Sears was by far the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used, specifically because of their technician Joseph R. He gave us a 30 minute heads up, arrived on time, and got right to work. He was extremely knowledgable, kind, and courteous throughout the entire process and made it a complete breeze. He worked his tail off in 100+ degree heat with a smile on his face to boot. I will absolutely recommend Sears to all of my family and friends, and will surely be using them for our home moving forward. Thanks Joseph, you rock!

Was a repeat customer but unfortunately no positive review and won’t be recommending . Made my appointment a week in advance - cleared my schedule and tech was over 5 hours late - my morning appointment is turning into evening - and wasn’t able to accommodate a change in appointment even though I had to accommodate their change . Next time I’m going with Coconut Cleaning - it’s worth the extra money to not have to hassle

This is the 4th or 5th time we have used Sears. We have never been dissatisfied, but this time I had a coupon for another cleaner. The experience of just trying to set the appointment and their pricing add ons convinced me to go back to Sears. With one quick phone call the representative understood my request, gave me a quote I expected and scheduled my appt for my convenience. I got the courtesy email the day before letting me know the specific time window. The morning of the appointment I got the courtesy text from the Andreco letting me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, was safe, courteous, knowledgeable and completed the work timely and again exceeded my expectations with the pet stains. I am a Sears carpet clean customer for life.

Great at cleaning services but I would not recommend you have them do any repair work that they suggest you need. I had a dispute with this and it took some time to resolve, but it did eventually resolve. I understand changes have been made to prevent in the future.

On Wednesday May 8 2019 we had our carpets cleaned and treated at a cost of $235.00. Upon completion we inspected the five areas and they seemed to be acceptable so we paid the technicians. After returning from shopping we discovered that the carpets were so wet that the surfaces had lifted as much as 3-4 and some edges of the carpet had pulled from the wall. (see photo) When we reported the problem they promised to dispatch a team to assess damage immediately. Shortly after this promise was made a supervisor called and stated that it was normal for carpets to lift and if the carpets pulled from the wall it was because of poor installation not Sears cleaning. I shared with him that the carpets had been cleaned many times before and we never experienced this problem. I then asked him how he could come to this conclusion without seeing the carpet and he became rude and said he would help me file a claim against the installer but refused to accept responsibility for the damages. Our carpets took almost 48 hours to fully dry (even with fans blowing on the carpets and the AC on). Sears never circled back to review the damage or called to follow up. It is obvious that they have moved on to the next customer.Sears also has a problem with its vehicle and or steam cleaner leaking oil. The pavers on my driveway were cleaned and prepped for sealant but now have a puddle of oil on them. So now I have to find something to clean the pavers with. So much for the Sears 30 day guarantee LOL.I have been a loyal Sears customer for over 40 years but will never recommend Sears for any service again.I have contracted a professional carpet layer to repair the damage as I am certain that Sears is not interested in supporting any claims made. So I am out $130 for damage caused by shoddy workmanship, a puddle of oil in my driveway, and 48 hours with furniture in the hallway. Stay away from Sears if you can. There are many great carpet shampoo companies out there that will clean your carpet without the unnecessary, costly, and time consuming drama.

Michael Trujillo was very polite & professional. He did a great job, was thorough & observant of the areas I needed cleaned. Ive had Sears out before & have always been happy with their services.

From the start on the phone with MARY , who was very nice, and the call before Paul & Carlos we’re on their way & the price of the service& both the professionalism & friendliness of Paul & Carlos. They were within their window time & I will be calling them when I’m ready to get all my ducts & vents done. This time they did my dryer vent. They were in & out in about a half hour. Great company , great service. No contractors. These guys are veterans on the job & they know what they are doing. Thank you.

