Brett and his team were very professional. We got hit with the Texas freeze and our neighbor’s pipes broke through the ceiling, flooding our office. We called several places, but no one was available to help us for weeks or the reply was “we will get back to you, you are on our waitlist.“ It was not until Tom, Brett, and their team reached out to us and came from Arizona that we had a sign of relief to start our restoration. Brett was the main person we dealt with and he had made our remediation less stressful. He was very caring of our situation and timeline. He was knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done, but the best part was that he dealt with our insurance directly. It is nice to interact with a person who answers promptly and prioritizes all jobs equally. His team was experienced and efficient. We had to remove 2ft of sheetrock throughout our whole office and the cuts were professionally done with consistent straight lines and no waves like we have seen on other neighbor’s jobs. We were appreciative of how our situation was handled and thank them making the trip to Texas to deal with such a disaster.

Our water heater busted and I was devastated because it leaked into my brand new remodeled kitchen. They were so great though! They stilted the cabinets to not ruin my new granite and backsplash. Our insurance gave us a really bad plumber who kept leaving stuff at the job site and they knew I couldn’t carry/move it so they volunteered to do it! So sweet! Also, they were super thorough and great staff! Def use them!!!

These issues seem to always happen at the worse time but SERVPRO was truly A+ in every aspect of the job, service and cleanup. We highly, highly recommend!

Had a house fire. Greg Leavitt and his crew were personable, professional and punctual. They move quick and took great care of our personal items and communicated with us during the clean up and demolition process. Thank you SERVPRO of Gilbert/Chandler, we know we are in good hands.

From the beginning to the end of the job everyone was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I called several times with questions and they either answered it right away or got right back to me with the information. The people working in the house were polite, informed, and very careful not to bump walls or door jambs. I am very pleased with the services provided.

Used ServPro as recommended by our insurance for some water damage caused by our kitchen sink to the cabinets underneath. Literally every employee that came out to our home, beside one, was amazing. First Julieta was communicative, on time, respectful, and caring. She helped us understand the initial process. Her helpers were always kind as well. Then we had the owner, Jim, come to take some measurements I believe. He was also super nice and communicative. Let us know exactly how this would play out in regard to reconstructing our cabinets. We also had Carolina in the office always answering my silly questions and never failed to make me laugh or smile by being so nice! Finally, we were assigned a project manager, Sonia, to overlook the final step of getting the cabinets back in and our kitchen back to normal. This is where it went downhill. She was rude, rescheduled for anytime she wanted with no notice, did not possess any customer service skills in regard to actually working with us/communicating with us vs talking at us/being defensive when our unhappiness was expressed. Very unhappy with her portion of our claim. BUT the installers themselves did an amazing job in putting our kitchen back together. It’s like new!So I’ll end this review with this... we are not holding Sonia’s character as a representation of ServPro as a whole. We worked with very kind people up to that point. Every company has some bad apples. I’ll still recommend this company to whoever may ask for help. They were amazing and I have my house back together. They also took my feedback on the final portion very well. That’s what matters!!

I can not say enough great things about this company. Woke with a flooded kitchen and front from I’m the middle of the night, and immediately called Servpro. They calmed me down and came out ASAP. The whole process was made really easy from clean up to full restoration. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed right away, communication was awesome, and we never felt we were left hanging. The most disappointing experience ever and still continues. My house was destroyed by a fire on 8/22/18 and its now its may and we gave yet to get a final inventory list of our non salvage. Communication has been terrible and even involving the manager had gone nothing. Our valuables were left in boxes in our home hidden behind some planters. Knowing workers were going in and out of the property for the clean up. Not caring that our belongings could have been stolen. Also asked for winter items for my kids and I picked up boxes with one blanket and a pair of boots that didnt match. And a single boot. I wouldnt recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. This has been the worst experience ever. The servpro from casa Grande has been wonderful. What a difference.
