Okay... that guy that left the neg feed back must have been talking about some other company, Arizona All Star Carpet Cleaning has been out to my place three times, and i have raised 4 kids on that family carpet you see below and BELIEVE ME it did not look like this before Brian and Arizona All Star Carpet Cleaning came here this morning.... I wish that i had snapped a before pic before he got here because it was hammered with stains right where i took the pic. Brian uses a unique cleaning/extraction attachment that i have never seen before... and quite honestly surprises me each time he cleans our carpets. We found Arizona All Star Cleaning by chance after a bike ride in our neighborhood. They were working on our neighbors house, so we stopped and asked them to come by. After a discussion with Brian, we decided to have our carpets cleaned and the laminate flooring done as well. With 3 cats in the house, the carpets were looking a bit dingy, but after Brian did his magic the carpets look great. The next day he came and cleaned the laminate. The floors look amazing! They are much brighter and shiny after he was done and floors dried.Brian completed the work when he said he would and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Arizona All Star Cleaning and Im sure well be seeing Brian again!

I needed someone to clean my carpets as I was moving out in a month. Brian came and did a wonderful job at a moments notice. Brian is very nice and the customer service was amazing. Id recommend them to anyone.

Brian gave outstanding service.1) Answered my call immediately. Answered all my questions. Scheduled the cleaning within two days. Was professional, experienced, and personable.2) Flat rates were clear with no unexpected costs. We will definitely be calling Brian the next time.3) Called half hour before arriving and called half hour before leaving. Worked ALL day independently on 3000 sq ft. It is a big job and he took the time to do it right.4) My carpets are CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!!! As soon as I looked into my house realized I had forgotten how light my carpets are supposed to be. It had been a few years since we had them cleaned and he restored them to their former glory. He was up front about any stains that did not come up and said what he did to show extra care and work on them. I am very pleased with his work.5) My tile and grout has never been cleaner!!!6) Took care to protect my woodwork with guards.7) Dealt with lots of pet hair (two cats and one large dog) and 4 people. Smells are gone.

I recently hired Arizona All Star Cleaning to clean my carpets. They were absolutely fantastic, Brian called me to confirm the scheduled time and to let me know he was on his way, I always appreciate a company who respects my time.I expected Arizona All Star to show up and put it about an hours effort as other carpet cleaning services do. But to my surprise they were there for a little over 3hours. Ill admit that my carpet needed a little TLC but it was nice to see that Arizona All Star Cleaning took pride in their work and made sure the job was done right!

Brian was very polite every time I called he answered right away. He scheduled us the very next day and did an amazing job. Would have him come again.

We just had our carpets cleaned upon moving out of our home. Brian was very professional and courteous to deal with. When we moved into the house, the carpets were filthy and living there, they just wouldnt get clean no matter how hard I tried to clean them myself (2 kids and 2 dogs, yikes!). When we moved out, they looked awesome! Im a Realtor so I am always looking for great vendors. He will definitely be on my list!

Fantastic service! We had a more in depth cleaning because we have dogs. The process was explained in detail by Brian. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

No Stars. Made an appointment and like many people busy in the morning vacuuming the house getting things ready. Sent my dog off to the sitter which was already paid. Brian calls me at 8:36 AM my appointment was at 9 AM. I didnt answer because I didnt hear my ring as I was vacuuming the house. Brian LVM, Stating, Making sure we are still on, he just noticed where I live...... We did discuss I live in Queen Creek when I gave him my address. I receive another call at 8:42 AM (still vacuuming) Brian advised he will not be coming because he hasnt heard from me and he has taken another job. We will have to reschedule.... I see my phone at 9 AM ... and the 2 voicemails. I didnt listen to them at first thinking he might be lost. I call him. No answer... Then I listen to the voicemails and call again. No Answer... I leave a voicemail and text stating what I was doing and how I already made arrangements for the dog to be out all day and already paid them. Brian called me back at 9:11 AM stating sorry I was out of his normal zone and will have to reschedule... I rely on my appointments. This was very unprofessional. I told Brian to forget it I will call another company.

Matt with AZ All Star Clean cleaned my carpets last November. I was impressed that they answered the phone and made it out to my house the same day. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. They did a good job of extracting most of the water and left my carpet just slightly damp. I will continue to use them.

New owner Brian showed up on time to clean our rental property. We were worried about many stains and dark traffic areas. They setup from an immaculate van with a powerful machine in it. They pre-spot sprayed the entire house and in to time they had out all of the stains. After raking the carpet, it looked and felt like new. Owner says they use a 6 step process that leaves the carpet with little or no residue and almost dry.Best carpet cleaning I have ever had!

Brian was a fake. Very rude behind the facade. The cleaning was mediocre at best. Over priced for the work done. All these posts must be Brians friends or something. Wont use this company EVER again.
