Everything about my experience with Citrus Bright was awesome! When I called to get a quote, Michael, the owner, was knowledgeable, down to earth, friendly and professional. The price was almost too good to be true but it was true! The carpet cleaners did an exceptional job removing stains that I thought were permanent and the whole house smelled fresh and clean with a slight scent of citrus. They were so good that I can’t imagine using another carpet cleaning service. I can’t recommend them enough!

Had my entire upstairs cleaned and they did a great job for a super great price. Called around to a couple other companies before deciding to go with them and so glad I did. Only able to take pictures of the stairs since it was still wet but it looks great. Took years of dirt off. Troy was nice and got like 900 sq feet done in only an hour.

I needed an area rug and my sofa cleaned. I messaged Citrus Bright on their Facebook page. I had a date scheduled within minutes. I had an email and text with my appointment details. The day before my appointment, I received a reminder text with the details of my upcoming service and has a picture of the tech who was coming to my house. The tech was so professional and friendly and explained everything he was going to do before he started. My sofa and rug are like new and I love that they don’t use harsh chemicals! Excellent professionalism, quick service, friendly employees, and top notch work. I wish I had before/after of my grout cleaning and carpet cleaning. Theyve cleaned for us multiple times and I wont use anyone else anymore!

Somewhat disappointed. 12 hours after getting my carpets cleaned, some areas are still quite damp. Website says carpet should be dry in 4-6 hours. Also, no fans were used to help dry times as stated on website. The technician created puddles of water on my wood floors and left a track of dirty footprints on them after he left. Other than those issues the service was ok and my carpet is mostly clean. There is one high traffic area that still looks dirty but my carpet is very light and also old.

Citrus Bright Carpet cleaning did an awesome job!! Cooking oil was spilled on my couch. Like a frisbee size spot. I was heartbroken I love my couch. I tried using soap and water but I couldn’t get it out. I did a Google search and Citrus Bright was the third company I called. I explained my problem and they set me up for an appointment the following morning. Corey showed up on time, super nice and he did a great job. The stain came out no problem and my sofa looks brand new. I was amazed, I am so greatful . I recommend Citrus Bright to anyone A++. The cost wasn’t expensive at all. I got my stain out of the sofa they cleaned the rest of my sectional, did my living room area rug, my master bedroom area rug and an ottoman that also had a stain on it for $125. I almost forgot the cleaning solution smelled very good not over powering but just a good clean citrus smell. Thank you Citrus Bright.

Mike and his crew cleaned all the flooring in my house (tile, carpet, area rugs) at a great price. They were on time and ready to clean! They were also super friendly and made the process easy. Their setup has been perfected from years of experience such as protecting furniture and wall corners! My floors werent even dirty by most peoples standards, especially having just moved into this new house a several months ago, but with my familys high standards we couldnt ask for more. Everything was like new again! Mike is sharp and knows how to keep customers. I, along with many others, can attest to the quality of service you can expect.

The young man that came out, showed up within seconds of the scheduled time and was respectable, professional and friendly. Made the suggestions and explained how it would work to solve our pets carpet issues. Worked quickly but didnt rush any part of the cleaning process. Scheduling regularly cleanings now. Great company and great people.

My tile needed some help. The house we recently purchased was a rental for a few years and clearly the tile had not been cleaned properly in quite some time. So I call Citrus Bright to see what they thought. Troy came over, said No problem, it will cost $X. I told him to go ahead, and it is BEAUTIFUL. And, when he was done it cost exactly $X. I will have these guys back, my wife said I dont have to try and clean it anymore, we just call Citrus Bright! Also, after I left a message I called the owner called me back promptly and set it all up. These guys know what theyre doing.

The gentlemen came out and cleaned our floors. We always use them as they are a local Gilbert business and the work is top notch. Took care to make sure I was satisfied with the floors and also had them clean our sectional sofa. First we did a walk through which was also helped me know what we needed. Not a high pressure up sell just presenting what was available.

Another great carpet cleaning from Citrus Bright! We have them come out once a year for whole house carpet cleaning.This year we also added the tile cleaning service. Very affordable and worth every penny. My grout is a light color I had no idea lay beneath the dark brown. Jesus cleaned our carpet and tile today and did a fantastic job. I just had Jesus, with Citrus Bright, complete our carpets before we move into a new home. They came out beautifully. He was able to come earlier and called to see if that was good for me. Also, the price was great. Its a lot of carpet, 7 rooms plus stairs, plus a large closet and Mike was really reasonable. This was a factor in our decision to go with them. There werent any price changes from the quote to the invoice. We had a good experience. No complaints.