Carlos and Michael arrived when they said that they would. It was a very rainy day, but they were meticulous about setting their equipment up so that they didnt track in rain and dirt. It was nice to see that they used protective floor coverings and wall guards to keep their equipment from doing any damage to my home.They accomplished their work very efficiently and were done within two hours. Both gentlemen were very nice and explained what they were doing as they went. I didnt feel a hype to buy more services. Carlos just told me about things which he felt I would benefit from if I was interested.I had a pleasant experience with Carlos and Michael and would definitely recommend them to anyone else needing their ducts cleaned.

First and this has no reflection on the technicians they were in a tough spot because someone called in sick and they had many jobs added to their day but they were 5 1/2 hours late. My window was from 10 to 1. I received a call stating I would be at the later end of that time frame. They did not show up until 6:30 pm. I had guests arriving at 7:00 pm. They started setting up their equipment, I have 2 smalls dogs, they just left the front door wide open without even telling me or asking if I could put them in a safe area. Luckily we were able to put them in the back yard before they got out but they easily could have gotten out. One dog is a rescue so the does not respond when called. Very scary.I asked if they could complete the area where my guests would be first because we had food out etc... They did that part last, we had to cover all our food to make sure we didnt get anything onto our food.They tried to up sell various items which luckily my A/C contractor told me ahead of time not to do it but they scare you into thinking you have bad stuff in there.Last after they theft I discovered they moved a lot of furniture to get to the vents and didnt bother to put them back including a bed which was very easy to slide back into place in the bedroom. The coffee table and rug in my living room, I still am not able to move back into place. It is in the middle of the room and will need to remain there until my husband returns. When I went into my bedroom and bathroom there was debris all over the floor, counter top and my sinks. Similar mess in my living room.I understand they had a long day but my job should not have suffered do to it. They should have just rescheduled.

They actually came out at an earlier time than I was told to expect but luckily I was able to accommodate it and they called ahead to let me know they were on their way. I love that they have a link they send you so you can see who your technician is and how far away they are in real time. So convenient and nice to see the face of whos coming so you dont have to be concerned about frauds showing up at your door. Isaac was our technician. He was very nice and friendly, great at explaining everything. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to get everything done and the carpets looked great when he was done! I would definitely use their services again.

Used Sears in the past however this time around. Was very disappointed, the after looks maybe 15% better than before. Found certain spots around the office chair and end table to be completely dry after the tech had left. Grout cleaning was also spotty.

Let me say this ,Mr.andreco is one of the best techs sears has provided that brother needs a raise he cleaned my house that I currently bought.and a house that I was renting landlord was not pleased with the service and he told me the carpet needed to be replaced in the rental property. I told the landlord about it and he disagreed with me but when the carpet was clean man me and the landlord could have slept on that floor it was so clean. The technicians were on time, very friendly and helpful and worked efficiently. I really like the text with the technicians photos and a brief history. The techs looked at our 3rd floor apartment and determined they would not need the portable tank and used creativity to stretch the hose from the truck to the apartment. Would highly recommend them.

Carlos was great! Very informative and professional. He did a great job explaining everything and made sure everything was put back to how it was before he arrived. Great experience.

Right after the tech opened the air handler, he called me and said the system needs more treatment than the quoted total cleaning. The extra service will cost more than double of the original cleaning service on top of the original quoted cleaning service. I told tech just clean the system as promised first and take pictures of before and after the cleaning. Tech showed me the pictures, but only the before pictures, not after. Tech said he could not stay there too long to clean since only the extra service will really get the system clean. It is really a shame for tech not to perform the complete the cleaning as quoted in order to convince me to buy his overcharged extra service!

Two very nice gentlemen, Jeremy and Isaac offered very friendly efficient service on a timely basis at a good price. And the carpet looks much, much better. They even gave us a couple pair of plastic covers for our socks or shoes to wear while the carpet dried!

Carlos was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. I hope for the same positive experience when Sears returns on Friday to clean our carpeting.

Michael was awesome. He explained to me what he was going to do, asked if I had questions and got to work! He did a wonderful job removed several spots I had and was quick. Excellent service all around I will definitely use Sears again and ask for Michael!

