy theres no hidden costs)... very reasonable prices zerorez is exactly what they say they are... I feel no residue carpets are dry almost its only been 3 hours. I give them a five star and I recommend them.

I called to have this company to clean the tile and grout throughout the entire home I just purchased. The tech that stated multiple times that the grout was stained, but he would try to do the best he could to clean it. There was nothing moved into the house yet, so he had access to every inch of tile, except for under the fridge, washer and dryer. I asked him if he would need help moving those out to clean under and he stated no he would be fine.When he left he stated that he did his best, but the grout was still stained. The following day I went to scrub my showers, and began scrubbing the tile in the master bathroom. As I scrubbed the grout turned it’s original color. As I scrubbed the floor it was also apparent that the floors were not even remotely cleaned, as there was a puddle of urine from the previous owner that I cleaned up. The tech unfortunately did not do his job, and I cleaned the tile and grout in my restrooms. The person I did speak with at their company stated there would be no refund for cleaning the bathrooms myself, and they would send someone out to clean the floors again. At this point I have moved my entirety of my belongings into the new house and don’t have the means to get the floors cleaned again, by a company who barely attempted to do it the first time.I have called zerorez and asked to speak to a manager for 3 days in a row. All three days, at different times I was told all the managers were in a meeting, and a manager would call me back. I have not received any calls back.I would not use this company or recommend them to anyone due to their lack of customer service.

They offered a nice discount to the pricing prior to the actually arrival of the technician because he was running late. When the technician arrived.. He is extremely professional and informative.. The gentlemen that came and cleaned my couch and floors were amazing! They went above and beyond, explained things very thoroughly as it was my first time, and made me feel very heard. As it was my first time I anticipated feeling pushed and like I was being sold something, but there was clear instruction and explanation of services and they even did a little extra since they had the time/materials left. The technician that worked with us was phenomenal. He was able to treat a massive problem that we were unaware of until he came. Zerorez was scheduled to come out later in the afternoon and called saying they could come earlier in the day which was perfect. My husband and I are moving out of a rental with 13 year old carpet (far past the time it should have been replaced) and it looks great after they were all done! The guy who came out to do the cleaning was super nice listened to what I was asking for and was not pushy about other services they had. Great service. I originally wanted to have sofa cleaned, but I had them quote to have 16 lawn chair cushions cleaned, and two area rugs (one large and one small). I asked if I needed to schedule another visit for the rugs and cushions, and he said no, he could do all in that one visit 😀. It took three hours and was done. Almost everything was dry. I would definitely recommend them!

Carpets looks great, poor experience with the technician. I’m not sure if there is new management or new technicians. He was trying to charge $30 more than what I was quoted. I explained to him why the areas are considered 3 rooms. He proceeds to tell me that he does not need to follow what other technicians do. I said I should have been told that in advance. I can give my business to someone else I guess. I have been a loyal customer for years.

Paul and Corey were the technicians that came out to our house...we had a pet stain in one of our two bedrooms from my moms dog and we decided to use the deodorizer for the stain and we cannot even see the stain! Paul and Corey were very professional and courteous and they explained everything in perfect detail. They let us smell what the deodorizer smelled like before they used it. We had Zerorez clean and seal a couple of rooms of tile. They communicated their timeline to get to our house and were on time. The two men were professional, friendly and courteous. Not a lot of idle chit chat (which I appreciate) and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I had heard about this company for years - and they are indeed really really good. My carpets are years old, lots of foot traffic and multiple animals. The carpets look brand new!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The folks in the office are easy to get a hold of and schedule appointments. Brendan, the tech who came to the house, was quite personable, quick, and really professional. Very disappointed with the final result….I was very excited about the ease of obtaining a quote as well as how quickly I could get a appointment. The technician even showed up early on a Saturday of a holiday weekend.Everything started out great. We stayed outside so we were not in the technicians way. After the cleaning was done, I pointed out a spot that did not appear to be clean to me. The technician had nothing to say. After allowing ample dry time, we came continued to find puddles on the floors as well as a lot of “spots”. The spots had a dirty feel to them while the rest of the tiles were slippery. Due to the number of spots I proceeded to re-clean the spots myself. The amount of dirt I wiped up is u acceptable (I will note there was minimal traffic in the house at that point). Lastly, we found damage to a door casing as well as a large scuff on the wall.Over all, I’m very disappointed in the outcome. I have attached photos for anyone reading this to decided if they want to give zerorez a second chance. Maybe it was just bad luck on our part-on a holiday weekend I would imagine the technician wanted to be out of work.*The spots are difficult to see in the photos

Cleaned carpets and a shower that looked like it would be impossible to clean up. Both turned out great. Not new looking, but SO much better than expected. It was pricey, but worth it.

I had been very loyal to the carpet cleaning company I had been using for the last 15 years. However I wasnt pleased with the way the stains would appear shortly after the cleaning was finished. Listening to the commercial for Zerorez on the radio they talked a lot about cleaning up pet stains. I was babysitting some dogs that I hadnt realized were marking in the house. My house was a disaster. So I thought I would take a chance and try Zerorez. Although they were higher in price than the other Carpet Cleaning company I had used for years, it was well worth it. The gentleman that clean my carpet put a lot of hard work and effort into making sure the stains were gone. I kind of felt bad because he was working so hard. Set with the almost impossible task of shower tile, shower grout, and carpet, Rob worked a miracle bringing back to their former life those areas in dire need of a good clean. Rob was prompt, personable, and detailed in his explanations. He was attentive to problem areas that I showed him, and, upon request, made suggestions for other areas of the premises. He put energy and vigor into his cleaning with the tile brushes and the carpet vacuum. He was respectful of our request to keep the bedroom doors closed for our pets. He also kept an eye out for our old kitty! My initial phone call was brief and very friendly. The service time I chose was 10-12. The technician texted me at 945 which was great! He was really nice and professional. I wasnt oversold anything I didnt need for my move out carpet clean. The rooms and the stairs looked great after everything dried. There also wasnt any odor from my pets thanks to the topical treatment. In fact, I appreciated how the solutions used to clean the carpet didnt leave any smell behind after the cleaning was done. I had zero Rez over to clean my tile floors. The tile was in fact cleaner once they were done but for a company specifically called zero Rez , they were far from it. I had to mop my floors three times in order to get all the soap up. The worst part about it was there was dirty soap water splattered all over my walls and furniture. It’s been a month and I still haven’t been able to remove all the residue off the walls. They also moved a lot faster with the machine than they show you on the videos. They did my entire house and were in and out in about 40 minute. I likely won’t use them again. I also asked for a copy or a copy of my recipe and have yet to get one.
