Ramon and his Crew did a fantastic job on my Tile flooring after I had a renovation done and my contractors were not the best at cleaning up or laying down plastic during it.Night and day difference on the tile and Ramon personally cam to my place and did a sample area for me to see prior to me approving price and scope of work. First time customer, very happy with results and the value. Service was performed by Justin, who put down all of these protective bumpers to protect the corners of my furniture and walls. He took pictures throughout the job and sent to me (including the attached). I was very impressed with the attention to detail and personable experience with Justin, who was happy to explain to me the differences in detergents used by vendors and how the one Mustang uses is safe for babies and pets (he even showed me the “material safety sheet” as a reassurance). I would recommend them and use again next time.

Very pleased with Mustang Carpet & Tile. They all were vey knowledgeable and friendly. Seemed to really enjoy their work. We just bought a five year old house whose tile looked 15 years old. Ramon explained their equipment and how it worked complete with before and after pictures and video. He also gave us product recommendations to use for different situations. They are fast, careful and courteous. Highly, highly recommend them.

If anyone needs their carpet/tile professionally cleaned I HIGHLY recommend this place! Not only did they do an AMAZING job cleaning my carpets at the end of May, but when I called them a week ago to let them know I needed another cleaning to leave my apartment, they gave me a GREAT price and were extremely flexible to get it done.. and when I called him today to see if he could do it before Friday instead.. they worked overtime and got it done less than 6 hours later from my call!!!The owner was also my neighbor for many years and is truly a great guy!! Fantastic job! My carpet and tile look brand new and I cant believe how clean Mustang got it. They are great at educating about what kinds of cleaners to use/not use and how to really care for flooring to make it last. Everyone told me my grout couldnt be cleaned and Mustang proved them wrong! Cleaned and deodorized some old pet stains on carpet that I thought Id have to live with. I highly recommend and will be a customer for life.

I could not believe what a difference. Did ALL of our tile (kitchen, two baths and laundry). Can not believe the difference! One of my biggest problems is the boys bathroom. I called Mustang Carpet and Tile yesterday (Tuesday), and told them i needed my new couches cleaned ASAP.I run a business, so I know how scheduling works, but it just so happened they had an opening the NEXT morning!They gave me a half-hour arrival period (tight!), and showed up right on time, early this morning.One of the great things about this company, is they will give you a price right over the phone, instead of telling you they have to be at the location to determine.I got both of my over-sized sofas with a thousand pillows apiece cleaned for under $150, and it didnt take them long at all!I hung out with Justin V. and Derek B. while they were steam cleaning the couches, and they were super personable and knowledgeable about all the questions I had, and they were also extremely thorough with their work.I love my new clean couches, and I will refer Mustang Carpet and Tile to ALL of my friends and family when they need carpet, tile or upholstery cleaned, and definitely ask for Justin and Derek!!!

Had Ramon and his crew out at my house today to clean 1000 sq feet of tile and about 700 sq feet of carpet. They did a great job and were very thorough. My wife is a real estate agent and she recommends them to all her clients.

Our real estate agent uses Mustang for his own home. We will never use any carpet/tile cleaning service except this one! We recently bought a home with WHITE carpeting and tile, but didnt realize HOW white until they cleaned it--now it looks brand new. They pre-scrubbed the grout before cleaning w/equipment. Their truck-mounted unit and products (no soap!) are high quality and there was no odor of any sort in the home once they were done--not even those icky fresh or lemony scents that irritate allergies. They also share where to buy the line of products they use to keep your floors clean without soap residue. Ramons team is made up of family and longtime friends who care for your home as if their own and communicate well to their customers.