This company came highly recommended by SureTemp HVAC and they did not steer me wrong. Sears was on time, put up wall protectors so my walls would not get marred by hoses. They truly cared about my home, quality of the work they do and more importantly, my time. Although this was not the cheapest ( not super costly either), I do believe you get what you pay for. Thank you Sears team for a job well done and some sage advice to think about doing this every couple years to ensure dryer performance and reduce any threat of home fires due to dirty duct work. Mr Turner is a very hard working and determined carpet cleaner. He did an excellent job on our carpets. Both my wife and I were very disappointed to have him double the price estimate once he arrived at our home.We had removed many furniture pieces and expected to pay the coupon price, as the gal who answered our initial request had told us.She said Sears only does estimates over the phone and did not tell us our price would be re-negotiated once their worker arrived. We now consider your coupon ad as a fraud offer of advertisement. It should be stated on your coupon if a customers carpet needs extra treatment at extra cost. We never expected to pay double the coupon price to get our carpets cleaned.

Im very pleased with the air duct cleaning service offered by Sears. I requested an appointment online. The appointment was promptly confirmed. Carlos and Robert called the morning of my appointment to let me know when they were on their way. My carpets were a mess. A total mess. Teenage boys, dogs and cats. My carpets were well used. I wasnt sure all the dirt would be removed. After Andreco finished, I was amazed. They looked almost brand new. I am so impressed. Totally recommend Sears Carpet Cleaning!!!

Carlos and Robert were on time, notified me prior to the appointment, walked through the home prior to starting, and asked if I had any concerns. We had just had our home painted and wood floors refinished prior to move in, and they were beyond careful. They provided feedback on areas of concern, and provided recommendations. They also were fair with pricing, as a return vent was sealed and could not be cleaned; they deducted the cost of the return from the bill. I was very impressed with their knowledge, but more importantly, their professionalism. Well done, and see you in 12 months!

The guys were great! Called me when they were 50 minutes away and sent a picture of who was coming. Finished quickly and it looked great. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I have to wait a day or two and make sure the spots don’t reappear! It’s been a week now and no spots, and I had A LOT! I’m changing my review to 5 stars!

The two men that came to my house were incredibly professional and helpful. I had shopped around between several different companies and instantly felt like I made the right decision once they arrived. The office kept in good contact prior to their arrival and they were on time! They also sent a picture of the techs that were coming to my house which made me feel more comfortable. The service was done remarkably quickly and I notice a difference in the carpets. It has been 2 days since the service and all the areas they cleaned have dried well and still look great.

Sears hasnt let us down for decades, doesnt matter if its for carpet cleaning or appliance help. Which doesnt need repair often if at all. Issac was a real gentleman & professional all the way and would hope to see him next time we call.

Sears carpet cleaning service is amazing...You can set it up online in less then 5 minutes, they call you back within a couple of hours to confirm your online reservation, text messages to confirm your appointment, another text to let you know the technician is on his way and is 30 minutes from arriving...Proffesional service crew, they did 3 rooms in my house and were in and out in less then 35 minutes and the carpets look awesome...Highly recommend using Sears if you need your carpets cleaned..

Joseph Ruiz was great. Super courteous and professional. I had a lot going on, so I was a little rushed. Our guest bedroom somehow had all sorts of goop on it and that was the reason I called on them. I was worried that it was going to need to be replaced. Joseph acted like he wasnt sure (although I think he was playing with me...in a good way). When he was finally done, it looks brand new. And he was a complete pleasure to be around. Nice guy. Seemed very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Sears is definitely a cut above the carpet cleaners that will torment you with complicated add ons to the price. They really know what theyre doing. I had adopted an untrained rescue dog 7 months ago, so there had been some pet accidents and odors to deal with tho I used only vinegar on them as instructed the last time Sears carpet techs visited. We have a cat also, and my vacuum doesnt pick up cat litter well. I finally learned to use a broom and dustpan, folks. They sprayed thoroughly with sanitizing spray which is ideal during the pandemic and removed all pet stains and odors. We postponed the use of teflon pet protector for the next visit to keep the price down. We are retirees. I should have looked at the website to check for a possible list of all services to calculate cost in advance. They went above and beyond to move my huge sofa.

