After a summer monsoon I thought the worst of it was a dirty pool and downed fence but soon my wife came to tell me there was water in our walls. A rusted AC Condensation pan finally gave way and spilled through onto the attic floor and down the walls in our master bath and closet. HRS while responding to an overflow of call for service throughout the valley made time to get the walls open and fans going. The clean up crew was fantastic in getting things buttoned up and restored to exactly the same and better condition. Fair prices and quality work!

Contacted HRS Disaster Restoration..David Bittner came out to inspect for mold in our bathroom. Turns out there was not an issue with mold as we were told and was given a crash course regarding mold. David was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and frendly. Since there was no work done he did not charge for the inspection. I would highly recommend him.

We woke at 4am to find the kitchen, living room, dining room, hallways, office, utility room all flooded. I called AZ HRS for HELP. They were professional, knowledgeable and respectful all the way and they wore many hats. From the office to the work site. They used state of the art equipment and answered all our questions. I seriously think there’s nothing they can’t do. From the first phone call they put us at ease. Having a husband with stage 4 cancer this is one thing we did not need. We left EVERYTHING to them. I recommend AZ HRS and these talented men for any disaster that comes your way. And of course anything home building you have AZ HRS is up for the challenge. Highly recommended, the Best!

My wife Sarah and I walked into a nightmare on Dec.23 after being away several weeks.There were buckled floors and black mold on the drywall trim ,doors.The carpet was also covered with mold due to a water leak.I called 4nor 5 companies for assistance on Christmas Eve. Only one company HRS took my call with a live person answering under the circumstances. We did not know exactly what to do to rectify the damage but HRS was extremely helpful. Tyler was the first contact I had and took the time to answer all my questions.He assured me David would call in the morning and he did.David came out to inspect the damage and put together a plan to start the process in a timely manner to makes things right.David, Tyler,Chris and Alejandro and others were extremely interested in repairing and getting our house back to normal. I cannot say enough about the communication and professionalism in a stressful time.Every call was answered every question answered. If this were ever happen again, HRS would be my only call.

We had a water leak at 3:30am inside an occupied unit and HRS showed up immediately and provided excellent service. David from HRS went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable. He came out each day for 4 days to check in on the equipment, the unit, and to give us daily status updates. I would highly recommend HRS !! Thank you for the amazing service David.

Matt came out AT NIGHT to help me with a sewage issue at one of my rentals. He advised me when another plumber was trying to gouge me for work that didnt need to be done. He then continued to put my rental back in working condition. He was extremely helpful and I am so thankful to this company for their expertise and willingness to go above and beyond. There are a lot of restoration companies out there that make-up work that is not needed! This is not one of them! If you are in need of restoration services, you wont find a better company!

HRS Disaster Restoration and the re-construction team have been amazing. They were onsite within 30 minutes of communication, came in and resolved our flooding issue. They not only resolved the water source, they demoed, cleaned and had all equipment to dry it out done and set up within 3 hours of being on site. Their team was extremely professional, empathetic to the situation we were in, responsive and dedicated to getting our home back to normal. They made an extremely stressful situation consumable, and put us at ease throughout the process. I cant say enough about how much we appreciate what they did for our family. I highly recommend HRS!!

I called HRS in a panic when I had a leak coming from upstairs in my highrise condo. There was gray water pouring from 6 places in my ceiling due to a drain backup. Not only did HRS get there within 10 minutes, they did a remarkable job of containing the issue and cleaning up the water damaged flooring, walls and cabinetry. They sent my couch cushions and rugs to a dry cleaner immediately and they were super responsive throughout the process. I was very pleased! FYI -- I did not use their build-back company for the restoration process so I cannot speak to that though I did get a bid from the company they refer to which is Titan.

HRS was really responsive, clear communication and got the job done with top quality.
