I’ve been a monthly member with Ground Zero for over a year and I’m very disappointed with a pricing move they played against our family.They came in and tore down a piece of wall to fix our plumbing for $500. We were happy to pay. To repair the wall they wanted another $500!Absolutely insane and extremely disappointing. They broke the wall, fix it. I’ve apprenticed as a carpenter, $500 for drywall is a joke.Be very wary. These guys love the fact that California is coming to Arizona, and they love overcharging on this type of work to punish you for it!

Ground zero was great. I had major water leak and damage. Greg was fantastic there was not an ounce of drywall dust anywhere!!! I cant even tell where the holes where. Thank you Greg and thank you ground zero.(Tierra Antigua Apts)

Phil came through on a major shower repair cause by a water leak after our original company was not able to stick to a time table.Phil coordinated the tile people, corrected the plumbing problem and had the carpenter repairs caused by the water damage completed on a schedule that flowed like clockwork. The people were polite, clean and followed covid guidelines. An excellent choice for any work.

My a/c went down and it was absolutely miserable in my house. They sent a tech out to my house very quickly and he (Wade) was very courteous and professional. He explained everything to us and gave us various options as well as his professional opinion as to the cheapest and quickest ways to get my system up going. I have used this company in the past and anytime I need anything they are my go to. I have had nothing but excellent services and experiences with these guys.

Phil and Bill came out and fixed a couple of cabinets that had been damaged by some water leaks. They both did amazing work and were very friendly. You can’t even tell there was damage! Couldn’t be happier.

Ground zero is hands down the best out there!! I was selling my house and found some mold. They came out on a Sunday morning and were able to complete the job in my 3 day timeline. The crew that came out was very professional and worked hard to keep up on my deadline. They are a very reasonably priced and the quality of work perfect. This is one of the best companies I have hired. The quoting process was very professional and their quote was almost exactly what our insurance estimator quoted us. Their demo crew came out on time, and was very efficient. No mess, and everything was clean. When the restoration crew came out, they were also very fast and professional. They went above and beyond and even painted my entire garage when only one wall really needed to be painted. If we ever need this kind of work done on our house we will be calling them again. I am also recommending them to everyone I know.

I noticed a water spot in my bathroom downstairs, I called Ground Zero Restoration they came out inspected it and found a small amount of mold. They gave me a fair price to replace it. They opened the ceiling and fixed the leak dried everything out, my bathroom looks new again. Thanks ground zero youre the best!

Realized our house had a leaking hot water pipe that appeared to be leaking somewhere in the foundation. Called on Ground Zero and Donnie came out quickly, assessed the damage, and came up with a fair estimate. He repaired the damage the following day and did a great job. I would definitely use Ground Zero again.

Ground Zero Restoration has great, 24-hour service. Customer support is helpful, effective and prompt. With a young child in the house, mold needed to be taken care of immediately and Ground Zero understood that. Service personnel was on time, helpful, and took care of the issue quickly. My experience with Ground Zero was fantastic. When we discovered mold in our home I freaked out. I did some looking online, and found really good reviews of Ground Zero. What I thought was going to be a major hassle turned out to be a very good experience. Its sometimes uncomfortable having random strangers in your home, spending extended amounts of time, but the workers were professional and friendly. Mold is a major concern, so I was glad they explained to me what they were doing to extricate it. They were also quick. It only took a few days. I just love that you can now look at those walls and not know anything was ever done to them. Mold is gone. All is right in the world.

I opened up the cabinet under my sink and there was mold EVERYWHERE. I called Ground Zero and they sent out a gentleman named John. He quoted me an unbeatable price. I thought they were just going to fix the leak and clean up the mold. But they ended up replacing the walls around it, removing the counter tops and cabinets cleaning and replacing everything. This company definitely goes above and beyond. My kitchen looks brand new!

Despite rumors of work taking longer than it should, I would have to say that this particular group of workers is very efficient.I had a project not too long ago that needed expert work in under a month, the building was refurbished to the fullest extent, and looked almost better than when it was originally constructed back in 08(When they werent really an official company yet).If you need a large heavy duty project done, I very much so suggest this agency.They had the job done in a very timely manner, and it was absolutely amazing when it was done. Five out of five, ill definitely be hiring them again.

What I love about this company is not only are they friendly (especially when you call them in the middle of the night - they are open 24 hours for emergencies), but they take the time to explain the situation in your home.This company can handle any issue you may run into with regard to damage to your home: smoke, water, mold and will even test for and remove Asbestos.I encountered Ground Zero Restoration when my landlord hired them to do some work on our building. Even though I wasnt the person paying for the services, the fellow took the time to explain to me what the extent of the damage was and how it would be repaired.Brian, the owner, is very nice and his guys not only complete their jobs in a time efficient manner, but they are clean and very thorough as well.I later spoke with the landlord who was candid about telling me that Ground Zero gave her a great deal on getting the work done on the four units affected.So, in summation, Ground Zero Restoration offers great workmanship, wonderful customer service and very fair prices.I have recommended Ground Zero to a friend of mine who owns his home and had his waterbed explode while he was on vacation! He said Ground Zero came out right away, gave him a very fair estimate for the work/repair and got the job done in a few days!

As an insurance agent, when a client has a broken pipe or something leaking that is causing a build up of water, they need it addressed and repaired quickly. They are quick to respond and in most cases, minimize the size of loss.