Customer service was great. I did not realize that what I was quoted was for a surface cleaning only and when they arrived, the quote for the deep cleaning was $100 more. I chose the surface cleaning with enzyme deodorizer and I do not think it is worth it. Make sure you ask for the deep clean.

Paul, the Service Tech who visited was the bright spot of this experience. He was timely, professional, engaging, and competent.The same, however, cannot be said for the appointment setters, Nicole and Theresa. Nicole was tentative and unsure, and Theresa, a shrill harridan.

Was very happy with my vent cleaning service from Ben and Paul last week. I own an older condo in central Phoenix, and venting codes have changed dramatically over the years. These guys took the time to determine exactly how my vents were laid out, explained the pros and cons of the design, and provided a no-pressure estimate for updates. Ben and Paul were incredibly professional, and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home - they kept me updated as to their progress as they worked and explained the mechanics of my system without being condescending or engaging in a lot of side chatter. This gentleman advised me of what was need to clean our carpet and the cost which was reasonable for what had to be done. He never stopped until he was finished. I never expected our carpets would look as good as new. He was far and above any other cleaners we have had. Just remember you get what you pay for. I will never have anyone else to clean our carpets.

Paul and Carlos was wonderful! i thought there was a blockage in my dryer vent, but these guys diagnosed a blunder from the builder... an improper vent!The guys explained why the dryer wasnt venting properly and fixed the problem. they even painted the new vent pipe to match the roof! i have used sears for many years, but today these guys prevented a fire! thank you Paul and Carlos!❤

I had my entire house of 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room stairs, hallway and closets cleaned. Some of the carpet is 17 years old and all of it came out spectacular! I always use this company and Jeremy does a concise and careful job. They communicate about the schedule, the work to be done and make sure that you are happy with the work afterwards. The price is exactly what I want to spend.

Marvin & Mike were amazing! They cleared two area rugs, bedroom, and two couches. I was impressed that they cleaned the fabric on the back of my couches! No other company has ever done this! Marvin educated me a lot on the fabrics and carpet that will help me to keep things looking as new as possible.. I will definitely hire Sears again!

I had my carpet cleaned at my investment home(vacant). I live 40 minutes from it, so when I went to open the home for cleaning, Bruno said it will take about 2 hours, so I dont have to be there. I left asking him to turn the A/C off and lock the door when he leave, and to call me before leaving. He didnt call, so after 3 hours I called Sears to make sure he turned the A/C off. They checked with him and I was informed that he told them that he did turn the A/C off. I took his word for it and didnt go back to check that he had turned off the A/C and properly cleaned the home. I went back to the home after 6 days to discover that the A/C was still running at 70 degrees. Along with that, the home was not cleaned in many spots and was just as dirty as before. I definitely do not recommend and will not be using this service again.

So the two guys were very nice and easy to talk with however my $400 appointment was a $1800 up sell for things I did not need! After the pitch for all the extras I just said no and asked them to leave and I then given a bill for $60 for what? This was a classic Bait and switch I have reported them to the BBB and I recommend to anyone to look at reviews on line and judge for your self

Very pleased with the service. The technicians were prompt, friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up after the job. The equipment was impressive (even my neighbors asked me about the big green hose). The technicians told me what they found along the way. All around, a great job.

I had Joseph Ruiz come out clean my carpets. he did a great job! he was super friendly and polite! He was also very knowledgeable too! When you call to make your appoint, ask for Joseph Ruiz, you will be happy you did!

