Beehive sent a team of two and they even had the notes of the areas I requested to be cleaned. Great price, professional and great service. I will book again if I need another cleaner.

Beehive has been cleaning our office windows for over 10 years. They are professional and show up on schedule every time. Their service is a good value.

I gave it a 2 because they at least responded to me. I used this company to do a move out clean since I was selling my home. They are super expensive but I thought, well if they do a great job I was ok with paying a little more than usual. NO! Apparently inside windows are not included in a move out clean...just FYI. I told the lady on the phone that I have 5 kids so I need walls cleaned where little hands were so pay special attention to the walls. Nope, no walls were cleaned, the bathtub was half cleaned (maybe got distracted?) Not sure but whatever they did clean half of the bathtub with was so strong that it ate my grout and I had to regrout the entire thing. It seeped out of the grout for 3 days stained the tub too. Neither medicine cabinet etc or drawers in either bathroom were cleaned, the garage wasnt swept out the kitchen had major issues the fridge had gunky stuff on the handles (remember I have kids) the sink wasnt cleaned the cabinets were not cleaned on the outside, the island wasnt touched, no drawers were cleaned. Im not sure what I paid for, anyway I call and complain they send someone back out (which is why I gave it a 2 instead of a 1) and when the ladies came back out, everytime I would point and show them they had to call there office to see if it was OK for them to clean...seriously? Way too much of a headache even my agent was upset we had to have it re-cleaned which put our date for listing on hold, it was a nightmare. I own 2 businesses and I will not call or refer this company. I did pay my 475 because I pay my bills and thats the right thing to do, but I am not happy about it. And will NEVER use this company again. Sad

Its hard for homeowners to clean windows in the AZ dry air since you have to work so fast to do it right. Eric and Adrian worked fast and efficiently, and their results were outstanding! The windows in the sun were hot (even in February), and they cleaned them several times in order to cool them off and get them just right...an effort much appreciated. Beehive is a great value and we will definitely use them again.

I have been using Beehive Cleaning through my property management business for years. Whether the service is for cleaning carpets, windows or vacancies, I am always pleased with the outcome and professionalism.

I used Beehive Cleaning for a move-in cleaning, the team was very nice and professional, however they did not clean my kitchen sink after I asked them to clean it, and they did not clean my kitchen counters, they were still covered in dust. The floors were also left quite dirty, my feet were black after walking around just for a few minutes. They also told me I just let the team know what I want cleaned, so I asked for the windows, and they said that was a different team, and they said it was no problem and sent them out, but then charged me extra without telling me. I would not use them again for a home cleaning.

Their prices are good, and on the few occasions when they missed something, they went right back out and took care of it without any fuss. Using Beehive for many years for windows, rugs and cleaning. I have never had them deep clean or tile and grout cleaning, but I definitely will. As with any cleaning service, sometimes they miss something but they come back if necessary and will do specific things as asked. We do our windows once a month and they always do a great job. I purchased Beehive Cleaning as a gift for my Sister in Law who is fighting cancer. As she has been a bit under the weather and resting when she can the house needed a bit of cleaning. The cleaning is done, the carpet is done, and my Sister in Law could not be happier. Beehive coordinated the cleaning crew and the carpet crew and nailed it. As one was finishing up the other was setting up... seamless... Before they arrived there was a courtesy call and a confirmation email once it was completed. Rave reviews from all involved... Two thumbs up!!! I would recommend them to my friends and clients as they do both residential and commercial cleaning.

I have never left a review for a company before, but I had Beehive come in to clean a house that was about to be put on the market... when I met the ladies at the house to pay them, I brought my cleaning supplies thinking that I’d have to some some touch ups. NOT THE CASE! The house was so absolutely perfect in every way!! They even cleaned things I didn’t expect (unscrewed light fixtures to dust inside them, the broiler drawer, etc)!! The appliances looked like they had never been used! Every light fixture was like new! The cupboards and drawers were perfect!! The house was ready to show without any elbow grease on my part!! Hired beehive cleaners to clean a rental home I was moving out of. I was not impressed by their performance. Had carpet, tiles and maid service completed. No problems with the carpet cleaning. Tile was okay. Found spots around baseboard that could have been cleaned better. Maids could have done much better for the price. Baseboards still look terrible. Dust still on light fixtures in bathrooms, kitchen counters still with stains. Pantry wasnt cleaned up at all. I will have to take care of these things myself now, and I definitely shouldnt have to with the $500 price tag. Would not hire again.