I always thought big brands like sears will train their team to provide excellent service to maintain the service standards, and customer satisfaction. My recommendation after experiencing the service is that the service man was not properly trained on the quality of work, customer service. Its better to get professionals from local carpet and grout cleaning services in the service rather than getting to big brands that just send one person to do carpet and stone services. The Sears service representative was in a hurry from the time he stepped in and stated that he has multiple jobs to finish and did not have time. He charged me $700 for two man hours of service, and the grout was not cleaned well in spite of the feedback provided onsite. I was charged $400 for 400 sq.feet, but the stone looks exactly the same and grout was dirty. The stone area was never measured, but just estimated by looking at the area (only kitchen and family dining area). Carpets were supposed to be deodorized, but there was bad odor of wet and dirt on carpet after the service representative left. The person performing service did not take responsibility for uncleaned stone work and said the stone was not well maintained. My maid that provides bi-weekly service does much better job, and changes only $80 per visit for 2.5 hours of service for the entire cleaning of the house. If you are paying 10 times higher for the same time spent, the expectation is higher, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. Would strongly recommend not to use their services.

I have used Sears multiple times to clean my carpet. In the past, there have always been two technicians that have completed the job so I was a little wary when only one tech, Joseph R., arrived to clean my carpet. Joseph is a hard worker! He did an great job cleaning my carpet. He was very polite and professional, and he worked amazingly fast! I will continue using Sears for my carpet cleaning needs.

This Sears Carpet Cleaner was professional, courteous and thorough while cleaning 6 rooms in our home. He wore protective foot wear during his cleaning and was very focused on getting our carpets as clean as possible. We appreciated his work so much that he was informed we will always ask that he provide our service when needed next. The guys did a great job. I do wish Sears would have told me upfront that it would take 6 to 8 hours for the carpet to dry. I wouldnt have picked the afternoon slot. Not I have to stay up past 1am to put things back in order. It would have been better to have fans from Sears or part of the service to dry quicker. The carpets and tile do look awesome though so ask for Anthony M. His partner and him did great fast work. Dont forget to tip well too!

Isaac and Ken came over to the house and did a great job cleaning the carpets in my four bedrooms. They were very quick and courteous. I would recommend Sears for carpet cleaning any day of the week and for Isaac and Ken to get the job done for you!

Dont use Sears! bad customer service all around! The company focused on up selling more than quality and customer service try it out for yourself if you wish waste your money and time. no wonder why theyre going out of business

Anthony and Bruno were the Sears employees who did both the carpeting and tile/grout of our home. They were both very professional. I appreciated their offers for other applicable services relating to our cleaning job even though we couldnt get additional work done. They also handled moving some of the furniture for us. I had very little expectation as to how clean they were going to be able to get our carpeting to look and was excited to see that they were successful in getting it a lot cleaner that I could have imagined. The tile/grout in the kitchen looks brand new. The only thing Id like to add is that the carpet took about 10 hrs to dry. Well worth the wait. Kudos to Anthony and Bruno for the fantastic service they provided! I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Bruno and Michael were on time, professional and friendly. They explained everything and also provided an estimate of service for a future visit. This visit they cleaned, sanitized and applied fabric protection to my extremely dirty microfiber love seat and sofa. They were quick and efficient so the furniture looks almost new. They also cleaned a large area rug which came out looking as good as when I purchased it. I would recommend them and Sears. I will definitely use them in the future!

We had Carlos and Benjamin come out to do some duct cleaning of our home and they did a fantastic job. The before and after pictures are truly night and day. They were very kind, professional, and were very accommodating with working around my two dogs. Will definitely be calling them again for our next cleaning!

Jerry and Nathan did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts. Spent some time explaining the process to us. They were very knowledgeable about our HVAC system and answered all questions. We recently had our house painted and our vents were painted over. They even took a few vents off that were really bad so we could replace them today. We truly appreciated them going above and beyond so we could do that. They are a good team and I would most definitely use them and this company again. Price was exactly as quoted on phone. No hidden surprises which I liked. They even cleaned up after themselves when I told them I was getting ready to clean anyways.
